Abstract

Diet tinggi lemak menyebabkan risiko obesitas. Obesitas ini dapat menyebabkan inflamasi tingkat rendah akibat aktivasi Nuclear Factor Kappa Beta (NF-kB) melalui Toll Like Receptor (TLR-4). Pada penelitian ini peran free cell dari bakteri simbion kulit pisang diharapkan mampu menurunkan ekspresi gen NF-kB  dan TLR-4 pada tikus diet tinggi lemak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeteksi gen NF-kB  dan TLR4 pada tikus diet tinggi lemak pra dan pasca pemberian free cell dari bakteri simbion kulit pisang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan desain pre post control. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan isolat bakteri kulit pisang yang berasal dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan kode KPM2. Hewan uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan, kelompok normal diberi pakan normal; kelompok kontrol negatif diberi Na-CMC; kelompok kontrol positif diberi orlistat; kelompok uji diberi free cell dari isolat bakteri KPM2. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) menunjukkan bahwa diet tinggi lemak dapat mengaktifkan NF-KB dan TLR-4 pada kelompok negatif dan positif yang diberi pakan lemak tinggi yang ditandai dengan teramplifikasinya pita pada gen target. Sedangkan pada kelompok uji tidak terlihat pita gen target yang teramplifikasi akibat adanya variasi biologis pada setiap hewan uji. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu gagal mendeteksi gen NF-KB dan TLR-4 yang ditandai dengan tidak teramplifikasinya pita gen NF-kB dan TLR-4 pada tikus diet tinggi lemak pra dan pasca pemberian free cell dari bakteri simbion kulit pisang. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini agar dapat melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenaI jenis-jenis sitokin pro-inflamasi yang spesifik terhadap obesitas.

