Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out more deeply about the implementation of moral education values at the Mutiara Kebonan integrated Islamic elementary school. This research is a qualitativeresearch. The subjects of this research were school principals, school management, PAI teachers and students. Data was obtained through observation, structured interviews and documentation as well as relevant literature results. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model called interactive analysis. This analysis is divided into several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the implementation of moral education values is through advice, example, attention and habituation. Meanwhile, the moral education values applied are the Value of Moral Education towards Allah SWT, the Value of Moral Education towards the Prophet Muhammad SAW and the Value of Moral Education towards the Family.

Abstract

Education in Islam refers to Al-Tarbiyah, Al-Ta'dib, Al-Ta'lim, these three terms are often used by Al-Tarbiyah, even though this word has many meanings but its basic meaning shows the meaning of growing, developing, nurturing, caring for, manage and maintain it. The goal of Islamic education is none other than the goal that realizes Islamic ideals. The definition of Tahfizh Al-Quran or tahfidz Quran is composed of two words, namely: tahfizh and Al-Quran. Tahfidz means memorizing and can be interpreted as the process of repeating a lesson, either by reading or listening. The definition of tahfiz or tahfidz Al-Qur'an is the process of memorizing the Al-Quran either by reading or listening to it repeatedly until it is memorized so that each verse can be read without looking at the manuscript. Maslow's theory is applied to see the influence of the tahfidz Quran education they receive in Mahad with the development of self-actualization in the form of aspects of creativity, aspects of morality, aspects of self-acceptance, aspects of spontaneity, aspects of problem solving from students in the attitude, life and daily learning of students in the Mahad Baitul Quran Wonogiri, then Maslow's theory which discusses human needs can become a theoretical basis for developing and answering what is thought in this research. Tahfidz Quran education that needs to be considered as an important aspect is the Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Strategy, Al-Qur'an Tahfidz Method, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Learning Media. In self-actualization important aspects that will arise in a person are Creativity, Morality, Self-acceptance, Spontanity, Problem Solving. Abstract

The quality of education in schools is largely determined by the effective management of educational and administrative staff. Personnel administration, which involves recruitment, training, career development, and performance evaluation, plays a pivotal role in ensuring that human resources (HR) in schools operate efficiently. Effective HR management enhances teacher performance and fosters a positive work environment, directly contributing to improved educational quality. Conversely, poor HR administration can lead to low teacher motivation, high turnover, and declining academic standards. As modern curricula and technological advancements evolve, personnel administration must adapt to ensure continuous professional development and well-being for educators. This article investigates the significance of personnel administration in improving school quality. By reviewing recent literature, it explores how recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes impact teaching quality and student outcomes. The analysis also provides recommendations for policymakers to strengthen HR management in schools, ensuring sustained educational excellence. Structured personnel administration is shown to be essential for motivating teachers, enhancing performance, and ultimately raising the overall standards of education.

Abstract

Teacher personnel administration is an important aspect in the effective management of educational staff in the school environment. This article aims to explore what teacher personnel administration is, the challenges in the current era and its solutions through a literature study approach. Personnel administration covers various aspects, such as recruitment, selection, development, performance assessment, promotion, and teacher welfare. Based on the literature review, the role of good teacher personnel administration is crucial to improving the quality of education. Proper management of teacher personnel can improve their motivation, performance, and welfare, thus having a positive impact on the teaching and learning process. This study also highlights the challenges in teacher personnel administration at various levels of education, especially related to government policies and school management. In conclusion, the implementation of effective teacher personnel administration plays an important role in creating a quality and sustainable education system.

Abstract

Agama merupakan sumber dari nilai religius dan mempuinyai keterkaitan yang sangat irat untuk masuk kedalam jiwa seseorang. Untuk membentuk manusia yang agamis dan mempunyai nilai-nilai religius dalam dirinya diperlukan pendidikan yang terarah. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan hendaknya mengenalkan dan menanamkan tauhid atau akidah kepada peserta didik sebagai pondasi awal sebelum peserta didik mengenal banyaknya disiplin ilmui lainnya. Deingan begitu para guru umumnya dan guru pendidikan agama Islam khususnya untuk berupaya menciptakan budaya religius dan meningkatkan potensi religius guna membentuk kepribadian peserta didik menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertaqwa dan berakhlak. Pertanyaan dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses implementasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun nilai-nilai religius di lingkungan sekolah SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta dan pembelajaran intrakurikuler yang dilakukan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun nilai-nilai religius di SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dipilih secara purposive dan bersifat snowball sampling. Penguimpulan data dilakuikan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari peneilitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Implementasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun nilai-nilai religiuis di lingkungan SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta dilakukan deingan baik dan efektif dengan diterapkannya dalam kegiatan keseharian seperti membiasakan mengucapkan salam, berjabat tangan, santun dalam berbicara, sopan dalam bersikap, dan saling menghormati baik dengan guru maupun sesama teman. Kemudian terkait program-program dalam kurikulum khusus mengenai keagamaan, seperti diadakannya TPA, kemudian sholat dhuha berjamaah, sholat dhihur berjamaah, kemudian adanya pembinaan bakat seperti tahfid, pidato, kultum bagi laki- laki dan juga adanya ceramah atau kajian, infaq dan juga menghafalkan surat-surat pilihan dalam Al-Qur’an, kemudian keteladan dan kidisiplinan yang diberikan oleh semua warga sekolah. Pembelajaran intrakurikuler pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun nilai-nilai religius peserta didik SD Islam Amanah Ummah Sirakarta dilakukan dengan cara sistematik dengan menggunakan kurikulum 2013 dan sesuai dengan unsur-unsur pembelajaran. Dan pembelajaran intrakurikuler juga dilakukan dengan berpusat pada peserta didik dan dimaksimalkan pada aspek-aspek materi konseptual dan ilustrasi serta pemberian contoh-contoh yang kontekstual. Kemudian untuk pengamalannya dilakuikan dengan penilaian sikap dan kontrol perkembangan sikap serta praktik-praktik keagamaan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab penting bagi setiap umat Islam karena merupakan bahasa Al-Quran, Hadits, dan bahasa yang digunakan para ulama untuk menyusun disiplin ilmu dalam kajian Islam. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini peneliti mencoba untuk menyelidiki metodologi pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Madrasah Nahdhatul Mualimin Surakarta. Sebagaimana diketahui, ada tiga jenis metodologi penelitian: klasik, modern, dan campuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa metodologi pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada subjek penelitian adalah pendekatan campuran.

