Abstract

Santong Village, located in North Lombok Regency, has a very potential waterfall tourist attraction. However, this area is also prone to natural disasters such as landslides and flash floods. To improve public understanding of these risks, disaster mitigation socialization activities were carried out aimed at building a protection strategy for waterfall tourist destinations. This activity involved mapping potential risks, collaboration with KKN PMD students and the community, and synergy between agencies to ensure tourism management that is in line with environmental conservation principles. The main focus of this activity is to foster community preparedness and prepare recommendations for disaster mitigation policies that are oriented towards the sustainability and safety of tourist destinations. The implementation process begins with the preparation stage, including preparing an activity plan, forming an implementation team, coordinating with the village government, preparing supporting instruments, reviewing literature, and managing permits. After that, socialization materials were prepared starting from collecting primary and secondary data through interview methods, field observations, and document reviews. The data obtained was analyzed to identify potential threats, response capacity, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. The socialization was carried out by presenting speakers from the Unram Community Service Team and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Lombok Regency, and inviting community participation from various village elements. This activity was also equipped with the delivery of materials, visual presentations, and evaluations in the form of pre- and post-tests to assess the participants' understanding. The activity with participants from village officials and the community with a participation rate reaching 80%. The material presented included a general description of the village, the potential for waterfall tourism, and various disaster risks such as landslides, flash floods, earthquakes, and fallen trees. The results of the analysis showed that the main threats were landslides and flash floods. From the discussions that were held, a number of proposals emerged such as mapping vulnerable areas, compiling evacuation routes, and developing an early warning system. This socialization has proven effective in increasing public awareness of the importance of disaster mitigation, while also encouraging active community participation in maintaining the sustainability and sustainability of tourism in Santong Village.

Abstract

Dari 37 UMKM yang ada dan tersebar di 17 dusun di Desa Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara, 23 UMKM (62%) diantaranya bergerak dalam bidang usaha kuliner. Sebanyak 16 UMKM dari 23 UMKM tersebut menggeluti kuliner berbasis olahan laut, seperti sate ikan laut, abon ikan laut, serta krupuk kulit ikan laut. Keseluruhan UMKM di Desa Tanjung masuk katagori pada yang dikelola dengan konsep usaha rumahan dan bersifat individual. Keseluruhan UMKM yang ada merupakan UMKM berbasis pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, namun didominasi oleh dibidang kuliner olahan ikan laut. Olahan bumbu yang menggunakan resep turun temurun dan khas mengakibatkan kegiatan kuliner UMKM berbasis olahan ikan laut ini sangat spesifik dan suit ditru oleh orang lain. Dalam penelitian ini usaha kuliner Sate ikan Tanjung yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam kegiatan ini adalah Sate Tanjung olahan Ibu Suherni yang berasal dari dusun Kandang Kaoq, sedangkan sampel kuliner terkait Abon ikan dan kerupuk kulit diolah oleh Ibu Ayo Nora dan Ibu Uci dari dusun Karang Desa. Ketiga produk kuliner inilah menjadi kuliner handalan di Desa Tanjung dan paling diminati oleh masyarakat sekitar termasuk masyarakat kabupaten lain di Pulau Lombok. Hasil olahan berbasis ikan laut ini sampai saat ini belum berkembang menjadi kegiatan usaha yang besar, karena banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi seperti lemahnya permodalan, lemahnya sumber daya, lemahnya inovasi dan yang paling utama adalah sulitnya hasil produksinya bisa terjual secara luas, dan bertahan dalam waktu lama akibat kurang baiknya pengemasan. Upaya optimalisasi sistem kemasan produk ini dimaksudkan sebagai upaya agar produk dapat bersifat tahan lama, higienis, tidak kelhilangan rasa, serta kualitas produksi lebih terjamin.

Abstract

East Jembatan Kembar Village is located in an earthquake-prone area in West Lombok Regency, making it essential to enhance community capacity in disaster preparedness. This outreach activity aimed to increase community awareness of earthquake preparedness and to initiate the formation of a community-based structure capable of acting during emergencies. The method used included face-to-face counseling and participatory discussions involving the village head, village staff, community leaders, youth, and local residents. Topics covered included basic knowledge of earthquakes, appropriate actions before, during, and after an earthquake, and the importance of forming a Community Disaster Resilience Group (KMTB). Although the activity was conducted in the morning and received enthusiastic support from the village government, public participation was limited due to time constraints with residents' daily work routines. Nevertheless, the activity successfully delivered key information to attendees and led to the formation of the Community Disaster Resilience Group as a continuation of the program. This group is recommended for immediate formalization by the village government so that it can establish statutes and bylaws, build cross-sector coordination, and fulfill its role in preparedness and emergency response. The results demonstrate that collaborative efforts between local authorities and communities can be an effective strategy for building village resilience to disasters.

