Implementation of the Village Fund and Community Participation in Development in Rural District of Tellu Limpoe Teteaji Sidenreng Rappang.The purpose of research is to determine the Village Fund Policy Implementation in Rural Development in the District Teteaji Tellu Limpoe Sidenreng Rappang and to determine the Community Participation in Rural Development in the District Teteaji Tellu Limpoe Sidenreng Rappang. The population of this study of 2,265 people, while the sample using the formula slovin is numbered 96 people.Techniques of data collection are (1) observation, (2) Interviews (3) of Library Studies and (4) questionnaire. The data was analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the Village Fund Policy Implementation indicator with a value of 69.78% both categories, Public Participation indicator with a value of 67.2% to the category of good, Rural Development Indicators in the District Teteaji Tellu Limpoe Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 71.4% categorized good.

The long term objective of this research is to observe community participation in the development planning meeting (musrembang). Moreover this research is also aimed at understanding socio-cultural factors such as norms, believes, knowledge, behaviors, marital status, age, sex and symbols, which influence community participation in the development planning meeting of the Village of Kanyuara, Sub-district of Watang Sidenreng, District of Sidenreng Rappang. Understanding this objective will provide academic advantages which include inputs of the development of knowledge, particularly on understanding community participation in the development planning meeting. Another advantage is for the researcher to delve into a vast knowledge on influential socio-cultural factors during the development planning meeting in the Village of Kanyara. This research found that community shows their less participation during the musrembang, while at the same time, the above mentioned socio-cultural factors may be categorized influential and even mostly influential towards community participation.

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and motivation on the performance of members of the South Sulawesi Police Pioneer Battalion A and formulate an integrative model that can be used as a strategy to improve operational performance. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, data was collected from 85 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.421; p < 0.05) and motivation had a greater influence on performance (β = 0.537; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, training and motivation explain 61% of the variation in member performance (R² = 0.610). These findings resulted in an Integrative Model of Training and Motivation as a strategic recommendation, which emphasizes the importance of a combination of improving technical competence through training and strengthening internal motivation through ongoing motivation programs. This model can be a reference in the formulation of human resource development policies within the Brimob.

This study examines the effectiveness of the Sidrap Police Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) public services, identifies factors influencing service responsiveness, and measures public satisfaction with the services received. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was conducted at the Sidrap Police SPKT at Jalan Bau Massepe No. 1 Pangkajene, Maritengae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, structured questionnaires, direct observation, and documentation analysis. Data were analyzed using the Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that 85% of respondents rated the Sidrap Police SPKT service as effective. Officer friendliness, service speed, easy access to information, and responsiveness were the main factors in the positive assessment. However, aspects of information transparency and infrastructure still require improvement. Factors affecting service responsiveness include the completeness of facilities, technology training for officers, workload, and leadership support. The level of community satisfaction is in the high category, with the average score of service components ranging from 3.7 to 4.4 out of a scale of 5. This research provides practical recommendations for the development of a more responsive police public service model that has a high score.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku siswa terkait Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dan Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS) pada siswa Sekolah. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian Siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri 2 Timoreng Panua Kabupaten Sidenreng rappang. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri atas 4 tahap yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta rencana tindak lanjut. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan program, maka digunakan beberapa instrumen seperti instrument pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku mengenai PHBS dan CTPS pada siswa serta instrumen untuk evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan secara keseluruhan yang meliputi evaluasi kebermanfaatan pelatihan yang diberikan kepada siswa dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan yang diberikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang penyakit-penyakit yang ditimbulkan oleh kurangnya kebersihan diri dan PHBS. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan sikap siswa yang awalnya kurang menyadari tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, menjadi memiliki sikap positif. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan intensitas pelaksanaan kegiatan serupa untuk terus meningkatkan literasi kesehatan bagi siswa.

