Abstract

The family is the smallest social unit and serves as a fundamental foundation for shaping individual character and values within society. Ideally, family relationships should foster balanced and equitable interactions among members. However, various forms of gender inequality continue to persist in family life. These inequities are reflected in unequal role distribution, limited involvement of women in decision-making, disproportionate domestic workloads, and the occurrence of gender-based violence. This study aims to identify and analyze manifestations of gender inequality in family relations and to explore strategic efforts to promote equality. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and a literature study method, the research examines academic literature, legal documents, and previous studies through the lens of gender perspectives and family sociology. The findings reveal five major forms of gender inequality—marginalization, subordination, stereotyping, violence, and excessive workload—all of which have systemic impacts on the well-being of family members, particularly women and children. To address these issues, it is essential to deepen understanding of gender concepts, ensure fair distribution of household responsibilities, promote shared decision-making, and practice transparent financial management. Achieving gender equality within the family not only supports healthy emotional and social development of individuals but also contributes to building an inclusive, harmonious, and gender-just society.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital transactions in e-commerce platforms has introduced various payment innovations, including e-wallets, virtual accounts, debit/credit cards, QRIS, and paylater services. This study aims to analyze the compliance of these digital payment methods with Islamic legal principles, particularly regarding contracts, fairness, public interest, and the prohibition of riba, gharar, and maisir. Using a library research approach, this study reviews literature on Islamic commercial law, regulations issued by OJK and BI, and relevant DSN-MUI fatwas. The findings indicate that most digital payment methods can be considered sharia-compliant as long as the transactional mechanisms are transparent and free from prohibited elements. However, paylater services still pose significant risks of riba due to interest charges and late payment penalties. Therefore, a stronger sharia compliance framework and integrated regulatory supervision are required to ensure that digital payment systems align with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the implementation of classroom management and administration at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin, particularly in Class VII B under the supervision of Mrs. Tri Widia Ningsih, S.Pd. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study focused on three main aspects: the implementation of classroom management, the execution of classroom administration, and the teacher’s role as a learning manager. The findings reveal that the teacher successfully implemented effective classroom management strategies, which include the physical arrangement of the classroom, social interaction management, and the reinforcement of student discipline. A conducive and interactive learning environment was achieved through open two-way communication between teacher and students. In terms of administration, the teacher demonstrated good competence in managing both academic and non-academic records. The use of digital technology, such as Microsoft Excel and Google Drive, served as an important innovation that enhanced efficiency and accuracy in administrative documentation. Overall, the implementation of classroom management and administration at SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin was effective and professional. The teacher acted as a manager, administrator, motivator, and role model for students. This research highlights the importance of collaboration among teachers, students, and the school in fostering efficient, character-based, and sustainable learning.

Abstract

On a daily basis, women often find themselves in a disadvantaged position within the political sphere. Several factors contribute to this condition, one of which is the limited access to and mastery of political knowledge. This program is designed to empower women through political education that focuses on strengthening their understanding, capacity, and confidence to actively participate in decision-making processes. Women’s political participation continues to face structural and cultural barriers, including restricted access to information, low self-confidence, and the persistent influence of patriarchy. To overcome these challenges, the program organizes interactive political education forums that encourage participants to understand their political rights, analyze social issues, and enhance political skills to become more empowered in voicing their aspirations. As a strategic effort, the program partners with the General Elections Commission (KPU) of Serdang Bedagai to ensure that the educational content is relevant to women’s needs while also improving program effectiveness through expert involvement and broader access to information. Through gender-based political education, this program is expected to encourage women to participate more actively in democratic processes, strengthen their position in policymaking, and contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and equitable society

