Abstract

Gambling/maisir activities in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City oppose the implementation of Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Jinayat Maisir Law in force in Aceh Province. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of this Qanun has been carried out and to identify the factors that are obstacles in its implementation. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of law enforcement officers, religious figures, academics, and the community. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qanun has not been running optimally. This can be seen from the still high number of gambling cases in Banda Sakti District. The communication aspect is considered ineffective because the dissemination of information is limited to sticker media and socialization to schools, without utilizing digital channels that are more relevant to the characteristics of today's society. In addition, limited human resources and budget are obstacles to supervision and law enforcement. The lack of disposition and commitment from the authorities is also an obstacle in the implementation of this policy. A more modern, collaborative and participatory communication approach is needed, as well as increasing the capacity of legal apparatus and infrastructure so that this qanun can be implemented consistently and effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the English learning needs from the perspectives of students and teachers at SMKN 1 Dampal Selatan, MA Al-Ittihad DDI Soni, and SMA Negeri 1 Dampal Selatan. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using data collected through questionnaires distributed to students and interviews conducted with English teachers. The focus of this study includes academic needs such as mastery of the four main English skills, and non-academic needs like motivation, environmental support, and self-confidence, as well as perceptions regarding the use of technology in learning. The results indicate a significant gap between students’ and teachers’ expectations. Students tend to prefer practical, technology-based, and work-oriented materials, while teachers emphasize grammar mastery, basic language skills, and the need for adequate learning media. Additionally, students expressed difficulties in vocabulary acquisition and low confidence in speaking, whereas teachers stressed the importance of enhancing motivation and learning facilities. These findings highlight the necessity to adjust curricula and teaching methods to better align with students’ real-world needs and support more effective English learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan moneter terhadap stabilitas harga kebutuhan pokok di Kota Kendari pada periode 2019–2023. Fokus utama terletak pada tiga instrumen moneter: suku bunga acuan (BI7DRR), jumlah uang beredar (M2), dan nilai tukar rupiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda berdasarkan data sekunder dari Bank Indonesia, BPS, dan instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel moneter tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi bahan makanan di Kota Kendari. Secara parsial, suku bunga memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap inflasi, sedangkan M2 dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif. Peningkatan suku bunga terbukti dapat menahan inflasi, sedangkan peningkatan jumlah uang beredar dan depresiasi rupiah mendorong kenaikan harga. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara kebijakan moneter nasional dan strategi daerah dalam menjaga stabilitas harga kebutuhan pokok, khususnya di daerah yang rentan terhadap tekanan eksternal seperti Kota Kendari.

Abstract

Lake Toba, as a super-priority destination in Indonesia, has tremendous tourism potential. The development of community-based tourism (CBT) is a key strategy to ensure that its benefits are felt directly by the local community. However, its implementation in Toba Regency still faces significant challenges, including economic disparities, suboptimal community empowerment, and environmental sustainability issues, so that there is a gap between expectations and the reality received by the community. This study aims to examine in depth the development of Community Based Tourism in Toba Regency. The focus of the study is twofold: first, identifying social and economic programs that have been running; second, analyzing the main factors that hinder the effectiveness of tourism development. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants from the Lake Toba Authority Implementing Agency, local government, community, and tourists, who were selected through purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data were also obtained from observations and documentation studies, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that social programs (craft training, guides, homestays) and economic programs (business groups, capital facilitation) have been running, but their reach and benefits are not evenly distributed. The main obstacle identified is the deficit of social capital, which is characterized by low trust and cohesion between residents, and weak coordination between stakeholders. In addition, limited capacity and technical skills of the community in tourism business management are also significant obstacles. Optimizing the potential of Lake Toba requires a more integrated approach.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the self-expression of quiet students through structured psychological In school social life, friendship plays a crucial role in shaping students' character, including tolerance, empathy, cooperation, and social responsibility. This study aims to describe the implementation of student attitudes toward friendship within the Rumah Anak Soleh Islamic Elementary School (SDIT). This research used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation of third-grade students at Rumah Anak Soleh Elementary School. The results demonstrate positive attitudes toward friendship, such as helping each other, respecting differences, and resolving conflicts through open communication.

