Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content of the da'wah message in Tanwirul Afkar magazine, edition 564 in 2023 with the theme "The New Enemy of Workers" in the article on religious fatwas in the era of artificial intelligence. The two main problem formulations studied in this research are: (1) how the da'wah message in Tanwirul Afkar magazine is presented regarding religious fatwas in the era of artificial intelligence, and (2) how Tanwirul Afkar magazine views religious fatwas in the era of artificial intelligence.This research uses qualitative content analysis methods and da'wah communication theory to examine the da'wah messages conveyed in the article. Data was obtained through documentation techniques by examining the text in the magazine in depth. The results of the analysis show that the presentation of the da'wah message in the article highlights the challenges and opportunities faced by Muslims in the era of artificial intelligence. This article emphasizes the importance of using technology wisely and ethically within the framework of Islamic teachings. In addition, the da'wah message in the article includes messages of morals, sharia, and creed, all of which are put together to provide practical and ethical guidance for readers in dealing with technological developments. Tanwirul Afkar magazine's perspective on religious fatwas in the era of artificial intelligence is shown through a balanced and realistic approach. This article acknowledges the threat that artificial intelligence poses to workers' jobs, but also emphasizes its potential benefits if used wisely.

Abstract

The study aims to develop a flipbook based e-module as a learning medium in an effort to enhance student achievement and creativity in the office administration education study program. The background of this study is the need for innovative, interactive, and technology oriented learning media, especially are developed as alternatives to less attractive and visually restricted convensional medoa as well as accessibility. The study employs the method of research and development (R&D) by adapting the development model, 4-D (Define, Design, Define, Develop). The research subject consists of a media expert, an expert. Materials, linguists, and Fourth semester students on correspondence courses. Data collection techniwues are done through expert validation, student responses, and pre-test and post-test tests. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and standarized tests and independent examinations test through version 26 SPSS programs. Validation byexperts indicates that the developed e-modules scored an average worthiness score of 84.6%, which is included in the “ totally feasible ” category. The student response to the e-module shows a total value of 44.12 out of 50, which shows a very positive response. Preliminary results show an increase in average value from pre-test to post-test by 25.67 points with significant value 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the increase is statistically significant. Meanwhile, independent test-tests indicate that there is a significant difference between experiment and control groups in terms of achievement (p=0.0044) as well as creativity (p=00039), it may be concluded that the flipbook based e-modules developed in this research are perfectly feasible, well received by students, and effective in promoting student achievement and creativity in the learning process. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa jauh pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat menjadi young entrepreneur pada mahasiswa Fe Universitas Negeri Medan. Penilitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif karena menjelaskan gambaran responden yang diteliti dengan menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F dan determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan alat aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap minat menjadi pengusaha muda. hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t nilai signifikansi motivasi berwirausaha < 0,05. artinya terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. dan hasil uji f diperoleh nilai signifikansi f sebesar 0,000, yang artinya < 0,05. dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat menjadi pengusaha muda.

Abstract

This research analyzes the performance of Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2022 using data from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The text above discusses the performance comparison between conventional commercial banks (BUK) and Islamic banks (BUS) in several key aspects. Islamic banks show higher asset growth, reaching 15.57%, compared to the 9.42% growth in assets of conventional commercial banks. The composition of their assets also differs, with conventional banks focusing more on credit, while Islamic banks emphasize financing. Overall, both Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks demonstrate positive performance in the second quarter of 2022, with strategies such as diversified funding sources, increased productive credit, and operational efficiency being key drivers of growth amid the continually changing economic dynamics. This conclusion reflects the commitment of the banking sector to support Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

