Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, proses, respon siswa dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan metode SQ3R disertai media cerita bergambar pada pembelajaran membaca pemahaman kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilaksanakan dikelas IV SDN 03 Baosan Lor, Ponorogo dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 31. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuosioner dan dokumentasi. Analsis data menggunakan model Milles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan pembelajaran seperti silabus, RPP dan media tersusun dan terrencana dengan baik. Proses pembelajaran menciptakan kondisi suasana yang efektif, berjalan dengan lancar dan menyenangkan, siswa merespon pembelajaran dengan respon sangat positif, dan kendala yang dihadapi yaitu alokasi waktu kurang maksimal, dan terdapat 2-3 orang siswa yang kesulitan dalam mengkuti tahap pembelajaran karena masih bingung dan tidak memperhatikan guru saat proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems that arise in learning the Java language is when a student must be able to understand the textbook content used by teachers in the classroom. Many words or sentences in the Java language textbook that is difficult for students to understand because it feels foreign so that students do not understand what the meaning of the word or sentence. Based on the results of preliminary observations, students of the sixth grade of elementary school are not able to master the content of the material in textbooks that should be used for fourth grade students of elementary school. Therefore, this study aims to find out how much textbooks and textbooks that have been used in SD in Madiun Residency with each class level. Data analysis method used is with Fry Graph and Klos technique. The result of the research shows that the area that has been using textbook that is in accordance with the level of legibility is the area of Madiun, Magetan and Ngawi, while the other three regions of Pacitan, Ponorogo, and Madiun Kota are not suitable because they are too high, And 8, that means the textbook is appropriate for the junior level.Key words: Analysis of textbooks legibility, Javanese language

Abstract

Pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa di SD, mahasiswa tidak hanya dituntut untuk terampil dalam berbahasa Jawa dan tetapi juga harus terampil dalam mengajarkan Bahasa Jawa di SD. Untuk itu penilaian keterampilan merupakan komponen terpenting yang harus dilakukan oleh dosen untuk mengukur setiap detail keterampilan mahasiswa. Namun, kenyataannya penilaian dalam ranah ini belum dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang tepat, dosen masih melakukan proses penilaian secara langsung tanpa menggunakan instrumen sehingga penilaian lebih subjektif. Untuk itu, penelitian dan pengembangan produk instrumen penilaian keterampilan yang diintegrasikan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi perlu dilakukan. Instrumen penilaian produk berupa video desain pembelajaran bahasa Jawa yang dikembangkan dapat dijadikan solusi dan dapat dijadikan alternatif bagi dosen dalam melakukan proses penilaian keterampilan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa di SD. Penelitian pengembangan ini merujuk pada metode 4-D. Penelitian dimulai bulan Februari 2018 sampai November 2018. Data penelitian berupa hasil validasi. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi dan angket respons siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik validasi dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rubrik penilaian dari validator untuk kategori struktur rubik adalah 3,67 (sangat baik), kategori organisasi penulisan aspek dalam rubrik penilaian adalah 4 (sangat baik), dan kategori bahasa adalah 4 (sangat baik). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa rubrik penilaian dalam kategori baik dengan sedikit revisi dan dapat dapat digunakan

