The purpose of this study is to find out one of the programs from Merdeka Campus, namely the Certified Independent Internship and Study Program (MSIB) to Create a Container for Students to Create, Innovate, and Achieve. In this Study Report, it uses a descriptive qualitative method by listening to notes because the data sources are obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Directorate General of Diktiristek's Youtube channel entitled "Podcast Dikti Menyapa Ep.15". | The Independent Campus Program Creates a Container for Creative Students" presented by Ragah Samudera as a narrator and participant in the Certified Independent Internship and Study Program (MSIB) at Telkomsel Company and interviewed via podcast by Prof. Ir. Nizam, M.Sc., DIC., Ph.D (Acting Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology). The results of this study explain that the government has provided a forum for students to be creative through Merdeka campus programs, one of which is the Internship Program and Independent and Certified Studies (MSIB). The Internship and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Program at Merdeka Campus also aims to create opportunities for students to develop skills needed in the real world while still obtaining formal recognition in the form of a certificate. The purpose of writing this article is about school leadership 2.0. It explains how the thinking of a leader can change at any time including in this new era. The changes that occur cannot be separated from the rapid development of technology in all fields. The writing of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method by doing simak catat because the source of data obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Youtube channel KEMENDIKBUD RI entitled "Minister Nadiem Makarim talks about School Leadership" presented by Nadiem Anwar Makarim B.A., M.B.A. The results of this study explain that the mindset of today's leaders must be different from before because the digital revolution makes changes so fast that it cannot predict all changes but is expected to make changes with useful competencies.

The aim of this study is to find out that teachers are a component in improving the quality of education. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from Prof. Prof.'s YouTube channel. Dr. Dasiem Budimansyah entitled "Teachers are the Most Important Component in Improving the Quality of Education" which he explained. The results of this study explain that the most important component in improving the quality of education is the quality of the teacher profession. Quality education will never be realized without teachers who are competent and managed efficiently so that their performance is professional. With the help of school leaders aimed at developing the leadership of teachers and other school personnel in achieving educational goals in the form of encouragement, guidance and opportunities for the growth of teachers' skills and abilities such as guidance and reform efforts in education and teaching. As well as learning organizational culture and training activities. To achieve its goals, this approach must be carried out in a directive, collaborative or non-directive manner, taking into account the level of conceptual maturity and commitment of a teacher.

This research aims to find out the concept of Mr. Munif Chatib's thoughts about learning and education. In this study report, a descriptive qualitative method was used by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Risal Tv YouTube channel delivered by Mr. Munif Chatib entitled "Brain-Based Learning". The results of this study explain how teachers convey concepts. learning to students by working the brain and not easily forgetting. This theory was applied by Munif Chatib to education in Indonesia, namely the strategy in teaching is student center, namely by choosing the best modality, the activity assumes that all students are intelligent and have different intelligences that cannot be equalized, therefore teachers must understand students so that they can apply learning that suits their respective intelligence

The study aims to find out how to be a fair and knowledgeable leader. This report uses a qualitative descriptive method by listening closely because the data source was obtained by listening to the oral narrative from the CXO Media YouTube channel entitled "Becoming a Fair and Knowledgeable Leader" presented by Anies Baswedan. The results of this study explain that becoming a leader is not an easy matter. Never mind carrying out daily activities as a leader. Finding a position called "leader" is also equally difficult. Leadership is an important element in a company, because without leadership from a leader, a company will experience setbacks. Many have noted that leadership can influence organizational performance. However, the challenge becomes greater when you are required to be a fair leader. This research begins with the emergence of a revolution to become a just leader through education and has the aim of making education in Indonesia better and more equitable to all corners of Indonesia, as well as sharing the values that are instilled in living life and pursuing dreams.

The purpose of this study is to deepen understanding, and introduce innovations in learning methods that give students the freedom to explore, collaborate and create solutions. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by doing simak catat because the data source is obtained by listening to the oral narration from the Youtube channel Sobat Baru entitled "Is it true that we are already free to learn?" presented by Rocky Gerung. The results of this study explain that Indonesia has implemented an independent learning system but basically it is not fully independent. This research begins with the emergence of many problems in the world of education, which raises the question "Is it true that we are truly free to learn?". This problem is happening until now and can change the way a person thinks in living life.

The purpose of this study is to find out the independent learning method that can be implemented in schools and to find out the assessment system in the Merdeka Belajar program as a school graduation requirement. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the source of the data was obtained by listening to an oral narrative from the CNN Indonesia Youtube channel entitled "Nadiem Makarim's Solution to Overcoming Indonesia's Education Problems" presented by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim . The results of this study explain that the Merdeka Belajar program is one of the first steps to start transforming Indonesian education with a process of creativity and innovation in each school, because in the world today and in the future, uniformity is not something that can improve the quality of education in Indonesia, therefore it is necessary to create new breakthroughs that can make education in Indonesia creative, innovative and collaborative.

The aim of this study is to determine how to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by providing integrated and data-based information to education units and local governments for reflection and improvement. In this study report, a descriptive qualitative method was used by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to the oral narrative from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture's Youtube channel entitled "Merdeka Belajar Episode 19: INDONESIAN EDUCATION RAPOR" presented by him. The results of this study explain that Indonesian Education report cards help education units and local governments identify education challenges in education units and become material for reflection so that they can develop education improvement plans more precisely and based on data, as well as presenting the results of national assessments and other data regarding learning outcomes. Education units into an integrated display and information about quality and inequality in a simple, easy-to-understand manner, integrating various education data to help education units and education offices identify achievements and the roots of problems.

Improvement and Funding is a form of educational service for intelligent and talented children which is provided with educational facilities in special groups with various models, the aim is to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The government launched the ARKAS system with the aim of improving the management of BOS funds in educational units, including planning and reporting on the use of BOS funds. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. This approach is expected to produce in-depth descriptions of speech, writing, and behavior that can be observed from an individual, group, community, and organizational unit of analysis.