This article discusses the central role of cooperatives in the context of the Indonesian economy. Cooperatives, which are defined as a form of cooperation in which members work together to achieve common goals, have two main forms in Indonesia, namely social cooperatives and economic cooperatives. The objectives of cooperatives, as regulated in Republic of Indonesia Law Number 25 of 1992, include the advancement of members and society, as well as contribution to national economic development in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The function and role of cooperatives, especially in the economic sector, involves economic development members and society, improving the quality of human life, and actively participating in economic activities. The article highlights the strategic role of cooperatives as main actors in various economic sectors, providers of the largest employment opportunities, developers of local economic activities, creators of new markets, sources of innovation, and contributors in maintaining a balanced balance of payments through export activities. By referring to Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, cooperatives are considered to be the main pillar of the Indonesian economy, with the basis of economic democracy which emphasizes collective production for the common good. As an economic organization with a social dimension, cooperatives are directed to always prioritize serving the needs of members and the community rather than solely pursuing profits. Further efforts are needed to educate the public, improve cooperative governance, and provide policy support that supports the growth and development of cooperatives in Indonesia. In this way, it is hoped that cooperatives can continue to play a major role in building a sustainable and inclusive Indonesian economy.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Islamic financial regulations on the growth of Islamic banks, with a specific focus on qualitative methods and a literature review of previous articles. This approach provides profound insights into the development of Islamic banks in the context of Islamic financial regulations. The research identifies the need for financial regulations aligned with Sharia principles to ensure sustainable growth of Islamic banks, detailing the background of the importance of Islamic financial regulations in supporting the growth of Sharia-based financial institutions. The research methodology involves qualitative analysis of relevant literature, offering a comprehensive understanding of the impact of these regulations. The findings reveal that Islamic financial regulations play a significant role in strengthening and promoting the growth of Islamic banks. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of implementing and refining Islamic financial regulations as a key factor in enhancing the health and sustainable growth of Sharia-based financial institutions.

Abstract

This study explores the role played by financial institutions in supporting community economic empowerment. In this context, the role of financial institutions is not only limited to traditional functions such as financial intermediation, but also involves important aspects such as financial inclusion, financial education, and access to financial services. This research analyzes the impact of active community participation in financial services on economic growth, poverty alleviation and increased welfare. The findings of this research provide insight into how financial institutions can be a catalyst for community economic development through various initiatives and programs that support accessibility, inclusiveness and understanding of the benefits of finance.

Abstract

Online loans are a type of fintech development, service providers provide loans through technology. People make a lot of online loan transactions. The millennial and z generations are the largest online loan takers. Various factors cause the millennial and z generations to get trapped in online loans. Apart from that, online loans can be detrimental to the millennial and z generations if they are trapped in illegal online loans. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the millennial and Z generations to take online loans. This type of research method is qualitative research in the form of literature study by collecting library data and reading to manage research materials. The data source is secondary data obtained from various writings such as published articles, websites, books and literature from the OJK and other financial institutions. The results of the discussion in this article are that the millennial and z generations are stuck with online loans, influenced by lifestyle factors and financial literacy. A hedonic lifestyle makes the millennial and z generations trapped in online loans. Low financial literacy can mean that the millennial and z generations don't know how to manage their finances, making them trapped in online loans. Keywords :

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan telaah mengenai penerapan manajemen perencanaan,pengorganisasian,pengarahan,dan pengendalian dalam pengelolaan SDM di Warkop Alam Jaya.Tersedianya sumberdaya manusia bagi suatu perusahaan,dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi sistem manajemen yang diterapkan dalam usaha tersebut,serta mengembangkan sumber daya manusia dalam usaha itu menjadi berkualitas sesuai sistem manajemen yang dibutuhkan usaha tersebut.Organisasi perlu memastikan bahwa sumberdaya yang ada didalamnya memiliki pengetahuan,kemampuan,dan keterampilan dan sikap yang unggul sehinga dapat menunjang pencapaian tujuan organisasi.Melalui pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia,diharapkan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat,dan melalui evaluasi serta penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan dapat membantu meminitor kemampuan dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kebugaran dan keterampilan latihan kekuatan mandiri bagi seluruh kader Wahdah Islamiyah melalui program olahraga bodyweight training secara daring. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah masih rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik kader akibat keterbatasan fasilitas, waktu, dan pengetahuan tentang latihan kekuatan berbasis berat tubuh sendiri. Metode kegiatan melibatkan Tim Pengabdian Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan FIKK UNM sebagai instruktur yang memandu sesi pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, meliputi sesi pemanasan, inti latihan bodyweight, pendinginan, serta edukasi teknis gerakan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya latihan kekuatan, serta motivasi untuk menerapkan latihan secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan kegiatan meliputi peran aktif instruktur, penggunaan teknologi daring, dan materi yang aplikatif, meskipun terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan jaringan internet dan variasi ruang gerak peserta. Kesimpulannya, program ini efektif dalam membangun budaya hidup sehat berbasis komunitas dan menjadi model kegiatan olahraga yang adaptif di era digital.
