Abstract

Landslide is the displacement of slope-forming material in the form of rock, debris, soil, or mixed materials, moving down or off the slope. The decrease in the carrying capacity of the watershed is one of the factors in the occurrence of landslides. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of landslide vulnerability and validate the level of landslide vulnerability based on actual land use in the Tabunio Watershed area, the Bakar Sub Watershed. This study uses methods and data analysis based on the journal Kustratmoko, et al. (2002), by weighting 4 parameters of landslide vulnerability, namely slope, land use, soil erodibility and rainfall. There are 5 classes of vulnerability to landslides in the Bakar Sub-watershed, namely the safe class covering an area of 1,834.53 ha or 58.10% of the Bakar Sub-watershed, a moderately vulnerable class covering an area of 649.38 ha or 20.56% of the area of the Bakar Sub-watershed, a moderately vulnerable class covering an area of 666.60 ha or 21.11% of the area of the Bakar Sub-watershed, a vulnerable class covering an area of 6.81 ha or 0.21% of the area of the Bakar Sub-watershed, and a very vulnerable class of 0.12 ha or only 0.003% of the area Bakar sub-watershed. Validation of land use was carried out at 14 points of vulnerability to landslides, namely, 11 points of the vulnerability class changed due to changes in land use, based on the validation there were 2 points into the safe class, the moderately vulnerable class became 1 point, the moderately vulnerable class became 7 points, the vulnerable class became 2 point and for very vulnerable class to be 2 points.

Abstract

Tabanio Watershed which is one of 4 (four) large watersheds covering 7 (seven) of 11 (eleven) sub-districts in Tanah Laut Regency, has a very large role in providing water which is characterized by the function of the Tabanio river itself as a source of raw material for the PDAM. . In addition, 57.6% of the food comes from paddy fields and dry fields and 66.10% of the food comes from livestock, both cows and broilers, which support food supply in Tanah Laut Regency. Changes in land use over a period of time have reduced catchment areas and water bodies. The purpose of this study was to determine the environmental carrying capacity based on ecosystem services for water and food providers in the Tabanio watershed in 2010, 2015 and 2020 and to determine changes from 2010 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2020. The carrying capacity of the ecosystem services based on the ecosystem services of water and food providers in the Tabanio watershed in 2010, 2015 and 2020 is dominated by the medium classification and has a steady trend, but there is still a decline in ecosystem services from changes in land cover mainly due to the expansion of plantation land which reached 17,257.93 Ha and settlement expansion of 2,272.20 Ha. In addition, there was a decrease in the area of dry land agriculture which reached 20,200.15 Ha.

Abstract

Problems in the Maluka watershed such as flood disasters are an indication that the management of the Maluka watershed still needs continuous and targeted improvement, one indication of the cause of the flood problem is the high rate of erosion in the Maluka watershed, several studies have been conducted in parts of the Maluka watershed area, but comprehensive erosion rate data in the Maluka watershed area still does not exist so that this Erosion Rate Estimation research with the E30 Model can be an answer and will produce data in the form of Geospatial data that can be a reference for watershed management information systems,  The research method uses the E30 Model which only requires three parameters, namely NDVI data obtained from Sentinel 2-MSI Imagery, slope data obtained from DEM data and sample data of the miminum erosion rate and maximum erosion rate in the Maluka watershed at a slope of 30 degrees taken during one year, from field sample data shows a minimum erosion rate of 29.23 mm/year and a maximum erosion rate of 83.67 mm/year, analysis of erosion rate estimation with the E30 model in the Maluka watershed shows the highest erosion rate in the Maluka watershed 1. 000- 1,299.72 tonnes/ha/year covering 128 hectare, 0.15% of the Maluka watershed area.  The smallest erosion rate in the Maluka watershed is 0-15 tonnes/ha/year covering 8,180 hectare, 9% of the Maluka watershed area.  Very severe Erosion Hazard Level (IV-SB) is located in the upper area of the Maluka watershed which is dominated by steep slopes, especially in the Banyu irang sub-watershed which does have a higher slope level than the Bati-bati sub-watershed.  The erosion rate of 180-480, which indicates Severe Erosion Hazard Level (III-B), is spread over more gentle areas, while Moderate Erosion Hazard Level (III-S) dominates in the middle and lower reaches of the Maluka watershed.

Abstract

Linking governmentality practices to community empowerment programs in rural areas is based on the Indonesian government's claim that the success of development in villages is due to the involvement of the central government in directing development planning in villages through the various technical regulations they issue. Village governments are only given space for elaboration and accommodation of regulations made by the central government based on local values, local potential, needs and interests of village communities. The existence of this space for elaboration and accommodation makes the practice of governmentality applicable in rural areas, namely giving freedom and authority to villages but at the same time directing them with various possible choices that are actually desired by the state. This article finds the operation of governmentality practices in the discourse of increasing economic welfare rationalized by the Pematang Johar Village Government for the community through the development of rice field tourism objects in their village. This discourse is able to change the village community's perception of the goals of village development, which until now have only been understood in terms of infrastructure development. Through this discourse, the village government is able to form empowered people; namely village people who are continuously trained in skills, corrected and disciplined. The self-adaptation that they carry out is of course aimed at increasing their capacity and quality from the status of the tasks they carry out daily in the rice field tourism which leads them to become economically prosperous.
