Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait kemampuan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur dalam melunasi utangnya. Selaku perusahaan besar dengan berbagai macam lini bisnis, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur mempunyai beberapa utang yang wajib dilunasi kepada kreditur. Keahlian PT Indofood Sukses Makmur dalam melunasi utang, sangat berarti untuk berbagai pihak terutama dalam mengambil keputusan investasi baik pemegang saham, kreditur, maupun pihak lainnya. Dalam artikel ini, pengumpulan informasi keuangan menggunakan metode analisis laporan keuangan dengan pengukuran rasio likuiditas yang mencakup current ratio dan quick ratio serta penngukuran rasio solvabilitas yang mencakup debt to equity dan debt to total asset ratio. Informasi yang dianalisis adalah laporan keuangan tahunan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur periode 2018-2022. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya kenaikan industri dalam melunasi kewajibannya kepada kreditur.

Abstract

Kelurahan Petung merupakan daerah ekonomi penting yang menyediakan produk lokal dan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Daerah ini berfungsi sebagai pusat usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). UMKM merupakan model bisnis yang dapat dengan mudah diimplementasikan. Masih ada tantangan bagi UMKM di Petung, yakni terkait legalitas. Indonesia memiliki potensi lahan budidaya air tawar. Pertumbuhan sektor perikanan merupakan aset utama yang dapat mengatasi krisis ekonomi dan mencapai kesejahteraan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya legalitas usaha dan membantu pelaku UMKM dalam proses pengurusan NIB dan NPWP, diharapkan dapat mendorong kesadaran tentang kewajiban dan hak sebagai pengusaha yang taat hukum, juga bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi masyarakat pembudidaya ikan di Kelurahan Petung agar dapat mengelola budidaya ikan dengan lebih baik. "Pendampingan Pembuatan NIB dan NPWP Pada Pelaku UMKM" dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024 dengan melibatkan 25 peserta pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan ini menekankan pentingnya legalitas dalam berbisnis, sehingga peserta dapat memperoleh berbagai manfaat. Kemudian kegiatan "Optimalisasi Budidaya Perikanan Untuk Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Menuju Masa Depan Yang Berkelanjutan" dihadiri 27 peserta pembudidaya perikanan yang berada di Kelurahan Petung pada tanggal 31 Juli 2024. Dan kegiatan “Infografis UMKM” diselenggarakan pada 13 Agustus 2024, yang berisi gambaran umum UMKM di Kelurahan Petung.

Abstract

Minat belajar peserta didik merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan Minat belajar peserta didik adalah dengan menggunakan game edukasi wordwall dalam pembelajaran. Game edukasi wordwall dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik, menyenangkan, dan interaktif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi peserta didik dalam belajar. Game edukasi Wordwall dapat meningkatkan Minat belajar peserta didik. Jurnal ini dimulai dengan membahas definisi dan manfaat game edukasi. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu pada siklus 1 (sebelum penggunaan game edukasi wordwall) diperoleh rata-rata pada minat belajar peserta didik sebesar 47 dan masuk pada kategori kurang, untuk prestasi akademik diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 44 dan respon peserta didik sebesar 50 masuk pada kategori kurang. Siklus 2 dan 3 (setelah penggunaan game edukasi wordwall) minat peserta didik berturut turut sebesar 72 dan 89, prestasi akademik berturut turut diangka 70 dan 88 dan respon peserta didik berturut turut sebesar 75 dan 91. Hal ersebut membuat peserta didik di SDN1 Tatura Palu kelas VB memiliki peningkatan minat belajar yang baik dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of instructional videos in classroom learning as alternative media for students at SD Negeri 1 Tatura Palu. The subjects of this research were 22 students in class 3B of SD Negeri 1 Tatura Palu. This type of research is a qualitative research method that describes the results of using learning videos. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that the use of learning videos in classroom learning provides positive perceptions for students. These results are also reinforced by students' perceptions that learning videos are very positive in class because they can increase students' learning motivation. Most students answered that learning videos motivated them to learn. The results of this research can be concluded that learning videos have a positive effect in increasing students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Objective: to identify factors that influence the performance of nurses in hospitals, including the application of Professional Nursing Care Methods (MAKP), career path development, and increased competency, which contribute to nurse performance so that the quality of hospital services is more optimal. Method: The method was searching three databases: Pubmed, Google Scholar, and Science Direct, with 7,821 articles. Search results using keywords obtained 20 articles, which were then selected and adjusted to an assessment based on full text, resulting in 9 articles. Results: Literature results show that the application of professional nursing care methods, clear career paths, and adequate competencies have a significant influence on nurse performance. These factors contribute to improving nurse performance. Conclusion: Nurse performance is influenced by various factors, including professional nursing care methods, career level, and competency. The application and development of these factors can have an impact on better and more optimal hospital services

Abstract

Previous research has found Internet addiction to be negatively related to emotional intelligence. This study aims to examine the relationship between these two variables in young Christians during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the Internet is frequently used for a long duration. This study used a quantitative correlational method through the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire instrument (α = 0.890) based on Goleman's emotional intelligence theory, and the Internet Addiction Test (α = 0.893) based on Young's Internet addiction theory. There were 223 respondents aged 15-24 years (Age = 19.91; SD = 2.929) obtained through convenience sampling, with 62.8% female and 37.2% male. There was no correlation between emotional intelligence and Internet addiction (r = -0.104; Sig. = 0.120), although there was a negative correlation between managing emotions and salience (r = -0.156; Sig. = 0.020), as well as motivating oneself and neglect of duty (r = -0.234; Sig. = 0.000). These findings reinforce the assumption that the increasingly prevalent use of the Internet during the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the phenomenon of human interaction with the Internet, because the Internet is not only a means of coping strategies for negative emotions, but also supports daily activities. The results provide a new perception of the Internet for researchers, parents and coaches in helping young Christians to recognize their emotions so that they do not rely on the Internet when they want to express or suppress them.

