Abstract

The service quality and digital promotion of Café Four Queens has recently experienced a lack of attention from business owners because the café owner's focus is divided between studying and working, resulting in the quality of service still not satisfying customers, because there are still order errors and delays in serving consumer orders. Likewise, the digital promotions carried out by Café Four Queens have recently not attracted potential consumers. This can be seen from the decline in viewers for digital promotions carried out on the Four Queens Instagram account. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and digital promotion on increasing profits at Café Four Queens Palangka Raya. And based on the results of data analysis. Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Hesterocedasticity Test, Determination Test, Simultaneous Test (F), Partial Test (T). The results of this research, the independent variables in this research, namely service quality and digital promotion, contributed 69.8% to the dependent variable and the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other variables and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) obtained a value based on SPSS calculations of 60.046 where fcount > ftable is 60.046 > 3.23 and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and digital promotion on increasing profits at Café Four Queens, Palangka Raya City

Abstract

In this study researchers used qualitative research, where qualitative research is a research method used to research on natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are triangulated (combined), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning rather than generalization. By using this qualitative method, researchers will make observations, in the form of interviews and review documents to provide a direct description of the nature of the respondent, namely the Analysis of the Recruitment System and Placement of Employees in Working at BRI BANK Jalan Imam Bonjol Kota Palangka Raya. Recruitment itself is a process of attracting, holding, and searching and finding a group of candidates who submit applications which can later fill vacant positions in an organization or company. The purpose of the recruitment system itself is to meet the needs of a company or organization regarding the human resources contained in the company so that later get human resources that are truly qualified. Abstract

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, strategi pemasaran yang efektif memainkan peran kunci dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah, sebuah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri batik di Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah telah menerapkan strategi segmentasi pasar yang komprehensif, meliputi segmentasi demografis, geografis, psikografis, dan perilaku. Perusahaan menargetkan pekerja kantoran dan masyarakat di sekitar Palangka Raya sebagai target pasar utama. Dari segi positioning, Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah memposisikan diri sebagai produsen kain batik dengan motif benang bintik khas Kalimantan Tengah, menawarkan produk yang berkualitas dengan kisaran harga yang variatif, dan menciptakan suasana toko yang nyaman. Strategi segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning yang diterapkan oleh Toko Benang Bintik Lestari Indah sejalan dengan teori pemasaran dan hasil penelitian terdahulu, serta berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran dan memaksimalkan potensi penjualan perusahaan. Abstract

Measuring air retention in constructed canal blockage is critical for determining changes in air content after canal blocking. The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of changes in levels on air retention values measured at three depths, namely 0-20 cm, 20-40 cm, and 40-60 cm, at four transect sampling stations created at a distance of 10 m to 260 m from the canal block. Changes in bulk density, porosity, and peat volume affect groundwater. Peat soil samples were collected from burned peatlands, and canal blocks were constructed. A pressure plate chamber was used to assess air retention. The findings of the investigation revealed that the air retention pattern of peat soil at 16 test sample locations was at maximum at PF 0.2 at each depth. At higher pressures (pF 2-4.2), peat groundwater is strongly bonded by peat soil particles. The average bulk density of peat is 0.2 2 and the porosity value is 86.79%. The higher the air content at each pF value has no influence on the porosity and bulk density values. Changes in air content between pF 2.0 and 4.2 lower average peat volume by 7.4%. The size of this value is assumed to be determined by the peat's type, maturity, and decomposition value.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation, support, and inhibiting factors of nucu ngoruh in Dayak Siang traditional weddings. A qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation was utilized to get the research finding. The implementation of nucu ngoruh in traditional Dayak Siang marriages in Saripoi Village consisted of two versions. The first version of the wedding procession was making pondong, making lawang sakepeng, making hompong, and the marriage contract process. The second version of the marriage procession was pantan pulut, pali manasai, ngiap or kandan ngiap, second hompong and third hompong, which includes hompong balanga, lawang sakepeng, Manasai dance, hompong human/female, and the bride and groom sat side by side on the Mura gong. The supporting factor for nucu ngoruh was that indigenous peoples highly respected the provisions of social and divine values, so indigenous people adjusted to the provisions for the preparation of traditional goods, and the procession of traditional marriages might also be under customary rules. Finally, there were four inhibiting factors for nucu ngoruh. First, the groom was not ready either physically or mentally. The second was the lack of financial support provided. The third was the absence of people who mastered the art of sculpture was make statues to complete the implementation of the traditional Dayak Siang wedding. Fifth, there was no written text or manual procedure for implementing the traditional Dayak Siang wedding procession.

