Abstract

The purpose of this activity is that MSME actors can understand the importance of applying ethical principles in doing business, MSME actors are willing to participate in the socialization of understanding the application of ethical principles in business and understand the application of ethical principles in business. The implementation method used is by means of lectures and discussions using leaflets. The material provided includes discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors and (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business for MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of the initial decision of students choosing tertiary institutions through physical evidence, reference groups and self-motivation and their impact on student satisfaction with the quality of learning. Research methods conducted using the survey method. The sample in this study were active students at private universities in the city of Bima as many as 379 respondents using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 20 for windows. The results showed that aspects of physical evidence, reference groups and self-motivation had a positive and significant role in the decision of students in choosing tertiary institutions. The impact of these student decisions also has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with the quality of learning of selected tertiary institutions. The implications of this study are directed to be able to maximize the dimensions that influence students' initial decisions in choosing tertiary institutions so as to optimize student satisfaction on the quality of learning starting from the input, process and output of learning-oriented to the aspects of services that are directly felt by students as recipients of educational services. Keywords: Quality of Learning, Student Satisfaction,  Decisions to Choose a College

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee turnover intention. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously workload and work environment do not have a significant effect on turnover intention among employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bima Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, turnover intention on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and turnover intention (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. with an effect of 66.8%.

Abstract

According to (Mangkunegara, 2015), performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Similarly, (Sedarmayanti, 2011), says that performance is the result of a worker's work through the management process in the organization as a whole. Furthermore, (Fahmi, 2016) states that performance is the results obtained from organizations that have profit-oriented and non-profit-oriented characteristics that are produced within a certain time. To achieve the vision and mission of an organization or agency, the importance of supervising regional administration, as well as the need for human resources who have good performance, it is necessary to improve employee performance by developing human resources because the availability of human resources is the main factor that influences the achievement of professional performance. , to achieve this, organizations or agencies are required to provide quality human resources so that in carrying out their main tasks and functions achieve optimal and useful results, efforts must be made to involve their employees in education and training. According to (Krismiyati, 2017) Human Resource Development is an effort to improve the knowledge, abilities, attitudes of members, organizations, and provide career paths that are supported by organizational flexibility in achieving goals. According to (Budiarti, 2018), human resource development is an effort to improve the technical, theoretical, conceptual and moral abilities of employees in accordance with the needs of the job or position through education and training.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Bima City Samsat Office. The approach used in the research is an associative approach. The population in the study was 50 people with a sample of 50 employees. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test and F test which were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. that the Work Environment (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Bima City Samsat Office.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in quality and price between KLX and CRF motorbikes in the city of Bima. The sample in this study was 50 KLX motorbike users and 50 CRF motorbike users. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, literature study. The data analysis technique uses the paired sample t test. The research results show that there is no difference in product quality and price between KLX and CRF motorbikes in Bima City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh analisis jabatan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperindag Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang pegawai dengan rincian ASN 45 orang pegawai, 23 orang tenaga kontrak dan 7 orang honorer dengan sampelnya sebanyak 45 ASN yang dapat mewakili besarnya jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan regresi linear sederhana dengan variabel terikatnya (Y) yaitu analisis jabatan dan variabel bebasnya (X) yaitu kinerja pegawai. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah koesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert, di mana responden diberikan serangkaian pertanyaan dengan memilih salah satu alternative jawaban yang anggap paling tepat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Koperindag Kota Bima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan food quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen Uma Ilo Peta Kota Bima. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu asosiatif dengan melihat/mengetahui hubungan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dan food quality terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen konsumen Uma Ilo Peta Kota Bima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli makanan atau minuman pada Uma Ilo Peta Kota Bima yang tidak diketahui secara pasti jumlahnya (Unknown Population) sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang responden. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan variabel terikatnya (Y) berupa loyalitas konsumen, sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan food quality (X2). Hasil penelitian didapti bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan food quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Uma Ilo Peta Kota Bima. Peneliti menyarankan kepada Uma Ilo Peta Kota Bima untuk dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan food qualitynya sehingga dapat terus bersaing kedepannya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge and work attitudes on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The sample in this study was 47 respondents with ASN status. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that knowledge has no significant effect on employee performance, but work attitude has a significant effect on employee performance. Together, knowledge and work attitudes have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Bima Regency livestock service.