Abstract

The global community recognizes social forestry as a way to improve community welfare through sustainable forest programs. In Indonesia, this program aims to involve local communities in forest management, providing multiple benefits such as forest preservation, improved livelihoods, and poverty reduction. This study aims to analyze the sustainability of a social forestry program for both Community Forest (CF) and non-Community Forest (non-CF) schemes (Village Forests and Community Plantation Forests). The research was conducted in Sijunjung, Solok, Padang Pariaman Regencies, and Padang City, involving a sample of 33 CF participants and 65 non-CF participants selected through snowball sampling. The data were collected through direct interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) at provincial and regency levels. The business sustainability assessment utilized multidimensional indicators (MDS) across three dimensions: economic, social, and institutional and analyzed using Rap_MForest. The findings revealed that social forestry program had a moderate level of sustainability in all dimensions; however, the social dimension showed lower sustainability, owing to limited community participation and ineffective empowerment of non-group members. The sustainability index of CF scheme was higher than the non-CF (VF and CPF). The CF model emerged as the more adaptable and comprehensive approach, promoting both environmental conservation and socioeconomic development. Therefore, prioritizing the institutional strengthening of VF and CPF became crucial. In addition, enhancing the active role and involvement of group members in the social forestry program within the social dimension was also essential. To enhance sustainability, efforts should be focused on strengthening mentoring and counseling programs for social forestry groups involved in state forest and community plantation initiatives.

Abstract

In general, students have a high curiosity about the knowledge that has been given by the teacher in a learning process, but only some students dare or are able to express their opinions in asking questions or giving responses. This study aims to plan, implement and describe the evaluation of the learning outcomes of the demonstration method of the ability to express opinions at SDN 27 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study on the ability to express opinions in Cycle 1 showed that 79.16% of children were in the category of Not Yet Brave (BB) and 50% of children were Starting to Brave (SSB). In Cycle II, 58.33% were in the category of Not Yet Brave (BB), and 89.67% were in the category of Already Brave (SSB). In Cycle III, the remaining 16.6% were in the category of Not Yet Brave (BB), and 125% were Starting to Brave (SSB). Based on the results of this study, there was an increase in the level of Already Brave (SMB) according to the achievement indicators, but the level of Already Very Brave (SSB) had not yet increased. This is likely due to insufficient time and the unavailability of facilities and infrastructure that can support the learning activities to take place properly.

Abstract

Parenting is the act of caring or pattern provided by families to children to achieve growth and development. The implementation of parenting psychoeducation in the family is one way to change knowledge in individuals and families so that it can improve family functions in preventing stunting in children in the family. The purpose of implementing this community service is to increase family understanding and knowledge in implementing stunting prevention behaviors in children through proper family parenting to prevent stunting in children. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out by the method of lectures and group discussions. This activity was attended by 41 residents and was attended directly by village heads, cadres, and community health center officers. Before the provision of psychoeducation, a pre-test was carried out related to the participants' knowledge about family parenting to prevent stunting in children and the results of the participants' knowledge were quite good (average score of 60%) and after the provision of psychoeducation, there was an increase in the participants' knowledge to be good (average score to 80%). It can be concluded that through psychoeducational activities can increase participants' knowledge. Pola asuh merupakan cara pengasuhan atau pola pengasuhan yang diberikan oleh keluarga pada anak untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pelaksanaan psikoedukasi pola asuh pada keluarga merupakan salah satu cara untuk merubah pengetahuan pada individu dan keluarga sehingga dapat meningkatkan fungsi keluarga dalam mencegah stunting pada anak di dalam keluarga. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan keluarga dalam menerapkan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada anak melalui pola asuh keluarga yang tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi kelompok. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 41 orang warga dan dihadiri secara langsung oleh kepala desa, kader, dan petugas pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Sebelum pemberian psikoedukasi dilakukan pre test terkait pengetahuan peserta tentang pola asuh keluarga untuk mencegah stunting pada anak dan didapatkan hasil pengetahuan peserta cukup baik (rata-rata skor 60%) dan setelah pemberian psikoedukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta menjadi baik (rata-rata skor menjadi 80%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui kegiatan psikoedukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta.

Abstract

The practice of monopoly is a type of violation in bermuamalah because it will cause the market mechanism to be disrupted, so that producers will get a large profit, while consumers due to the hoarding action will take suffering or loss. So, the result of monopoly is very unjust, selfish, and irresponsible. TPI Lampulo is one of the biggest fish trading transaction places in Banda Aceh. The determination of fish price dominated by Toke Bangku, the price has been going on for a long time. It is shown that the sale and purchase is not based on willingness and is reasonable, while Toke Bangku to set the selling price of fish depends on the weather and market conditions. This research uses a descriptive method, and the data is analysed qualitatively. Data were collected based on field research and literature review. The results showed that the price applied by Toke Bangku was not so according to the fishermen because of the law of price, while Toke Bangku determined the selling price following the weather conditions at sea and the market. In the review of Acehnese customs, Toke Bangku's pricing is in accordance with the laws and customs since the time of the sultanate of Aceh. Meanwhile, according to the Islamic economic perspective, Toke Bangku and fishermen receive rewards in this world and the next. This indicates that the value of tawhid is always embedded in life.