Abstract

Bronkopneumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan bawah yang sering menyerang balita dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Penatalaksanaan keperawatan terhadap masalah ini tidak hanya mengandalkan terapi farmakologis, tetapi juga memerlukan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang mendukung peningkatan fungsi pernapasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penggunaan pijat common cold dan terapi nebulizer dalam membantu mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada balita dengan bronkopneumonia. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif terhadap balita yang dirawat di Ruang Aster RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa pijat common cold sebanyak dua kali sehari dan terapi nebulizer sesuai indikasi medis selama tiga hari berturut-turut. Hasil menunjukkan adanya perbaikan signifikan pada frekuensi napas, peningkatan saturasi oksigen, serta penurunan intensitas batuk dan produksi sekret. Penerapan pijat common cold dan nebulizer terbukti efektif dan dapat direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi keperawatan komplementer untuk meningkatkan bersihan jalan napas pada balita dengan bronkopneumonia.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency. The determination of this location is based on several reasons, including the existence of Muara Batu District in the Malikussaleh University campus area which is directly adjacent to immigrants from students and people who work around the area, besides that, the main thing is that in Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency, there are many Acehnese souvenir craftsmen who are still very behind in marketing their products so that craftsmen find it very difficult to achieve maximum sales achievement levels and this can result in production stalls which can have an effect on closing their businesses. The method of implementing community service is carried out with stages of preparation, training and mentoring as well as Monitoring and evaluation of activities, where we will monitor the craftsmen whether they have maximized their use of digital media in the process of selling their products. To facilitate the monitoring or evaluation process, the activity implementation team has also formed a WashUp group, where in the group the implementation team and the coaching team will interact and communicate with each other about matters relating to methods, strategies or matters relating to how to digitize the sale of Acehnese souvenir products. This activity was attended by UMKM craftsmen of Acehnese souvenirs, namely from Ule Madon Village, Meunasah Aron Village and Mane Tunoeng Village and craftsmen of other products as well, the Sub-district Head and also staff at the Sub-district Head's office, Mura Batu District, North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Penggunaan surfaktan sintetis berbasis petrokimia memiliki efek negatif pada kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan karena bersifat korosif dan beracun, menyebabkan pemanasan global, dan kelangkaan sumber daya fosil. Metil ester sulfonat (MES) merupakan salah satu jenis surfaktan anionik yang banyak diaplikasikan dalam berbagai industri. Bahan baku pembuatan surfaktan berasal dari minyak bumi yang tidak dapat diperbaharui dan tidak ramah lingkungan, sehingga diperlukan bahan baku alternatif lain yaitu dari minyak biji kelor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis MES dari minyak biji kelor (Moringa oliofera L.) pada variasi suhu (70, 80, dan 90) 0C dan waktu reaksi (3, 4 dan 5) jam, serta mengkarakterisasi MES menggunakan spektrofotometer FTIR pada kondisi optimum. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MES dapat sintesis dari minyak biji kelor pada kondisi optimum suhu 80 0C dan waktu reaksi 4 jam. Produk MES berwarna putih kekuningan, pH 7 dan yield 66,72 %. Karakterisasi FTIR menunjukkan pita serapan S=O sulfonat yang menandakan terbentuknya produk MES.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Membangun Desa Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KKN-MD MBKM) Universitas Halu Oleo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembangunan desa melalui penerapan ilmu dan keterampilan yang telah diperoleh di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi program KKN-MD MBKM di Desa Arongo, Kecamatan Landono, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, dengan fokus pada transformasi budaya, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi survei lapangan, penyusunan program kerja, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta penyusunan laporan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa berperan aktif dalam mengembangkan berbagai aspek desa, seperti peningkatan kualitas pendidikan melalui kegiatan mengajar di SMA Negeri 11 Konawe Selatan, pemberdayaan seni dan budaya melalui pelatihan sanggar seni, serta penguatan sektor ekonomi dan pertanian melalui pembuatan kebun kolektif dan pelatihan penyusunan pembukuan koperasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Desa Arongo, meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan, ekonomi berbasis komunitas, serta budaya gotong royong dalam pengelolaan sumber daya desa. Sementara itu, mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman nyata dalam menghadapi permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi di desa, serta mengasah keterampilan kepemimpinan dan kerja sama lintas disiplin. Dengan demikian, program KKN-MD MBKM tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat desa, tetapi juga menjadi sarana efektif dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan yang siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.

Abstract

Abstrak Era disrupsi secara fundamental menantang model disiplin guru tradisional yang berfokus pada kepatuhan, menciptakan kesenjangan signifikan antara praktik konvensional dan kebutuhan holistik pembelajar abad ke-21. Studi konseptual ini bertujuan mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut dengan merumuskan kerangka kerja konseptual adaptif yang terintegrasi untuk disiplin guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan integratif (integrative review), penelitian ini secara sistematis menganalisis dan mensintesis literatur ilmiah terkait profesionalisme guru, inovasi pedagogis, pembelajaran sosial-emosional, dan etika digital melalui analisis tematik. Hasil utamanya adalah Model Disiplin Guru Adaptif, sebuah kerangka konseptual baru yang terstruktur berdasarkan empat dimensi yang saling terhubung: Profesional-Adaptif, Pedagogis-Inovatif, Relasional-Empatis, dan Digital-Etis. Model ini diklaim sebagai arsitektur holistik yang melampaui manajemen kelas konvensional, menawarkan basis teoritis baru bagi profesionalisme guru. Ini memberikan implikasi praktis untuk reformasi pengembangan guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan strategi pendidikan di era disrupsi. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Guru Adaptif; Kerangka Kerja Konseptual; Tinjauan Integratif; Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP); Era Disrupsi. Abstract The disruptive era fundamentally challenges traditional, compliance-focused teacher discipline models, creating a significant gap between conventional practices and the holistic needs of 21st-century learners. This conceptual study addresses this gap by aiming to formulate an integrated, adaptive conceptual framework for teacher discipline in Junior High Schools. Employing an integrative review methodology, the study systematically analyzed and synthesized scholarly literature related to teacher professionalism, pedagogical innovation, social-emotional learning, and digital ethics through thematic analysis. The main result is the Adaptive Teacher Discipline Model, a novel conceptual framework structured around four interconnected dimensions: Professional-Adaptive, Pedagogical-Innovative, Relational-Empathetic, and Digital-Ethical. This model is argued to be a holistic architecture that transcends conventional classroom management, offering a new theoretical basis for teacher professionalism. It provides practical implications for reforming teacher development, school policies, and educational strategies for the disruptive era.
