Abstract

Riset berikut menelaah keterkaitan diantara minat belajar serta sikap siswa dengan hasil belajar mereka pada mata pelajaran Geografi. Terdapat tiga fokus utama kajian, yakni: (1) hubungan diantara minat belajar serta hasil belajar, (2) hubungan diantara sikap serta hasil belajar, serta (3) pengaruh gabungan kedua variabel tersebut atas hasil belajar. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 62 siswa dari kelas XA serta XB di SMAN 2 Sukadana, Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berisi 20 butir pernyataan yang mewakili indikator minat belajar serta sikap. Proses analisis melibatkan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Berlandaskan uji Kolmogorov–Smirnov, didapat nilai signifikansi senilai 0,96 yang melebihi batas 0,05 hingga data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal; akibatnya hipotesis alternatif diterima serta hipotesis nol ditolak. Uji homogenitas menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,367 serta 0,494 keduanya diatas 0,05 yang bermakna kedua kelompok sampel memiliki varians yang homogen. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwasanya minat belajar (X1) berpengaruh signifikan atas hasil belajar (Y), sedangkan sikap (X2) tidak mengindikasi pengaruh signifikan. Meskipun demikian, ketika kedua variabel (X1 serta X2) diuji secara simultan, keduanya bersama-sama terbukti memiliki korelasi yang signifikan dengan pencapaian belajar Geografi siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan manfaat dari pemanfaatan sistem informasi geografis untuk menentukan distribusi potensi sumber daya lahan pertanian serta strategi pengembangan potensi sumber daya lahan pertanian di Desa Rasau Jaya Tiga. Lahan pertanian yang digunakan masyrakat di Desa Rasau Jaya Tiga dengan luas 357,34   Ha. Metode penelitian   yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Rasau Jaya Tiga Kecamatan Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis spasial, analisis SWOT dan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini adalah deskripsi distribusi keruanga lahan potensial untuk pertanian dan non- pertanian, serta pendekatan untuk pengembangan sumber daya lahan pertanian yang potensial.

Abstract

Implementation and Strengthening of Visible Learning for Elementary School Students in Indonesia. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to describe the strengthening of visible learning in basic education students. Methods: This research uses mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods. The participants were elementary and junior high school teachers in Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province with a total sample of 50 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of the data using correlation analysis techniques Moment Product and t-test. Findings: The results of the study found that the implementation of six variables, four variables in the very good category and two in the good category. The relationship between variables between r values of 0.470 to 0.808 shows a strong and positive relationship. Interest analysis shows that the overall value of the variables is very important, and the variables that need strengthening are the variables of students, homes and teaching approaches. Abstract

To support and enhance the human resources of students in entrepreneurship and their ability to create new job opportunities, good preparation and individual business interest are required. This study aims to identify the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence the entrepreneurial interest of students in the Social Studies Education Program at FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study on five Social Studies students from the 2020-2022 cohorts who have been involed in entrepreneurial activities. The main findings highlight the backgrounds of these individuals in starting their businesses, which include intrinsic factors such as personal experience, internal motivation, a sense of enjoyment, and mental preparedness, as well as extrinsic factors such as the family environment and residential surroundings. The impact of this research is a deep understanding of the motivations behind the entrepreneurial interest of Social Studies student, which can provide valuable insights for the development of entrepreneurship programs in academic settings.

Abstract

This research aims to optima design as FKIP UNTAN digital ecosystem among students of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training (FKIP) at Tanjungpura University (UNTAN) regarding academic articles and journals. Literacy in scientific literature is a crucial component in the development of students' competencies in the fields of education and educational sciences. FKIP as an educational institution needs to pay attention to the use of information technology in providing quality education for its students. Requires a Digital Ecosystem in the form of a system to manage information about accreditation, curriculum, class schedules and student activities. By using this Digital Ecosystem, information can be accessed and managed easily by authorized parties. This research only discusses Silangkau, which is a student activity management application from a Digital Campus ecosystem which will be named OPTIMA. The advantage is that apart from the base system from which the Digital Ecosystem design has been created, it will also help FKIP in producing the data needed to prepare for Faculty accreditation activities more easily and quickly. The nature of data management is in the form of student academic and non-academic data specifications.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students in the subject of Social Science. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method, involving both a control group (lecture-based teaching model) and an experimental group (TGT cooperative learning model). The research yielded results indicating that there was no significant influence of the conventional learning model on learning outcomes, as evidenced by the asymptotic significance (2-tailed) value of 0.053 which means that is higher than 0.05. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a significant influence of the TGT learning model with an asymptotic significance (2-tailed) value of 0.000 which is lower than 0.05. The research findings indicate that the TGT model has a significantly greater impact on students’ social science learning outcomes compared to the conventional learning model, with an effect size of 0.368, which falls into the medium category

