Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control dan Norma Subjektif Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Melalui Sikap Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa FE UNJ. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang berjumlah 1040 berdasarkan data yang peneliti dapatkan dari staf administrasi Fakultas Ekonomi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 281 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Lalu, Norma Subjektif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Locus of Control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Norma Subjektif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara locus of control terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha. Sikap Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara norma subjektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

The issue is that employees' expectations of the organization in terms of rewards in the form of pay, benefits, and development to keep up with the flow of progress are still insufficient, and employees have a longer extension time. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the work environment on employee performance using motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The Partial Least Square (PLS) method will be used to analyze the data used to test this research. Previous research which has similarities with this study in terms of the number of variables and the presence of intervening variables is one of the basic references. Researchers chose to use the PLS method that the work environment has significant effect on motivation and the hypothesis is accepted, the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction and the hypothesis is accepted, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and the hypothesis is rejected, job satisfaction has not significant effect on employee performance and the hypothesis is rejected, and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and the acceptance hypothesis, and through research indirectly results that the work environment has not significant effect on employee performance through motivation and the hypothesis is rejected, and the work environment has not significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction and the hypothesis is rejected, is expected to have a dominant influence so that every employee has the awareness to cultivate a good attitude in the work environment. According to the research, substantial motivation is required, such as providing staff promotions, to boost employee happiness and performance in the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions in digital business companies. That is to see whether service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction can have a significant effect on behavioral intentions either separately or not simultaneously. This research was conducted on 200 respondents with the criteria of being domiciled in Jabodetabek, aged 17-44 years and consumers who have used online motorcycle taxi transportation services in the Grab application at least 2x in the last 1 year. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using the SEM AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between service quality on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality and behavioral intentions, customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceived value and behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, there is a negative and insignificant effect between perceived value on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction on behavioral intentions, service quality on behavioral intentions and perceived value on behavioral intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Lembaga Administrasi Negara yang betujuan untuk mengetahui yang dilakukan pada pelayanan publik Lembaga Administrasi Negara, mengetahui penerapan standar pelayanan publik pada wesite PPID dan mengetahui kendala pelayanan website PPID Metode penilitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, Teknik pengumpulan daa yang digunakan studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian teknik kebasahan data dengan metode triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber serta metode interaktif untuk teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini menemukan standar pelayanan pada webiste ppid belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi sebab sistem pelayanan belum dikembangkan oleh petugas, inovasi pelayanan belum di perbaru dan jangka permohonan informasi relatif lama. Kendala dalam proses pelayanan pada website PPID kurangnya petugas pelayanan, fitur website belum memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan kualitas website belum baik. Lembaga Administrasi Publik sebagai lembaga yang bertugas melayani publik seharusnya memperbaiki kekuranga tersebut agar dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. pelayanan publik yang baik akan mendapatkan citra baik di masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-Service Quality and e-Trust on e-Loyalty with e-Satisfaction as an Intervening on m-BCA customers. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey instrument. Data was collected using a non-probabilty sampling technique, namely purposive sampling by taking a sample of 150 respondents who had used m-BCA at least three times in the last six months. Then the respondents' answers that have been obtained are processed using the Partial Least Square-Path Modeling method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. From hypothesis testing in this study, the results showed that 1) e-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on e-Satisfaction, 2) e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Satisfaction, 3) e-Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, 4) e-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, 5) e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty, 6) e-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty through e-Satisfaction and 7) e-Trust has a positive and significant effect on e-Loyalty through e-Satisfaction. This means that e-Service Quality and e-Trust can be improved so that it will have an impact on e-Satisfaction so that it can also have an impact on the e-Loyalty of customers who use m-BCA. keywords: e-loyalty, e-satisfaction, e-service quality, e-trust, m-bca

