Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana penerapan strategi mengatasi moral hazard nasabah dengan instrumen ta’zir dan ta’widh pada bank syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data dari kepustakaan, diantaranya fatwa nomor 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 dan fatwa nomor 43/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004, pendekatannya menggunakan deskriptif analisis, semua hasil penelitian akan dideskripsikan dan disajikan dalam bentuk laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ta’zir dan ta’widh merupakan instrumen preventif yang lahir untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya moral hazard nasabah terhadap perjanjian kontrak dengan perbankan dan bertujuan untuk mendisiplinkan nasabah agar dapat memenuhi prestasi yang dijanjikan, di mana ta’zir merupakan sejumlah hukuman yang ditetapkan di awal akad, pasti, dan dana ditetapkan sebagai dana sosial. Sedangkan ta’widh berupa ganti rugi yang ditetapkan oleh bank, tidak ditentukan di awal akad, akan tetapi dihitung berdasarkan kerugian instan yang dialami bank dan dana tersebut dimasukkan sebagai imbalan (pendapatan bank).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pemetakan penelitian wakaf pada masa pandemi dan arah riset potensial wakaf di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan statistik deskriptif studi literatur serta analisis bibliometrik pada artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan riset wakaf. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pencarian dengan cara yang akan menghasilkan hasil pencarian yang cukup besar untuk menjamin analisis bibliometrik dan terfokus untuk tetap berada di ruang lingkup studi yang ditentukan

Abstract

Even though the tradition is followed, customary cultural traditions in the execution of marriage procedures are a type of habit that is ingrained and attached to customary norms, social values, and community personality values in social life that have certain sacred values that are permanent and difficult to change or difficult. They have their own methods that they have used from generation to generation. However, when these procedures are considered from the perspective of religious teachings, it raises a number of issues as to whether or not they are in line with these teachings. This paper investigates the traditional Bajo marital practices in light of Islamic law. The methods of observation, interviews, and documentation will all be managed utilizing a qualitative methodology system using procedures in order to acquire accurate and comprehensive data and information that supports and supports this writing. The findings of this study include a number of practices that do not go against Islamic religious principles, such as Masuro/Gau ala '(application), the procedure of enforcing the marriage contract (ijab kabul), and punishing men who enter into Gau Raha'/slayyang marriages (eloping).

Abstract

Sharia financial literacy refers to understanding the advantages and disadvantages of financial products and services, which can benefit the financial sector and society. However, research on this topic has needed to be faster to develop, with the Islamic financial literacy index lagging far behind the conventional financial inclusion index. Therefore, it is essential to conduct research that can inform future studies. This study aims to explore the direction of research on Islamic financial literacy by analyzing publications related to Islamic finance using bibliometric methods, VOSviewers, and R-studio applications. This analysis identifies core journals in international publications, researcher productivity, institutional collaboration, and keyword/author development. This finding indicates that Widyastuti, U. has the most publications, while Universiti Teknologi MARA and Universiti Malaya are the most productive universities. Indonesia and Malaysia are the nations with the most published works.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of the development and direction of Islamic Religious Education research in publications indexed by scopus data. This study used bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Teacher-Based Islamic Religious Education from 1980 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excell and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to perform visual analysis of keyword occurrence and document citations stimulantly. The author found 564 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The limitation of this study is only taking data sets or metadata to publications indexed by Scopus. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. This study presents a brief overview of the literature that can be accessed by researchers working in the field of Islamic Religious Education and provides recommendations for research.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the development map and research direction of Islamic education and pesantren in Indonesia in publications indexed by the Scopus database. This study uses bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Islamic education and pesantren in Indonesia from 1966 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and R/R-Studio. Vosviewer is used to visually analyze keyword occurrence and document citation stimulants. The author found 957 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The results of this study show that research with the theme of Islamic education and pesantren in Indonesia is the most researched in 2021. Indonesia is the country that contributes the most publications followed by Malaysia as the country that publishes the most in second place. The highest affiliation is occupied by the University Kebangsaan Malaysia. While the most relevant author is Hamzah, M.I. The limitation of this study is only taking data sets or metadata in publications indexed by Scopus. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of the development and direction of Islamic education research in publications indexed by the Scopus database. The limitation of this study is only taking data sets or recording to publications that are Scopus in desks. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. Abstract

Bibliometric indicators are one of the tools that play a role in evaluating the results of scientific research; examining the interaction between science and technology, producing mapping of the field of science, tracking/tracing the development of new knowledge in a particular field, and are future indicators in making strategic plans. This study aims to determine the mapping of the development and direction of Islamic educational psychology research in publications indexed in the Scopus database. This research uses bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Islamic educational psychology from 1983 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using Excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer was used to perform a visual analysis of keyword occurrences and document citations together. The author found 161 publications that matched the function, subject, and criteria set. The results showed an annual growth rate of 2.78. The bibliometric analysis conducted was limited to Scopus data. The limitation of this research is that it only takes metadata of Scopus-indexed publications. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in this study. This study provides a brief overview of the literature that can be accessed by researchers working in the field of Islamic psychology education and provides recommendations for research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of the development and direction of research on Islamic Religious Education in Adolescent Association. In publications indexed by the scopus database. This study used bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Islamic Education and Muslim Personality from 1966 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to perform visual analysis of keyword occurrence and document citations in a stimulating manner. Researchers found 6,224 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The results of this study show an annual growth rate. The papers are analyzed in terms of publications by field of science, the number of studies published annually. The bibliometric analysis performed was limited to scopus data. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. The limitation of this study is only taking data sets or meta data in publications indexed by Scopus. This study presents a brief overview of the literature accessible to researchers working in the field of Islamic religion and provides recommendations for future research.

Abstract

This study examines the psychological effects of social media on Muslim youths in Northern Nigeria. By taking an in-depth look at the growth of social media in the region, its use by Muslim youths, and its effects on their psychological well-being, this study seeks to contribute to the body of knowledge regarding the psychological impact of social media use. In order to understand this phenomenon, we conducted qualitative interviews with 22 Muslim youths in northern Nigeria. Results indicate that the majority of participants believe that social media use has a negative effect on their psychological well-being, with many citing feelings of anxiety, depression, and insecurity when using social media frequently. Further, results showed that many participants reported feelings of alienation from the local communities, since they often felt that they were judged for their online behavior due to the false impressions created by social media. Overall, this study demonstrates the degree to which social media has infiltrated the lives of many Muslim youths in Northern Nigeria and how its effects may be both positive and negative. It is important to recognize the potential psychological effects of social media use in this population and to equip Muslim youths with the necessary resources to navigate its use in a healthy way.
