This study aims to examine how the ethnic influence of the board of commissioners (Chinese) on company performance, family ownership of company performance and company age on company performance. And the effect of all independent variables on dependent. The population of this study is the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling. Based on observations from 2013-2017 the samples in this study were 23 companies from the LQ45 company. This study uses panel data and the method used is the Hausman Test using Random Effect Model. The results of this study indicate that the Ethnic Board of Commissioners and family ownership do not affect the Company Performance while the Company Age has a positive effect on Company Performance. Taken together,it turns out that Ethnic Board of Commissioners, Family and Company Ownership have a negative influence on the Company's Performance in LQ45 Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Finally, the authors suggest that the performance of the company increases the company must increase the Age of the Company by continuing to carry out or run company activities so that they have more experience and the authors also suggest that further research add variable size companies to get better research results.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Toko Sepatu Padang Holic. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 80 konsumen Holic Shoes Shop Padang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan model penelitian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat uji analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Sedangkan citra merek bukan merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi dan menentukan loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lain juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan juga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan citra merek masih merupakan faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Untuk efek tidak langsung, kualitas layanan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sementara citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer loyalty at the Holic Padang Shoe Store. The population and sample of the study were 80 consumers of Holic Padang Shoes Shop. The sample collection technique is used the census method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research models with SmartPLS software tools. The results of the study concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction are factors that influence customer loyalty. While brand image is not a factor that can influence and determine customer loyalty. Other findings also indicate that service quality is also a factor influencing customer satisfaction, while brand image is still a factor that does not affect consumer satisfaction. For indirect effects, service quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction while brand image does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh efek mediasi sinisme terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antenseden. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Padang, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 107. Penelitian ini menggunakan model structural equation modelins (SEM) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 2.0 M3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Selain itu juga ditemukan bukti ada pengaruh yang signifikan negatif kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap sinisme. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung sinisme dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah juga terbukti dapat memaksimalkan atau menurunkan sinisme pegawai dalam meningkatkan kesiapan untuk berubah.

The current era of digitizing industry 4.0 has caused great shocks in every line of organizational activity. Therefore we need individual readiness to change. This study aims to assess the Comparative Analysis of Readiness Factors to Change in the Transportation Department with the Communication and Information Office in Padang City after Organizational Transformation. The sample of this study was 107 employees in both agencies. The research data analysis technique uses Independent samples t test and Structural equation modelings (SEM). The results of the study concluded that there were significant differences in the factors of readiness to change which included transformational leadership, learning organizations, information sharing, job satisfaction and cynicism on change. The results of the structural equation modelings (SEM) model, found the fact that transformational leadership, information sharing, job satisfaction and cynicism on change have a significant effect on readiness to change. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan seharihari. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini yang menuntut suatu sistem pengujian yang efisien, efektif, dan mampu melaksanakan pengujian secara cepat dan tepat, diharapkan semua kendala yang biasanya ditemui oleh guru dan siswa pada pada saat pelaksanaan prose pembelajaran, seperti guru atau sisa yang berhalangan hadir dan penyampaian matei secara keseluruhan, dapat dikurangi dengan dibuatnya sistem pembelajaran online atau dikenal dengan E-Learning.Dalam penelitian ini dibuat salah satu sistem pembelaaran online, dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis data.Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan mempermudah pengguna untuk melakukan proses belajar mengajar jarak jauh.

This study aims to analyze the Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors with Servan Leadership and Human Relations as Antecedent Variables in PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi in the City of Padang. The population and sample of this study were 60 respondents with the sampling technique using the total sampling method. The method used is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3 program. The results showed that servant leadership and human relations factors have a significant positive effect in determining the level of job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. Furthermore, it was also found that job satisfaction also determines or can motivate employees to have Organizational Citizenship Behaviors at work. This study also found that job satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable can strengthen the influence of servant leadership and human relations in improving Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. The research results can be an input for organizations. In improving Organizational Citizenship Behaviors, management needs to strengthen and pay attention to the Servan leadership and Human relations factors accompanied by paying attention to increasing job satisfaction.   The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Talent Management, Knowledge Management has on Organizational Commitment, and how much influence Talent Management, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Commitment have on Employee Performance at PT. Transco Pratama Crf Sungai Betung Dharmasraya. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research, it shows that Talent Management and Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Talent Management, Knowledge Management and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Locus of Control, Total Quality Management on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable. The object of research is the Padang UNAND Hospital. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. Analysis Data by Path Analysis. Based on the results of this test indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between Locus of Control on Job Satisfaction at Padang UNAND Hospital (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Total Quality Management on Job Satisfaction at Padang UNAND Hospital (3) there is a positive and significant influence between Locus Of Control on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (4) There is a positive and significant influence between Total Quality Management on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (6) Job Satisfaction does not mediates Locus of Control on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (7) Job Satisfaction does not mediates Total Quality Management on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital.

This study aims to determine how much influence leadership style, human resource development has on employee performance at the Mukomuko district social service with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Methods of collecting data through surveys and questionnaires. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The total respondents in this study amounted to 55 respondents. Based on the research obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (b) human resource development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (c) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (d) human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (e) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the coefficient of determination 0.592 or 59.2% this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable leadership style and human resource development to job satisfaction is 0.408 or 40.8 is influenced by variables outside the study while the second equation is 0.720 or 72.0% this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variables of leadership style, human resource development and job satisfaction to the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) is 0.720 or 72, 0%. This study aims to examine how much influence Financial Distress, company size, and Leverage have on Audit Delay with Auditor Reputation as a Moderating Variable in All Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 Period. Sampling in the study using the method of purposive sampling obtained 32 companies with a research period of 5 years. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with Fixed Effect estimation results using Eviews 9. The results showed that financial distress partially had a positive effect, company size partially had a positive and significant effect on audit delay, while leverage had a positive effect on audit delay.