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada lembaga Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Jakarta Utara dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan seseorang dalam memimpin suatu organisasi maupun lembaga pemerintahan dan mengetahui apakah tata cara implementasi gaya kepemimpinan demokratis tersebut sudah dilakukan dengan baik atau tidak. Hasil analisis penelitian ini di susun dengan metode analisis deskriptif dengan hasil yang didapatkan melalui teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pada lembaga Suku Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Jakarta Utara belum berjalan dengan optimal dikarenakan pada saat dilakukannya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis masih terdapat kendala-kendala seperti miss-communication, pimpinan kurang optimal dalam melakukan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kurang tepat dalam mengambil keputusan bersama. Dengan Adanya Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dan informasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan seseorang dalam memimpin suatu organisasi ataupun lembaga dengan baik yang sesuai dengan lingkungan kerja dan juga para pegawainya.

Abstract

Research activities are generally carried out by students as part of the completion of the final project (thesis) which is one of the graduation requirements for obtaining a bachelor's degree. There are several reference sources that can be used as references in conducting research, including textbooks, previous research journal articles, data and information published by official institutions, as well as results of observations or preliminary research. With a complete reference source, it is expected that students can easily conduct research and write their final project. This community service activity seeks to provide training and practical instructions in accessing national and international journal articles, as well as the process of writing final assignments and publishing scientific articles. This community service activity aims to accelerate students' ability to complete their final project, as an implementation of a cooperation agreement that has been agreed upon by the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University with several universities in Indonesia. The time for implementing this community service activity is October 15th  2022. The training was be carried out via media zoom, bearing in mind that currently, Indonesia is still in a pandemic period so there are limitations to conducting face-to-face learning. For this reason, various tips will be explained through this training on how to access various research reference sources that can be carried out by optimizing the use of digital applications. It is hoped that through this training, FE UNJ can actively collaborate with other tertiary institutions in Indonesia in improving capabilities and accelerating the completion of student final assignments in Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi variabel niat berkunjung dengan menggunakan persepsi risiko, persepsi nilai, motivasi perjalanan, citra destinasi sebagai prediktor. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei. Objek penelitian ini adalah 201 responden yang berniat untuk melakukan perjalanan ke luar negeri pasca pandemi covid-19 dan sudah pernah melakukan perjalanan ke luar negeri minimal 1 kali. Analisis data menggunakan SPPS versi 19 dan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS versi 22. Nilai fit model dengan P sebesar 0.053, nilai CMIN/DF sebesar 1.178, nilai TLI sebesar 0.983 CFI sebesar 0.985 dan nilai RMSEA sebesar 0.030

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terhadap komitmen organisasi yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada perawat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 perawat dengan sampel penelitian 79 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM yang dioperasikan menggunakan program SMARTPLS 3.0. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk adanya intervening efek variabel dilakukan melalui beberapa pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi antara keduanya. Nilai original sample value dari pengaruh ketiga variabel ini adalah 0,564 dan t-statistik adalah 8,592. Hasil perhitungan uji sobel didapatkan sebesar 3,108, nilai > 1,98, hal ini membuktikan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 31,08%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social media marketing on customer trust, online customer review on customer trust, social media marketing on purchase intention, online customer review on purchase intention and customer trust on purchase intention of Scarlett Whitening's social media followers in the Jakarta area. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to Scarlett Whitening's social media followers and the sample of this study was 245 respondents. Researchers used Lisrel version 8.8 as a SEM application to process and analyze research data. The results of the study show a positive and significant influence between Social Media Marketing on Customer Trust, Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Customer Trust, Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Online Customer Reviews have a significant influence on Purchase Intention, and Customer Trust has a significant effect on Purchase Intention to Scarlett Whitening online store. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengikut sosial media Scarlett Whitening dan sampel penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 245 responden. Peneliti menggunakan Lisrel versi 8.8 sebagai aplikasi SEM untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Social Media Marketing terhadap Customer Trust, Online Customer Review berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Trust, Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan pada Purchase Intention, Online Review Customer memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada Purchase Intention, serta Customer Trust berpengaruh signifikan pada Purchase Intention terhadap toko online Scarlett Whitening.
