Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve product packaging quality and enhance understanding of food safety among MSME actors and vocational high school students in Tukak Village, South Bangka Regency. The main problems faced by local MSMEs include the use of simple packaging that does not meet food safety standards and the limited understanding of hygienic production practices. The activity was carried out through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice involving 50 participants. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, rising from an average of 45% to 85%. In addition, technical skills such as selecting food-grade packaging materials, sealing techniques, sanitation and hygiene practices, and designing product labels also improved substantially. The attendance rate, participation, and enthusiasm of the participants demonstrated that the training methods implemented were effective and relevant to the needs of the MSMEs. This program contributed significantly to enhancing the competitiveness of local businesses while preparing vocational students as competent young entrepreneurs. The recommendations include the need for ongoing mentoring, improved access to quality packaging materials, and advanced training related to food product licensing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior, artificial intelligence (AI), and hybrid work patterns on job satisfaction among Generation Z (Gen Z) employees, with perceived justice as a moderating variable. The respondents in this research were Gen Z employees of Pangkalpinang City's local government who work in hybrid work systems and have interacted with AI-based technologies. The study employed a quantitative approach using an online survey, with data collected from 161 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) in SmartPLS. The results indicate that organizational behavior and hybrid work patterns have positive, significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived justice. In contrast, AI has a significant impact on perceived justice but not on job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between hybrid work patterns and perceived justice, suggesting that flexible work arrangements enhance both fairness perceptions and job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of balancing technological implementation, flexible work systems, and a fair organizational culture to improve Well-being and loyalty among Gen Z employees in the public sector.

Abstract

The adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) is a critical issue in the global effort to reduce carbon emissions and transition to sustainable transportation systems. In Indonesia, despite government incentives and environmental awareness, the uptake of EVs remains slow. This study aims to examine the influence of influencer marketing, brand image, and ease of use on electric vehicle purchasing decisions, with consumer trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used, with a survey conducted among 113 potential EV consumers in Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that brand image and ease of use significantly enhance consumer trust, while influencer marketing directly influences purchasing decisions without mediation through trust. Consumer trust plays a key role in purchasing decisions but does not fully mediate all relationships. The findings highlight that while influencer marketing raises awareness, building trust for high-tech products like EVs requires deeper validation. This study contributes to consumer behavior and digital marketing literature, offering practical insights for enhancing EV adoption strategies in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) utilisation, marketing creativity, and response speed on the marketing performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bangka Belitung Province, with customer experience positioned as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to MSMEs actively engaged in digital marketing practices. The data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed relationships. The findings indicate that marketing creativity and response speed have a significant positive effect on customer experience, whereas AI utilisation does not show a significant effect on customer experience. Furthermore, customer experience significantly influences marketing performance and serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between marketing creativity, response speed, and marketing performance. Specifically, marketing creativity and response speed contribute both directly and indirectly to improved marketing performance through enhanced customer experience. These results provide important theoretical contributions to digital marketing and customer experience literature, while offering practical implications for MSME managers and educational institutions in designing technology-oriented marketing strategies and entrepreneurship learning that prioritise creativity, responsiveness, and customer-centred approaches.

Abstract

Abstract

The increasing complexity of global business competition, digital transformation, and sustainability pressures has encouraged organizations to adopt more adaptive and strategic Performance Management Systems (PMS). PMS is no longer limited to traditional performance evaluation but has evolved into an integrated system that supports organizational effectiveness, innovation, sustainability, and competitive advantage. Despite the rapid growth of PMS studies, the existing literature remains fragmented and lacks a comprehensive understanding of its intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and emerging research trends. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the development and research trends in PMS using a bibliometric approach. This study employed a quantitative bibliometric approach using VOSviewer to visualise and analyse scientific publications related to Performance Management Systems. Data were collected from Google Scholar, Crossref, and ScienceDirect. A total of 3,000 documents were initially identified, and after applying the PRISMA screening process, 700 relevant articles were selected for analysis. The study utilized co-occurrence analysis, network visualization, overlay visualization, and density visualization to identify dominant themes, conceptual relationships, and emerging topics. The findings indicate that performance management systems, firm performance, competitive advantage, management systems, and SMEs are the most dominant research themes. The study also reveals a significant shift from traditional performance evaluation toward sustainability-oriented and technology-driven management systems. Emerging themes such as ESG performance, green innovation, artificial intelligence, optimization, and digital transformation have gained increasing attention in recent years. This study contributes theoretically by providing a comprehensive intellectual mapping of PMS research and identifying future research directions related to sustainability, ESG integration, and intelligent performance management systems.
