Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence of BK (Guidance and Counseling) students as prospective counselors in implementing group guidance services (BKp). This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample was determined by using a purposive sampling technique. Likert scale model was chosen as the instrument of this research. The research subjects were BK students of IAIN Batusangkar in the 2019/2020 academic year. The results revealed that the studentsÔÇÖ competency in implementing group guidance services are divided into four categories, they are the competence at transitional stage which is the lowest (63%), competence at activity stage which is in high category (83%), competence at conclusion is categorized low (73%), and last competence at the final stage which is moderate (77%). The research findings have an impact on producing reliable prospective counselors in the future by having the competence to provide group guidance services.

Abstract

This study explores the multidimensional concept of taqwa in the Qur’anic perspective and examines its relevance to Islamic counseling therapy through a systematic literature review (SLR). In response to the growing demand for spiritually integrated mental health interventions, this research synthesizes empirical and theoretical studies published between 2020 and 2025, focusing on the psychological functions of taqwa and its applicability in therapeutic settings. Using a structured search strategy across major academic databases, twenty-one articles met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed narratively based on thematic patterns. The results show that taqwa is consistently defined as a comprehensive form of spiritual awareness encompassing self-regulation, moral sensitivity, and behavioral discipline grounded in one’s relationship with God. Empirical findings indicate that taqwa-based interventions—such as dhikr, reflection on Qur’anic verses, and spiritual exercises—significantly reduce anxiety and depression, enhance emotional intelligence, strengthen resilience, and improve overall psychological well-being. Studies employing experimental and qualitative designs provide converging evidence that the internalization of taqwa can function as a therapeutic mechanism that stabilizes emotions, shapes coping strategies, and fosters spiritual-psychological balance. The review also reveals a gap between theoretical insights and practical implementation, suggesting the need for standardized counseling modules grounded in Qur’anic concepts of taqwa. This study contributes to the development of an integrated framework for Islamic counseling, demonstrating that taqwa can serve as a core psychological construct with meaningful implications for mental health practice. Future research is encouraged to expand clinical trials, develop standardized measurement tools for taqwa, and examine its effectiveness in diverse cultural and clinical settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan fungsi manajemen POAC (Planing, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) di Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Bina Putra Wonosobo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari manager, pelatih, orang tua, dan pemain yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fungsi manajemen di SSB Bina Putra telah berjalan efektif dan terintegrasi. Perencanaan dilakukan secara sistematis dan partisipatif, pengorganisasian dijalankan dengan struktur yang jelas dan komunikasi terbuka, pelaksanaan program latihan berlangsung disiplin dan berorientasi pada pembinaan jangka panjang, sedangkan pengawasan dilakukan secara rutin melalui evaluasi performa dan pemeliharaan sarana prasarana. Disimpulkan bahwa manajemen SSB Bina Putra Wonosobo telah menerapkan prinsip POAC secara konsisten, meskipun diperlukan inovasi dalam pendanaan dan pengembangan strategi manajerial untuk keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Sexual harassment is behavior or attention of a sexual nature that is unwelcome and undesirable and has the effect of disturbing the recipient of the harassment. Sexual harassment includes, but is not limited to: sexual payment for wanting something, coercion to perform sexual activities, derogatory statements about sexual orientation or sexuality, requests to perform sexual acts that the perpetrator likes, speech or behavior that has a sexual connotation; all can be classified as sexual harassment. This research is normative legal research or library legal research, namely research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. Secondary data includes: - Primary legal materials, which consist of statutory regulations in this case in the form of: Criminal Code, Law no. 23 of 2004 and other related regulations. - Secondary legal materials, which provide explanations of primary legal materials, such as written works from legal circles, opinions of legal experts. The main motive for the perpetrator to abuse the victim is because the victim responded to the attitude shown by the perpetrator or the feedback shown by the victim. The response intended by the perpetrator is an open attitude shown by the victim, such as frequently replying to the perpetrator's WA chats, smiling and saying hello when they meet, being friendly, appearing seductive according to the perpetrator, and not avoiding being approached by the perpetrator.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that there are students who have high social media FoMO behavior. The main problem is the high level of FoMO behavior on social media, one technique that can be used to reduce it is through thought stopping technique group counseling. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of group counseling using thought stopping techniques in reducing social media FoMO in students. The sample in this study consisted of 11 students for the experimental group based on the characteristics of students who have social media FoMO behavior. The data analysis technique used is the statistical t-test. The design used is a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-test – post-test design type because at the implementation stage of this design a pre-test is given first before new actions are given followed by a post-test. The results of this research show that group counseling using the thought stopping technique in reducing social media FoMO in students has a significant effect with the results obtained with a value of (thit = 10.5) > "t" (ttable 2.22) at a significant level of 5%