Abstract

Developing children's religious character begins with introducing them to Hajj values at a young age. This article focuses at an interactive outing class session that TK Wulil Amri planned at the Replika Ka'bah Sudiang to teach the fundamentals of Hajj customs. Children engage in simplified Hajj traditions including Tawaf, Sa'i, and Arafah during this activity. The findings demonstrate that the approach effectively raises kids' interest in studying religious principles. It also strengthens their understanding of unity, discipline, and obedience in a way that suits their developmental stage. This study provides concrete evidence of how experiential learning can make Islamic education more engaging and meaningful. By focusing on enjoyable and practical methods, this article contributes to innovations in Islamic education, especially in creating effective strategies for early childhood learning. For future research, this approach can be expanded to other educational levels, such as primary or secondary schools, to investigate its efficacy at various developmental stages. Comparative research could also be done to investigate the influence of manasik haji simulations in various cultural or socioeconomic circumstances.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the role of body flexibility on heading ability in beginner soccer players. Heading is a fundamental skill in soccer that requires coordination, strength, and body flexibility, particularly in the neck, back, and core muscles. The method used is a systematic literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach based on Cooper's model, and the results are reported using the PRISMA framework. Literature was collected from databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect, with inclusion criteria of articles published between 2013 and 2024, involving players aged 10–17 years, and discussing the variables of flexibility and heading. Of the 94 articles found, 12 were analyzed in depth. The results of the study indicate that body flexibility plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness and safety of heading techniques. Structured flexibility training has been proven to support accuracy, heading power, and reduce the risk of injury. It is concluded that flexibility is an important component in basic soccer training programs and needs to be further investigated empirically.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of workability in mediating the influence between leadership style, organizational support, and employee performance at the Regional Planning and Development Agency (Bappeda) of Simeulue Regency. Quality human resources (HR) are the main factor in determining organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, this research examines how leadership style and organizational support can improve employee performance by increasing workability. The research method used is quantitative, using survey techniques via questionnaires given to Simeulue Regency Bappeda employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and path analysis to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that leadership style and organizational support positively affect workability, which in turn improves employee performance. Employability proved to be a significant mediator in this relationship. These findings provide implications for organizational management in designing strategies to improve employee performance through effective leadership policies and optimal organizational support.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran digital secara lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan keterampilan dalam menggunakan tools digital, seperti Canva, masih menjadi tantangan utama. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan Canva untuk menciptakan konten pemasaran digital yang menarik, profesional, dan efektif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, praktik langsung pembuatan konten, hingga simulasi perencanaan konten menggunakan fitur Canva Calendar. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan teknis peserta, termasuk kemampuan mendesain poster, banner media sosial, dan kemasan produk secara mandiri. Selain itu, peserta mulai memahami pentingnya konsistensi visual dalam membangun identitas merek dan berhasil mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap jasa desain eksternal. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan digital, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru serta memperkuat daya saing UMKM di pasar digital. Untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dampak, disarankan adanya pendampingan lanjutan dan pengembangan komunitas belajar digital di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

The study aims to develop a flipbook based e-module as a learning medium in an effort to enhance student achievement and creativity in the office administration education study program. The background of this study is the need for innovative, interactive, and technology oriented learning media, especially are developed as alternatives to less attractive and visually restricted convensional medoa as well as accessibility. The study employs the method of research and development (R&D) by adapting the development model, 4-D (Define, Design, Define, Develop). The research subject consists of a media expert, an expert. Materials, linguists, and Fourth semester students on correspondence courses. Data collection techniwues are done through expert validation, student responses, and pre-test and post-test tests. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and standarized tests and independent examinations test through version 26 SPSS programs. Validation byexperts indicates that the developed e-modules scored an average worthiness score of 84.6%, which is included in the “ totally feasible ” category. The student response to the e-module shows a total value of 44.12 out of 50, which shows a very positive response. Preliminary results show an increase in average value from pre-test to post-test by 25.67 points with significant value 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the increase is statistically significant. Meanwhile, independent test-tests indicate that there is a significant difference between experiment and control groups in terms of achievement (p=0.0044) as well as creativity (p=00039), it may be concluded that the flipbook based e-modules developed in this research are perfectly feasible, well received by students, and effective in promoting student achievement and creativity in the learning process. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat seberapa jauh pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat menjadi young entrepreneur pada mahasiswa Fe Universitas Negeri Medan. Penilitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan dengan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif karena menjelaskan gambaran responden yang diteliti dengan menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F dan determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan alat aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap minat menjadi pengusaha muda. hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t nilai signifikansi motivasi berwirausaha < 0,05. artinya terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. dan hasil uji f diperoleh nilai signifikansi f sebesar 0,000, yang artinya < 0,05. dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat menjadi pengusaha muda.

Abstract

This research analyzes the performance of Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2022 using data from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The text above discusses the performance comparison between conventional commercial banks (BUK) and Islamic banks (BUS) in several key aspects. Islamic banks show higher asset growth, reaching 15.57%, compared to the 9.42% growth in assets of conventional commercial banks. The composition of their assets also differs, with conventional banks focusing more on credit, while Islamic banks emphasize financing. Overall, both Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks demonstrate positive performance in the second quarter of 2022, with strategies such as diversified funding sources, increased productive credit, and operational efficiency being key drivers of growth amid the continually changing economic dynamics. This conclusion reflects the commitment of the banking sector to support Indonesia's economic growth.
