Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengelaborasi tentang penafsiran-penafsiran al-Zamakhsyari  tentang teologi dalam  tafsir al-kasysyaf. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data diolah dengan mempergunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mengolah data berdasarkan nilai yang terkandung dalam setiap data. Pendekatan yang relevan digunakan dalam penelitian ini tentu saja adalah pendekatan historis dan sosio-antropologi dengan melihat relevansi antara latar belakang budaya serta pemikiran yang lahir dari sejarah hidupnya dikaitkan dengan pandangan-pandangan tafsirnya. Teknik interpretasi tafsir tentu saja menjadi sarana yang digunakan untuk melihat lebih jauh ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang ditafsirkan oleh al-Zamakhsyari pada dua kategori besar. Teknik interpretasi tersebut adalah; Pertama, Interpretasi tekstual; Kedua, Interpretasi Sistemis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan-pandangan al-Zamakhsyari lewat tafsir al-Kasysyaf sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks yang melatarbelakangi lahirnya tafsir ini. Ketika ia berbicara mengenai masalah teologi dalam tafsirnya, maka akan terlihat dengan jelas ia membela prinsip aliran Mu’tazilah, kecuali pada masalah sihir, siksa kubur dan sebuah ayat tentang prinsip posisi pelaku dosa besar di akhirat. Adanya perbedaan pada beberapa prinsip Mu’tazilah, dapat mengindikasi satu di antara dua hal; pertama, sesungguhnya al-Zamakhsyari tidaklah menguasai detil prinsip Mu’tazilah. Kedua, al-Zamakhsyari adalah seorang yang sangat idealis sehingga kemampuannya dalam menilai sebuah lafadz yang mengarahkan kepada sebuah makna,  tidak dibatasi oleh pola ideologi mazhab.

Abstract

Tulisan ini secara spesifik mengkaji tentang urgensi kewarisan menurut al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif menggunakan sistem penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah ilmu tafsir. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini digunakan  metode mauḍu’i. Sumber primer, yaitu al-Qur’an, yakni ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan kewarisan. Sumber sekunder,  yakni kitab-kitab tafsir seperti Tafsir Ibnu Kas|i>r yang disusun oleh ibnu Kas|i>r, Tafsir al-Mana>r yang disusun oleh Muhammad Rasyid Rid}a>, atau buku-buku yang dipandang sebagai referensi yang representatif,  yang dapat memberikan keterangan dan informasi mengenai persoalan kewarisan. Dari sini kemudian dijelaskan dengan mengemukakan pandangan dan melakukan perbandingan dalam menganalisis serta memberikan interpretasi lebih lanjut. Pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Data disusun berdasarkan kerangka pembahasan untuk memperoleh gambaran konsep al-Qur’an tentang kewarisan. Teknik interpretasi yang digunakan adalah interpretasi tekstual, sosio historis, teleologis, dan sistemik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan uraian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Urgensi kewarisan dalam al-Qur’an, yaitu pertama, al-Qur’an mendudukkan anak bersamaan dengan orang tua pewaris serentak sebagai ahli waris. Dalam kewarisan di luar Islam, orang tua baru mungkin mendapat harta warisan jika pewaris meninggal dunia tidak memiliki keturunan. Kedua, al-Qur’an  memberi  kemungkinan saudara beserta orang tua (minimal dengan ibu) pewaris yang meninggal tanpa memiliki keturunan sebagai ahli waris.  Ketiga, suami-istri saling mewarisi. Hal ini bertolak belakang dengan tradisi Arab jahiliyah yang tidak memberikan warisan harta kepada istri, bahkan menjadikan istri sebagai  salah satu bentuk harta warisan. Keempat, adanya perincian  bagian tertentu bagi orang-orang tertentu dalam keadaan tertentu, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam QS al-Nisa>’/4: 11, 12, dan 176. Kelima, kewarisan berkaitan langsung dengan harta benda yang apabila tidak diberikan ketentuan-ketentuan (rincian bagian masing-masing), maka sangat mudah menimbulkan sengketa bagi ahli waris, sedangkan Islam merupakan agama yang menghendaki perdamaian dalam segala bidang, termasuk mempunyai komitmen preventif dari  segala hal yang dapat merusak persatuan dan kesatuan umat. Keenam, Rasululah saw. berpesan kepada umatnya agar mempelajarinya dan menyebut ilmu ini sebagai separuh ilmu.

