Abstract

Kemajuan dibidang teknologi, komputer, dan telekomunikasi mendukung perkembangan teknologi berbasis digital. Dengan demikian, pelaku usaha makanan khususnya keripik balado tidak perlu lagi mengalami kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan dalam aktivitas usahanya. Sama halnya dengan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi adalah suatu sistem dalam sebuah organisasi yang bertanggung jawab untuk penyiapan informasi yang diperoleh dari pengumpulan dan pengolahan data transaksi yang berguna bagi semua pemakai baik di dalam maupun di luar perusahaan. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu para pelaku usaha dalam mengelola informasi keuangan secara efisien dan penghematan waktu serta biaya dalam mengelola informasi keuangan untuk proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan menyusun laporan keuangan menggunakan Accurate dan Diskusi dengan pengelola usaha tersebut. Kegiatan ini dapat mengubah persepsi pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya sistem informasi akuntansi serta pelaku UMKM juga memiliki kemampuan dalam mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis digital dalam aktivitas usahanya

Abstract

"The Effect of Giving Rewards and Punishments on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian" Under the Guidance of Dr. Ramdani Bayu Putra, SE., MM and Mrs. Mutia Seplinda, S.Sc., M.Sc. This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian. Data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation, with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is the Measurement Model Test (Outher Model) and structural model testing (Inner Model). It is obtained that: Rewards have a big impact on how satisfied you are at work. Punishment has a big impact on how happy someone is at work. Rewards have a big impact on how well employees perform. Punishment has a big impact on how well an employee performs. Employee performance is greatly influenced by job satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance and work experience using work discipline and employee training at Passaman Class D Hospital as independent variables. The population and sample of this study amounted to 72 respondents with the sampling technique using the total sampling method. The methodology used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS tool. The findings show that work discipline has a positive impact on work experience. It also shows that training has a significant positive impact on professional experience. Work discipline also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Training is proven to have a positive impact on employee performance. Work experience has been proven to have a positive impact on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a positive influence on work experience through employee performance. Training has a positive impact on work experience through employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the design of bead products, procurement of materials for bead product production and the manufacturing process for bead product production at Lamudra.id. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The bead craft business is one of the micro businesses in the city of Padang. Seeing the obstacles faced by business actors and the desire to improve and develop the bead craft business, assistance is needed to achieve the desire to improve thebead craft business,namely by providing creativity and innovation training in making bead crafts so that business actors have the skills in making various kinds of bead products. Then another obstacle is that the tools are still simple, so procurement of tools is very necessary to speed up the process of making bead crafts and improve the quality produced. The impact of this service is expected to improve quality and innovation in bead craft products. So it is hoped that business actors will increase their income and become more independent.

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah UKM GOKS merupakan bisnis usaha yang bergerak pada bidang makanan. Dalam usaha goks memiliki kelebihan (weakness),Kekurangan (weaknesess),Peluang (Opportunity),dan ancaman (Thereats) serta marketing Mix yang digunakan dalam menjalankan usaha bisnis.Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di UKM GOKS adalah keterbatasan bahan baku yang dimiliki yang terkadang menjadi penghalang dalam melakukan pembelian dari costumer. Upaya yang dilakukan GOKS dalam hal ini yaitu dengan cara mencari distributor cadangan yang membuat GOKS tidak terpaku dalam satu distributor saja dan juga GOKS selalu mengadakan visit dan pengarahan bagi karyawannya. Perkembangan yang cepat dan tantangan dari pesaing bisnis dapat menjadikan peluang sekaligus menjadi ancaman bagi seorang pengusaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT dan strategi yang diterapkan dalam UKM GOKS. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini dilakukan identifikasi terlebih dahulu. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengevaluasi peluang dan ancaman serta kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki UKM GOKS. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan wawancara terhadap karyawan UKM GOKS.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk dilakukan oleh UKM GOKS adalah dengan memberikan varian harga yang relatif murah dan memiliki varian menu yang beragam sehingga akan menarik banyak pelanggan. Dan tentunya hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan omset GOKS.

Abstract

This research employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 3.0 for analysis. The population and sample of this study consist of all employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Sijunjung.The findings indicate that Work Discipline has an insignificant effect on Career Development. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Career Development. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has an insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Career Development has an insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Reward and Work Motivation on Work Discipline, with Work Discipline as an intervening variable at the Regional Revenue Agency of Padang City. This research uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this study consist of all employees in the secretariat field at the Regional Revenue Agency of Padang City. The research findings show that there is a positive and significant effect of Reward on Work Discipline, and a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Work Discipline. However, there is no positive and significant effect of Reward on Employee Performance, no positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, and no positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Work Discipline mediates the effect of Reward on Employee Performance and mediates the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The era of digital technology development has become a trigger for business change, therefore the ability to manage human resources in accordance with current developments is something that is absolutely essential for visionary companies in the digital era. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of job promotions and job training on employee performance through career development at the Sijunjung Regency Social Service. The population and sample for this research were 39 employees of the Sijunjung Regency Social Service. Data collection methods are through surveys and distributing questionnaires. This research model is structural equation modeling (SEM), with analysis tools using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between Job Promotion and Career Development. There is a negative and significant influence between Job Training and Career Development. There is a positive and significant influence between Position Promotion on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant influence between Job Training and Employee Performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Career Development and Employee Performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Position Promotion on Employee Performance and Career Development as an intervening variable. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Job Training on Employee Performance and Career Development as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Competency and Work Discipline on Employee Performance, with Work Morale as an intervening variable in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bukittinggi. The observed phenomenon shows that the performance of employees at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Bukittinggi has not reached the predetermined targets, resulting in employee performance still not being optimal. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a population and sample of 61 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it is concluded that: Competency has a positive and insignificant effect on Work Morale, Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Work Morale, Competency has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Competency has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work morale as an Intervening variable, Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work morale as an Intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence Communication and the Work Environment have on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Bukittinggi City. The population in this study amounted to 61 respondents. The sample selection technique used a saturated sample and obtained a sample of 61 respondents. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of data analysis obtained: (a) Communication has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (b) The work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on work motivation. (c) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (d) the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (e) work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (f) communication has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation (g) the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation.
