The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived ease of donating and the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS interest using fintech crowdfunding. Sample this research is 86 respondents of students at the Islamic Studies Faculty of UIKA Bogor. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and the technical analysis used is multiple linear regressions. The results showed the variable Ease of Donation Ease of Interest in ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding had a negative effect on the significant value of t count of 0.253, indicating that if the ease of donating was easier to use then the interest of students in doing ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding would increase. Variable Effectiveness of Distribution of ZIS Interest Using Fintech Crowdfunding has a positive effect on the significant value of a count of 0,000. There shows the effectiveness of distribution gives confidence to students in conducting ZIS using Fintech Crowdfunding. And according to ANOVA analysis results show that the calculated F value of 30.115 with a significance value of 0,000. This shows that the Perception of Ease to Donate, Effectiveness Distribution jointly, or simultaneously influences the Interest of ZIS Using Fintech Crowdfunding.

Development of BPRS can be developed quantitatively through BPRS financial ratios. The BPRS has a high BOPO which proves that the BPRS experiences financing and inefficient performance problems. This study aims to measure the efficiency of BPRS in West Java for the period 2016-2019. This type of research is quantitative research with non-parametric Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Source of data used is secondary data collected from financial statements issued by the OJK. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking 11 BPRS samples. The results of this study indicate that of 44 UPBs, 8 UPBs (18.19%) are at the efficiency point as a whole, 14 UPBs (31.81%) are technically efficient, and 9 DMUs (20.45%) are efficient. in scale. The factor causing the inefficiency of the BPRS in West Java is the inadequate use of inputs.

This study aims to determine the concept of human development made by UNDP, and its relevance to the condition of the developing country Indonesia at this time , and how the Islamic judge it. In addition , this study also aims to lift Islamic persefektif related human development, as a critique falsifies Human Development Index which is an instrument in determining the countries in the world in the category of developed, developing, undeveloped, or underdeveloped. From the research conducted, it was found that the concept of human development according to the UNDP and maqashid banking is not face to face with each other because both concepts are not mutually contradictory. This can be explained by considering three factors of human development made by UNDP (health, education, income) using Shari'ah maqashid scales consisting of human development in the field of religion, life, intellect, lineage and property. From the results of the comparison can be concluded that part of the maintenance of mental health, education part of the reason maintenance, and maintenance revenue part of the treasure.

This thesis will try to explore and compare two opinions about fii sabilillah according to the scholars and their arguments to support. The first opinion of those who restrict their meaning and extent of the mujahideen that support things such as salaries, supplies, etc. Second opinion they are expanding the scope of meaning to each activity fii sabilillah kindness, public facilities (schools, Islamic centers, the remedy market dhu'afa, etc.), activities that are intended to elevate kalimatullah as jihad has the same purpose.

Baitul maal wa tamwil is an Islamic financial micro institution as intermediary aims to empower the poor. BMT Ibaadurahman has financial services to assist the poor both spiritual and material. This research found that with a group and individual approach, there positive effect on BMT members such as increasing income, developing their small business, until long and short term investment.

The practice of pledge in Indonesian society is already a universal sociological phenomenon and occurs in almost all regions and develops from generation to generation. Similarly, in Bogor community in general and in particular the community of Cibeureum Kalong Village Bogor District, pawn is a common thing as well as a tradition from generation to generation that is often done by the people of the village. The practice of pledge that has been running without proof of documents, they carry out such mortgage transaction is only based on trust. Based on the formulation of problems and research objectives, the approach method used is a qualitative approach. The method used is between qualitative methods. Using qualitative research methods, qualitative descriptions of existing institutions exist within the community. Based on the research that the implementation of rice field ladang in the village of Cibeureum Kalong Sukawening Bogor district is still mostly done with customary law and pawnshops are not perfectly implemented, because in pawn transaction that has not been using the contract, they only use the contract verbally if any the proof is only a receipt, and there is no term period. As for the utilization of mahrum or collateral goods there is no profit sharing

The results concluded that the criterias of fast food that is halal and which is haram in Islamic Shari'ah is determined by the presence or absence of unclean and unclean goods elements. MUI has arranged halal fast food products by establishing the System and Procedures for Stipulation of Fatwa Halal Products completely. LPPOM MUI has also set up MUI Halal Certification procedures in detail for fast-food restaurant products. National fast food restaurants in Bogor City have been certified halal MUI and have implemented Halal Assurance System (SJH). This is evidenced by the establishment of halal policy by Top Management; appointment of Halal Management Team; making HAS manual; implementation of Halal Assurance System training; preparation of HAS related procedures; internal audit implementation; and management review. The local fast food restaurants are generally not certified halal MUI, so it cannot be ascertained halal. Because to ensure it must go through an audit process that requires fast-food restaurant companies to register halal certification first. Therefore, the authors suggest that the government immediately implement the mandate of Halal Product Guarantee Act (JPH) by making the government regulation as derivative rule and complementing the working tool of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizer (BPJPH). In addition, fast-food restaurant entrepreneurs who have not been certified halal to immediately apply halal certification, in order to protect the interests of consumers of food products containing elements of illicit goods or impure. The people, especially the Muslims, are encouraged to consume halal certified halal food products, and be wary of processed food products that have not been certified halal, especially products that have a critical point on raw materials, additives, and auxiliary materials as well as on the production process.