Abstract

This paper elaborates on the application of the Safinda method in learning the translation of al-Quran for students at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua. This type is qualitative research, the research approach is a phenomenological perspective and a descriptive analysis approach, and data sources are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument, namely, the researcher as a key instrument, observation guide, interview guide and documentation reference, data processing and analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification, data validity testing, namely triangulation techniques, checking the correctness of the information, discussing and consulting data, and extending research time. The results of the study found that the application of the Safinda method in learning the translation of al-Quran to students at IAIN Fattahul Muluk Papua was carried out by (a) paying attention to class management which included classroom arrangement and student management before entering preliminary activities; (b) in the introductory activity, the lecturer starts learning effectively and pleasantly by providing motivation to students; (c) the core activities are carried out through reading activities, aural-oral activities, and memorizing activities are all carried out classically and individually, namely the lecturer reads word for word followed by students, lecturers and students read word for word, students read word for word, the lecturer interprets it, the students interpret all the verses that have been read together, the students read one by one, then the lecturer gives the opportunity to students who do not understand to ask questions, and finally the lecturer explains all the verses that have been studied together.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka since its inception in 1998. Aims to form a generation of Qurani. During its development, efforts were made to achieve this goal, one of which was to form a tradition of reciting the chosen surah of the Koran after performing obligatory prayers and sunnah, including recitation of surah al-waqiah after performing the Fajr prayer. By using the theory of social construction of reality offered by Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmaan in the form of externalization, objectification and internalization phases. The research shows that the reading of the communal pesantren towards surah al-waqiah emits several social meanings, namely: obedience to the Kiai and the rules of the boarding school, expecting blessings from reading the Koran, getting fadhilah from the recited surah, and as mediation in tahsin and tahfiz. on the surah of the Koran that is read.

Abstract

This research is related to the comprehensive view of the Qur'an about kiz|b, the discussion focuses on matters related to kiz|b, namely the essence of kiz|b: definitions and terms that are relevant in meaning to kiz|b either directly or indirectly. , explicitly or implicitly designated by the Qur'an, including, subject, object, motive and impact This research is (library research), intended to obtain data and information, literature in the form of books, notes and reports of scientific research that done before. These written data were then analyzed qualitatively. This is done because this research departs from the exposure of research data in the form of verses of the Qur'an, then put forward various interpretations related to the verse referred to by using various approaches. Then this research will offer a theory about the insight of the Qur'an about kiz|b. This type of research is classified as descriptive qualitative research, which can be interpreted as a problem solving procedure that is being studied by carefully describing or describing the state of the object of research. This descriptive research is a method designed to collect data and information whose main purpose is to provide a clear picture of the nature of a situation. Because this research is descriptive, it is not intended to test existing theories, but is directed to develop theories and ideas related to الكذب which can be interpreted as a problem solving procedure that is being studied by describing or describing the state of the object of research carefully. This descriptive research is a method designed to collect data and information whose main purpose is to provide a clear picture of the nature of a situation. Because this research is descriptive, it is not intended to test existing theories, but is directed to develop theories and ideas related to الكذب which can be interpreted as a problem-solving procedure that is being studied by carefully describing or describing the state of the object of research. Because this research is descriptive, it is not intended to test existing theories, but is directed to develop theories and ideas related to الكذب في الان al-kiz|b fi al-Qur'an Insight of al-Qur'an about Kiz|b, the approach in question is the approach to the science of interpretation, namely the science by which an understanding of the Qur'an is obtained. This research data comes from a lot of literature, so this research uses documentary data collection techniques, namely finding and collecting data sourced from written sources such as primary and secondary data obtained from the Qur'anic manuscripts, hadith books, interpretation books and other literature related to the discussion of research, the object of this research is the verses of the Qur'an about al-Kiz|b whose data is classified as qualitative data, then the data is analyzed using content analysis techniques.

