Abstract

Proses pembelajaran fiqih selama ini lebih terkesan menakut-nakuti peserta didik. Sehingga, cenderung berjalan monoton, indoktrinatif, teacher-centered, top-down, sentralistis, mekanis, verbalis, kognitif. Jika dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajarannya, fiqh diajarkan sebagai sesuatu yang doktriner dan eksklusif, maka output-nya akan cenderung bersikap kaku dan eksklusif pula. Sebaliknya, jika fiqh diajarkan sebagai sesuatu yang terbuka dan dengan menonjolkan sisi-sisi akhlaq, maka hasilnya adalah manusia-manusia yang terbuka dan bisa memahami bagaimana melakukan hubungan dengan orang lain dengan segala keunikan dan keberbedaannya. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dikembangkan model pembelajaran yang menekankan humanitas dan keberagamaan. Diantaranya adalah pembelajaran fiqih tidak harus bersifat linier, namun menggunakan pendekatan muqaron, serta mengembangkan system yang harus dilakukan oleh manusia, dalam rangka berproses penyempurnaan diri pribadinya, yaitu hubungan manuisa dengan Tuhan (aspek keberagamaan) dan hubungan manusia dengan sesamanya (aspek kebersamaan) sekaligus.

Abstract

Mysticism does not consider what religion is embraced by the mysticist. This religious phenomenon is found not only in the three given religions, but also found in other religions. There must be interactions and conflicts. Since the essence of mysticism is the awareness of the existence of communication and direct dialog between human being and God, in the practice it emphasizes more on the ‘hakekat’ than ‘lahiriyah’. The idea of Wahdah al-Adyan, according to al-Hallaj, explains that religions taught by the prophets come and will be back to the one source. There are differences among religious teachings, but it is only on names and forms. It has the same goals, that is how to worship God.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the use of learning methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of demonstration methods on students' skills in caring for the XII class of SMK Al Futuh Tikung. This research uses quantitative research methods, the research design is Quasi Experimental Type Nonequivalent Control Group Design, the research design has a control group and an experimental group. Based on the results of the study showed that "The effectiveness of the demonstration method on students' skills in caring for the corpse. class XII SMK Al Futuh Tikun ”, this can be proven from the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.004 <0.05 and the average learning outcome before using the demonstration method (pre test) was 70.6 and increased after using the demonstration method (post test) to 87.86

Abstract

Educators are not only required to educate students in the intellectual realm, but must also educate in the realm of attitudes (behavior). In controlling the attitudes (behavior) of students in the school environment, there are services, namely Guidance and Counseling (BK). The purpose of this study was to determine: the material of guidance and counseling at MA Al-Muslimun Kawistolegi Lamongan, the behavior of class students, the influence of guidance and counseling on the behavior of class XI MIA students at MA Al-Muslimun. This research was quantitative correlative type, the research population was 47. The data collection technique used online and offline questionnaires, documentation methods, and interview methods (support). The validity test of the instrument used the Pearson product moment, while the reliability test used the Sperman Brown technique of halving. Data analysis using percentage formula and product moment correlation. The results showed that the guidance and counseling materials at MA Al-Muslimun Kawistolegi were good. The students' behavior is also in a good range. Guidance and Counseling have an influence on the behavior of students of class XI MIA at MA Al-Muslimu with a moderate level of significance

Abstract

Success in reading the yellow book requires a teacher's strategy / efforts carried out by the asatidz / teacher council. This study has the aim of knowing the teacher's efforts in improving the ability to read the yellow book. This type of research is a qualitative research that collects data using interview and documentation methods. Based on the theory, the results of observations and interviews can be concluded 1. The teacher's efforts in improving the ability to read the yellow book are the teacher providing daily nahwu material, increasing class hours, using the sorogan method, giving mufrodat (vocabulary) doing questions and answers during madrasah, getting used to reading the mabadiul fiqhiyah book, accuracy in reading the yellow book, understanding in exploring the contents of the yellow book reading, and the ability to express the contents of the yellow book reading. 2. supporting factors and inhibiting the ability to read the yellow book. The teacher gives motivation to read often, uses an interesting learning process, and has low interest.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this research is that when economic growth experiences an increase, domestic investment, foreign investment and the labor force experience fluctuations over several years. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Domestic Investment, Foreign Investment and Labor Force on the Economic Growth of North Sumatra Province. PMDN has an effect on economic growth because domestic investment can provide various benefits, including being able to save foreign exchange and reducing dependence on foreign products. Foreign Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN) is an important source of financing for developing regions and is able to make a significant contribution to development. As a component of capital flows, PMA is considered a relatively stable capital flow compared to other capital flows, for example portfolio investment and foreign debt. The aim of this research is to find out what effect domestic investment and foreign investment have on the rate of economic growth in North Sumatra in the 2001-2020 period.