Abstract

This research is a software development research that aims to create a reading detection system for student thesis in the Department of Informatics and Computer Engineering, Makassar State University using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework. The technique used to retrieve data from the web is using CURL from PHP. This study uses a prototype development model with stages: requirements gathering, rapid design, prototype evaluation by users, large-scale design, testing, and system implementation. Data was collected using documentation, observation and questionnaire techniques. The system is validated by two system experts. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Based on the research results, a system was produced that could be used to check the correctness of documents properly. Based on the test results using the ISO 25010 quality standard, the plagiarism system has met the standards where: (a) The functionality aspect has a value of 1 (Very Good) (b) The performance aspect obtained a performance value of 83.71% (Grade B) and time response 2.2 seconds (Accepted); (c) The portability aspect obtains a portability score of 1 (Very Decent); (d) the usability aspect obtained a usability level of 86.27% (Very Good); (e) The Reliability aspect obtains a proportion per test value of 100%, this indicates that the system being developed has high reliability; (f) Compatibility Aspect This characteristic measures the extent to which a product, system or other component; and (g) Security aspect, the acquisition of test scores from the immune scanner shows that the system security level is at level C so that it can be concluded that the security level of this system is in the Good category. Based on the research results of the TA reasoning selection system based on the Rabin-Karp & Levensthein thesis script of JTIK students after being validated and tested using the ISO 25010 standard, it can be concluded that all aspects tested have met software quality standards. The results of this test have shown the quality assurance of the product being developed so that it can be stated that this system is feasible to use.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) are digital applications of machine learning models that function to receive and store clinical data related to medical information for the purposes of basic clinical diagnostic tests. The integrative review aims to provide a synthesis of new findings from several articles on EMRs for the early detection of basic clinical diagnoses with a variety of existing populations. Using four databases, we reviewed 11 articles. All authors involved review abstracts and full text according to predetermined criteria. The selected articles are then integrated into the publication quality assessment matrix, further included in machine learning algorithms for diagnostic determination of the disease. Reviewed articles are excluded in the form of artificial intelligence. The PRISMA flowchart identified 1962 articles and the final selection found 11 articles. Circulating system networks dominate machine learning models (66.6%). The study netted an average population of 490.5 and the artificial intelligence system managed to detect 9 body systems from different body systems.  A total of 11 articles were selected, more than half of which were  Caucasian (80.90%) and white (72.95%), but only 1 article was represented by Caucasian ethnicity, while white race was almost in every article. African-American and Black racial groups were in the middle position at 29.95% and 17.50%. The racial representation with the least percentage below  10% was  Hispanic and Asian (6.10% and 2.17%). This machine learning has proven to be very accurate for detecting disease diagnoses in  hospital, other health clinics. Therefore, the further development of this application for the purpose of establishing clinical diagnosis precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi di bidang Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru dan tenaga pendidik terkait penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis AI. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan para pendidik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran yang interaktif dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengenalan konsep dasar AI, aplikasi AI dalam pendidikan, serta praktek langsung penggunaan platform dan perangkat lunak berbasis AI. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah, membantu siswa dalam memahami materi dengan lebih baik, dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis Android di sekolah-sekolah mitra. Dalam era digital saat ini, penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan menjadi semakin penting, sehingga program ini fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif. Selain itu, program ini juga berupaya meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses belajar. Hasil yang dicapai dalam program ini meliputi peningkatan aksesibilitas pembelajaran, efisiensi dalam evaluasi hasil belajar, serta keberlanjutan penggunaan teknologi di sekolah-sekolah mitra. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat yang tidak merata, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan. Rekomendasi untuk penguatan infrastruktur teknologi dan penyediaan perangkat bagi siswa diharapkan dapat lebih memperluas jangkauan dan efektivitas program ini di masa depan. Melalui inovasi yang berkelanjutan, PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah terpencil.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a web-based Information System website for tourism objects in Pinrang Regency and determine the results of system testing using ISO 25010 which consists of 8 aspects of testing. The type of research used in this study is Research and Development (R&D), with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development model. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study, namely: (1) Functional suitability on the system that has been made is 100% "very feasible" category. (2) Usability is 96.8% of the "very feasible" category. (3) Compatibility shows that the system made is compatible with the browser so that it is declared good without any problems. (4) Performance efficiency obtained grade B with a performance of 89%. (5) Reliability obtained results with a feasibility percentage of 100%. (6) Security obtained results with threat level 2 or medium with a total of 2 medium and low warnings. (7) Maintainability obtained results from instrumentation, consistency, and simplicity can be categorized as good and meet the standards. (8) Portability shows the system can be accessed in various different browsers. Based on the test results, the web-based information system for tourism objects in Pinrang Regency can be said to be feasible and acceptable for use. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan Modul Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Internet of Things (IoT) berbasis Proyek (Project Based Learning). Metode yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan model 4-D. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Teknik Komputer yang telah mengambil mata kuliah IoT. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi uji validasi, angket respon mahasiswa, dan penilaian hasil penggunaan modul. Menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan modul ini sangat valid dengan persentase 94% dari ahli materi dan 96% dari ahli media. Kepraktisannya dinilai sangat praktis dengan persentase 83%, sedangkan keefektifannya dibuktikan dengan rata-rata ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa sebesar 84%. Dengan hasil tersebut, modul pembelajaran berbasis proyek ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran di Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Internship activities among students are generally still carried out using manual attendance and logbook recording systems, such as signature sheets or written notes. These conventional methods often lead to inefficiencies, delays in data processing, and potential manipulation of attendance records. Therefore, a digital system is needed to monitor student attendance automatically and accurately based on their actual location. This study aims to develop an Android-based internship attendance and logbook application utilizing geofence technology. The application is designed as a solution to the limitations of manual systems by providing location-based attendance features, daily logbook recording, and an integrated dashboard accessible to students, supervisors, and administrators. The development process adopts the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system only allows attendance when the user is within the predefined internship location radius, thereby ensuring the validity and accuracy of attendance data. Testing was conducted based on the ISO/IEC 25010 quality standard, covering aspects of Functional Suitability, Usability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, and Security. The results show that the application achieved a very good level of feasibility, with a usability score of 89%, an average response time of 2.21 seconds, good compatibility across various Android devices, and a Security Grade A rating. Based on these results, the developed application is declared feasible for use and can serve as an effective solution to support student internship activities in a digital, accurate, and efficient manner.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget yang semakin intensif pada siswa sekolah menimbulkan berbagai tantangan, mulai dari menurunnya konsentrasi belajar hingga meningkatnya risiko stres akibat paparan digital yang berlebihan. Permasalahan ini teridentifikasi pula pada siswa SMKN 10 Makassar, yang menunjukkan kecenderungan penggunaan perangkat digital dalam durasi panjang untuk keperluan akademik maupun hiburan. Kondisi tersebut menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kesadaran digital wellbeing agar siswa mampu mengatur waktu penggunaan gadget secara lebih sehat dan produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMKN 10 Makassar mengenai konsep digital wellbeing serta membekali mereka dengan keterampilan praktis dalam mengelola waktu penggunaan perangkat melalui pelatihan dan simulasi aplikasi manajemen penggunaan gadget. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung menggunakan aplikasi pengatur waktu, dan diskusi reflektif untuk membantu siswa mengevaluasi pola penggunaan gadget sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa terhadap risiko penggunaan gadget yang tidak terkontrol dan bertambahnya kemampuan mereka dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pendukung untuk mengatur durasi penggunaan perangkat. Selain itu, siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pendekatan pelatihan berbasis praktik karena membantu mereka memahami strategi pengelolaan waktu secara lebih efektif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun kebiasaan penggunaan teknologi yang lebih sehat dan mendukung peningkatan produktivitas belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the implementation of the Teaching Factory (TeFa) program through students’ perceptions using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The evaluation focused solely on students’ viewpoints as direct beneficiaries of production-based vocational learning, excluding teachers’ and industry partners’ perspectives. A quantitative survey method was employed, involving 70 students from SMKN 10 Makassar, who completed a 12-item questionnaire with high internal reliability (Cronbach’s α = 0.894). Data were analyzed descriptively and through Spearman’s rank correlation to examine the relationships among the CIPP dimensions. The results indicate that students’ perceptions of TeFa implementation were within the “fair to good” range: Context (47.14% fair, 28.57% good, 24.29% very good), Input (41.43% fair, 38.57% good, 18.57% very good), Process (40% fair, 42.86% good, 14.29% very good), and Product (40% fair, 30% good, 24.29% very good). All dimensions showed positive and significant correlations (ρ = 0.619–0.794, p < 0.001), with the strongest relationship between Process and Product (ρ = 0.794), indicating that better learning processes are closely linked to improved learning outcomes. In conclusion, the Teaching Factory program is perceived as moderately effective by students. Improvement efforts should prioritize the Input dimension such as facilities, learning materials, and industrial engagement—and strengthen the Process dimension through enhanced mentoring and integration of production activities. Future research should involve teachers and industry partners to provide a more comprehensive CIPP-based evaluation.
