Abstract

Abstract:  This service activity aims to establish a good and correct library material management system at MA Manbaul Bayan Sakra school. The method of activity with stages consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the mentoring activities showed that there was a significant positive impact on library management and students' interest in reading. The library is now a more effective and attractive literacy center, supported by creative literacy programs and active participation from all school residents.Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan yaitu tersusunnya sistem pengelolaan bahan pustaka yang baik dan benar pada sekolah MA  Manbaul Bayan Sakra. Metode kegiatan dengan tahapan terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pendampingan bahwa ada dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pengelolaan perpustakaan dan minat baca siswa. Perpustakaan kini menjadi pusat literasi yang lebih efektif dan menarik, didukung oleh program-program literasi yang kreatif dan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh warga sekolah.

Abstract

The Indonesian economy is significantly driven by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which face challenges related to halal certification. The Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) plays a crucial role in providing halal fatwas through a self-declaration mechanism for MSMEs. This study explores the challenges MSMEs encounter in obtaining halal fatwas and their impact on consumer purchase decisions. From a self-declaration perspective, the MUI validates and issues halal fatwas for MSME products. Although self-declaration aims to ease the certification process, challenges such as high costs and difficulty meeting standards persist. However, the MUI's role in providing credible halal fatwas and maintaining public trust is vital. This research uses a library study method, analyzing data from primary legal materials, relevant literature, survey results, and other information. The findings indicate that self-declared halal fatwas can enhance consumer trust in MSME products, though concerns about the validity of such certifications remain due to the lack of audits and formal fatwa determinations.

Abstract

The tafsir (Qur’anic commentary) is one of the essential tools for explaining and deepening the understanding of the teachings of the Qur’an within the community. Besides serving as a religious instrument, tafsir often reflects cultural richness by integrating Islamic aspects with local cultural values. This study aims to explore how the cultural identity of the Sundanese people is reflected in the Tafsir Raudhatul Irfan fi Ma’rifatil Qur’an, written by K.H. Ahmad Sanusi from Sukabumi. The research method used is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach. The findings of this study indicate that the cultural identity in the Tafsir Raudhatul Irfan is evident in several aspects of local wisdom, particularly in the field of language. The Sundanese language used in this tafsir is the daily language of the mufassir (commentator). Thus, the writing of this tafsir was primarily intended for the students in Islamic boarding schools and the Sundanese community who understand the language rather than for a broader audience. Furthermore, the cultural identity is also reflected in the writing system, where the mufassir utilizes the Pegon script to convey his tafsir. The Pegon script, which is a writing system that uses Arabic characters for the Sundanese, Javanese, and Madurese languages, is employed in this tafsir as a means to preserve and maintain local literary traditions while still conveying Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain the discourse and differences between research, quantitative research and qualitative research. Qualitative research, based on the philosophy of postpositivism, is used to examine the condition of natural objects with the aim of understanding phenomena. Qualitative research is an intense communication process between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied. Quantitative research, which is based on the philosophy of positivism, is used to study a specific population or sample, collect data using research instruments, and then analyze the data quantitatively or statistically to test a predetermined hypothesis. Quantitative research and qualitative research differ in terms of the criteria, processes, and competencies used.

Abstract

Pajak Daerah merupakan sumbangan wajib dari masyarakat kepada pemerintah daerah yang dapat di manfaatkan dalam membiayai kepentingan atau bahkan suatu kegiatan pemerintah daerah yang dipungut berdasarkan undang-undang serta bersifat memaksa, dan tidak ada prestasi langsung yang diberikan. Efektivitas akan tercapai jika realisasi melebihi target yang sudah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pajak reklame dan pengaruh efektivitas pajak reklame terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah di kota Jakarta barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekstriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data sekunder yaitu data target dan realisasi pajak reklame serta data pendapatan pajak daerah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa target dan realisasi penerimaan pajak daerah dari tahun 2018 – 2022 berubah-ubah di setiap tahun nya. Efektivitas Pajak Reklame pada kota Jakarta Barat ini termasuk dalam kategori Efektif dengan rata – rata 94,43%. Hasil Uji t memperoleh hasil t-hitung 3,322 dan nilai sig 0,045. Dengan demikian, t-hitung 3,322 > t-tabel 2,35336 dan nilai sig 0,045 < 0,05, maka kesimpulannya yakni, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Efektivitas Pajak Reklame (X) terhadap penerimaan pajak daerah (Y) di Kota Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