Abstract

Objectives: The objectives of this study to determine the level of acceptance of health service managers of the WHO 2011 Programe maintenance system innovation.The level of adoption was studied by measuring the influence of innovation attributes and knowledge as moderators on the application of WHO 2011 Programe maintenance.Research is a Quantitative research with survey methods and causality techniques.Research from August - October 2019 with a research population of hospital service industries that have been accredited with KARS Plenary Accreditation with SNARS Standard 1 (2018). Methodology: The sample was taken with saturated sample technique. The sample is an individual who represents IPSRS Management, Electromedical Technicians and Medical Equipment Users.Innovation Attributes, Knowledge as a moderator and the level of Adoption are the Variables in the study.The research instrument uses a Likert scale.Validity test, Reliability test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test and Three box method are used in the study.All Variables are Reliable, Valid and there is no Multicollinierity between variables and all hypotheses are accepted. Finding: The WHO 2011 Programe maintenance aims to ensure better access, quality, and use of medical products and technology. The WHO 2011 Programe Maintenance Innovation Adoption Process by maximizing the functions of financial management, personnel management, operational management, performance monitoring and performance improvement is needed to form a good and measurable medical equipment maintenance system. Conclusion: There are differences in research results between previous research conducted by Everet Rogers, Bass and Mahajan et all with the results of the author's research. Knowledge Management is needed in accelerating the system adoption process in order to improve the effectiveness and achievement of medical equipment quality.

Abstract

This study's objective is to ascertain how the utilization of digital animation video platforms as a learning medium enhances the engagement and academic achievements of Physical Education students in grade V at Tanggul Patompo I Elementary School, located in Makassar City. This study employs an experimental design, utilizing a pre-test and post-test design. The study's variables include student interest and learning achievement in the context of physical education. In this study, the instrument used was a questionnaire containing statements that would be used to reveal students' interests and learning achievement when implementing physical education. The study provided a digital platform to facilitate the learning process. The sample in this study consisted of one class of 30 students. The results of the study showed that the N-Gain test of interest data had the lowest percentage increase of 75.51%, the highest percentage increase of 94.87%, and the average percentage increase of 84.5%. Meanwhile, the N-Gain test of learning outcome data showed the lowest percentage increase of 55.56%, the highest percentage increase of 8.24%, and an average percentage increase of 68.9%. Therefore, it is concluded that animation video platform-based learning media are quite effective in improving the learning achievement of physical education students in grade V at Tanggul Patompo Elementary School I, Makassar City.

Abstract

Dalam olahraga, setiap pelaku olahraga dituntut untuk dapat berprestasi terbaik. Ini tidak mudah bagi atlet yang tidak berpengalaman, bahkan atlet Olahraga yang dilatih seringkali mengalami kesulitan. Kegiatan tim sosialisasi mengadakan sosialisasi dan pengembangan Olahraga Petanque. Adapun permasalahan mitra dalam kegiatan PKM adalah kurangnya Pemahaman tentang teknik dasar dan peraturan dalam permainan olahraga petanque karena banyak pengurus yang baru mengenal olahraga petanque ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan penjelasan tentang peraturan permainan dan teknik dasar olahraga petanque secara sistematis bagi Pengurus Cabang Petanque, metode yang digunakan: ceramah dan tanya jawab. (2) Memperkenalkan aturan permainan dan teknik dasar olahraga petanque bagi Pengurus Cabang Petanque, metode yang digunakan demonstrasi atau praktek. (3) Menyediakan alat dan perlengkapan untuk melakukan praktek kepada Pengurus Cabang Petanque untuk melakukan gerakan demontrasi. Pada saat bermain Petanque dibutuhkan konsentrasi yang sangat tinggi dan praktik (latihan) yang konsisten. Pengurus Cabang Petanque kabupaten Gowa nantinya diharapkan bisa melaksanakn pembinaan untuk mencari atlit-atlit petanque berbakat agar bisa bersaing dengan Pengcab lain yang ada di Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between understanding business law and interest in entrepreneurship among students and to find out how business law education helps students manage risks and face business challenges, with a focus on the situation at the economics faculty at Medan State University. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to understand conditions in depth in the natural context of what happens in the study field. The data collection technique used is primary data through questionnaires distributed to students. This questionnaire measures respondents' attitudes, opinions, hopes and desires regarding understanding of business law and interest in entrepreneurship. The research results show that students who take business law courses consistently attend lectures and understand the basic concepts of business law. Respondents considered that understanding business law is very important for an entrepreneur, which helps them feel more confident in starting a business because it can reduce the risks of entrepreneurship. The majority of respondents agreed that understanding business law is a very important aspect for an entrepreneur. These results indicate that business law education not only improves students' legal understanding but also influences their interest and readiness for entrepreneurship.
