Abstract

This study explores the use of natural color sources from the sensitive plant (Mimosa Pudica) with different sugar cane mordants to reduce pollution caused by synthetic dyes. The research aims to examine the color evenness and the impact of different mordants on cotton material dyeing using sensitive plant extracts and black, red, and yellow sugar cane mordants. The study adopts an experimental approach and collects primary data from 15 panelists. The results show that the use of black, red, and yellow sugar cane mordants leads to very flat color flatness. The evenness of color is also significant, with a data value of 0.011 <0.05, suggesting a significant effect on the dyeing process of sensitive plant (Mimosa Pudica) extract using black, red, and yellow sugar cane mordants on cotton material.

Abstract

In the textile dyeing course at suminagashi technique material, student still face challenges in following the motifs making procedures contained in the module, this causes students to fail to carry out the suminagashi technique so they have to repeat it. One of the efforts made to overcome these difficulties is to developing video tutorial media that can visualize the steps for performing the suminagashi technique. Valid and practical learning videos on making motifs using the suminagashi technique are still limited, which is the reason for conducting this research. This study aims to create a video tutorial that is proven valid and practical regarding making motifs using the suminagashi technique in the textile dyeing course for FPP-UNP Fashion Design students. Research and Development (RD) is the research method used in this research. The RD model used in this study is the 4D model. 4D stands for Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. But, this study was conducted only up to the development stage. The percentage of media validity has a value of 91.5% and the percentage of material validity has a value of 82%. Both results are categorized as very valid based on the level of validity criterion. The percentage of small-scale practical trials has a value of 92.8%, the percentage of large-scale practical trials has a value of 88.5%, and the percentage of lecturer practical trials has a value of 97%. The three results are categorized as very practical based on the level of practicality criterion. Based on the data from the research, it can be concluded that the video tutorial for making motifs with the suminagashi technique in the Textile Dyeing course is very valid and very practical, so it can be used in the lecture process. Pada mata kuliah pewarnaan tekstil di materi teknik suminagashi mahasiswa masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengikuti prosedur pembuatan motif yang terdapat dalam modul, hal ini menyebabkan mahasiswa gagal melakukan teknik suminagashi sehingga harus mengulanginya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan pengembangan media video tutorial yang dapat memvisualisasikan langkah-langkah melakukan teknik suminagashi. Video pembelajaran yang valid dan praktis mengenai pembuatan motif dengan teknik suminagashi masih terbatas, sehingga menjadi alasan untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menciptakan video tutorial yang teruji valid dan praktis mengenai pembuatan motif menggunakan teknik suminagashi dalam mata kuliah pewarnaan tekstil untuk mahasiswa Tata Busana FPP-UNP. Research and Development (RD) merupakan metode penelitain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Model RD yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu model 4D. 4D merupakan singkatan dari Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Namun penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai pada tahap develop. Persentase validitas media memiliki nilai 91,5% dan persentase validitas materi memiliki nilai 82%. Kedua hasil tersebut dikategorikan sangat valid berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian kriteria validitas. Persentase uji coba praktikalitas skala kecil memiliki nilai 92,8%, persentase uji praktikalitas skala besar memiliki nilai 88,5%, dan persentase uji praktikalitas dosen memiliki nilai 97%. Ketiga hasil tersebut dikategorikan sangat praktis berdasarkan tingkat pencapaian kriteria kepraktisan. Berdasarkan data dari penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa video tutorial tentang pembuatan motif dengan teknik suminagashi dalam mata kuliah Pewarnaan Tekstil sangat valid dan sangat praktis, sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses perkuliahan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem monitoring kualitas air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas (PLTG). Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH air, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), dan kekeruhan air (turbidity). Mikrokontroler ini berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan data dari sensor-sensor tersebut dan mengirimkannya secara real-time ke aplikasi Blynk melalui koneksi Wi-Fi. Aplikasi Blynk memungkinkan operator untuk memantau kualitas air secara jarak jauh dan mendapatkan data yang akurat dan konsisten terkait parameter penting air yang digunakan di PLTG. Prototipe sistem ini diuji pada beberapa sampel air dengan variasi kualitas yang berbeda, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi perubahan parameter air dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, jenis air yang paling layak digunakan adalah air demin karena memiliki nilai kekeruhan dan TDS yang paling rendah serta pH yang relatif stabil. Keberhasilan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional PLTG dengan menyediakan metode yang lebih cepat dan akurat dalam memantau kualitas air, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi dalam pengawasan manual.Abstrak. Abstract

