Abstract

The Kapuas Hulu Regency is home to a diverse array of ethnicities and cultures, requiring a leadership approach that can strengthen national values and interfaith tolerance. This study aims to examine leadership strategies for nurturing national insight in Kapuas Hulu, from the perspective of multicultural Islamic Religious Education. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis is conducted through data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions.  The research findings indicate that leaders in Kapuas Hulu implement an inclusive approach in Islamic religious education, which not only emphasizes religious values but also encourages respect for cultural and ethnic differences. The leadership strategies applied in Kapuas Hulu include: a) Education and Socialization of Pancasila Values, b) Maintaining Diversity and Tolerance Among Ethnic Groups, Religions, and Races, and c) Strengthening National Identity through Culture and Traditions.   These strategies reflect the efforts of leaders in Kapuas Hulu to nurture a sense of nationalism amid diversity in a pluralistic society. Additionally, leadership strategies should be directed toward the education sector as an effort to cultivate national values among the younger generation, such as: a) Raising Multicultural Awareness Among Students, b) Integrating Character Education into the Curriculum, andc) Creating a Tolerant and Inclusive Educational Environment. These strategies are being applied in the educational sector in Kapuas Hulu. However, leaders in Kapuas Hulu face challenges in practicing these strategies in everyday life, such as the high level of diversity and stereotypes.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged businesses, including automotive workshops, to optimize their operations. Bengkel Prima Motor, a motorcycle repair shop in Kalimantan Barat, still manually records sales transactions, leading to inefficiencies in inventory management and reporting. This study aims to develop a web-based sales information system to improve transaction efficiency and customer service. The research methodology includes observation, interviews, and literature studies, with system development using PHP and MySQL. The results indicate that the implementation of this system enhances operational efficiency, optimizes sales reporting, and improves customer experience. The system also supports better decision-making for inventory management.

Abstract

The purpose of personnel analysis is to achieve professional civil servants in implementing the principles of good governance. To achieve this goal, one of the policies undertaken by the government is to issue a new regulation in the field of personnel as a substitute for the old regulation, namely Government Regulation No. 94 of 2021. The new policy issued by the government should be firmer, better and more effective. so that it will make Civil Servants who commit disciplinary violations become a deterrent. The new regulations have several changes to disciplinary penalties. One of the changes is severe disciplinary punishment. The old regulations set forth in PP No. 53 of 2010, regulated the existence of a penalty for dishonorable dismissal as civil servants, but in the replacement regulation this was omitted. By eliminating the word disrespect, it has an impact on the staffing sector, so that severe disciplinary punishment becomes lighter. The reduction in disciplinary punishment provides an opportunity for civil servants to commit repeated violations, thereby hampering the principles of good governance. In terms of staffing, these changes have an impact on civil servant pension rights. In this way, all civil servants who have been dismissed, both retired and for committing serious disciplinary violations, will receive pension rights. PP for PNS No. 94 of 2021 should carry out the Law's orders, but the new PP is not in line with Article 84 of the ASN Law.

Abstract

Generasi muda sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai kestabilan finansial akibat rendahnya literasi investasi, hambatan psikologis terhadap risiko, dan perilaku konsumtif. Program pengabdian masyarakat “Investasi Emas dan Saham itu Mudah” bertujuan memberikan edukasi keuangan terkait investasi emas dan saham. Kegiatan ini meliputi pemahaman dasar investasi, pemanfaatan teknologi, pemahaman regulasi, dan praktik simulasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman konsep investasi serta kepercayaan diri dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi. Program ini merekomendasikan integrasi edukasi investasi dalam kurikulum formal serta mendorong penggunaan platform fintech secara bijak untuk mendukung perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran Fun Thinkers Book yang layak digunakan untuk membantu kegiatan pembelajaran pada materi kekayaan Budaya Indonesia mata pelajaran IPAS kelas IV sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu 10 peserta didik, 1 Wali kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 36 Pontianak Selatan dan 3 orang validator ahli yang terdiri dari ahli desain ahli media dan ahli materi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media Fun Thinkers Book sudah melalui empat tahap, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, dan Implementation. Kelayakan produk media pembelajaran Fun Thinkers Book pada aspek desain memperoleh nilai sebesar 95% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, pada aspek media memperoleh nilai sebesar 86% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”, dan pada aspek materi memperoleh nilai sebesar 95,5% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Kelayakan produk media pembelajaran Fun Thinkers Book memperoleh nilai sebesar 91,5% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”.

