Tujuan dari penelitian ini : 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia tahun 2023. Dalam pemilihan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan accidental sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 4) Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

The early onset of menarche can be a frightening event for adolescents who are not prepared. Menarche is a crucial stage for adolescent girls. Therefore, parents should play a role in understanding about menarche. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and the readiness of fifth and sixth-grade adolescent girls to face menarche at Wiradadi Public Elementary School. The research method used is correlational, with a cross-sectional approach. This study involved 50 respondents, consisting of fifth and sixth-grade female students who have not experienced menarche at Wiradadi Public Elementary School, selected through the total sampling technique. The statistical test used is the Spearman rank test. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents are aged 11 years (48%), have good parental support (35.6%), and have high readiness (42.2%). The research results show a relationship between parental support and the readiness of adolescent girls to face menarche at Wiradadi Public Elementary School, with a moderate strength of relationship (p-value: 0.001; CC = 0.457). In conclusion, there is an average and positive relationship between parental support and the readiness of adolescent girls.

Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai dan mendapatkan kombinasi perlakuan yang terbaik. Percobaan ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau pada bulan September 2017 sampai Februari 2018. Percobaan ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Faktor pertama adalah kompos terdiri dari 3 taraf: tanpa kompos, kompos dari Tanda Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) dan kompos dari jerami padi. Faktor kedua adalah pupuk NPK 16:16:16 terdiri dari 3 taraf: 0 kg ha-1, 125 kg ha-1 dan 250 kg ha-1. Parameter yang diamati yaitu analisis tanah awal, tinggi tanaman, tinggi dikotomus, lebar tajuk, umur berbunga, umur panen, panjang buah, jumlah buah per tanaman, bobot buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per plot. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan perlakuan terbaik yaitu pemberian kompos jerami padi 5 ton ha-1 dan pupuk NPK 125 kg ha-1 (½ dosis anjuran). Empowerment of village communities, including women's empowerment, requires important attention from the village government to free them from their helplessness, they need to be empowered to increase their power, abilities so that they are able to take advantage of access to opportunities in the community in meeting their needs and welfare. The Cot Girek Village Government, Lhokseumawe City has implemented an empowerment policy with several types of activity programs, namely empowerment in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry and women's empowerment with funding sources from the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBG). Specifically the results of women's empowerment. The women's empowerment activity program is focused on the management of the Bakry Bread Industry MSME, the Bakry Bread industry business has been running since 2019, and during the Covid-19 period, the business was inactive, and after Covid the village government provided capital assistance again and motivated, so that the Bakry Bread MSME managed by women in the Cot Girek village is running smoothly again, production can meet the needs of customers around the village and is supplied to dayah and to stalls. The development of Roti Bakry MSME is still limited both in terms of production volume, facilities and marketing are still traditional and have not utilized digital technology (new media) in expanding marketing.

This research aimed to find out the improvement of the students’ reading comprehension by using Blog that focused on literal comprehension in term of main idea and interpretive comprehension in term of conclusion. The writer applied pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design, and collected the data by giving pre-test and post-test. The sample of the research was class XI IPA of SMA Batara Gowa which consisted of 21 students. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research findings showed that the eleventh grade students of SMA Batara Gowa had poor score in pre-test. After treatment, their reading comprehension was significantly increased. The result of the research were the mean score literal reading obtained by the students through pre-test was 69 and post-test was 77,2 with the t-test value main idea is greater than t-table (8,2> 2,08). Mean score interpretive reading pre-test 67, 3 and post-test 75 with the t-test value conclusion comprehension is greater than t-table (7, 6> 2, 08). The use of Blog increased literal comprehension in term of main idea and interpretive comprehension score in term of conclusion. Literal comprehension improved11, 8% and interpretive improved 11, 4%. The result of calculating t-test of the indicators in the students t-test reading comprehension (literal and interpretative comprehension) is greater than t-table 15, 8 > 2, 08. It means that there is significance difference between before and after giving the treatment).

Implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in Handling Beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City is one of the efforts in handling the problem of beggars. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in handling beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City and to find out what are the obstacles to the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City has not been running effectively. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in handling beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City has not been running effectively, because the Social Service has not implemented the provision of training services, employment opportunities and business opportunities for beggars. This is because there is no budget and special facilities to handle beggars, lack of funding sources, human resources and infrastructure resources to support the implementation of education and training services as well as employment and business opportunities for beggars. Communication between agencies is also one of the obstacles to the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in handling beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The social service can provide education and training services to beggars as well as employment and business opportunities. The social service can also establish relationships with other agencies in the context of implementing Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 with other agencies such as BLK and DISPERINDAGKOP.

