Abstract

This research was conducted at Krisna Karya Mulya UKM in Panarung Palangka Raya City, the purpose of this study was to find out the method of calculating the cost of tofu production at Krisna Karya Mulya UKM in Palangka Raya. This research uses quantitative methods. The results showed that the use of the variable costing method in Krisna Karya Mulya UKM turned out to be cheaper or significant compared to using the full costing method because in the variable costing method a profit calculation was greater than the value. Meanwhile, the results of tofu production calculation in UKM Krisna Karya Mulya if using the full costing method will be greater or experience a significant increase when compared to the calculation of the variable costing method. This means that the use of variable costing methods in tofu production businesses in Krisna Karya Mulya SMEs is not appropriate because in the variable costing method the amount of overhead depreciation costs is not counted, so there are costs that should appear in the production process but become unidentified.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, which is the research in question to gather information about the status of existing symptoms, namely the status of a symptom as it is at the time of research. The research aims to determine the right strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and strategies to apply to Lestari Indah. The results of this research show that the strength owned by Lestari Indah yarn Batik is always maintain quality products and high quality but with an affordable price, Batik motifs and colors are varied and with a sprightly understand the wishes of consumers to the product. The strategic location also becomes the strength of Lestari Indah. The weakness in sustainable freckle yarn Batik is the limited number of employees, the risk of decreasing revenue and high distribution cost rates. Batik Freckles Lestari Indah has the opportunity of increasing community income, the ability to capture market share, the presence of corporate cooperation with consumers, positive response of consumers to the existence of the company. The threat to the beautiful sustainable yarn spots Batik is the large number of competitors and high risk of business. A precise strategy that can be used Lestari Indah is an aggressive growth strategy with market penetration.

Abstract

The Panca Rasa Puruk Cahu Restaurant is one of the companies in Murung Raya Central Kalimantan Province, where its business is engaged in providing products (goods and services). In providing services to the community, Panca Rasa Restaurant is required to do the best and provide satisfaction to customers in their services. This study aims to determine the quality of service about customer satisfaction at the Panca Rasa Puruk Cahu restaurant. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions, with the respondents are consumers at the Panca Rasa Restaurant, consumers who have been set as many as 8 people. From the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of service is shown from the aspects of tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy at the Panca Rasa Puruk Cahu restaurant as follows: Tangible aspects provide complete facilities, arrangement of goods and appearance. Clean and tidy employees. In the aspect of reliability, using a manual system in making payment transactions for operating hours that are always correct and provide polite and courteous service. Responsiveness aspect, always responds / responds to complaints and complaints from consumers, but consumers must first find employees to get service. Aspects of assurance, providing security, comfort, and guarantees for products purchased by consumers and employees having skills and knowledge about the products being sold. Aspects of empathy, employees always communicate to consumers.

Abstract

AbstractThe approach and type of research used in this research is a qualitative approach. The presence of the researcher is used as a benchmark to understand the case being studied. The research location is in Perum Damri Palangka Raya, Jalan Tjilik Riwut km. 7.5 Province of Central Kalimantan. The source of data in this study is about the determining factors for determining the route. The data collection procedure used is observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data by using triangulation. In carrying out something that has been planned there must be factors that influence these activities. Determination has several objectives so that a company can carry out its activities properly. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are 4 factors determining the strategy for determining the new route, namely: There are 4 (four) determining the strategy for determining the new route in the Marketing Mix, namely: a. Product (Product), b. Promotion (Promotion), c. Price and d. Place and 4 factors for determining the new route 1. There are requests and recommendations from the community and local government. 2. Analysis of population density and potential public interest from cities of origin and destination that will use mass public transportation (buses) 3. Analysis of the type of service (ac or non-ac), characteristics of the community of prospective service users, as well as analyzing competitors 4. Considering proper road conditions or not to be traversed by mass transportation (bus) by prioritizing the safety aspect of the journey on the route to be traversed.Keywords: Strategy Determination Factors, Route Determinants,perum damriAbstrakPendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelititan ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Kehadiran peneliti yang digunakan sebagai tolak ukur untuk memahami kasus yang di teliti. Lokasi penelitian yaitu di Perum Damri Palangka Raya jalan tjilik riwut km. 7.5 Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tentang faktor-faktor penentu penetapan rute. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawacara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data yaitu menggunakan tringulasi.  Dalam menjalankan sesuatu yang telah di rencanakan pasti ada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan tersebut. Penetapan memiliki beberapa tujuan agar suatu perusahaan dapat menjalankan kegiatannya dengan baik.  Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada 4 faktor penetapan strategi penentuan rute baru yaitu : Ada 4 (empat) Penetapan strategi Penentuan Rute baru dalam Marketing Mix yaitu : a. Produk (Product), b. Promosi (Promotion), c. Harga (Price) dan d. tempat (Place) da nada 4 faktor – faktor penetapan rute baru 1. Adanya permintaan serta rekomendasi dari masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah setempat. 2. Analisa kepadatan penduduk dan potensi animo masyarakat dari kota asal dan tujuan yang akan  mengunakan angkutan umum massal (bus) 3. Analisa jenis pelayanan (ac atau non ac), karakteristik masyarakat calon penguna jasa, serta menganalisa kompetitor 4. Mempertimbangakan kondisi jalan layak atau tidak untuk dilalui angkutan massal (bus) dengan mengutamakan aspek keselamatan perjalanan di dalam rute yang akan dilalui.Kata Kunci: Faktor Penetapan Strategi, Penentu Rute, perum damri