Abstract

Menghafal Al-Qur’an bukan hanya sekedar menambah hafalan, tetapi bagaimana manjaga hafalan yang sudah dihafalkan. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-Qur’an (STIQ) Isy Karima Karanganyar adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi Islam menyelenggarakan tahfihz al-Qur’an sebagai muatan yang tertuang dalam kurikulum dan semua mahasiswa diharuskan untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an sebagai ciri khasnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Problematika Dalam Penguatan Hafalan Al-Qur’an Mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Al-Qur’an (STIQ) Isy Karima Karanganyar. Jenis penelitian adalah kajian lapangan, dengan menggunakan metode (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa problematika Dalam Penguatan Hafalan Al-Qur’an Mahasiswa adalah , beberapa mahasiswa tidak menggunakan metode yang tepat, merasa malas dalam mengulang-ulang hafalan, kurangnya muraja’ah,. Untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut tentu terdapat solusi atau jalan keluar untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut, seperti memotivasi para santri, mengajarkan metode yang tepat, dan memberikan nasehat yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the yellow book learning strategy to increase vocabulary in Arabic. This research method uses a qualitative approach. While the subject of this study was at the Almada-I Darul Fikr Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Beji Andong Boyolali. Collecting data in this study by participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. While the data analysis using data reduction, the presentation of the data then draws conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Learning the yellow book at the Darul Fikr Al-Mada'I Islamic boarding school Bandung Beji Andong Boyolali uses the book of Tafsir and Usul Tafsir, Hadith and Musthalahul Hadith, Aqidah, Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh, Nahwu Shorf, Date, Faroid, Tajwid and Arabic”. (2) The strategy used by Ustadz and ustadzah in learning the yellow book is to increase Arabic vocabulary using the sorogan, bandongan, halaqoh methods, discussion, memorization, writing scientific papers, evaluation, classical (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for learning the yellow book in Islamic boarding schools salaf to increase Arabic vocabulary at the Darul Fikr Al-Mada'I Islamic Boarding School Bandung Beji Andong Boyolali, namely the ability and quality of the uUstadz in teaching is also supported by the activeness of the students in learning, the provision of teaching aids/media, the availability of limited learning time and the character diverse students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Problem Basic Learning (PBL) method in the Aqeedah Akhlak subject can improve social interaction abilities of students at MIN 10 Boyolali in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a type of classroom action research. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The subjects of this study were Class IV students at MI N 10 Boyolali with a population of 53 students, so all were taken. Data is taken through documents and questionnaire scores, with the T-Test test. The PBL method can improve students' social interaction skills by 49.8% starting from the pre-action, then continuing in cycle I to increase to 68.8% and in cycle II to increase again to 78.4%. The use of the PBL method is applied to students of class IV MIN 10 Boyolali in the Aqidah Akhlak subject so that students can more easily and quickly improve their social interaction skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the teacher as class manager in increasing spiritual intelligence. Corcerning with the objective of the study, the writer uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects of the study were 7 teachers who teach in MIM Bendo special program. The Data collection techniques by using interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the data validation technique uses triangulation. Furthermore, the data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role as classroom manager can improve students' spiritual intelligence through moral development strategies, moral studies, congregational prayers, Al-Quran learning, and Ramadhan Islamic boarding schools activities. Due to these steps, teachers can improve students' spiritual intelligence through fostering faith and morals. On the other hand, the obstacles in increasing students' spiritual intelligence are such as a curriculum that focuses on academic aspects, lack of understanding and support, time constraints, differences in beliefs and values, and personal disobedience. To overcome these obstacles, teachers can take steps such as revising the curriculum, holding additional training, integrating spiritual values in learning, respecting students' different beliefs, and involving parents. Implementation of the teacher's role as class manager can be done.