Abstract

: Low psychological resilience makes mothers take actions that are not in accordance with religious, customaryand community norms. The purpose of this service is to increase the psychological resilience of the majlis ta'lim womenof Nagari Pariangan through community counseling services based on surau. The service is carried out to thecommunity of mothers of taklim majlis who routinely conduct recitations with a total of 49 people, with an age range of27 to 65 years. The ta'lim assembly was led by Mrs. JS, who is 58 years old who works as a teacher. The service methoduses the participatory action research (PAR) method with eleven steps of activity. In this service, it is empiricallyproven that surau-based counseling services can increase the psychological resilience of majlis ta'lim mothers in NagariPariangan, Tanah Datar, West Sumatra. This service is expected to be a stimulus for other devotees who are interestedin making social changes in the community.

Abstract

Toxic Friendship is a friendship relationship that makes a person feel unsupported, always blamed, belittled, or even attacked and all other bad things, all of this in interpersonal communication has an impact on students' daily lives starting from students having high anxiety, stress, stress and not confident in daily activities at school. The purpose of this service is to reduce the occurrence of toxic friendship in students through counseling services. Service or assistance is carried out in the form of cross-classes which on average experience toxic. The method in this service is PAR with 11 stages. Empirically this service can reduce the occurrence of toxic friendship in students, so that the effective life of students is not disrupted and other students are also able to reduce the spread of toxic friendship in the school environment.

Abstract

One of the factors that plays a role in students' career planning is local culture. In the Kuranji environment, there are students facing obstacles in career planning. Therefore, the aim of this research is to understand the role of local culture in the career decisions of students at SMAN 16 Kuranji Padang. The research method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), a type of research that involves active participation of participants in the research process, from planning to implementation and evaluation. Data is obtained through direct participation with the research subjects. After obtaining the data, descriptive analysis will be conducted. The research results indicate that the local culture influencing students' career plans includes: the role of parents in supporting students' career plans, learning awareness demonstrated by students' discipline in attending classes on time, communication skills of students with parents and peers, and self-esteem and confidence to plan for a better career.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period between childhood and adulthood, during which time they are looking for their identity and therefore need the right assistance. One thing that is done is to develop the character profile of Pancasila students with teenage wirid. This teenage wirid is not only for reciting the Koran but also for carrying out religious activities, both obligatory and sunnah. The method used is community education, namely counseling to educate teenagers and provide understanding to develop the character profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan Forum Annisa, kendala-kendala dalam pembinaan karakter siswa perempuan dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Forum Annisa di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo karena banyak siswa perempuan yang mengikuti kegiatan Forum Annisa sehingga menjadi perhatian kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Forum Annisa berperan dalam membina karakter siswa perempuan yaitu karakter religius dan karakter disiplin. Siswa merasakan dan mengalami perubahan sikap kearah yang lebih baik. Adapun kendala-kendala dalam pembinaan karakter siswa perempuan melalui kegiatan eksrtakurikuler Forum Annisa yaitu sanksi yang kurang tegas untuk siswa perempuan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan dan kurang disiplin dalam memulai kegiatan. Upaya sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut yaitu memberikan sanksi yang tegas kepada siswa perempuan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Forum Annisa dan pembina lebih disiplin dalam memulai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut.