As we already know that the majority of work accidents in mining in Indonesia are fatal. Advances in technology and shifting work practices can increase the number of work accidents due to a lack of understanding of workers at work locations. As a result, we need tools that can reduce the number of work accidents and the number of deaths due to work accidents. Microcontrollers are now very widely used because they are very useful and very helpful in solving problems. Microcontrollers are widely used in everyday life, for example traffic lights. Therefore, the author has the idea to create an automatic tool based on the Atmega microcontroller using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The design of this tool uses the Arduino Atmega microcontroller as a controller and the HC-SR04 sensor to detect the fill level in the laddle and a servo motor to open and close the filling valve. With this tool, it can overcome the problems of the mining industry in the form of human labor in very dangerous areas in the mining industry. The results of this study are that this tool is capable of filling, lifting, carrying and pouring matte nickel laddles automatically.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the Natural Myths and Educational Values in the Folklore of the Origin of Mafu Gayoba by Ryan M. Khamary. The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study are text and dialogue quotes that contain natural myths and educational values. The source of data in this study is the Folklore of the Origin of Mafu Gayoba by Ryan M. Khamary, Based on the analysis of data and conclusions, it can be known that (1) Natural Myths in the Folklore of the Origin of Mafu Gayoba by Ryan M. Khamary are divided into 2, namely spritism and hierophone. The collection technique uses the technique of reading, reading and taking notes, then the data analysis technique, namely. Data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the research found natural myths and educational values in the folklore The Origin of Mafu Gayoba by Ryan M. Khamary. Natural myths are found to be the natural myths of spritis, and the myths of the hierophone nature while the value of education is found to be moral values, religious values, cultural values, and social values. The classification of data on the myth of the nature of spritism has 8 citations, hierophany 8 citations, as well as educational values, moral values 12 citations, religious values 9 citations, cultural values 7 citations, and social values 8 citations

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki dua musim, hujan dan kemarau, yang seringkali menjadi kendala dalam proses penjemuran pakaian. Selama musim hujan, banyak orang merasa khawatir pakaian yang dijemur akan basah, terutama jika tidak ada orang di rumah untuk mengawasi jemuran tersebut. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan merancang bangun Prototype pengontrolan atap jemuran pintar mengunakan NodeMCU berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT). Dengan metode Penelitian pengembangan berdasarkan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dan eksperimen langsung dalam pengujian prototipe. Sistem ini dirancang untuk melindungi pakaian dari hujan dengan menggerakkan atap secara otomatis berdasarkan kondisi cuaca, yang dipantau melalui sensor hujan, sensor LDR untuk mendeteksi intensitas cahaya, dan sensor suhu DHT11 untuk memantau suhu dan kelembaban. Selain itu, sistem ini dilengkapi dengan kontrol manual melalui aplikasi mobile, timer untuk pengaturan pergerakan atap, serta kipas pengering yang diaktifkan secara otomatis ketika atap dalam keadaan tertutup. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan rancangan, di mana atap menutup saat hujan dan membuka kembali ketika cerah. Kontrol manual melalui aplikasi mobile dan pengaturan timer juga berjalan efektif. Kesimpulannya, sistem atap jemuran pintar ini dapat memberikan solusi otomatis yang efisien untuk melindungi pakaian dari cuaca buruk, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada pengawasan manual.