Abstract

Preschool age is a golden age in child development, including the development of language. This research focus on the types and patterns of sentences Javanese preschool children in early Childhood Islamiyah Madiun To explain the focus, the researcher used descriptive-qualitative. Data are collected from 12 children by observation and recorded. Data are analized by distributional analysis. The results showed that the sentence form preschoolers including at the level of a simple sentence which declarative, interrogative, and an imperative sentence. The sentence patterns are single sentences and complex sentences.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan sekolah ditutup sehingga anak-anak terpaksa harus belajar dari rumah. Berdekatan dengan orang tua di rumah menyebabkan pengeluaran uang jajan anak semakin membengkak. Di sisi lain, pendapatan yang menurun di masa pandemi, menuntut orang tua semakin cerdas dalam mengelola keuangan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan financial literacy dengan penggunnaan glass bank  anak di Desa Pondok Kecamatan Babadan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Melalui kegiatan ini anak dapat meningkatkan pengetahuannya tentang pentingnya untuk menghargai uang. Adapun uraian kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah: (1) Survei awal (2) Identifikasi masalah (3) Analisis kebutuhan (4) Penetapan khalayak sasaran (5) Pelaksanaan (6) Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil yang telah dicapai setelah penerapan program pengabdian masyarakat adanya kebiasaan yang muncul pada anak-anak untuk menabung secara rutin. Pembiasaan menabung pada Glass Bank mampu menguatkan  financial literacy anak. Dengan Glass Bank anak belajar berhemat dan merencanakan keuangan untuk masa yang akan datang. Anak-anak belajar membedakan kebutuhan apa yang harus dipenuhi dan harus ditunda terlebih dahulu.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an impetus that exists in individuals in learning. In this case motivation is very important. How do students make efforts to be able to develop and increase student learning motivation in class prior to grade promotion (PAS). This study aims to determine the Learning Motivation of Class IV Students in Facing (PAS) Final Semester Assessment. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Using Data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that in overall fourth grade students of MI Kinandang, Bendo District had quite high motivation to learn when facing (PAS). It can be seen that students' learning motivation is influenced by intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the application of character education to students of SDN Taman 01 Madiun City. This research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic. This indicator is a form of character education while studying at home carried out by students starting from maintaining the cleanliness of themselves, the environment, society and applying it in everyday life. Data were collected by observation and interviews and through social media. The sources of this research are educators, students, teachers and parents. The results show that the application of character education is not only in learning but the real practice carried out by students such as caring for the environment, creative character and innovation, responsibility and social. Students who have the character of caring for the environment by participating in maintaining a clean environment by inviting others to always obey environmental health protocols.

Abstract

In learning tembang dolanan (songs for playing) there is character education, yetsince the teaching system in schools, especially in primary schools is still very minimal, the character education is rarely touched. For that need a strategy that must be done by teacher with the intention of character education can be conveyed well through material tembang dolanan. One of the efforts that can be done is with the development of teaching materials SAVI approach on materials nembang dolanan fourth grade elementary school in which in the textbook there is also character education in accordance with the approach SAVI. The result of the analysis shows that in the teaching materials in the form of student textbooks SAVI approach on the material of the dolanan tembanganan for grade 4 elementary school there is character education in every step SAVI. In somatic learning, students are invited to discipline, hard work, friendly or communicative, love peace, democratic, and responsibility, on learning auditory students are invited to independent, tolerance, and add curiosity, the visual learning students are invited to always love the land water, reading, and environmental cares, and on students intellectual learning are encouraged to be more religious and creative.

Abstract

The purpose of this service program is to empower PKK women in the village of Teguhan in utilizing leaf waste for ecoprints which have a high selling value and can develop into businesses. Participants in this service were 15 people consisting of PKK women from Teguhan village. The service activity was carried out at the Teguhan village office for 3 days, namely on 18-19 February 2022. The service was carried out by taking care of permits, recording the number of PKK women, socializing eco print materials and mentoring and evaluating activities. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this activity is very beneficial for the participants, namely the PKK women in Teguhan Village. The results of this community service resulted in an understanding of the material about eco print with a fairly good achievement with an average of 63%. The results of the demonstration activities and participants' skills in making eco prints showed very good results, with average achievements of 85% and 84%, respectively. The participants received and absorbed the training materials on making eco prints well. Furthermore, the participants were able to demonstrate directly how to make eco prints using certain techniques so that the results obtained were durable and of high quality.

Abstract

This study aims to portray the cultivation of nationalism through extracurricular traditional dance and nationalism character embedded in students who take extracurricular traditional dance in SDN Patihan City of Madiun. The sample of the study was extracurricular teachers of traditional dance and five students who took extracurricular activities in a traditional dance at Patihan Elementary School in Madiun City. The study was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection instruments used observation sheets, interview guides, and extracurricular values documents of students' traditional dance. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed1) the cultivation of nationalism through extracurricular traditional dance in SDN Patihan City of Madiun was carried out in three domains, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor; 2) the character of nationalism embedded in students, namely appreciation of the national culture itself, maintaining the nation's cultural richness, love of the motherland, discipline, respecting cultural diversity, ethnicity, and religion, and working together. The six characters are manifested both incognitive, affective, and psychomotor.
