The objective of this research was to find out what types of inflectional morphemes the students had used. The data was analyzed through the following steps:(1) calculating the inflectional morphemes found in the students' essay (2) making the percentage of the presence of inflectional morphemes taken from the three types of writing task (3) compare the more dominant presence of the morphemes among the three types of writing task. This research is conducted for (4) writing meeting at the third semester of English Education Program. They use different number of inflections with different writing strategy. The finding about the best writing strategy and the strategy of acquiring inflection are expected to improve the students’ skill in writing. The result of meeting one (-s1=5, - s2=57, -s3=15, -ing1=33, -ed=6, -en=23,-est=2, -er=6) with total inflection is 146 with a percentage of 19.3; The result of meeting two (s1=3, -s2=115, -s3=5, -ing1=47, -ed=7, -en=13,-est=4, -er= 7) with total inflection is 201 with a percentage of 26.5; The conclusion is the appearance of the dominant inflection is the Plural inflection. From the result, the students can learn how to apply the morphemes in appropriate contexts and use of inflectional morphemes based on the contexts.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Palm oil mill effluent processing in general is still carried out conventionally. However, this process requires a large area. In addition, conventional waste ponds can produce methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) which cause the greenhouse effect. If not treated properly, the palm oil mill effluent can give bad impacts to the environment. This paper contains the potential of palm oil liquid waste into biogas energy which is applied to portable stoves with Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring. The potential of palm oil mill effluent is studied based on in-depth and extensive literatures. The processing of palm oil mill effluent into biogas energy can be done with anaerobic digester technology which is added with one or two different substrates. To increase the percentage of methane gas, pressure swing absorption technology can be used. The sensor used for monitoring is adjusted to the observed parameters. The MQ2 sensor is used as gas leak detector, a load cell and the HX711 module are used as a load detector for gas cylinder, and LM35 is used as a temperature detector. Palm oil mill liquid waste has a potential to become biogas energy which can be applied in portable stoves with a Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring.

Tindak pidana penghinaan yang dilakukan menggunakan sarana elektronik diatur dalam Pasal 45 ayat (3) juncto Pasal 27 ayat (3) UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Beberapa kasus tindak pidana tersebut menimbulkan kontroversi di tengah masyarakat, khususnya menyangkut perbedaan kriteria tindak pidana penghinaan dengan kritik yang merupakan bagian dari Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis terhadap putusan pengadilan bagaimana hakim dalam menentukan kriteria tindak pidana penghinaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder dengan pendekatan kasus dan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria tindak pidana penghinaan dalam putusan pengadilan meliputi: isi ujaran, cara menyampaikan ujaran, apakah ujaran tersebut sesuai fakta atau tidak, etika Bahasa yang digunakan dalam ujaran, sumber ujaran, kedudukan korban, perasaan korban, dan dampak ujaran bagi masyarakat.

AbstractThis article aims to know the original revenue management policy implementation of the area of the local government county of terminal according to the law on local government and to know the barriers on implementation of policies. This research is empiric legal studies, approach to the sociology of law and statutory approach, using descriptive analytical techniques. The results of this study concluded that implementation of the Government policy of the County according to Law Number 23 of 2014 about local governance affects the original Revenue Management Areas levy bus station in Sukoharjo Regency, indicated by a decrease because the transfer of the management of the bus station type B to the provincial government. Yet the publication of the latest local regulations and yet the existence of the guidelines and technical instructions in regard to the management of the bus station that would levy is managed in cooperation with the government of the province results of the division. It is imperative that the goverment's role by increasing the budget of communicattion so that the formation of good management and for the regional government of Sukoharjo Regency must have innovation in optimizing other sources of original revenue in the sector of transportation.Key Words: Public Policy; Policy Authority; Bus Station Levy AbstrakArtikel penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kebijakan pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terminal pemerintah daerah Kabupaten menurut Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan untuk mengetahui hambatan pelaksanaan kebijakannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris, dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum dan pendekatan perundang-undangan, menggunakan teknik analisis bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kebijakan pemerintah kabupaten menurut Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah mempengaruhi pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) retribusi terminal di Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang ditunjukkan dengan penurunan PAD karena pengalihan pengelolaan terminal tipe B ke pemerintah provinsi. Belum terbitnya Peraturan Daerah yang terbaru dan belum adanya petunjuk pelaksanaan dan petunjuk teknis dalam hal pengelolaan retribusi terminal yang akan dikelola atas kerjasama pembagian hasil dengan pemerintah provinsi. Sangat diperlukan peran pemerintah dengan meningkatkan anggaran perhubungan sehingga terbentuk manajemen yang baik dan bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo harus memiliki inovasi dalam mengoptimalkan sumber – sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) lainnya di bidang perhubungan.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Publik; Kebijakan Kewenangan; Retribusi Terminal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana tingkat daya saing yang dimiliki oleh 7 Kabupaten/Kota yang ada di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, khususnya Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer, data sekunder diperoleh dari BPS Kepri sedangkan data primer berupa kuesioner disebarkan ke beberapa orang yang dianggap memenuhi persyaratan untuk dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa Kota Batam memiliki daya saing tertinggi diikuti secara berturut-turut oleh Kota Tanjung Pinang, Kabupaten Bintan, Kabupaten Lingga, Kabupaten Karimun, Kabupaten Natuna, dan Kabupaten Anambas. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi pemerintah khususnya pemerintah provinsi Kepulauan Riau dalam pembuatan kebijakan sehingga dapat lebih memaksimalkan daya saing yang dimiliki setiap Kabupaten/Kota.