Abstract

Utilization of abscission (deciduous) plants which have the potential to be extracted as natural dyes that are non-toxicand environmentally friendly. This research aims to describe the name of the color (hue), the darkness of the color (value), thecolor resistance/fading to washing and the influence of the differences between tawas, tunjung and kapur sirih mordants on theresults of dyeing gambier leaf extract on cotton. The type of research is experimental research. The object of this research isprimissima mori cotton dipped in gambier leaf extract (Uncaria Gambir Roxb) with alum, tunjung and whiting mordant. Usingprimary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires sourced from 18 panelists consisting of 3 lecturers who havetaught textile courses and 15 Fashion Design students from the IKK Department. The collected data was processed in the form offrequency percentages and analyzed using the Friedman K-Related Sample test with SPSS version 29. This research produces thename of the color (hue), dark and light color (value) and color resistance/fading to washing. Without using a mordant, the colorMuddy Waters Brown #B19453 is produced, the value is very bright and the color/fading resistance to washing changes/reduces.Dyeing with tawas mordant produces the color Muddy Waters Brown #8D774E, the value is quite bright and the colorfastness/fading changes/reduces slightly. Tunjung Mordan shows the color Soft brown #554736, the value is not light and thecolor does not change at all. And with kapur sirih mordant produces the color Muddy Waters Brown #98815C, the value is brightand the color changes/reduces slightly. The Friedman K-Related Sample test for dark and light colors (value) is a significantvalue < significance level = 0.001 < 0.05 with the result that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Where Ha states that there is asignificant influence on the lightness and darkness of the color (value). Based on the analysis of the Friedman K-Related Sampletest for color resistance/fading to washing, it is significant < significance level = 0.001 < 0.05. So Ho is declared rejected,meaning that there is a significant difference in color resistance/fading to washing caused by differences in mordant on the resultsof dyeing gambier leaf extract (Uncaria Gambir Roxb) on cotton fabric

Abstract

Kematian ibu merupakan indikator untuk melihat keberhasilan upaya menjaga kesehatan ibu. Upaya percepatan penurunan AKI dilakukan dengan menjamin agar setiap ibu mampu mengakses pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, seperti pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil, pertolongan persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan. Pelayanan ANC yang sesuai standar sangat dianjurkan, agar dapat menjamin perlindungan terhadap ibu hamil dan janin berupa deteksi dini faktor risiko, pencegahan, dan penanganan dini komplikasi kehamilan (Irawan, 2021). Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu hamil dan anak yang dikandung. Pelayanan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif ini di berikan dengan menyeluruh,terperinci dan berkesinambungan yang meliputi asuhan ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, dan bayi baru lahir, setelah pemberian pelayanan ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan anak (Menkes RI, 2020). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian berupa observasi deskriptif sedangkan jenis penelitian yaitu studi kasus. Asuhan kebidanan kehamilan menggunakan konsep SOAP yaitu subjektif, objektif, assesment dan penatalaksanaan. Asuhan kebidanan pada Ny. T usia 26 tahun G1P0A0 hamil 32 minggu di Klinik Mitra Ananda. Masa persalinan selanjutnya diikuti dengan penggunaaan metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang yaitu IUD pada nifas 42 hari. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif yang telah dilakukan pada Ny. T dari kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, dan nifas didapatkan hasil pemeriksaan dalam batas normal. Kata kunci : Ibu Hamil, Bersalin, Nifas, Bayi Baru Lahir.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is a flexible method that provides opportunities for students to learn according to their interests and needs. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing this method and its impact on social studies learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Parepare. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of all 374 seventh grade students, while the sample was 68 students, 34 students each from the experimental class (VII.1) and control class (VII.2). Data were collected through observation, documentation, and tests, then analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and t-tests. The results showed that (1) differentiated learning was effective with an average N-Gain Score of 75.5% and (2) there was a significant increase in learning outcomes. The t value of 6.256 with df 66 and significance 0.001 (0.05) indicated that H0 was rejected. Thus, the application of this method has been proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Parepare.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to increase student's interest in studying physics in class XII MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 3 Makassar for the 2023/2024 academic year through audio-visual-based physics teaching materials. This research is classroom action research, with research subjects of 33 students consisting of 14 men and 19 women. The success of this research is determined if students' interest in classical physics lessons is very high. The method for collecting data is a questionnaire about students' learning interests with presentation analysis. The research results showed that interest in studying physics in the pre-cycle was 50% in the low category, 70% in the high category in the first cycle, and 80% in the very high category in the second cycle. Based on these results, students' interest in learning has increased and achieved indicators of success. Keywords: Interest in learning audio-visual teaching materials
