Matematika merupakan ilmu yang mencakup aplikasi yang luas dalam aspek kehidupan. Oleh karena itu inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan strategi pembelajaran matematika perlu dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu aplikasi pembelajaran matematika yang mampu melatih pengetahuan, keterampilan dan ketepatan dengan cara yang lebih menarik, berupa penggunakan sistem berbasis android. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) yaitu metode yang memaparkan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem informasi. Hasil perancangan pertama yaitu aplikasi Pembelajaran Matematika kelas VI SD yang berisi menu materi, yaitu cara penyelesaian soal atau contoh soal, yang berisi materi diantaranya : Bilangan bulat, Satuan debit, Menghitung luas dan volume, Pecahan, Pengolahan data, dan system koordinat. Isi aplikasi yang kedua yaitu menu latihan soal berisi kumpulan soal matematika pilihan ganda yang menjadi bahan latihan, yang nanti dapat menjadi sebuah aplikasi untuk evaluasi kemampuan siswa dibidang matematika. Isi aplikasi yang ketiga yaitu menu penggunaan aplikasi berisi informasi tentang cara menggunakan aplikasi untuk mempermudah siswa dalam menjalankannya. Isi aplikasi yang keempat yaitu menu tentang berisi informasi tentang aplikasi pembelajaran matematika. Isi aplikasi yang kelima yaitu menu keluar berfungsi untuk keluar dari aplikasi pembelajaran matematika. Optimasi jumlah produksi barang dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga variabel, yaitu permintaan, persediaan dan produksi. Variabel penjualan terdiri dari dua himpunan fuzzy, yaitu : turun dan naik, variabel persediaan terdiri dari dua himpunan fuzzy, yaitu : sedikit dan banyak, sedangkan variabel pengadaan terdiri dari dua himpunan fuzzy, yaitu berkurang dan bertambah. Dengan mengkombinasikan semua himpunan fuzzy tersebut, diperoleh empat aturan fuzzy, yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam setiap inferensi. Pada tahap inferensi, dicari nilai keanggotaan anteseden (α) dan nilai optimasi perkiraan pengadaan (z) dari setiap aturan. Optimasi pengadaan barang (z) dicari dengan metode defuzzifikasi rata-rata terpusat. Analisa dengan menggunakan metode Tsukamoto menghasilkan jumlah produksi yang harus di produksi yaitu sekitar 2370 dengan kondisi permintaan sebanyak 2500 dan persediaan di Gudang sebesar 100 botol. Analisa dengan menggunakan metode Tsukamoto ini memperlihatkan kondisi rill yang harus dijalankan pihak penjual barang di Toko XYZ Situbondo dalam melakukan proses produksi barang supaya lebih tepat sasaran.

Microcontrollers are now growing rapidly and are increasingly in demand in control system applications. Even now there are many microcontrollers in the form of modules. One module the most widely used microcontroller is Arduino. Arduino is a type of board that contains microcontroller. Combined with a Bluetooth module, this microcontroller can be connected via a Smartphone device. Arduino microcontroller board devices make it possible to process temperature reading data from the temperature sensor to be displayed to the display unit using Android based smartphone. Data processing results from this Arduino board will be transmitted using wireless Bluetooth media that is connected to an Android smartphone and will displayed on the LCD screen. This tool was created in order to facilitate the monitoring of temperature within a place, other tools according to field conditions. This tool uses an experimental method with steps it works Arduino as the parent that has been programmed and then gives input to the temperature sensor (LM35) for knowing the temperature of the room at that time. Before sending data, Bluetooth initialization needs to be done between Smartphone and HC 05. After that, the sensor sends data to the Arduino that will be forwarded into the LCD screen display and Smartphone device. The result of this tool is monitoring temperature against the room can be done effectively and efficiently and can be done as needed.

Pada umumnya sebuah perusahaan ingin usahanya tetap eksis dan berkembang, untuk itu diperlukan strategi dan pengelolaan yang baik. PT. Gratia Jelajah Semesta dalam laporan penjualan barang, masih menggunakan buku besar dan ditulis secara manual. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. Gratia Jelajah Semesta adalah transaksi penjualan dan laporan kesediaan barang, sehingga dapat menyebabkan kesalahan saat bertransaksi, dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama saat melihat laporan barang. Dalam mengatasi masalah pada PT. Gratia Jelajah Semesta maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Dengan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SLDC) dengan model waterfall. Serta dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML), perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis web yang dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang ada pada perusahaan ini. The article reported the preparation and modification of hydrophobicpolyethersulfone (PES) by blending the solution with hydrophilic additives Tetronic 304, Tetronic 704, Tetronic 1307, and Tetronic 908. Polymeric porous membranes are generally prepared by the phase separation of polymer solution. In this work, we prepared hollow fibre membrane by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS). Effect of molecular weight of surfactant added on the performance and characteristic of fabricated membrane were investigated. The control PES membrane has the highest contact angle, indicating thelowest hydrophilic. With addition of surfactant Tetronic in the polymer blend hollow fibre membrane, the water contact angle decreased indicates that the membrane surface is more hydrophilic. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images for all of the membrane showed the structure of fibre with finger-like macro voids through the cross-section. The sponge-type of structure in the centre path of original membrane was disappearing with addition of Tetronic. Ultrafiltration experiment results showed that water permeability washighest with addition of Tetronic with lowest molecular weight. According to thecharacteristics of resulting membrane such as hydrophilicity, ultrafiltration performance, and pores structure, surfactant Tetronic was a good additive to produce hydrophilic membrane for drinking water application