This research was conducted in Sei Kasih Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency, to determine the implementation of a nutrition improvement program for toddlers in the area. The implementation of the nutritional improvement program for toddlers in Sei Kasih Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency is still not optimal. This is because there are still several problems, namely the provision of additional food (PMT) which is charged, there are still posyandu cadres who do not understand about providing additional food and the facilities are inadequate. Village budget funds amount to Rp. 7,800,000 per year is used to pay salaries for toddler posyandu cadres and additional food consumption. However, these funds are still insufficient because toddlers' visits to posyandu are erratic. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are still children who are malnourished, and other problems are the lack of guidance and lack of communication between posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers. There are 2 nutrition improvement programs implemented, namely toddler health service activities and providing additional food. This research hopes to contribute to improving the nutritional quality of children under five in the region.

The quality of education is one of the key indicators of the success of educational institutions. However, in practice, many schools have yet to implement optimal management of their institutions, which impacts the quality of graduates that do not align with educational goals. This study aims to describe the implementation of management in improving the quality of education at SMP Mathlaul Anwar, Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation study. To ensure the validity of the collected data, a triangulation technique is employed. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The focus of this research includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, as well as the impact of management implementation on educational quality improvement. The results show that planning is conducted collaboratively through annual work meetings involving all school stakeholders; organizing is carried out through systematic and clear task distribution; directing is implemented through supervision and professional development of teachers; and controlling is done through regular evaluation of program implementation. These four management functions have proven to have a positive impact on improving educational quality, as reflected in increased teacher discipline, student learning outcomes, and parental involvement in school activities. The conclusion of this study indicates that structured and sustainable management implementation significantly influences the improvement of educational quality in schools.

Apendisitis merupakan penyakit yang menjadi perhatian oleh karena angka kejadian appendisitis tinggi di setiap Negara. Penanganan apendisitis biasanya dilakukan dengan terapi farmakologi dan pembedahan. Akibat dari pembedahan maka timbul luka yang menyebabkan nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas teknik relaksasi terhadap nyeri selama perawatan luka pasca operasi apendisitis di Rumah Sakit Umum Datu Beru Takengon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif dengan desain kelompok perlakuan. Analisis perbandingan digunakan untuk membandingkan rata-rata antara dua atau lebih kelompok sampel data. asumsi mendasar dalam analisis perbandingan adalah bahwa variabel data yang akan dibandingkan harus mengikuti distribusi normal. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Datu Beru Takengon pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan secara quota sampling yaitu menggunakan yang ada disaat penelitian berlangsung sebanyak 15 orang dengan metode uji perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata – rata skala nyeri sebelum diberikan relaksasi sebesar 7,46 dan setelah diberikan teknik relaksasi adalah 5,33 dengan nilai perbedaan mean sebesar 2,13 dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < α 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan antara skala nyeri sebelum dan setelah diberikan teknik relaksasi. Diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan agar dapat mengaplikasikan lebih luas lagi tentang efektifitas teknik relaksasi terhadap nyeri selama perawatan luka operasi apendisitis.

Penyakit kulit merupakan peradangan kulit pada lapisan epidermis dan dermis sebagai respon terhadap faktor alergi, bakteri, ataupun jamur.Masalah-masalah kulit yang umum ditemukan diantaranya kulit kering, tekstur kasar, bersisik pada area tangan, kaki, atau wajah, ruam kulit, dermatitik kontak atau inflamasi kulit dan abrasi atau hilangnya lapisan epidermis.Timbulnya penyakit kulit dapat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku seseorang dengan faktor-faktor tertentu seperti sikap dan pengetahuan terhadap kebersihan diri yang masih kurang Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene dengan penyakit kulit pada santri dipesantren Baitul Yatama Al-Qadri Kecamatan Nisam Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri dipesantren Baitul Yatama Al-Qadri dengan jumlah populasi 327 orang.Tehnik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling berjumlah 73 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar santri memiliki personal hygiene yang baik sebanyak 38 santri (52,0%), dan yang mengalami kejadian penyakit kulit sebanyak 36 santri (49,3%). Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa niilai p = 0,000 < α =0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolakyang berarti ada hubungan personal hygiene dengan penyakit kulit pada santri dipesantren Baitul Yatama Al-Qadri Kecamatan Nisam Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Santri pondok pesantren diharapkan agar selalu menjaga kebersihan diri dan tidak menggunakan pakaian ataupun handuk secara bergantian.
