Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Desa Lerang, Kecamatan Lanrisang, Kabupaten Pinrang hampir semua Guru memiliki komputer/laptop, akan tetapi mereka masih menggunakan papan tulis sebagai media pembelajaran, membuat bahan ajar dan menyajikan materi ajar kepada siswa-siswi secara manual dan kreativitas guru dalam menyajikan materi menjadi monoton dan tidak berkembang. Selain itu, masih banyak dari siswa UPT SMPN 2 Mattiro Sompe dan UPT SMAN 10 Pinrang menggunakan teknologi khususnya android untuk hal-hal yang kurang bermanfaat, seperti banyaknya siswa menggunakan android mereka untuk bermain game online, menghabiskan waktu luangnya dengan berseluncur di media sosial. Oleh karena itu, tim pengabdi mengadakan sebuah pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bagi guru dan siswa tentang pemanfaatan teknologi serta mengasah keterampilan guru dalam membuat dan menyajikan bahan ajar, serta meningkatkan kreativitas siswa menggunakan Android dalam menghasilkan suatu karya. Pelatihan sesi pertama yaitu Pelatihan Microsoft Office Powerpoint di Laboratorium Komputer SMA Negeri 10 Pinrang untuk para pengajar dan Pelatihan desain grafis dengan aplikasi PixelLab dilaksanakan di Laboratorium IPA SMPN 2 Mattiro Sompe untuk para siswa yang ada di Desa Lerang, Kecamatan Lanrisang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Dari kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan Microsoft Office Powerpoint dan desain grafis bertujuan agar dapat membantu para guru dan siswa-siswi dalam meningkatkan keterampilannya di bidang teknologi dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi software yang ada, melatih kreatifitas guru dalam membuat bahan ajar yang menarik untuk siswa serta melatih kreatifitas siswa tentang desain grafis di era modern agar informasi yang mereka sampaikan lewat desain tersampaikan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik (PMR) terhadap hasil belajar matematika dan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Takalar. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Kelas yang akan dipelajari adalah kelas VII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII A sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan instrumen berupa angket pretes dan kepercayaan diri untuk memperoleh data awal hasil belajar matematika siswa dan tes kepercayaan diri, kemudian instrumen berupa posttest, dan angket kepercayaan diri untuk memperolehnya. data akhir hasil belajar matematika siswa dan rasa percaya diri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25 yang terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, analisis gain, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik terhadap hasil belajar matematika dan kepercayaan diri siswa.  This study aims to determine the effect of implementing a realistic mathematics education approach (PMR) on mathematics learning outcomes and self-confidence of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 4 Takalar. The type of research to be used is quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods. The classes to be studied are class VII B as the experimental class and class VII A as the control class. Data collection was carried out by providing instruments in the form of a pretest and self-confidence questionnaire to obtain initial data on students 'mathematics learning outcomes and self-confidence tests, then instruments in the form of posttest, and self-confidence questionnaires to obtain final data on students' mathematics learning outcomes and self-confidence. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25 program, which consists of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, gain analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of implementing a realistic mathematics education approach on mathematics learning outcomes and students' self-confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengetahuan konten pedagogi mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika FMIPA UNM dengan indikator pengetahuan penguasaan materi, pengetahuan pedagogi, serta pengetahuan subjek terkait peserta didiknya. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Matematka FMIPA UNM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (Mix Method). Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan soal tes pengetahuan konten pedagogi kepada 45 orang subjek dan melakukan wawancara semi terstuktur kepada 2 subjek yang dipilih secara acak. Setelah memperoleh informasi terkait kategori level PCK subjek, analisis terkait jawaban-jawaban yang diberikan oleh subjek untuk mendeskripsikan alasan-alasan subjek memperoleh level PCK yang dimaksud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada mahasiswa yang memperoleh level PCK yang tinggi. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Konten Pedagogi, Pengetahuan Materi, Pengetahuan Pedagogi, Pengetahuan tentang Peserta didik, Bangun Datar. This study aims to describe the pedagogical content knowledge of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Department students of FMIPA with indicators of mastery knowledge, pedagogy knowledge, and subject knowledge related to their students. The subjects of this study were students of the Mathematics Department FMIPA UNM. This type of research is a quantitative and qualitative approach (Mix Method). Data was collected by giving pedagogical content knowledge test questions to 45 subjects and conducting semi-structured interviews to 2 randomly selected subjects. After obtaining information related to the subject's PCK level category, an analysis of the answers provided by the subject to describe the reasons the subject obtained the intended PCK level. The results showed that there were no students who obtained high levels of PCK.. Abstract

The purpose of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity is to provide knowledge and sewing skills with a simple pattern technique in a group of young women in Bonto Jai Village, Bissapu District, Bantaeng Regency. The provision of these skills is based on several problems in the group of teenager girl as partners in Bonto Jai Village, namely: the low level of knowledge and skills, especially sewing skills: there are no specialized institutions to provide training in the form of sewing skills; and the lack of participant fees for attending education in the form of commercial courses. To achieve the goals of the success of this Community Partnership Program the solution offered is to assist during the activity, and to apply learning methods that are easily understood by the community partnership program participants. The results of the PKM activities carried out at Bonto Jai Village were the opening of opportunities for cooperation between LP2M UNM and Partners; Increased sewing knowledge and skills; Open minded insights to be developed into more professional businesses in the sewing services business.The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was the head of the Lerang subdistrict. The problem motivating this program were (1) the lack of awareness of the importance of clean environment and education for children, (2) the lack of teachers’ knowledge in teaching which results in boring learning, (3) the lack of learnng media used by teachers in learning process, (4) most people are illiterate of Al-Qur’an, and (5) the cooperative culture in the society is faded. The objectives of this program were (1) increasing parents' insights about the importance of investment in education, (2) supporting schools in Lerang sub-district in creating clean and beatiful school environment, (3). assisting teachers in making learning media which is suitable with their lessons, (4) increasing teachers' insights about learning media tools that can be used in teaching and learning. (5) creating the culture of clean environment in the community. The expected outcomes in this activity are: learning media that can be used by teachers, good awareness of the society about the importance of clean environment and education for children.