Abstract

Transparent and trustworthy financial management in mosques is a fundamental pillar for maintaining institutional integrity and preventing financial fraud. This article explores the importance of implementing mosque accounting practices that are accountable and aligned with good financial governance principles to enhance public and congregational trust. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach and literature review, the study identifies that many mosques still manage finances in a disorganized and non-transparent manner, with limited oversight. Such conditions increase the risk of fund misappropriation. To address this issue, the article proposes strategies such as adopting digital bookkeeping systems, providing basic accounting training for mosque administrators, and ensuring regular and publicly accessible financial reporting. The application of transparency, congregational participation, and periodic audits are key components in establishing a professional and trustworthy accounting system for mosques. The study concludes that structured financial governance, grounded in Islamic values, is an effective approach to preventing fraud and strengthening the financial accountability of mosque institutions.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular dengan prevalensi tinggi pada lansia dan menjadi faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular, seperti stroke dan penyakit jantung koroner. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan tekanan darah pada lansia di Posyandu Lansia Puskesmas Selayang. Metode : penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik korelasional dan pendekatan cross-sectional, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 43 responden dan diperoleh 20 responden yang memiliki kriteria inklusi. Hasil : Responden berdasarkan tingkat stres menunjukan bahwa terdapat 6 orang (30,0%) responden dengan tingkat stes normal, 6 orang (30,0%) dengan tingkat stres ringan, 8 orang (40,0%) dengan tingkat stres berat. Presentase tertinggi yaitu stres tingkat berat dengan preentase 40,0%. Responden berdasarkan Tekanan darah menunjuka bahwa dari 50 responden yang menjadi subjek pada penelitian ini diketahui rata-rata presistole 138 dan prediastole 83. Kesimpulan Stres merupakan masalah yang memicu terjadinya hipertensi di mana hubungan antara stres dengan hipertensi diduga melalui aktivitas saraf simpatis peningkatan saraf dapat menaikkan tekanan darah secara intermiten. Saran : Penanganan hipertensi tidak hanya sebatas pengobatan farmakologis, tetapi juga mencakup manajemen stres melalui pendekatan psikososial, olahraga ringan, relaksasi otot progresif, dan dukungan sosial

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intentions dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel intervening pada Sekolah Muhammadiyah Kota Semarang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory research dan simple random sampling, dengan sampel 100 responden dari populasi 178 karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap turnover intentions. Beban kerja juga tidak memengaruhi komitmen organisasional, sedangkan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif. Selain itu, komitmen organisasional tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja, tetapi mampu memediasi penuh pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intentions. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat memperkuat komitmen organisasional, sehingga menekan keinginan karyawan untuk keluar dari organisasi.

Abstract

Kemandirian fiskal daerah merupakan indikator penting keberhasilan desentralisasi dan efektivitas otonomi daerah. Dalam kerangka tersebut, optimalisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) menuntut inovasi kebijakan yang mampu mengembangkan sumber-sumber ekonomi baru yang berkelanjutan. Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara memiliki potensi strategis dalam pengembangan pariwisata sungai di koridor Sungai Mahakam yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai sumber PAD. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis konstruksi hukum dan kebijakan daerah dalam pengelolaan pariwisata sungai serta merumuskan model reorientasi kebijakan PAD melalui tata kelola pariwisata sungai yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, kebijakan daerah, serta pendekatan komparatif antara hukum positif dan hukum Islam melalui kerangka maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap PAD masih terbatas karena lemahnya integrasi regulasi, belum optimalnya sistem pemungutan retribusi berbasis digital, serta minimnya pengaturan partisipasi komunitas lokal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rekonstruksi kebijakan menuju model Smart River Tourism Governance yang mengintegrasikan digitalisasi retribusi, penguatan kelembagaan komunitas dan BUMDes, serta pembentukan skema konservasi lingkungan. Integrasi antara prinsip governance modern dan nilai-nilai maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah memberikan landasan normatif bagi pengelolaan pariwisata sungai yang transparan, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi paada kemaslahatan publik.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of leverage, liquidity and company size on the share prices of companies classified as sharia shares, with profitability as a moderating variable. The research object focuses on companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the 2018–2023 period. The research approach uses quantitative methods with panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using EViews version 13 to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that leverage and liquidity have no effect on sharia stock prices. On the other hand, company size and profitability have a positive effect on sharia share prices, indicating that company size and good profit performance can increase investor confidence. Profitability is proven to have a role as a moderating variable in the sharia stock price determinant model. The results of the analysis show that profitability weakens the effect of leverage on sharia share prices, indicating that investors are more tolerant of leverage conditions if the company is able to support stable and prospective profitability. Furthermore, profitability is able to strengthen the relationship between the influence of likuiditas and firm size on sharia share prices. These results highlight the importance of considering internal financial factors and company size in shaping investment decisions within the sharia capital market.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Company Supervision on Company Financial Performance. Case Study of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2020-2023. The aim of this research is to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of company supervisors on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2023. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation method with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the variables board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee and institutional ownership simultaneously influence the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2023. The partial effect shows that the institutional ownership and managerial ownership variables have a positive effect on financial performance, while the board of commissioners, audit committee and board of directors have no effect on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2020-2023.
