Abstract

The improvement of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) plays a significant role in driving the local economy. One of the crucial steps in developing MSMEs is through coaching and mentoring in the licensing process, including the creation of a Business Identification Number (NIB). This study aims to examine the coaching and mentoring conducted by students in making NIBs to advance soybean juice MSMEs in Sidoarjo. This research was conducted using qualitative methods through observations and interviews with Ms. Diah as the owner of the soybean juice business in Gading Fajar Sidoarjo. The results showed that the involvement of students in coaching and mentoring NIB can have a positive impact by increasing the awareness and ability of MSME owners in taking care of their business licenses.

Abstract

This study describes the study of Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses with a historical approach. Qualitative research is the type of research used in this study. Meanwhile, the collection method used involved several sources, such as relevant books and journals. The findings of this study include: (1) Deeper Contextual and Historical Understanding in Understanding Makkiyah and Madaniyah Verses, (2) The Importance of Makkiyah and Madaniyah Studies in Islamic Education.

Abstract

This article discusses the learning systems approach. One approach that can be used to determine. The quality of the educational process is a systems approach. Through systems approach, can be seen various aspects that influence the success of a process. Learning is referred to as a system because it contains components which are interrelated and influence each other. Teachers, students, materials, Methods, media, facilities and infrastructure are components contained in learning. Availability and the effectiveness of each of these components is then determined will determine the success of learning. And the type of research method used is qualitative research where the data we take is based on observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Implementasi Monitoring Pembiayaan Murabahah Dalam Upaya Meminimalisir NPF Pada Bank Bukopin Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif  dengan melakukan penelitian langsung berupa wawancara untuk mendapatkan data dengan wawancara. Metode yang diguakan dalam penelitian  dallam menganalisi datya adalah data kualitatif yaitu data yang tidak  dalam bentuk angka-angka atau tidak dapat dihitung, dan diperoleh dari wawancara.Hasil penelitian 1) Kebijakan yang dilakukan menggunakan cara restruktur, 2) Implementasi monitoring meerapkan prinsip keahti-hatian agar tidak menilbulkan masalah, 3) Metode memonitoring secara tertulis dan wawancara.Pada dasarnya, penyaluran dana melalui pembiayaan sudah pasti ada risikonya. Dan salah satu risiko yang terjadi dialam bank bukopin syariah sidoarjo ini adalah kredit macet. Salah satu contohnya pada pembiayaan murabahah, dikarenakan dalam akad jual beli ini sering terjadi adanya kecurangan maka perlu adanya memonitoring nasabah untuk menimalisir pembiayaan bermasalah tersebut.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this research is conflict and its resolution in the novel Sunset & Rosie by Tere Liye. This research aims to describe the conflict and problem solving (resolution) contained in the novel Sunset & Rosie by Tere Liye. The theory used is Wolfgang Kohler's which discusses a deep understanding (insight) that creates problem solving (resolution). This aims to find out how the characters behave in dealing with the conflict that occurs. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method intended to create systematic, factual and accurate descriptions, images or paintings regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The data source in this research is the novel Sunset & Rosie by Tere Liye. The research results illustrate that in the novel Sunse & Rosie by Tere Liye there are several inner conflicts and their resolutions, namely, two individual conflicts with themselves and five individual conflicts with other individuals. Conflict resolution is found using several efforts including tolerance, negotiation or offers, taking concrete action, providing promises or guarantees and so on.

Abstract

Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa internasional yang banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang seperti bisnis, teknologi, ilmu pengetahuan, dan pariwisata. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dapat membuka kesempatan bagi seseorang untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas internasional dan bekerja di perusahaan multinasional. Selain itu, bahasa Inggris juga menjadi bahasa ajar di banyak universitas di seluruh dunia. Dengan menguasai bahasa Inggris, para santri akan memiliki akses yang lebih besar ke peluang pendidikan di luar negeri. Bahasa Inggris juga menjadi bahasa yang umum digunakan dalam berbagai sumber belajar, seperti jurnal akademik, buku, dan situs web. Di dalam konteks Pondok Pesantren, mempelajari bahasa Inggris juga dapat membantu para santri memahami literatur dan sumber-sumber pengetahuan Islam yang tersedia dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan program pemberdayaan English fun learning bagi para santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam di Desa Sumberanyar, Kecamatan Wongsorejo, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode pemberdayaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berbasis Asset Based Community-driven Development (ABCD) dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan potensi dan sumber daya yang ada di lingkungan sekitar. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris para santri dan memberikan alternatif pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Hasil pemberdayaan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris para santri. Program pemberdayaan English fun learning dapat dijadikan alternatif pembelajaran yang efektif dan menyenangkan bagi para santri Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam, serta dapat diadopsi oleh lembaga pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. Some are obtained on the basis of research studies.

Abstract

The Power of the State Apparatus As a government institution in the perspective of moving the State Capital becomes part of the practice of social reproduction. Various considerations wrapped in political consensus are a challenge for bureaucrats. It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.

Abstract

Mediation is a process in which several disputing parties try to find a solution together with the help of a neutral mediator. The mediator has a very important role in the success of mediation. Therefore, they must have good skills so that the mediation process can run smoothly and in accordance with the procedures regulated in PERMA Number 1 of 2008 concerning mediation procedures in Court. At every trial of a civil case in court, peace efforts must be made and mediation itself is an extension of peace efforts. Mediation will bridge the parties in resolving dead-end problems in order to reach or obtain the best solution for them. It is further emphasized that Religious Courts as family courts must not be intended as ordinary courts. This means, only exercising traditional judicial power and in resolving family disputes submitted to him.

Abstract

The majority of the Borehbangle village community works as farmers, and their main need in supporting agriculture is fertilizer. However, the farmers face challenges in obtaining subsidized fertilizers from the government, causing concern. Additionally, the farmers lack the skills to process organic fertilizer into liquid fertilizer that they can utilize. Therefore, the objective of this community service is to assist farmers in improving their skills in processing organic fertilizer into liquid fertilizer that can be used in agricultural activities. The partners in this service project are the farmers of Borehbangle village and the Agricultural Service Agency (BPP) of Merakurak. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), with approaches that include mapping, transect walks, field notes, seasonal calendars, Venn diagrams, flow charts, as well as historical tracing and problem trees. The community service team collaborated with BPP Merakurak to conduct training on producing organic liquid fertilizers, specifically NPK and urea. The results of this project show that the farmers actively participated in the socialization and direct training on producing organic liquid fertilizers. Moreover, they are now able to apply this knowledge independently at their homes. This training had a significant impact on improving the farmers' self-reliance in addressing fertilizer issues, ultimately supporting the sustainability of agriculture in Borehbangle village.
