Abstract

Errors in analysis and management are vulnerable to making the implementation of regulations set by the government, agencies, and non-governmental organizations be carried out as desired. Like, prone to become one of the crucial domains to build a nation and reach the targets of an agency. This study has the intention of providing an explanation related to the definition, purpose and use of analysis, and risk management interventions so that PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk. The assessment category is a survey through a quantitative approach. The samples in the study were workers and managers of PT BNI (Persero), Tbk. This study uses core data and secondly, through the analytical method used is a descriptive qualitative method, and uses data analysis with decision analysis, on ERM matters. Obtaining the Koran provides Risk Management carried out by PT BNI (Persero), Tbk in accordance with BI regulations, this problem appears in the orderliness and discipline of the Company's Risk Management Division function to minimize vulnerability at PT.BNI (Persero), Tbk.

Abstract

Sektor UMKM menjadi salah satu faktor yang menggerakkan tren pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Guna mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam memajukan UMKM, Bank Jateng sebagai salah satu lembaga yang bekerja sama dengan dengan SBFIC (Saving Banks Foundation for International Cooperation) Jerman, turut serta membantu upaya tersebut dengan mengadakan Micro Business Game (MBG). Urgensi MBG bagi pelaku ataupun calon pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan manajemen bisnis dan literasi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan sumber data primer melalui wawancara dengan pihak trainer MBG Bank Jateng serta mengumpulkan sumber data dari kajian pustaka melalu literatur penelitian terdahulu yang masih relevan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MBG sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan manajemen bisnis dan pengetahuan literasi keuangan, khusunya pada peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi para wirausahawan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Regional Government Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research uses field research methods to study the background of the current situation and the social interactions within it. The research object was carried out in this environment by taking 45 employees as samples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale for quantitative analysis. The analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, this research uses the F test, Coefficient of Determination test, and T test. The research results show that leadership style and work discipline do not have a significant influence on employee performance, while compensation has a positive and significant influence. This research suggests that future research can expand literature or articles as a reference to facilitate research, as well as adding other variables that have the potential to influence employee performance. It is also hoped that future research will use more holistic methods and integrate quantitative and qualitative approaches to gain a deeper understanding of the complexity of organizational dynamics. Thus, future research is expected to provide more comprehensive and relevant insights for the development of effective human resource management strategies in complex and dynamic work environments.

Abstract

The approach used in this research is exploratory description. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. This research involved 132 employees of PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran were recruited through random sampling. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool and the results were analyzed using the PLS SEM method using the Smart-PLS application. Data analysis test found a positive and significant effect between compensation, work environment, and motivation on employee performance. So, the better the compensation, work environment, and motivation for employees, the higher the work performance of employees of PT. Dawn of Prosperity Lantern. So that the PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran can pay attention to the provision of compensation with an optimal and appropriate value to increase employee satisfaction and feel valued. The work environment is also very important to note in order to make employees feel comfortable and safe while working in order to improve optimal employee performance. Motivation is also important to note because with good motivation employees will feel valued and enthusiastic at work

Abstract

Saat ini kinerja ASN sedang mendapat banyak sorotan dari masyarakat. Kinerja pegawai ASN tak lepas dari kualitas kepemimpinan, kenyamanan lingkungan tempat bekerja, serta kelengkapan dan kualitas sarana prasarana kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kinerja ASN di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Responden adalah ASN Pemerintahan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir berjumlah 1oo orang yang direkrut secara random. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan metode SEM PLS menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini menemukan jika kepemimpinan secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi kinerja ASN. Demikian juga dengan lingkungan kerja dan fasilitas kantor memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Hal ini bermakna makin tinggi kualitas kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor, maka capaian kinerja pegawai ASN juga makin meningkat. Disarankan kepada jajaran pimpinan di pemerintahan agar memerhatikan aspek kepemimpinan, kenyamanan lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor untuk menunjang ketercapaian target kerja pegawai ASN