This study examines community empowerment models in development planning to identify the most effective and relevant across various socio-political contexts. It examines central themes, research trends, and challenges in community empowerment through a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. The article search was conducted comprehensively using the Scopus database, focusing on publications from 2014 to 2024 to ensure a focus on the most recent developments in the field. The results indicate that the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), and Community-Led Development (CLD) models are the most effective approaches for empowering communities when supported by robust institutional frameworks and adapted to local contexts. This study also highlights the importance of institutional support and a deep understanding of external power structures in enhancing the resilience and sustainability of community empowerment initiatives. These findings suggest the need for further exploration of the interactions between these empowerment models and external factors, such as economic pressures and social hierarchies, to develop more adaptive and contextually appropriate strategies. Further research is also needed on the scalability and long- term sustainability of these models, particularly in diverse and evolving development settings, to ensure that community empowerment efforts can effectively address the complexities of modern development challenges.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kualitas pelayanan publik di desa yang dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan penerapan prinsip tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip akuntabilitas, responsivitas, efisiensi, dan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas mulai terwujud melalui transparansi laporan kegiatan, meskipun belum sepenuhnya konsisten. Responsivitas aparat desa terlihat dalam kesigapan menanggapi kebutuhan masyarakat, tetapi terkendala oleh keterbatasan sumber daya. Efisiensi pelayanan sudah mulai meningkat dengan pemanfaatan sarana teknologi, namun masih menghadapi hambatan pada distribusi tugas dan keterbatasan tenaga kerja. Dari segi efektivitas, sebagian program pelayanan publik sudah dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat, meskipun capaian belum merata. Kesimpulannya, penerapan prinsip good governance di Desa Bina Baru telah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perbaikan pelayanan publik, namun masih memerlukan optimalisasi secara berkelanjutan agar kualitas pelayanan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. This study aims to determine the dynamics of local politics in the 2021 Election of Peaceful Village Heads in Sidenreng Rappang Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Resource persons were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions displayed through Nvivo 12 Plus Software visualization. NVivo 12 Plus was chosen because it is capable of producing qualitative text data in the form of attractive data visualizations. The results of this study indicate that the local political dynamics that occurred in the Peace Village head election led to polarization in the village community structure. The election of the village head still leaves a mark in which there has been a rift in relations between the people who still have close family ties. The dynamics occur in three phases, namely pre-election, implementation of the election, and post-election. The behavior of the voting community in Damai Village is still dominated by the behavior of traditional voters. The occurrence of community polarization in Damai Village is the result of the political behavior of the people who are still traditional.

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategy of Direct Cash Assistance(BLT) in improving community welfare, with a case study in Sereang Village,Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The BLT program is agovernment social intervention aimed at the poor and vulnerable as a form of socialprotection based on Village Funds. In its implementation, this program still faces anumber of obstacles such as inaccuracy of targets, low community participation insupervision, and not optimal data collection systems. This study uses a descriptivequalitative approach with George C. Edwards III's policy implementation theory,which includes four main indicators: communication, resources, executivedisposition, and bureaucratic structure. Data was collected through in-depthinterviews, observations, and documentation of village heads, village officials,hamlet heads, and communities receiving assistance. The results of the study showthat the BLT implementation strategy in Sereang Village is participatory andstructured, with the support of transparent public communication, adequate humanresources, and a positive implementation disposition. However, there are obstaclesin the form of not updating social data, the dependence of recipients on assistance,and lack of technical training for village officials. This study suggests strengtheningthe capacity of village bureaucracy, digitizing the data collection system, andeducating the public about the purpose of BLT as temporary assistance. With amore inclusive and responsive strategy, the implementation of BLT at the villagelevel is expected to be more effective in improving community welfare in asustainable manner.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees at Baranti Community Health Center, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative design was employed. The population consisted of all health center employees, and a total sampling technique was used, allowing the entire population to serve as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that competence, motivation, work discipline, and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Competence emerged as the most influential variable, followed by motivation, work discipline, and work environment. These findings highlight that improving employee performance in community health centers requires an integrated strategy focused on strengthening competence, enhancing motivation, enforcing discipline, and improving the work environment.