Abstract

Dana desa yang dikelola dengan transfaran dan penuh rasa tanggungjawab memiliki peran yang positif sebagai salah satu penggerak roda ekonomi pembangunan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Mekanisme pemerintah desa dalam penggunaan dana desa dalam memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat desa tumbang empas kecematan mihing raya kebupaten gunung mas. Faktor penting lainnya sebagai stimulus yang mampu mengubah dan memperlancar roda pembangunan ekonomi pinggiran di desa adalah keberadaan dan pemanfaatan dana desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kulitatif. Sumber data adalah hasil wawancara dengan kepala desa sekretaris desa, tokoh masyrakat dan masyrakat desa tumbang empas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan reduksi, penyajian, dan penariakan kesimpulan. Dana desa adalah sarana pembagunan ekonomi desa untuk memberdayakan masyarakat. Dana desa memiliki peran yang positif sebagai penggerak kemajuan ekonomi pembangunan desa. Pengelolaan dana desa akhirnya dapat memberikan manfaat untuk masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskritif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: 1) motivasi berwirausaha mahasisiswa pendidikan ekonomi yang nyaitu keinginan untuk berwirausaha Persentase yang memiliki motivasi mahasiwa dalam berwirausaha yang ada 10 mahasiswa yang setuju dan ada 15 mahasiswa yang netral. Hal ini dapat dimaklumi mengigat tidak semua diorientasikan untuk berwirausaha, seperti fakultas FKIP Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi yang lulusannya akan mengajar dan sebagai guru saat akan lulus. Karena disiplin ilmu yang didapatkannya lebih berorientasi untuk menjadi pengawai Negeri. Berdasarkan uji perbedaan motivasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha berdasarkan orang tua pada umunya anak banyak menerima nilai-nilai dan prinsip hidup dari orang tuannya. Berdasarkan kuisoner dapat dilihat bahwa pekerjaan manyoritas diminati oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi 2015 dan 2016 adalah menjadi Pengawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Motivasi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi untuk berwirausahaan berdasakan mata kuliah kewirausahawaan, diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang senifikan motivasi Mahasiswa untuk berwirausahaan berdasarkan wirausahaan. Hal ini mengambarkan bahwa bagi mahasiswa (responden) yang sudah pernah belajar dan mengikuti praktek kewirausahaan, motivasinya tidak ada berbeda untuk berwirausahaan.

Abstract

Economic development carried out by the Indonesian people is one of the efforts to create community welfare. Economic development that is being intensively carried out at this time is revitalizing a number of traditional markets which are the identity of a city. Traditional markets have an important role in helping the community's economy, especially for the middle class. Traditional markets are places for traders to peddle and promote agricultural products, livestock, plantations, craftsmen, or other producers as suppliers. Traditional markets are markets that are managed by the city government. Currently, traditional markets have become a new cluster for the spread of COVID-19. But people continue to carry out economic activities as usual. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of traditional markets in improving the community's economy in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic, Palangka Raya city. The research methods used are: descriptive qualitative research and the nature of the research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is using: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) The role of Traditional Markets for traders is as a place to market goods, promote local products, as well as for the development of traditional businesses. 2) The role of traditional markets for buyers is as a place to get daily necessities. 3) The Role of Traditional Markets for Development, namely through taxes and levies the management is able to build a better place for market buildings and assist regional development. 4) The role of traditional markets for human resources is to absorb workers in the informal sector. 5) The role of Traditional Markets for the government is to bring in foreign exchange for the State.

Abstract

The ability to manage cost in order to increase company productivity is a must. This ability is used in implementation of cost management function. There are three cost management functions, namely determining costs, assisting in decision making and activating financial reporting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of cost management functions in construction companies. This research was conducted by analyzing the comparison of the cost budget with the realization in the meeting building construction work packages in the CV Pedalaman Raya Indah construction company in 2019.  The results of the study concluded that the company had implemented the cost management function well. The cost management function consists of 3 things, namely determining costs, helping decision making and activating financial reporting. In determining costs, companies have been able to determine the costs appropriately. The total budget is smaller with its realization. This happens because the company's ability to determine costs appropriately and the existence of cost savings so that in its realization, the costs incurred do not exceed the budget that has been prepared. From the implementation of the cost management function that has been carried out, the company CV Pedalaman Raya Indah gained a profit of 27.81%.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Cooperative Wat Tamwil Seruyan Sejahtera which addresses at Jalan Patimura, Kuala Pembuang 1, Seruyan Regency. This cooperative was formed on November 2, 2012 with a cooperative legal entity No: 124 / BH / XVIII.14 / IDKUMKM / 11/2012 and chaired by Ir. H. Tarwidi Tamasaputra. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation as well as the type of data used is time series data. The data obtained will be analyzed by the growth equation and least square trand. Based on the results of the study note that the capital development Based on the analysis in table 5 can be seen in 2013 there was a growth of 15%, but a decline in 2014 amounted to 17%. Growth that greatly increased in 2015 was 40% which was affected by the increase in membership. Whereas growth in 2016 was only 16%. The average capital growth of the Cooperative Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Seruyan Sejahtera in 2012-2016 is 9.62%. While based on table 7 it can be seen that the results of capital development forecasts at the Baitul Maal wat Tamwil Seruyan Sejahtera cooperative in 2017 amounted to Rp 396,035,361.60, in 2018 amounted to IDR 422,391,710.70, in 2019 amounted to IDR 448,748.059.80, in 2020, IDR 475,104,408.90 and in 2021 IDR 501,460,758.00. This forecast of development tends to increase from year to year in the amount of IDR 26,356,349.10. This increase was affected by the business carried out, the addition of new members and by voluntary contributions from members
