Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk yang ditinjau dari analisis rasio keuangan. Jenis pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuntitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2021-2022. Sumber data sekunder berupa Laporan Keuangan PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk tahun 2021-2022 dari https://www.idx.co.id/id. Laporan keuangan perusahaan pada PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk Tahun 2021-2022 menjadi populasi dan sampelnya. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis data seperti analisis rasio keuangan, yang mencakup rasio pertumbuhan, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk sampai saat ini, metode paling sederhana untuk mengukur tingkat pencapaian suatu usaha adalah dengan melihat laporan keuangan yang dapat diperoleh setiap waktu. Setelah melaksanakan penelitian terhadap analisis laporan keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan, peneliti dapat mengetahui bahwa rasio solvabilitas menghasilkan kinerja yang baik, sedangkan rasio likuiditas, aktivitas, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan kinerja yang buruk

Abstract

Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. XYZ. Teori tentang produktivitas kerja karyawan yang digunakan untuk mendekati masalah ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XYZ yang berjumlah 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Kalimat hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Variabel lingkungan kerja tidak mempengaruhi variabel produktivitas karyawan; (2) Variabel motivasi kerja mempengaruhi variabel produktivitas karyawan; dan (3) Variabel disiplin kerja mempengaruhi variabel produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

In the national medium-term development plan (RPJM) for 2020 to 2024, the achievement of the vision for 2045 is through economic transformation supported by industrial downstreaming by utilizing human resource development. Currently, human resources are recognized as resources that create valuable competitive advantages for organizations, because employees provide human experience and human capital as well as human intellectuals for achieving organizational goals which will contribute value to the long-term sustainability of the company's business, both for the interests of shareholders and stakeholders. In this research, we analyze the influence of organizational culture, information technology, work environment and compensation on employee performance which is moderated by work motivation. This research is a quantitative research method where the objects used are permanent employees who work at PT XYZ. The number of samples used was 170 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis techniques used in hypothesis testing using Sem Smart PLS Version 4.0.9. The results of this research indicate that (1) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance (2) Information technology has no influence on employee performance (3) The work environment has no influence on employee performance (4) Compensation has no influence on employee performance ( 5) Work motivation moderates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance (6) Work motivation moderates the influence of information technology on employee performance (7) Work motivation moderates the influence of the work environment on employee performance (8) Work motivation moderates the influence of compensation on employee performance (9) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance.  It is hoped that this research can provide input so that in the future, human resource development can pay more attention to factors that can improve performance so that employees can contribute optimally to the company's progress.

The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Product Innovation has an effect on E-Commerce; 2) Networking has an effect on E-Commerce; and 3) Marketing Innovation has an effect on E-Commerce.

Abstract

The problems with social entrepreneurship are scarce resources, ignorance, and inadequate government assistance. The literature review strategy was used in this investigation. The study's findings suggest that social entrepreneurship training and network building help communities build the information and abilities needed to grow their enterprises, as well as dependable relationships and increased access to resources. Through social entrepreneurship, communities can also become more financially independent, make more money, and become economically self-sufficient.

The research objective is to determine the effect of product innovation, brand image, and brand trust on purchasing decisions. The problem studied is the intense competition between product in Indonesia. This research study uses the qualitative based on literature and library research approaches. Theoretical and historical analyses are used to understand purchasing decisions. Product innovation, brand image, and brand trust play and important role in purchasing decisions. This study also describes theoretical measurement elements for future research to describe, explain, and measure purchase decision based on theoretical research.

Abstract

One of the global problems currently being faced is environmental contamination or damage. Plastic is one of the biggest contributors to waste. For this reason, K's Eco Bag is here as a solution to reduce the amount of plastic waste that accumulates in the environment by recycling plastic into bags. This research aims to analyze the application of SWOT in increasing sustainable entrepreneurship in the K's Eco Bag business. The results of this research are that the K's Eco Bag business has implemented a sustainable concept, by turning plastic waste into bags that have a high selling value and collaborating with the Fairatmos organization to reduce carbon emissions in the environment. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) used in developing sustainable entrepreneurship for K's Eco Bag recycled plastic bags can help this business maximize existing potential and opportunities while overcoming weaknesses and threats that may arise. so that it can compete in the fashion industry market. With this approach, businesses can increase profitability and long-term sustainability. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. This research was conducted to determine the influence of Entrepreneurship Education (Entrepreneurship Education) on entrepreneurial competence. To determine the influence of digital literacy on entrepreneurial competence. The method used in this research is a literature review or literature study. Namely by collecting various relevant information related to the variables discussed. Through various sources and electronic media, the author will then articulate arguments based on existing theories and previous research. The findings in this research state that Entrepreneurship Education and Digital Literacy have a positive and significant effect on Forming Entrepreneurial Competence. Entrepreneurship education and digital literacy have a very important role in forming entrepreneurial competencies in individuals.

Abstract

Profit quality is very important information related to the company's financial health. The research aims to assess and describe the effect of profit growth, liquidity and profitability on profit quality. Research includes quantitative research. Research materials using food and beverage manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sample used 19 companies. Multiple linear regression is a technique used in data analysis. The results prove that profit growth and liquidity do not affect profit quality, while profitability affects profit quality. This research is used as a helper for entities and external parties in order to determine the quality of profit in an entity.
