Abstract

This study discusses the role of brand image in mediating service quality and promotion of car purchase decisions on credit during the Covid-19 period at PT Maybank Indonesia Finance. This research was conducted by using the probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said, good service quality will affect the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said that the company's promotions will influence the decision to purchase a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on brand image. Good service quality will form a good brand image in the minds of consumers. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on brand image. If the promotion is increasing, it will affect the company's brand image. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. A good brand image will influence the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Brand image is also proven to have a role in mediating service quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: Information Technology (IT) has played a crucial role in various sectors, including the transportation sector, as seen in the Department of Transportation of Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. One of the challenges in this area is the performance of parking attendants, which affects the effectiveness of parking management and traffic safety. Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance. Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor transportasi, seperti yang terlihat pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengukur efektivitas, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan memberikan apresiasi bagi juru parkir yang memiliki kinerja baik. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Informasi, Juru Parkir, Penilaian Kinerja, KNN, Kabupaten Asahan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning in the practice of Pancasila values in elementary school students. A descriptive qualitative research method was used, with data collection techniques including classroom observations, teacher interviews, and documentation of students' learning outcomes at three different elementary schools. The results showed that teachers consistently applied differentiated learning by adjusting the content, process, product, and learning environment according to the students' needs. This approach successfully enhanced students' active involvement, learning motivation, and character development in alignment with the values of Pancasila. Differentiated learning has characteristics that align with supporting learning theories, such as Piaget's cognitive development theory, Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) theory, Kohlberg's theory of moral development, and Bruner's constructivist theory, which indicate that differentiated learning can be applied in the development of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and character aspects that reflect Pancasila values through Civics Education (PPKn). However, there are some challenges, such as the implementation of initial assessments, limited time, and learning resources that need attention. This study provides implications for the development of effective and enjoyable Civics Education strategies at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a Problem Based Learning (PBL)-oriented pictorial story materials assisted by android to improve science learning outcomes at grade IV Elementary School. The approach used in this study was research and development (R&D) with mixed methods design. The subjects in this study were students at grade IV SDN 1 and 2 Manyargading, SDN 1 and 2 Bandungrejo, and SDN Teluk Kulon Kabupaten Jepara. Data were collected by using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The PBL-oriented pictorial story materials assisted by android media were developed by referring to the stages of development proposed by Borg and Gall. The results showed that PBL-oriented pictorial story materials assisted by android were feasible to improve science learning outcomes. This was based on the results of the validity test, the effectiveness test, and the practicality test of the materials. The result of validity test revealed that the assessment from the material, media, and language experts as well as the practitioners was good. Then, the result of the effectiveness test indicated that students’ learning outcomes increased from an average pretest of 51.2 to 76.8 in the posttest. The result of main field testing found that the average score of the students’ learning outcomes in the experimental class was (86.5), which was better than the score in the control class (73.2). The result of paired-sample test showed that the value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), meaning that there were significant differences in the students’ learning outcomes in the experimental and control class. Thus, it was said that PBL-oriented pictorial story materials assisted by android were effective to improve science learning outcomes. Finally, the result of practicality test obtained that PBL-oriented pictorial story materials assisted by android received a good response from students and teachers.

Abstract

Software Defined Networking (SDN) membuat konfigurasi jaringan Wide Area Network (WAN) menjadi lebih mudah dengan memisahkan antara control plane dan data plane. Control plane pada kontroler memiliki informasi perangkat dan dapat mengontrol perangkat-perangkat tersebut secara terpusat. Salah satu kontroler dalam SDN yang dikembangkan saat ini adalah VIPTELA.Viptela menyediakan interface yang sangat intutif dan mendukung Application Programming Interface (API). Dengan hal tersebut, system yang sebelumnya sangat terbatas, menjadi sebuah informasi yang dapat di gunakan sebagai dasar sebuah keputusan bisnis yang di korelasikan ke perangkat IT Infrastuktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) yang mendefinisikan proses pembangunan atau pengembangan sistem jaringan komputer. Tahapan meliputi Analysis – Design – Simulation prototyping – Implementation – Monitoring – Management. Visualisasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan grafik perangkat Router, switch beserta portnya, dan parameter lain seperti packet sent, packet received, bytes sent, dan byte received, Packet Loss, dan Tunnel health. Hasil visualisasi statistik dari topologi tersebut sesuai dengan jumlah koneksi perangkat tiap topologi, semakin banyak koneksi perangkatnya maka semakin besar pula indikator statistik yang tercatat pada controller, dan ditampilkan pada web interface.
