Abstract

Abstrak: Functional illiteracy adalah ketidakmampuan individu menggunakan keterampilan literasi dasar secara efektif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sebuah fenomena yang paradoksal di tengah tingginya akses informasi digital Generasi Alpha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kolaboratif guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Unggulan Kota Gorontalo dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali bagaimana sinergi antar-pendidik diterapkan di lingkungan madrasah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru kelas (Bahasa Indonesia dan Matematika), serta orang tua, dilengkapi dengan observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah menerapkan strategi holistik melalui tiga pilar utama: (1) kontekstualisasi pembelajaran bahasa berbasis kearifan lokal untuk mendekatkan teks dengan realitas siswa, (2) integrasi logika literasi dalam pembelajaran numerasi, dan (3) penguatan ekosistem literasi keluarga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengentasan functional illiteracy di madrasah tidak bertumpu pada satu mata pelajaran semata, melainkan pada orkestrasi peran guru yang memadukan pendekatan pedagogis kontekstual dengan nilai-nilai humanis. Abstract: Functional illiteracy refers to an individual’s inability to use basic literacy skills effectively in everyday life, a paradoxical phenomenon amid the high level of digital information access enjoyed by Generation Alpha. This study aims to analyse the collaborative strategies employed by teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Unggulan, Gorontalo City, in addressing this issue. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research explores how synergy among educators is enacted within the madrasah environment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the headteacher, classroom teachers (Indonesian Language and Mathematics), and parents, complemented by participant observation and document analysis. The findings indicate that the school implements a holistic strategy through three main pillars: (1) contextualising language learning based on local wisdom to bring texts closer to pupils’ lived realities, (2) integrating literacy logic within numeracy instruction, and (3) strengthening the family literacy ecosystem. The study concludes that tackling functional illiteracy in madrasah settings does not rely on a single subject alone, but rather on the orchestration of teachers’ roles that blend contextual pedagogical approaches with humanistic values.

Abstract

This study explores bunthato, a Gorontalo cultural tradition in which the first income earned from daily labour is intentionally set aside for charitable purposes, and examines its relevance to strengthening zakat, infak, and sadaqah (ZIS) practices. The research seeks to understand how bunthato is interpreted and practised in contemporary Muslim life, and how its ethical values may inform culturally rooted ZIS governance. Data were collected over three months through in-depth interviews with 14 informants (religious leaders, customary leaders, market traders, fishermen, civil servants, and ZIS institutional representatives), supported by observation and document review. Data were thematically coded, and a conceptual model was developed through synthesis of emergent themes and supporting literature. Findings show that bunthato reflects a moral economy grounded in gratitude, solidarity, and amanah, functioning as a voluntary micro-philanthropy that complements institutional ZIS. The study proposes the Bunthato–ZIS Integrated Cultural Philanthropy Framework, positioning local wisdom as a bridge to accountable, culturally resonant Islamic philanthropy. Future research should pilot this framework to assess behavioural and institutional impact.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang interagrasi nilai akhlak mulia dalam pengembangan materi efektif inibertujuan untuk menunjukkan dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengintegrasian nilai-nilaiakhlak bagi kehidupan efektifan pembelajaran dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik.Jenis penelitian yang digunkan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan libraryresearch dimana semua datanya berasal dari pustaka. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akandilakukan melalui metode pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dengan mencari informasidan bahan-bahan tertulis. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini fokus padapenelusuran dan telaah dokumen atau sumber data tertulis, baik data primer maupunsekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Kedudukan akhlak dalam kehidupanmanusia menempati tempat yang penting, sebagai individu maupun masyarakat danbangsa, sebab jatuh bangunnya suatu masyarakat tergantung kepada bagaimanaakhlaknya. (2) Pendidikan akhlak yaitu sebuah proses yang dilakukan untukmenciptakan manusia-manusia yang seutuhnya; beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhanserta mampu mewujudkan eksistensinya sebagai Khalifah Allah di muka bumi, yangberdasarkan kepada ajaran al-Qur’an dan sunnah, maka tujuannya adalam menciptakaninsan-insan kamil setelah proses pendidikan berakhir. Dengan demikian kalau dikaitkandengan pengertian Pendidikan, diperoleh sebuah pengertian bahwa pendidikan akhlakadalah upaya membelajarkan siswa untuk dapat memahami, menghayati danmengamalkan nilai-nilai agama Islam melalui kegiatan bimbingan, pengajaran ataupunlatihan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of bullying behavior and the role of teachers in preventing bullying behavior in students at SD Negeri 9 Gadung, Gadung District, and to determine the obstacles and efforts of teachers in preventing bullying behavior in students at SD Negeri 9 Gadung, Gadung District, Buol Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection through: observation; interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are 1) The form of bullying behavior in students that occurred at SD Negeri 9 Gadung is divided into two, the first is physical bullying such as pushing, pulling the hijab, damaging friends' belongings and extortion. Second is verbal bullying such as giving insults, making fun of parents, and demeaning in the form of gossip. 2) The role of teachers in preventing bullying behavior in students at SD Negeri 9 Gadung is carried out through the role of a guide, the role as a facilitator, the role as a role model, the role of a motivator, the role as a mediator. 3) The first obstacle is students who do not report, second is the limited time teachers have to supervise at school, third is the students' social circle which has a bad influence, and fourth is the students' parents who rarely respond to calls from the school..

Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan melalui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru untuk bersikap lebih fleksibel dan inovatif dalam proses pembelajaran, termasuk dalam konteks madrasah ibtidaiyah. Guru Akidah Akhlak di MIN 1 Gorontalo Utara menghadapi tantangan ganda, yakni memenuhi tuntutan kurikulum yang berorientasi pada kompetensi dan inovasi pembelajaran, sekaligus menjalankan tanggung jawab moral-spiritual dalam pembinaan akhlak peserta didik. Kondisi ini berpotensi menimbulkan Role Strain, yaitu ketegangan peran akibat ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan profesional, administratif, dan ekspektasi sosial-keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk Role Strain yang dialami guru Akidah Akhlak serta menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi munculnya ketegangan peran tersebut dalam penerapan nilai-nilai keagamaan pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, berlokasi di MIN 1 Gorontalo Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami berbagai bentuk Role Strain, seperti role overload, role conflict, dan tekanan peran ganda antara fungsi pedagogis dan pembinaan moral-spiritual. Ketegangan peran dipengaruhi oleh tuntutan administratif Kurikulum Merdeka, budaya religius madrasah, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta ekspektasi masyarakat terhadap kualitas pembinaan akhlak siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Role Strain pada guru madrasah memiliki kompleksitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan sekolah umum. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya dukungan kelembagaan, pengelolaan beban kerja yang lebih proporsional, serta strategi integratif dalam penerapan nilai-nilai keagamaan agar peran guru dapat dijalankan secara optimal dan berkelanjutan.