Abstract

Man will not be separated from intercession because in human life, even until death, he still needs intercession. People who genuinely have faith in Allah swt. Submit and obey the sharia to Him. Islam sets the standard of morality based on the provisions of Allah and His Messenger. Therefore, what is seen as good by Allah and His Messenger, must be good. Moreover, vice versa, it cannot be Allah swt. He was judging falsehood as good behavior because the falsehood of its essence must be immoral. Thus in every explanation relating to intercession," at be it those who give and get intercession" at, or whether those who are hindered from it are clear that the cause is the scientific dimension related to faith in Allah swt. and sharia according to the provisions of Allah swt. and akhlakul karimah in doing the good of others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value of character education in the Hajj verses to produce an extract of character education value. It is expected as an offer of thought from the Al-Qur’an as an authentic source to shape personal, family and community character. This type of study was qualitative literature, the primary data obtained through written and digital literature. It used an interpretive descriptive data analysis method with a thematic approach to describe and analyse the Hajj verses about the value of character education. The results of this study indicated that the verse related to Hajj is in QS Al-Baqarah/2: 114. This verse conceived the value of character education, and the author divided it into four categories; first: the characters related to Allah, such as taqwa, istiqamah, gratitude, sincere, patient, not negligent heart, second: the characters related to humans, such as tolerance, favoring deliberation, collaborative, hardworking, honest, keeps promises, fair, compassionate, iffah, third: the character of the social environment sensitivity such as loving the environment and animals, science lover, social care, fourth: the character of the strength of belief: visionary, optimism, mission maturity and strength of belief.

Abstract

This paper talks about how implementing human resource management improves the quality of lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. The research method used is descriptive research that is analyzed qualitatively. Data sources are obtained from leaders, bureau heads, deans, lecturers, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) the system and process of implementing human resources related to lecturers, carried out professionally and under applicable regulations and regulations; 2) the quality of lecturers in terms of distribution based on faculties and study programs has not been evenly distributed; 3) efforts to improve the quality of lecturers carried out include further study studies, integrated learning, research, scientific forums, scientific publications, communication forums, mastery of information technology programs, parent programs or internships, and other supporting activities; 4) supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of lecturers in general, including leadership, individual motivation, limited budgeting, and lecturer welfare.

Abstract

Purpose – To address this gap, this study situates the halal industry within the broader transformation of Islamic sustainable banking by examining how maqasid, technological infrastructure, and green economy alignment collectively shape sustainable value creation in the Islamic finance ecosystem. Method – Using a systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA protocols, 2020–2024 studies were identified, screened, and synthesized through a structured multi-stage process involving database triangulation (Scopus, WoS, Dimensions), keyword clustering, thematic coding, and cross-validation to derive four core analytical themes: maqasid as a normative foundation, halal industry transformation as a real-sector driver, technology as compliance infrastructure, and green economy alignment toward SDGs integration. Findings – Findings reveal that maqasid provides a coherent ethical framework for integrating sustainability into governance, while the halal industry acts as a catalyst for real-sector expansion that stimulates demand for sustainable Islamic financial products. Technology enhances shariah–sustainability compliance through digital auditability, blockchain-based transparency, and algorithmic risk management. Implication – Theoretically, this study proposes an integrated Islamic Sustainable Banking Model that connects maqasid-based governance, halal value chain development, and green financial instruments. Practically, the findings offer strategic implications for regulators and Islamic financial institutions to harmonize shariah–regulatory frameworks, scale green sukuk and waqf-linked financing, strengthen digital compliance systems, and advance Islamic finance as a driver of national and global sustainability transitions

Abstract

This article examines the meaning of qiwāmah in QS An-Nisā’ [4]:34 through linguistic, Qur’anic semantic and socio-historical approaches. The study employs a qualitative library research method by integrating Fazlur Rahman’s double movement theory, Abdullah Saeed’s contextualist approach and Toshihiko Izutsu’s Qur’anic semantics. The analysis focuses on the linguistic structure of the verse, the semantic field of qiwāmah and the socio-historical context of early Arab society that shaped gender relations in classical tafsir. The findings indicate that qiwāmah does not represent the ontological superiority of men over women, but rather a functional and contextual social responsibility. The phrases bimā faḍḍala and bimā anfaqū demonstrate that qiwāmah is closely related to economic responsibility and family management rather than permanent domination. This study proposes an integrative interpretive model that combines linguistic analysis, Qur’anic semantics and socio-historical approaches in understanding gender-related Qur’anic verses contextually while remaining grounded in the Islamic exegetical tradition.