Abstract

Penelitian pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari laba bersih, perubahan piutang, perubahan utang usaha, dan perubahan persediaan terhadap arus kas operasi masa depan. Dengan populasi sebanyak 24 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2022, jenis penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kuantitatif. Hanya 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi persyaratan untuk penelitian ini setelah dilakukannya pemilihan sampel dengan teknik sampel purposive. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS 26. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan hubungan bahwa untuk variabel laba bersih dan perubahan piutang usaha terdapat adanya pengaruh positif terhadap arus kas operasi masa depan. Sedangkan pada variabel perubahan utang usaha dan perubahan persediaan tidak terdapat pengaruh apapun terhadap arus kas operasi masa depan. Alasan penelitian ini penting dilakukan karnamemprediksi arus kas operasi masa depan berguna bagi pemangku kepentingan baik pihak internal maupun eksternal.Kata Kunci: Arus Kas Operasi, Laba Bersih, Piutang, Utang, Persediaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif ekspoloratoti yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruhKompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. Penelitain ini melibatkan 132 karyawan PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran yang dipilih secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket dan datanya dianalisi dengan metode SEM PLS menggunkan aplikasi Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Jadi, semakin baik kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kepada karyawan maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran. Sehingga pihak PT. Lentera Fajar Kemakmuran dapat memperhatikan pemberian kompensasi yang baik dan tepat akan membuat karyawan merasa puas dan dihargai. Lingkungan kerja juga sangat penting diperhatikan guna membuat karyawan merasa nyaman dan aman saat berkerja demi meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Motivasi juga penting diperhatikan karena dengan adanya motivasi yang baik karyawan akan merasa dihargai dan semangat dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Credit is one of the largest and most important components of wealth compared to other assets. Therefore, to obtain maximum interest (income) from the loan, the bank concerned must pay special attention to the loan. Therefore, a good management system, such as a management system called internal control, is one of the most important factors in business success. Internal control is policies and mechanisms, other than accounting system control, which are created by management with the belief that the company's goals will be achieved, so that good internal control will bring benefits to business activities, and all activities can be controlled well. This study investigates the implementation of internal control systems in credit provision at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Regional Office (BRI RO) Palembang, emphasizing their critical role in maximizing interest income from loans. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research assesses the effectiveness of COSO's five control components control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. Despite challenges, the study finds that internal controls are effective, supported by skilled employee competencies aligned with their responsibilities. The findings underscore the significance of robust internal control practices in enhancing credit management efficiency and mitigating risks. This research provides practical insights for improving internal control mechanisms to optimize credit operations and ensure financial stability at BRI RO Palembang.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a crucial discipline in managing labor relations to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. HRM integrates scientific elements and artistic aspects in managing human resources. The scientific approach focuses on systematic understanding of labor management, while the artistic approach emphasizes talent and skills in influencing individuals to achieve specific objectives. This research aims to explore the impact of Search and Rescue (SAR) training and leadership on employee performance, considering job satisfaction as a mediating factor. The research sample includes 128 personnel of the South Sumatra Regional Marine and Air Police Directorate using a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression. The findings indicate that SAR training and leadership significantly affect employee performance, with job satisfaction serving as a crucial mediator. Additionally, 45% of personnel have not attended SAR training, which can negatively impact their performance in emergency situations. These insights are valuable for the management of South Sumatra Regional Marine and Air Police Directorate in enhancing operational effectiveness and employee performance through improved training and effective leadership.

Abstract

This research discusses efforts to optimize human resources (HR) in the construction industry at PT. Pusadega Superior. Effective HR management is crucial for increasing productivity and reducing risks in construction projects. The main problem identified is how HR optimization strategies influence project performance and job satisfaction. This study offers a new perspective by analyzing a comprehensive approach to HR management in the construction sector, an area that has not been widely explored in previous research. The research employs a qualitative case study method, utilizing qualitative analysis through interviews with project managers and staff, as well as document review related to HR management at PT. Pusadega Superior. The findings reveal that despite having good HR policies, their implementation is often inconsistent, which negatively impacts project performance. The main influencing factors are the quality of training and internal communication. The conclusion of this research is that increasing consistency in the implementation of HR policies and improving training and communication can enhance project performance and job satisfaction. The implication is that PT. Pusadega Superior must invest in better training programs and more effective communication strategies. The key message is that effective HR optimization is critical to the success of construction projects and worker satisfaction.