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris tentang reaksi harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen tunai dan dividend yields di Bursa Efek Jakarta. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk menguji apakah harga saham bereaksi positif terhadap pengumuman kenaikkan dividen dan bereaksi negatif terhadap pengumuman penurunan dividen. Kedua, untuk menguji apakah reaksi harga saham yang terjadi dipengaruhi oleh perubahan dividend yield.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 52 saham perusahaan yang terdiri dari 27 perusahaan yang membayar dividen naik dan 25 perusahaan yang membayar dividen turun. Periode pengamatan pada penelitian ini adalah tahun 1995 dan 1996. data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang terdiri dari data harga saham perusahaan, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, dividen per lembar saham dan data dividend yield perusahaan. Abonormal return dihitung dengan menggunakan model pasar. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) reaksi harga saham positif terhadap kenaikkan dividen yang dibayarkan terjadi pada hari ke 5 sebelum pengumuman, sedangkan reaksi harga saham negatif terhadap penu¬runan dividen yang dibayarkan terjadi pada hari ke 5 setelah pengumuman. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengumu¬man dividen mengandung informasi. (2) reaksi harga saham tidak dipengaruhi oleh perubahan dividend yield, ini ditunjukkan dari tidak adanya koefisien yang signifikan.

Creativity is important in life, especially in early childhood because it can makepeople more productive. In addition to improving the quality of life as well as to facilitatethe search for a way out of a problem. Children should be given the power of creativitysince childhood, so they can have special skills. Skills are made not only of the new stuff,here children will be taught to cultivate creativity of junk so that goods that are not usedcan be re-processed into new items with new functions. Targets of this program is thechildren can take advantage of used goods such as aqua bottles to be used as a piggybank. Implementation of the program promote creativity in children through thefollowing steps. First children will be given theoretical skills. Second, children receivedetails of how to manufacture skills. This activity makes children can be good forcreativity by making bottles as new items are worth taking. During the programsimplemented are various obstacles such as at the time of extension of the theory to thekindergarten children who need extra patient gives recognition while playing so they donot get bored. To overcome this, we tried to blend with the children beforehand, sothat they know and love us, and that we are easy to explain.

The habit of brushing your teeth is a healthy habit that needs to be done to keepthechild's teeth and mouth. Moreover, when the child's age is increasing and childrenbegan to consume a variety of foods, including sweet foods such as fruit juice, sweetsand chocolates. Sweet foods as it can damage dental health of children and can causeproblems cavities, porous black teeth and bad breath bad. Therefore, it is important forparents to teach how to brush their teeth regularly to children. Children previouslybeen aware of the necessity for brushing their teeth but they do not know how to brushteeth properly, so the program is deemed necessary to be implemented. The purpose ofthis activity is to familiarize children to brush his teeth from as early as possible and toprovide knowledge about how to brush teeth properly. Implementation of theprogramon child dental care practices include process steps lectures, discussion, and practice.The success of this activity is seen from the practice of dental care program participatedin these children by all kindergarten children.

Abstract Activity Management Unit Lestari established by the inter-village meetings which choose the evaluation process by using Key Performance Indicator. As a financial institution is very sensitive so it is necessary to determine the application of performance evaluation in evaluating an employee's performance required tools or methods are precisely tailored to the institution so that performance can be measured objectively. This study used a qualitative approach is to perform observations, interviews and review documents on Activity Management Unit Lestari. Primary data in this study is data obtained directly from the information through interviews and the results obtained from interviewing employees Activity Management Unit Lestari is then performed data reduction, data presentation and then verification and confirmation data. Results Overall Performance Assessment Activity Management Unit sustainable way based on scoring criteria with the Key Performance Indicator can be seen overall performance enough, from a financial perspective is not good, from the customer perspective is good, from the perspective of internal business processes poorly and growth perspective and learning both accumulated got enough. Keywords: Performance Measurement, Key Performance Indicator, Employee Performance. Abstrak Unit Pengelola Kegiatan Lestari dibentuk oleh musyawarah antar desa yang memilih proses evaluasi dengan menggunakan Key Performance Indicator. Sebagai lembaga keuangan sangatlah sensitive maka dalam mengevaluasi sebuah kinerja karyawan diperlukan alat atau metode yang tepat disesuaikan dengan lembaga sehingga kinerja dapat diukur secara objektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan, wawancara dan penelaahan dokumen pada Unit Pengelola Kegiatan Lestari. Hasil Keseluruhan Penilaian Kinerja Unit Pengelola Kegiatan Lestari berdasarkan Kriteria penilaian dengan Key Performance Indicator dapat diketahui kinerja secara keseluruhan cukup, dari perspektif keuangan kurang baik, dari perspektif pelanggan baik, dari perspektif proses bisnis internal kurang baik dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran baik diakumulasi mendapat nilai cukup. Kata Kunci: Pengukuran Kinerja, Key Performance Indicator, Kinerja Karyawan.

Along with the development of technology various radiographic increasingly varied from a single exposure to the examination in serial. Including reproductive organs, one of which is known as Histerosalfingography examination (HSG) (Bontrager, 2000). Histerosalfingography is done by making a couple of times to get the radiation exposure according to the radiograph contrast media travel in the reproductive system. Therefore, patients also gain some exposure (exposure) radiation projection includes at least Antero posterior (AP), oblique, and lateral. On the other hand, the reproductive organs is one of the organs that are sensitive to radiation (Travis, 2000), it makes reality a dilemma, on one hand radiographs are required to get information anatomical features optimized to support diagnostic, on the other hand the sensitivity of organs high against radiation. Therefore, it is necessary election eksposi factors and appropriate treatment so that the negative effects of radiation does not occur in patients who do checks. It is necessary for the dissemination of research on the radiation dose received at each examination of the reproductive system (HSG) is. Thus, the method can be applied optimization Exposure factors in Histerosalfingography Examination for patient safety (patient safety) that need to be upheld in all health services.