Salah satu negara yang penerimaannya berasal dari sektor pajak adalah Indonesia. Tentu saja, kita semua tahu bahwa pajak adalah sumber pendapatan terbesar bagi bangsa. Salah satu sumber penerimaan pajak negara adalah melalui usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) Yang memiliki pengaruh dan kontribusi dalam bidang perpajakan.tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh bukti empiris bagaimana pengaruh sanksi perpajakan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM yang berada di kota karawang. Populasi penelitian ini ada UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur kota Karawang. Dengan metode probability Sampling yaitu Simple Random Sampling sebagai metode pemgambilan sample, maka di peroleh 100 UMKM sebagai sample. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. analisis kuantitatif (uji kualitas data, uji hipotesis klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis) memakai software tools SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1.)Terdapat pengaruh antara Sanksi Perpajakan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak pada UMKM di Kota Karawang karena nilai t hitung (6,709) lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (1,984) sehingga H1 diterima serta nilai t hitung terletak pada daerah penolakan H0 atau H1 diterima. 2). Kesadaran Wajib Pajak terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak pada UMKM di Kota Karawang berpengaruh positif karena nilai t hitung (6,498) lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (1,984) sehingga H2 diterima, serta nilai t hitung terletak pada daerah penolakan H0 atau H2 diterima.3) Sanksi Perpajakan dan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif kuat terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak pada UMKM di Kota Karawang.Sanksi Perpajakan dan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif kuat terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak pada UMKM di Kota Karawang karena karena nilai F hitung (27,450) lebih besar daripada nilai F tabel (3,090) sehingga H3 diterima, serta nilai F hitung terletak pada daerah penolakan H0 atau H3 diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi upaya auditor internal dalam mencegah kecurangan (fraud), hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh auditor internal, serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mencegah kecurangan di LKP BBC-ETS Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui uji kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Upaya auditor internal dalam mencegah kecurangan di LKP BBC-ETS Kemayoran telah sesuai dengan harapan manajemen. Auditor internal berhasil mencegah kecurangan dengan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pemeriksaan, dan pemantauan terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kecurangan. 2) Auditor internal menjalankan tiga fungsi utama dalam tugasnya, yaitu Pencegahan Kecurangan (Preventing Fraud), Deteksi Kecurangan (Detecting Fraud), dan Investigasi Kecurangan (Investigating Fraud). 3) Hambatan-hambatan dalam pencegahan kecurangan di LKP BBC-ETS Kemayoran dapat diatasi dengan pengawasan dan audit rutin, yang mampu meningkatkan kesadaran pegawai bahwa tindakan mereka selalu diawasi.

Abstract

Mathematics discusses a lot about various kinds of problems that contain numbers that are classified as Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Math HOTS questions require a high level of thinking to solve the problem. Based on Bloom's theory, HOTS consists of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6). This study aims to determine the level of student errors in solving HOTS questions based on Bloom's theory. This research uses mixed method research, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, where the stages of this research include instrument development, instrument validation, data collection, data analysis and interpretation. The sample of this study used 25 students of class VIII junior high school in Mataram City. Researchers gave 10 essay questions that had been validated by material experts to students as research instruments. The results showed that students' understanding in solving HOTS problems was still lacking. For the error rate, it was found that there were no students who could solve the creating (C6) section with a percentage of 100% error, analyzing (C4) section with a percentage of 60%, evaluating (C5) 24%, applying (C3) 16%, understanding (C2) 12%, and in the remembering (C1) section there were no students who made mistakes with a percentage of 0% error. The biggest error was found in the creating part (C6), where the most mistakes were made by women with an average score of 50.55.

Abstract

This Article aims to explain how the West Java Quick Response position in the West Java regional government system 2018-2020 as an auxiliary institution outside the main government institutions is a new problem in the West Java regional government system. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive type. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. The number of informants are 11 people who are determined proportionally. The results showed that the position of West Java Quick Response in the local government system in West Java 2018-2020 by looking at the two principles of independent institution criteria, namely First, the Policy Principle, and second, the Tenure or not-Political Party Principle. It can be concluded that West Java's Quick Response position in the regional government system of West Java 2018-2020 is not only a supporting institution, which helps, and supports humanitarian and social tasks, as well as the political stability of the governor of West Java as the regional head. West Java Quick Response in addition to being an innovation in West Java regional government in an effort to realize Good Governance. Although the position JQR cause problem, but it is also an effective step in the politics of the governor of West Java in carrying out leadership as the regional head in the government of West Java.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the leadership of Indah Putri Indriani as a regent within the North Luwu Regency Government in the process of compassionate leadership in facing the challenges of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in North Luwu Regency. This research method is exploratory-qualitative with a phenomenological approach in exploring the process of compassionate leadership in facing the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic in North Luwu Regency. The results of this study indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic in the North Luwu Regency highlights the need for leaders to apply the principle of compassion in order to be able to make decisions and programmes that encourage integrated and appropriate cross-sectoral responses, taking into account contextual factors in their implementation. In handling the Corona Virus Disease 2019, the government of North Luwu Regency created a cooperation programme with UNICEF Indonesia and Geneva Madani in North Luwu Regency. Then, from these two programs, create a home medicine budget allocation programme for people affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 in North Luwu Regency, highlighting the reduction of suffering and difficulties for local people in North Luwu Regency. This research contributes to providing knowledge about lessons learned from local governments dealing with difficult situations such as the Corona Virus Disease of 2019 by prioritising the mindset and attitude of compassionate leadership. This approach emphasises a better understanding of the real needs and difficulties faced by the community.