Abstract

UMKM berperan vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah, melalui sektor industri kerajinan, khususnya aksesoris khas Dayak. Artikel ini menganalisis kontribusi UMKM kerajinan dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan, dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada Toko Souvenir Fauzi yang menjual produk kerajinan tradisional seperti tas rotan, gelang batu, miniatur getah nyatu, manik-manik, dan aksesoris lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran UMKM dalam menciptakan model bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan sosial, sesuai dengan teori triple bottom line yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal, mempromosikan pelestarian budaya, dan mendukung keberlanjutan sumber daya alam melalui pemanfaatan bahan baku alami. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pasar, teknologi, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan masih dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas teknologi dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam untuk memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang UMKM kerajinan ini. Dengan demikian, UMKM kerajinan aksesoris khas Dayak berpotensi sebagai agen perubahan yang mendorong pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di Palangka Raya

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment method at Joglo Lumintu Restaurant, Palangka Raya City, and examine its impact on business development strategies and operational efficiency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and questionnaires to the owner, employees, and customers of the restaurant. The results showed that the use of QRIS has provided convenience and security in the transaction process, increased operational efficiency through reduced transaction time, and facilitated more transparent financial records. However, the implementation of QRIS is still hampered by the preference for cash payments among older customers, who are less familiar with digital technology. In addition, QRIS transaction recording is still done manually, indicating the need for a more comprehensive digital management system integration. QRIS implementation is proven to increase customer satisfaction, especially among the younger generation, and has the potential to support business competitiveness. This research highlights the importance of digital education to customers and improving restaurant operations as strategies for developing a more efficient and modern culinary business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran ekonomi publik dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di lingkungan ekowisata Nyaru Menteng melalui pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Ekowisata Nyaru Menteng memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata alam yang dikelola oleh masyarakat lokal melalui kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis). Namun pengembangan ekowisata ini masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya infrastruktur dan terbatasnya akses informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi dokumen dari pemangku kepentingan, termasuk Dinas Kehutanan dan Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama dari pengelolaan ekowisata ini adalah keberadaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah serta dukungan dari masyarakat lokal yang aktif terlibat dalam pengelolaan wisata. Namun, kelemahan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya infrastruktur pendukung serta akses informasi yang masih terbatas. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang yang signifikan, termasuk meningkatnya minat wisatawan terhadap destinasi ekowisata dan kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata lokal. Namun, ancaman berupa persaingan dengan destinasi wisata lain dan dampak perubahan iklim tetap menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Penelitian ini menyarankan beberapa rekomendasi kebijakan, seperti peningkatan infrastruktur, akses informasi, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Kesimpulannya, peran ekonomi publik melalui pengelolaan ekowisata Nyaru Menteng memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat jika didukung oleh kebijakan yang tepat dan strategi pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main driving factors that contribute significantly to the economic improvement of a region. Despite this, MSMEs have efforts to create jobs and have high quality labor absorption. MSMEs have the ability to drive stable, long-term, and sustainable economic growth as they are considered to be able to survive even under crisis conditions. The fact that they can be established with little capital or investment means that MSMEs can be considered to have the ability to grow and develop quickly. For this reason, one of the factors that influence MSMEs to continue to develop is an understanding of good financial management, namely through financial literacy. Abstract

SWOT analysis has a very important role for companies to find out what strategies will be appropriate and can be carried out by the company so that it can compete with similar companies. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the strategy of PT POS Persero Indonesia in Palangka Raya City in increasing the company's competitiveness based on SWOT Analysis. This research uses a qualitative method by taking a case study approach, the informants in this research are Post Office Managers, Post Office Employees, and Palangka Raya Post Office Customers. Data sources were obtained from primary data, namely from observations in the field and interviews with informants, and secondary data from documentation of the results of observations and interviews. The data analysis method uses Miles and Huberman's interactive model analysis of 3 activity stages, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the Grand Strategy Matrix analysis, it shows that PT Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya City is in quadrant III, namely the Turn Around and Liquidation strategy quadrant. The right strategy is the WO strategy. The WO strategy focuses on minimizing weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities, such as collaboration with local governments and human resource training. This strategy can increase the competitiveness of PT Pos Indonesia Palangka Raya City.