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of the discovery learning teaching model on the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students in the subject of Social Studies. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving both a control group (lecture-based teaching model) and an experimental group (discovery learning model). The research yielded results that indicated no significant influence of the lecture-based learning model on learning outcomes, as evidenced by the paired sample t-test with a two-tailed significance value of 8.728, which is higher than 0.05. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a significant influence of the discovery learning teaching model on students' learning outcomes, as confirmed by the Wilcoxon test, which showed a two-tailed significance value of 0.016, lower than 0.05. This research finding also indicated a significant impact of the discovery Learning teaching model on learning outcomes, with an effect size of 0.977, categorizing it as a medium effect

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a difference in the way males and females encounter conflict to find a resolution in friendship relationships among Social Studies Education students. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method using purposive sampling, involving a total of 91 participants who have experienced conflicts, consisting of 26 male students and 65 female students. Data collection utilizes a questionnaire adapted from Johnson, and data analysis employs descriptive statistics. The results indicate that 1) conflict management strategies employed by male and female students in friendship relationships within Social Studies Education predominantly involve collaboration, with an average percentage score of 21.38 for male students and 21.45 for female students, and 2) the research findings based on gender differences show (p > 0.05 = 0.67 > 0.05, t = 0.42, df = 89), indicating no significant difference in conflict management between male and female students.

Abstract

The training was carried out as a community service program that aimed to increase the skills of extension workers, village officials and peasants in Galing District, Sambas District, in mapping land for rice fields using the Avenza Map application. The background to this work stems from the urgent need for accurate, real-time information on agrarian land management, which is critical to promoting food security. Analysis of the situation has shown that many of the local growers and extension workers do not yet have the necessary skills to use modern mapping technologies, which hinders the efficiency and effectiveness of land management. The problems encountered include a lack of knowledge about mapping applications, as well as limitations in the acquisition and presentation of relevant data. The program, in part, provided training involving material delivery, question and answer sessions, and the practice of using Avenza Map. The training was designed to give the competitors practical knowledge and skills, so they could create job maps, input data, and present information in a geographic information system (SIG). This conclusion indicates that the training not only improves the skill of the participants, but also raises awareness of the importance of technology in modern farming. As the result, community service programs are expected to bring about a sustainable positive impact on rice field management in Kecamatan Galing, as well as encourage active community participation in utilizing technology to improve agricultural productivity.

Abstract

Terdapat berbagai macam yang termasuk dalam kenakalan remaja, salah satunya adalah balap pembohong. Balap Liar adalah salah satu bentuk balapan kendaraan bermotor yang diadakan di sebuah jalan raya tanpa izin dari pihak yang berwenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dan akibat remaja sekolah melakukan balap liar di Desa Sentebang, Kabupaten Sambas. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer meliputi 3 orang pelaku balap liar, 1 orang masyarakat dan 1 orang anggota kepolisian, serta data sekunder berupa referensi dari buku, jurnal penelitian dan internet. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat yang digunakan untuk dokumentasi adalah kamera handphone. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memotivasi remaja sekolah di Desa Sentebang Kecamatan Jawai Kabupaten Sambas untuk mengikuti balap liar antara lain: 1. pengaruh lingkungan pertemanan, 2. penyaluran hobi, 3. kurangnya bimbingan, perhatian dan pengawasan orang tua , 4. tidak mempunyai jati diri, dan 5. kesombongan diri ingin terlihat hebat. serta dampak yang terjadi pada remaja sekolah akibat mengikuti balap liar di desa sentebang kecamatan jawai kabupaten sambas antara lain : 1. kecelakaan, 2. penangkapan dan penghentian sepeda motor oleh aparat kepolisian, 3. mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat, 4. menimbulkan gangguan dan 5. sanksi sosial.
