Abstract

Many vocational high school students do not yet possess the proficiency to manage and analyze data optimally. This is due to a lack of understanding of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, which are very useful in business operations. Therefore, this community service activity aims to enhance students' competence in using Excel as a tool for analyzing business data at SMK Letris Indonesia 2. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with teachers at the school. This research was conducted based on direct practice (hands-on training) regarding the use of Excel, starting from basic functions to advanced features such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, and logic and statistical functions. This research is adjusted to the needs of the business and industrial world (DUDI) so that students can understand the application of Excel in the real world. This activity is in line with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar and the implementation of a project-based curriculum, which emphasizes the importance of mastering practical skills in addition to theoretical understanding. As a result, students can adapt to technological developments and innovate in the business field. In conclusion, training is still needed so that students can improve and develop their abilities

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for iPhone brand HP products in Sukabumi City. This type of research is categorized as a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is iPhone users in Sukabumi City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The next test is testing the fulfillment of classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis, including t statistical testing and F statistics. The results of the study found that partially and simultaneously product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision variables. Respondents view the performance of the HP iPhone brand is very good, the price is in accordance with the quality and benefits provided.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi melahirkan teknologi transportasi online yang mempertemukan penumpang sebagai pengguna jasa dengan supir dan mobil sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi dengan mudah via smartphone. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga sejauh ini dianggap menjadi faktor pertimbangan penting bagi konsumen untuk memilih salah satu diantara beberapa penyedia jasa ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pengguna Grab di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini berdasarkan tingkat eksplanasinya digolongkan dalam penelitian asosiatif dan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah pengguna layanan jasa ojeg online Grab-Bike. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 100 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna Grab di Kota Sukabumi. Pengguna merasa nyaman dengan keramahan dan etika pengendara Grab-Bike, namun masih menilai waktu pelayanan belum optimal sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan. Harga jasa Grab-Bike sesuai dengan manfaat yang dirasakan, namun masih belum lebih murah dibanding pesaing, sehingga pelanggan masih dapat berpindah-pindah ke jasa ojeg online lain.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the prevalence and factors that influence the incidence of retained placenta in dairy cows reared under an all-day cowshed housing system at KUD Tani Wilis, Sendang District, Tulungagung. This study used 216 dairy cows, that had already calved, that had been identified to have medical and reproductive records for data exploration. Data collected included the sex and weight of calf, single or twin calves, age of the dam, cowshed structure (floor, puddles on the floor, gutter, distance of cowshed to waste disposal, type of floor and roof, and sunlight exposure), feed of the dam (forage, concentrate, mineral supplements), frequency of retained placenta cases on calving intervals and days open of the dams. The prevalence of retained placenta was presented descriptively. Factors related to the retained placenta and its effect on calving interval and days open were analyzed by Chi-square test using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 20 for Windows. The result showed that the prevalence rate of retained placenta was 19.91% of all dairy cow populations in the district. Furthermore, the sex of the calf, age of the dam, sunlight exposure, and the quantity of feed (forage and concentrate) were related to the retained placenta (p  <0.05). In addition, retained placenta increased along with extending of days open and calving interval. It could be concluded that the factors that influenced the prevalence of retained placenta were the sex of the calf, the age of the cow, the feed and concentrate, and the cowshed that is not facing the sun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the administration of white guava (Psidium guajava L.) fruit juice on spermatozoa plasma membrane integrity (PMI), morphological abnormality, viability, and motility of lead acetate induced rats (Rattus norvegicus). Twenty-five male rats were divided into five groups: NC (negative control) group, rats were administered with distilled water twice daily at four-hour intervals; T0 (positive control) group, rats were administered daily with lead acetate 50 mg/kg bw and distilled water four hours later; T1, T2, and T3 groups, rats were administered daily with lead acetate 50 mg/kg bw and 0.5 mL of 25, 50, and 100% white guava fruit juice four hours later. The treatment of the rats was conducted for 14 days, and on day 15, all rats were sacrificed to assess the spermatozoa quality. Data was analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan's multiple range test at a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that exposure to lead acetate (T0) caused lower spermatozoa PMI, viability, and motility as well as higher spermatozoa morphological abnormalities (p <0.05) compared to those of the T0 group. Administration of white guava fruit juice starting at a dose of 25% (T1) resulted in higher spermatozoa motility, viability, and PMI as well as lower spermatozoa morphological abnormalities (p <0.05) compared to rats in the T0 group. It could be concluded that white guava fruit juice maintained the spermatozoa quality of lead acetate induced rats.

Abstract

A livable house is an ideal container for a family in an urban or rural area that has been regulated in laws and government regulations regarding the administration and settlement areas. Based on research conducted by the author in Desa Cogreg, Parung, Bogor, the system for determining the recipients of uninhabitable housing assistance that exist has not run optimally, the condition of the village which has a population of 17,413 with an uneven level of economic capacity causes a large number of submissions for applications for uninhabitable housing. The decision-making system that is still running subjectively causes problems in the inspection process by the Inspectorate, which in the end finds houses that are not urgently to renovate, data collection management is also still done manually so that data documentation does not run effectively and efficiently. From the results of that research, the author designed a website-based application by applying the calculation using the weighted product method as a solution so that the determination of uninhabitable housing assistance in Desa Cogreg by the officials got the best results and made it easier to make decisions objectively, this website will make it easier for users to store data so that data can be obtained easily whenever needed, this website is also designed responsively so that it can be accessed in a compatible manner from any smart device.