Abstract

The main objective of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was increasing the competency of teachers in making computation using a software. It was aimed at simplifying the teachers to verify the answers of problems related to the topic they teach in classroom. It stemmed from the problems, namely, the instructor for the software was still limited and the softwares commonly they used were not practical. It caused the incompetency of the teacher   in operating a software, i.e. Wolfram Alpha for computation. Therefore, it is necessary to make a training program that can facilitate the teachers in operating Wolfram Alpha software. Specifically, the activity can develop the ability of the teachers in making computation for solving problems in mathematics and natural science. The outcomes of the program are that the participants were enthusiastic to the activity given. They frequently consult to the instructor when there are some problems occurring in the training related to Wolfram Alpha. Finally, the teachers are able to make computation using software.

Abstract

The aim of this activity was to increase the pedagogic competence as well as the professional competence of teachers in the form of Community Partnership Program (PKM). The community involved in this study was a group of mathematics teachers in Tinggi Moncong subdistrict, one of subdistricts in Gowa, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It was undertaken to solve the problem, i.e., the lack of integration of pedagogic competence, subject matter knowledge, and technological skill to apply in classroom. In addition, the other problem behind this program was no instructor who could facilitate them in such competence enhancement. This program trained the teacher to use geogebra. The findings of this program were that the professional competence and pedagogical competence of teachers increased.

Abstract

Abstract. The partners of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are students majoring in mathematics both in Makassar State University and other universities. The problem of the partners is the understanding and ability of students to work on geometry problems, especially in the topic of the three dimensions. Specifically, the problems that occur are that: (a) students do not understand some geometry topics, especially three-dimension topic (b) students' memorization of theorems and definitions related to geometry is still lack (c) the ability to calculate and apply student concepts is still lack (d) and the lack of practice in doing problems in the form of figuring three-dimentional objects. The purpose of this PKM activity is to increase students' understanding and knowledge of three-dimension topics and to train students in the Mathematics Department in applying their abilities to solve three-dimension questions both at the National Examination level and at the SBMPTN-UTBK level. The results achieved are that this PKM can increase students' understanding and knowledge of three-dimension topics.Keywords: accessories, bodo clothes, quality, quantity, production

Abstract

The purpose of this program is to improve thePedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) capabilities.Specifically, PCK includes teacher knowledge about thematerial taught, pedagogical knowledge, and knowledge ofstudents related to the material. This program was carried outin Selayar Islands Regency, Benteng City. There were about40 participants of mathematics and natural science teacherswho involved in this program. This implementation consists ofseveral activities, namely the conducting of PCK material bythe speakers, workshop/training to improve PCK capabilities,and PCK ability tests. The result of this program is that theknowledge of the pedagogical content of the trainingparticipants' teachers has increased.

Abstract

The main goal of this program was to increasestudent competence in terms of computing using the software.This was intended to facilitate students in doing theirassignments, where they must perform a computationalprocess that emphasizes the result of a mathematical case. Theconstraints faced in general were the lack of internal teachingstaff who could guide the students in a frequent manner. As aresult, many students were unable to use the software properlyfor the computing process. Therefore, there was a need forconducting an educational and training program in order toovercome this issue. One of which was training in dataprocessing and analysis using Casio FX 991 ID Plus calculatorsoftware for students. This activity aimed to improve theability of students to use the Casio FX 991 ID Plus software.Specifically, this activity could develop students' ability to dothe computation to solve problems in various mathematicaltopics. The results achieved were that the participants weregenerally very enthusiastic in following the entire series ofactivities. The participants consulted with the presenters/facilitators of the training if they found problems and thingsthat were not yet known about the Casio FX 991 ID PlusCalculator. The result obtained from the training andindependent work was the participants have been able to dothe computing process well. It is recommended that the scopeof the implementation of such training program be furtherexpanded. In addition, according to the results and benefitsobtained from the implementation of the training, it isnecessary to implement the training for students and thecommunity, in general, to facilitate them in using Casio FX991 ID Plus Calculator as a tool for performing computingprocesses.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberi panduan dan mensosialisasikan ke tingkat fakultas hingga program studi di Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) terkait dengan rekognisi Bentuk Kegiatan Pembelajaran (BKP) Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Adapun kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan para pimpinan fakultas dan program studi terkait tidak adanya panduan rekognisi BKP MBKM di tingkat universitas yang dapat dijadikan panduan untuk kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa di luar kampus serta prosedur teknis lainnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan inti PKM ini berupa metode Seminar, Workshop dan Tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya panduan rekognisi BKP MBKM dan para pimpinan fakultas serta program studi telah mengetahui secara detail teknis rekognisi BKP MBKM dan dosen-dosen pada umumnya telah mengetahui rekognisi BKP. Kata kunci: MBKM, Rekognisi, Bentuk Kegiatan Pembelajaran