Abstract

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan yang pesat telah mendorong penerapannya dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatannya adalah membantu penyelesaian masalah dalam aktivitas pemrograman. Meski memberikan kemudahan, penggunaan kecerdasan buatan juga membawa potensi kesalahan dalam hasil serta menimbulkan isu etika yang perlu diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk membekali siswa dan mahasiswa, khususnya yang sedang mempelajari pemrograman, dengan pemahaman yang tepat mengenai penggunaan kecerdasan buatan. Kegiatan edukasi ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan manfaat, peran, serta dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan kecerdasan buatan dalam pemrograman. Menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan interaktif, kegiatan ini memungkinkan peserta terlibat aktif dalam penyampaian materi dan diskusi terkait persoalan etika serta tantangan teknis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan kecerdasan buatan secara bertanggung jawab dan bijak. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa pelatihan yang menekankan penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam berbagai tahapan pengembangan perangkat lunak, mulai dari perencanaan, analisis, hingga perancangan dan pemeliharaan. Dengan pelatihan lanjutan yang aplikatif, peserta diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan secara etis dalam seluruh proses rekayasa perangkat lunak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the Development of Young Entrepreneurs in the Competitive Era and the Strategies for Developing Young Entrepreneurs in the Competitive Era through a Systematic Literature Review. This research uses an exploratory descriptive approach with a focus on literature review or bibliographic studies, referring to various literatures such as books, dissertations, scientific journals, and the internet. The results of the study can be concluded that the development of young entrepreneurs in the competitive era involves various aspects such as entrepreneurship education, access to technology, capital, and government policies. With appropriate support from various parties, the younger generation has great potential to become successful young entrepreneurs. The strategies for developing young entrepreneurs are carried out in several aspects, including: Motivation Aspect, Creativity Aspect. Creativity is an important source in creating competitive advantages for all organizations in terms of growth and change, followed by Leadership Aspect, Marketing Aspect, and Business Legality Aspect. Therefore, these aspects need to be considered to achieve successful young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

According to experts in design, materials, language, and education, as well as students and teachers, the primary goal of the research was to create a product that could be used as a supplemental science lesson plan for the "Changing Forms of Energy" unit in fourth grade public elementary schools. A research and development approach that has been adapted from 4-D is used in this research. Among the three validators participating in the study, design experts achieved a 96% success rate with the "Highly Valid" criterion, material experts achieved a 90% success rate, and language experts achieved a 90% success rate through validation. The results of the development trial activities confirmed these findings; The first teacher's response was rated "Very Good" by 98% of students, while the second teacher's response was rated "Very Good" by 94% of students. The proportion of students meeting the "Excellent" standard on the student response exam was 93%. According to the results, fourth graders were eager to learn more about the supplemental science curriculum. Therefore, additional science lesson plans are practical to use in the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a practical flipbook learning resource for the IPAS (Science and Social Studies) subject on the topic "Forces Around Us" for elementary school students. The approach used in this research is Research and Development (RD) with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection was conducted through a qualitative approach, including interviews and expert assessments of the product, as well as a quantitative approach using expert feasibility evaluations and student responses. The research findings showed that the design aspect of the flipbook received a score of 82% categorized as "Feasible". The material aspect scored 88,33%, and media aspect scored 87,91%, both categorized as "Very Feasible". Student evaluations of the flipbook showed an average score of 88,28%, categorized as "Very Good". These findings suggest that the flipbook is effective and meets the criteria as an engaging and informative learning medium. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed flipbook is suitable for use as a learning resource in IPAS activities at the elementary school level and can enhance students understanding of scientific concepts related to forces.
