Abstract

Abstrak Era disrupsi secara fundamental menantang model disiplin guru tradisional yang berfokus pada kepatuhan, menciptakan kesenjangan signifikan antara praktik konvensional dan kebutuhan holistik pembelajar abad ke-21. Studi konseptual ini bertujuan mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut dengan merumuskan kerangka kerja konseptual adaptif yang terintegrasi untuk disiplin guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan integratif (integrative review), penelitian ini secara sistematis menganalisis dan mensintesis literatur ilmiah terkait profesionalisme guru, inovasi pedagogis, pembelajaran sosial-emosional, dan etika digital melalui analisis tematik. Hasil utamanya adalah Model Disiplin Guru Adaptif, sebuah kerangka konseptual baru yang terstruktur berdasarkan empat dimensi yang saling terhubung: Profesional-Adaptif, Pedagogis-Inovatif, Relasional-Empatis, dan Digital-Etis. Model ini diklaim sebagai arsitektur holistik yang melampaui manajemen kelas konvensional, menawarkan basis teoritis baru bagi profesionalisme guru. Ini memberikan implikasi praktis untuk reformasi pengembangan guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan strategi pendidikan di era disrupsi. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Guru Adaptif; Kerangka Kerja Konseptual; Tinjauan Integratif; Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP); Era Disrupsi. Abstract The disruptive era fundamentally challenges traditional, compliance-focused teacher discipline models, creating a significant gap between conventional practices and the holistic needs of 21st-century learners. This conceptual study addresses this gap by aiming to formulate an integrated, adaptive conceptual framework for teacher discipline in Junior High Schools. Employing an integrative review methodology, the study systematically analyzed and synthesized scholarly literature related to teacher professionalism, pedagogical innovation, social-emotional learning, and digital ethics through thematic analysis. The main result is the Adaptive Teacher Discipline Model, a novel conceptual framework structured around four interconnected dimensions: Professional-Adaptive, Pedagogical-Innovative, Relational-Empathetic, and Digital-Ethical. This model is argued to be a holistic architecture that transcends conventional classroom management, offering a new theoretical basis for teacher professionalism. It provides practical implications for reforming teacher development, school policies, and educational strategies for the disruptive era. Abstract

Anak usia prasekolah (3–6 tahun) rentan mengalami kecemasan saat menjalani hospitalisasi akibat lingkungan yang asing dan prosedur medis yang menakutkan. Kondisi ini dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis berupa rasa takut, rewel, hingga menghambat proses penyembuhan. Terapi bermain merupakan salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan penerapan terapi bermain mewarnai dan puzzle dalam menurunkan kecemasan hospitalisasi pada anak prasekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif pada dua anak dengan tingkat kecemasan ringan hingga sedang berdasarkan Faces Anxiety Scale dan Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale Parent Report. Intervensi diberikan melalui terapi bermain mewarnai dan puzzle selama dua sesi (30 menit per hari) dalam periode hospitalisasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya perilaku gelisah, ketegangan, dan verbalisasi kekhawatiran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terapi bermain mewarnai dan puzzle berpotensi membantu menciptakan suasana nyaman dan mengurangi kecemasan hospitalisasi pada anak prasekolah.

Abstract

The validity of a marriage depends on fulfilling the terms and conditions of marriage. In the implementation of online marriage contracts, there are differences in the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions of the marriage, such as not gathering the bride and groom, the guardian of the marriage, and two witnesses in one place when the consent or marriage contract takes place, which has become a topic of discussion among ulama and legal experts. The reason is, there is still a lot of debate regarding this law. From the phenomenon of implementing online marriage contracts, questions arise regarding how online marriage contracts are carried out and how maqashid sharia reviews the implementation of online marriage contracts. This research aims to analyze how the online marriage contract is implemented and analyze the maqashid sharia review of the implementation of the online marriage contract. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of library research. The data collection technique used is documentation. From the results of this research, the author found that the implementation of the online marriage contract fulfilled the pillars and requirements of marriage. Apart from that, marriage contracts carried out online are also in accordance with maqashid sharia in terms of hifdz ad-din because it protects people from adultery which can damage honor, hifdz an-nafs because it protects the soul from things that threaten safety due to the Covid-19 pandemic and udzur one of the bride and groom, as well as hifdz an-nasl because marriage will produce offspring who can maintain continuity between generations. The implementation of an online marriage contract is legally permissible if it meets the pillars and requirements of marriage and meets the maqashid of sharia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini : 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia tahun 2023. Dalam pemilihan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan accidental sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 4) Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The early onset of menarche can be a frightening event for adolescents who are not prepared. Menarche is a crucial stage for adolescent girls. Therefore, parents should play a role in understanding about menarche. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental support and the readiness of fifth and sixth-grade adolescent girls to face menarche at Wiradadi Public Elementary School. The research method used is correlational, with a cross-sectional approach. This study involved 50 respondents, consisting of fifth and sixth-grade female students who have not experienced menarche at Wiradadi Public Elementary School, selected through the total sampling technique. The statistical test used is the Spearman rank test. The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents are aged 11 years (48%), have good parental support (35.6%), and have high readiness (42.2%). The research results show a relationship between parental support and the readiness of adolescent girls to face menarche at Wiradadi Public Elementary School, with a moderate strength of relationship (p-value: 0.001; CC = 0.457). In conclusion, there is an average and positive relationship between parental support and the readiness of adolescent girls.

