Abstract

This study utilizes a descriptive qualitative methodology, employing participatory observation, interviews, and document analysis to collect data. The research involves educators teaching across diverse educational levels, ranging from primary to secondary education. The results identify four levels of teacher performance within the context of classroom leadership, focusing on interpersonal relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider learning community. The progression starts with Level R1 (Right) teachers, who strictly adhere to directives or assignments. Level R2 (Relationship) teachers are distinguished by their strong emotional connections with students, colleagues, and other members of the learning community. Level R3 (Respect) teachers earn respect from students, colleagues, and others in the learning community through their exemplary conduct. Level R4 (Result) teachers excel in enhancing their students' dignity based on their unique talents. The journey to advancing teacher leadership from R1 to R4 involves elements such as nurturing, role modeling, and coaching. Furthermore, the essential role of spiritual energy in enabling teachers to continuously elevate their performance levels is underscored. The study highlights the importance of robust interpersonal relationships in shaping teacher effectiveness and its broader impact on improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This project focuses on translating Outcome-Based Education (OBE) policy into learning design, execution, and assessment of learning outcomes in higher education entrepreneurial courses. Case study-based qualitative research is used in this study. Data were collected via extensive interviews with lecturers, students, and institutional policymakers, observation of entrepreneurship course learning, and assessment of Semester Learning Plan (SSP) and learning outcomes evaluation materials. Data was analyzed using thematic analysis to find patterns and correlations. The research shows that lecturers understand OBE principles and practises well enough to create learning outcomes, use experiential learning methods like business simulations and collaborative projects, and create relevant evaluation tools. This understanding helps lecturers integrate the OBE policy into the curriculum, improving student creativity, inventiveness, and problem-solving. This technique was successful, but institutional backing remains an issue. Limitations include limited resources, a need for creative evaluation tools, and poor instructor-student communication about OBE-based learning objectives. Students believe OBE-based learning is relevant to professional life, although the intensive exercises require better time management. This study improves theoretical comprehension of OBE policies in practice-oriented courses like entrepreneurship. This research emphasizes the need for continued lecturer training, a more detailed policy implementation guide, and additional resources to improve learning. The paper recommends more research on OBE policy's long-term effects on graduate quality and labor market alignment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of cooperation and conflict in the context of education based on Religion, Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology (AFPS) in primary and junior secondary schools in Indonesia. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study with data collection methods through semi-structured interviews with key personnel, including principals, teachers and students, as well as direct observation in the classroom. The results showed that AFPS-based education successfully increased students' engagement and cooperation through group discussions, collaborative work, as well as the development of critical thinking skills. However, conflict challenges arise as a result of students' different religious backgrounds, philosophical values and academic abilities, which can hinder the learning process if not managed well. Teachers play a key role in facilitating cooperative dynamics and managing conflicts that arise in the classroom. This study also found that factors such as the role of the teacher, school culture, and students' social and cultural backgrounds have a significant effect on the success of AFPS-based education. The implications of this study include the importance of continuous teacher training, managerial support from schools and strengthening inclusive school culture to support open dialogue and effective cooperation in the classroom. The findings are expected to guide the development of a more holistic and inclusive curriculum in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase behavior of working students in a private higher education institution in Tangerang. The study also examines the mediating role of purchase intention and the moderating effect of halal awareness. Using a simple random sampling technique, data were collected from a population of 410 working students, yielding 211 valid responses. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 was employed for data analysis. Findings reveal that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly impact purchase intention, which in turn influences purchase behavior. Additionally, halal awareness moderates the relationship between purchase intention and purchase behavior. These results highlight the importance of halal awareness in shaping consumer purchasing decisions, particularly among working students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) in the process of knowledge creation among higher education students in Indonesia. The SECI model, developed by Nonaka and Takeuchi, is an important framework in managing tacit and explicit knowledge in organizations, including higher education institutions. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through structured in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation at several public and private universities in Indonesia. The results showed that the socialization process more often occurs informally through interactions between students, while the externalization process occurs when students express ideas in assignments and discussions. The combination process appears in collaborative activities such as group work and research, while the internalization process is driven by direct learning experiences and practices. Academic culture, lecturer support, and digital infrastructure proved to be the main supporters of the success of the SECI model on campus. This research confirms the importance of SECI-based knowledge management in shaping students' innovative capabilities and suggests strategies for integrating SECI in the curriculum and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Effective business communication is critical in improving organizational efficiency, speeding up decision-making, and reducing conflict. However, in practice, communication is often hampered by logical fallacies, which can undermine the quality of the message conveyed and interfere with rational decision-making. This research aims to analyze the impact of logical fallacies in business communication, focusing on their influence on organizational decision-making and interpersonal relationships in the professional world. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing the different types of logical fallacies that appear in business communication as well as their influence on organizational dynamics. The results show that fallacies such as ad hominem, false dilemma, slippery slope and overgeneralization often lead to irrational, limited or biased decisions which in turn are detrimental to the organization. In addition, the use of fallacies can worsen interpersonal relationships, triggering conflict, tension and distrust among individuals in a team, which hinders constructive cooperation. The conclusion of this study is that logical fallacies have a significant impact on both aspects, and to create more effective communication and rational decision-making, it is imperative for organizations to avoid the use of fallacies. Critical thinking training that focuses on the detection and avoidance of fallacies is an important step to improve the quality of communication and the effectiveness of decisions made in organizations.
