Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of the Index Card Match learning paradigm on students' attention and memory. This quasi-experimental quantitative study used a non-equivalent group design called pre-test-post-test control group. Students from class X.5 (experimental) and class X.6 (control) served as the study's samples. Tests, surveys, and documentation are utilized as data collection techniques. The independent sample t test was used to analyze the data. Because the t test computation produced a significance value of 0.000, which corresponds to a significance value of 0.005, Ha is accepted whereas Ho is rejected. The N-Gain calculation shows that the learning activity of the experimental class, which is 0.71, falls into the high group, whereas the learning activity of the control class, which is 0.45, goes into the medium category. The N gain memory calculation for the experimental class falls into the middle category at 0.60 and the low category at 0.29 for the control class. The index card match learning paradigm affects the concentration and memory of students.

Abstract

Every parent enjoys seeing their child's ideal development on the physical and psychological levels. The truth is that certain kids, including those with autism spectrum disorder, sometimes known as autism, are born with physical or mental disabilities. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effects that the Parent Training Program has on the psychosocial development of autistic adolescents and how those effects are perceived. This study was carried out in one of schools in Indonesia. With the goal of determining the impact of the Parent Training Program on the psychosocial development of students with autism spectrum disorder, this study employs a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Based on the research findings and the technical triangulation findings, it is clear that the Parent Training Program has an effect on the psychosocial development of students with autism. Parents who have participated in the Parent Training Program and put it into practice in their parenting can support their children's developmental stages effectively, allowing children to experience development in psychosocial aspects.

Abstract

This study assesses how principal leadership style and school culture affect teacher effectiveness. Through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, data were gathered from the 100 teachers who completed the quantitative survey. The data were tested using a correlation method, simple and multivariate regression analysis, and other techniques. With an R2 (Coefficient of Determination) of 25%, the findings demonstrated that the principal's leadership style had a favorable and substantial influence on teacher performance. The teacher performance score increased to 72.5 with a one-unit rise in the principal's leadership style score, according to simple linear regression. With an R2 of 27%, school culture also significantly and favorably affects teacher performance. According to the regression, a teacher's performance score of 70.8 will rise with every unit that the school culture score rises. There will be a 48.4 improvement in teacher performance for every point that the principal leadership style and school culture scores are raised, either alone or together