Abstract

Abstract− Baitul Maal Tamwil (BMT) is an institution consisting of two terms, namely baitul maal and baitul tamwil. This institution was established with the intention of facilitating the lower communities that are not reached by the services of Islamic banks or Islamic BPRs. The operational principles used are the principles of profit sharing, buying and selling and entrustment. Therefore, although it is similar to the Islamic bank BMT has its own market, namely a small community. It's just that what distinguishes sharia cooperatives from other cooperatives is the operational system. The sharia system in sharia cooperatives does not allow usury or in its default language it is called "interest". The interest system in Sharia cooperatives is replaced by a profit-sharing system, in addition, everything that smells of gambling or unproductive speculation and unclear transactions is also forbidden to be practiced in this type of cooperative. BMT Darul Muttaqien Savings and Loans Cooperative located on Jl, Raya Jakarta Bogor KM. 41, Jabon Mekar, Parung District, Bogor. is a sharia microfinance institution engaged in raising and distributing funds to develop the community's economy that runs operations based on Islamic law (sharia). The system running on the BMT Darul Muttaqien Savings and Loan Cooperative currently applies as a new member still by filling out the registration form and must get approval from the chairman of the cooperative. The new member registration application form is collected in advance at the admin while waiting for other registrants, a minimum of 4-5 people. It takes time and is prone to being tucked away/lost. Furthermore, to deposit money (save), the applicant must fill out a money deposit form and submit it back to the admin staff The money deposit process is still through the form and it is necessary to know the chairman of the cooperativeFrom the above problems, BMT Darul Muttaqien Savings and Loans requires a savings and loans application to assist in the process of systematic member registration, recording, or management of all integrated transactions to make it easier to make reports. There are several reports including member loan reports, member deposit reports, member bill statements, member loan due reports, and results reports for members. and results reports for members. And there is a reminder for members who are stuck paying installments. Will be recorded on a web-based application. Abstract

PT Global Digital Niaga is engaged in online sales or E-commerce. Currently, it employs employees in all cities and regions, which have exceeded the number of +/- 3000 workers, in each branch, for example Jakarta and Tangerang, which have the highest number of employees of approximately 300 to 500 workers. . attendance system that uses finger print where there are many obstacles in doing attendance whose fingerprints are still not detected and are often constrained in queues when they want to enter the warehouse or werehouse. Even at the time of overtime there is no automatic record so that workers are required to re-absence for overtime. In the process of developing the Android-Based Employee Attendance Application Design Utilizing the Google Maps Application Programming Interface With the Prototype Method, users can take part in the development process by evaluating and providing feedback or suggestions that can be used as a reference in application development. With this research, employees who work will find it easier to do attendance because there is no need to queue again at the employee attendance machine. With this android application, it can add to the PT Global Digital Niaga brand as a provider of HR management services.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi saat ini sudah mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat sehingga mempermudah manusia untuk melakukan aktifitas pada banyak bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang ekonomi. Dalam melakukan usahanya toko Indah Jaya Sport yang berlokasi di daerah Tangerang masih melakukan pencatatan stok barang secara manual. Selain itu ketika staf toko tersebut ingin mengetahui jumlah stok yang ada perlu waktu yang agak lama, dikarenakan harus bertanya terlebih dahulu ke bagian gudang. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi pembuatan aplikasi manajemen inventori yang berbasis Web dan Android dengan memanfaatkan metode RESTful API. Metode RESTful digunakan agar kedua platform saling terhubung dan terintegrasi.  Aplikasi ini terdiri dari 2 aplikasi yaitu aplikasi web dan aplikasi android. Aplikasi web digunakan untuk mengelola data barang yang juga dilengkapi dengan QR Code generator di mana QR Code yang dihasilkan akan bisa dicetak dan dipasang pada barang, kemudian QR Code tersebut dapat dipindai menggunakan aplikasi android untuk mengetahui detail data barang. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa apilkasi manajemen inventori mempermudah pemilik dan staff mengelola data barang dan mengetahui jumlah stok barang yang ada di Toko Indah Jaya Sport

Abstract

Student inactivity occurs due to several factors, this affects student learning outcomes, low student learning outcomes are also influenced by the lack of interesting and interactive learning media, making it difficult for students to understand abstract science concepts. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in activity and science learning outcomes through the application of virtual reality media in class VI students at Gadingan 02 State Elementary School, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The research approach used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation. This research was designed using 2 cycles. Activeness in the pre-cycle reached 40.33%, in cycle I reached 77.67%, and in cycle II reached 89.95%. Learning outcomes in the pre-cycle were 3 students who completed with 21.43% learning completeness, in cycle I there were 6 students who completed with 42.85% learning completeness, and in cycle II there were 11 students who completed with 78.57% learning completeness. . Thus, it can be concluded that the application of virtual reality media can increase the active science learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri Gadingan 02, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency.