Kualitas pembelajaran masa pandemi belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya mengimplementasikan pengelolaan kelas melalui media daring. Maka dari itu, guru diharapkan mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif melalui google classroom. Adanya fenomena pembelajaran daring tersebut, guru Bersama pengabdi beerjasama melakukan pelatihan secara tatap muka dengan memerhatikan protokol kesehatan secara ketat. Pelatihan pengelolaan kelas pada pemanfaatan google classroom dilalkukan di SD Muhammadiyah Ambarketawang 1, Yogyakarta. Adapun sebanyak 22 orang, baik dari guru maupun pengabdi melakuan pelatihan pada bulan Mei 2021. Teknik-teknik yang digunakan dalam tindakan ini, antara lain, memberikan informasi tentang pemanfaatan google classroom, membuat kelas, mengunggah materi, membuat presensi, dan evaluasi tugas siswa. Dari hasil survei diketahui bahwa terdapat 85% pendidik memanfaatkan aplikasi whatsapp sebagai media pembelajaran online dan 15% pengajar memanfaatkan aplikasi google classroom. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa 23.5% guru mengatakan mudah, 64.7% sedang dan 11.8% susah.

Periphyton is one of organism of vegetation and animal that sticks on surface of seagrass leaves and associated with seagrass as host. Periphyton is one of component in waters productivity providers. The aims of this study are to determine the types of periphyton which sticks on the leaves of seagrass in Tukak Beach, to knowing the types of seagrass and to knowing the types of seagrass which stuck on by periphyton. The research was conducted in May-August 2011 in Tukak Beach. The data retrieval consists of three stations, where at each station is divided into three substations, the data was taken including leaves of seagrass species and physical-chemical parameters of waters. The result of this study show that 5 species seagrass was identified which are Cymodocea rotundata, Cymodocea serrulata, Thalassia hemprichii, Enhalus acoroides dan Halodule uninervis. Periphyton was identified on seagrass leaves consisting of Fragilaria, Anabaenopsis, Diploneis, Synedra, Amphora, Nitzchia, Coleochaeta, Atractomorpha, Stylonema, Dasya, Spermothamnion and Acnanthes. Heterogenous value index (H) supreme on Thalassia hemprichii and Enhalus acoroides ranging among 2,42-2,46. Domination index (e) ranging among 0,97-0,99. Periphyton organism prefer the leaves of Thalassia hemprichii and Enhalus acoroides to stick and made as host , it cause Thalassia hemprichii and Enhalus acoroides has a width and length of leaf surface and considered condition of leaf was old

The number of tourists and the fame of a long sand beach is still lacking, therefore it is necessary to introduce to the public about the beauty and marine products that are owned on Pasir Panjang beaches. This service community was carried out to socialize the benefits of marine products through training in making Pempek in the Pasir Panjang Coastal Village. We have carried out this service with the Partner of RW 03 Pasir Panjang, Pasir Panjang Village, Rempang Cate District on Friday, July 27, 2018. The questionnaire results of Speaker questionnaire with a Likert Scale, equipment and Room were found that the interpretation score from all observation was all worth 100% and include in the interval category very well, which meant that it was rated very well by 18 respondents. While for the consumption questionnaire the interpretation of the score of the observations is worth 95.556% and is included in the interval category Very Well which means it is rated very well by 18 Respondents. The results of monitoring on October 22, 2018 were obtained information that there were residents who had made Pempek and sold in Pasir Panjang environments, while production and sales had stopped due to constraints Limited fishing results. The results of the questionnaire obtained the most suggestions for further training to hold Crafts, other input so that the training activities continued. Kompensasi dan Restitusi yang Berorientasi pada Korban Tindak Pidana Mahrus Ali; Ari Wibowo

The study proposes the compensation and restitution regulations which should be oriented to protect the victim of crime. Although most regulations have been adopted the right of the victims to receive the compensation and restitution, but this study finds that there are some weaknesses in such regulations. Hence, compensation regulation should be specifically focused on the fulfillment of the right of the victims of crime. It shall not depend on court decisions, but such compensation should be provided even though the victims ceased before the court proceeding has started, or even if he or she wrongly arrested by police. This compensation is only to cover material losses and traumatic stress recovery cost. It could be paid directly monthly/yearly and could be converted to other form of compensation. Restitution refers to the paradigm of restorative justice. In Indonesia, restitution should be based on final and binding court decision. If the perpetrator does not want to provide it for the victim, he/she has moral obligation to provide it for the victim oven without inkracht court decision, and this could be used by the judges to pardon the perpetrator. Restitution shall be enforced for all criminal offences which resulting direct and indirect losses for the victims. Restitution is not merely about monetary values but moral obligation of the perpetrator to recover the victim’s condition.

Dengan perkembangan zaman yang begitu pesat, teknologi masa kini juga semakin berkembang. Hal ini di bantu dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin tinggi, sehingga permintaan konsumen juga ikut melonjak untuk menunjang kehidupan di era teknologi yang canggih ini. Dengan itu keberadaan IoT di masa sekarang sangat mempermudah kehidupan manusia. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih, setiap industry berlomba lomba untuk merancang sebuat perangkat yang dapat mempermudah kehidupan manusia dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet. Maka dari itulah keberadaan IoT pelahan lahan mulai muncul. IoT (Internet of Thing) adalah salah satu tren yang popular digunakan dalam teknologi masa kini dan mungkin akan menjadi salah satu tren yang akan terus berkembang di masa depan. IoT merupakan sebuah konsep yang tujuannya untuk memperluas manfaat dari konektivitas internet yang dapat terhubung secara terus-menerus tanpa henti dan juga segala aktivitas penggunannya selalu memanfaatkan internet.