Abstract

Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai dan mendapatkan kombinasi perlakuan yang terbaik. Percobaan ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau pada bulan September 2017 sampai Februari 2018. Percobaan ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Faktor pertama adalah kompos terdiri dari 3 taraf: tanpa kompos, kompos dari Tanda Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) dan kompos dari jerami padi. Faktor kedua adalah pupuk NPK 16:16:16 terdiri dari 3 taraf: 0 kg ha-1, 125 kg ha-1 dan 250 kg ha-1. Parameter yang diamati yaitu analisis tanah awal, tinggi tanaman, tinggi dikotomus, lebar tajuk, umur berbunga, umur panen, panjang buah, jumlah buah per tanaman, bobot buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per plot. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan perlakuan terbaik yaitu pemberian kompos jerami padi 5 ton ha-1 dan pupuk NPK 125 kg ha-1 (½ dosis anjuran). Abstract

Empowerment of village communities, including women's empowerment, requires important attention from the village government to free them from their helplessness, they need to be empowered to increase their power, abilities so that they are able to take advantage of access to opportunities in the community in meeting their needs and welfare. The Cot Girek Village Government, Lhokseumawe City has implemented an empowerment policy with several types of activity programs, namely empowerment in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry and women's empowerment with funding sources from the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBG). Specifically the results of women's empowerment. The women's empowerment activity program is focused on the management of the Bakry Bread Industry MSME, the Bakry Bread industry business has been running since 2019, and during the Covid-19 period, the business was inactive, and after Covid the village government provided capital assistance again and motivated, so that the Bakry Bread MSME managed by women in the Cot Girek village is running smoothly again, production can meet the needs of customers around the village and is supplied to dayah and to stalls. The development of Roti Bakry MSME is still limited both in terms of production volume, facilities and marketing are still traditional and have not utilized digital technology (new media) in expanding marketing.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the improvement of the students’ reading comprehension by using Blog that focused on literal comprehension in term of main idea and interpretive comprehension in term of conclusion. The writer applied pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design, and collected the data by giving pre-test and post-test. The sample of the research was class XI IPA of SMA Batara Gowa which consisted of 21 students. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research findings showed that the eleventh grade students of SMA Batara Gowa had poor score in pre-test. After treatment, their reading comprehension was significantly increased. The result of the research were the mean score literal reading obtained by the students through pre-test was 69 and post-test was 77,2 with the t-test value main idea is greater than t-table (8,2> 2,08). Mean score interpretive reading pre-test 67, 3 and post-test 75 with the t-test value conclusion comprehension is greater than t-table (7, 6> 2, 08). The use of Blog increased literal comprehension in term of main idea and interpretive comprehension score in term of conclusion. Literal comprehension improved11, 8% and interpretive improved 11, 4%. The result of calculating t-test of the indicators in the students t-test reading comprehension (literal and interpretative comprehension) is greater than t-table 15, 8 > 2, 08. It means that there is significance difference between before and after giving the treatment).

Abstract

Implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in Handling Beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City is one of the efforts in handling the problem of beggars. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in handling beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City and to find out what are the obstacles to the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City has not been running effectively. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in handling beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City has not been running effectively, because the Social Service has not implemented the provision of training services, employment opportunities and business opportunities for beggars. This is because there is no budget and special facilities to handle beggars, lack of funding sources, human resources and infrastructure resources to support the implementation of education and training services as well as employment and business opportunities for beggars. Communication between agencies is also one of the obstacles to the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 in handling beggars in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The social service can provide education and training services to beggars as well as employment and business opportunities. The social service can also establish relationships with other agencies in the context of implementing Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 with other agencies such as BLK and DISPERINDAGKOP.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sei Kasih Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency, to determine the implementation of a nutrition improvement program for toddlers in the area. The implementation of the nutritional improvement program for toddlers in Sei Kasih Village, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency is still not optimal. This is because there are still several problems, namely the provision of additional food (PMT) which is charged, there are still posyandu cadres who do not understand about providing additional food and the facilities are inadequate. Village budget funds amount to Rp. 7,800,000 per year is used to pay salaries for toddler posyandu cadres and additional food consumption. However, these funds are still insufficient because toddlers' visits to posyandu are erratic. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that there are still children who are malnourished, and other problems are the lack of guidance and lack of communication between posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers. There are 2 nutrition improvement programs implemented, namely toddler health service activities and providing additional food. This research hopes to contribute to improving the nutritional quality of children under five in the region.
