Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the teaching and learning process in inclusive schools for dyslexic students and the ability of students with special needs to receive instruction using methods implemented in schools, as well as to understand the efforts of teachers in motivating dyslexic children. This research uses a qualitative research approach. It is descriptive research, with data sources from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively and presented in descriptive form. The research findings indicate that the teaching and learning process in inclusive schools for dyslexic students is still equated with normal children, using the 2013 curriculum. Therefore, students with special needs, including dyslexia, need additional guidance from supervising teachers provided by the inclusive school. Guidance from teachers, such as repeating the alphabet, arranging letter cards into words or sentences, and repeating words in reading, greatly helps dyslexic children in overcoming reading difficulties. The motivation from teachers makes dyslexic students more enthusiastic in following guidance and instructions from teachers.

Abstract

Gross motor skills are good movement abilities in children which are very necessary in carrying out any activity. If this is not developed, children will become independent and become less confident in their social environment, each child will be able to reach the stage of gross motor development as long as they get optimal and appropriate stimulation. Through the activities of playing throwing and catching balls in gross motor development so that children have started to be able to make movements that coordinate between hands and feet in a simple way and can coordinate the muscles of the body. This study aims to find out how children's gross motor skills develop through throwing and catching balls in children aged 4-5 years at RA Arafah field, Medan sub-district. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Which aims to find out how the development of gross motor skills of children through playing throwing and catching balls at RA Arafah field Medan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research involving 1 teacher and 18 students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques carried out were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that children's gross motor development can develop by playing catch and throwing balls. To maximize the development of gross motor skills, agility and dexterity in children, this game can strengthen muscles and improve their motor skills in general. This catching and throwing game activity can be used as a learning model in class and extracurricular activities that aim to improve children's gross motor skills. Abstract

Pada dasarnya pendidikan merupakan proses untuk membantu manusia dalam mengembangkan dirinya sehingga mampu menghadapi setiap perubahan yang terjadi. keberadaan bimbingan konseling di lembaga pendidikan yang mengatasnamakan islam dalam menjalankan tugas bimbingannya tentu harus berpegang teguh pada ajaran islam sesuai dengan al-qur’an dan hadist. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan konseling islam dalam mengatasi permasalahan siswa di sekolah MAN Dairi Sidikalang. metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data tersebut penulis menggunakan beberapa teknik wawancara mendalam dengan guru Bk, wali kelas dan salah satu siswa. serta melakukan observasi langsung ke lapangan atau di lokasi penelitian tepatnya di sekolah MAN Dairi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bimbingan konseling islam memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi permasalahan siswa. Efektivitas bimbingan konseling islam yang dilakukan oleh guru Bk di sekolah madrasah aliyah dairi (MAN Dairi) antara lain yaitu : pertama, melakukan bimbingan konseling islam di awali dengan Basmallah dan di akhiri dengan do'a. Kedua, memberikan pengarahan tentang sikap tawadhu kepada siswa. Ketiga, memberikan motivasi pemahaman tentang agama. Keempat, membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa. Program ini membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan menghadapi stres, mengatasi masalah, serta berinteraksi sosial sehat. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan dan konseling islami efektif dalam menangani masalah yang dialami siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parents' democratic parenting and learning motivation in students at SMPIT Al Hijrah Laut Dendang Deli Serdang. To determine the relationship between self-efficacy and motivation to learn in students. To find out the relationship between parents' democratic parenting and self-efficacy with learning motivation in students of SMPIT Al Hijrah Laut Dendang Deli Serdang. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational approach between two independent variables, namely democratic parenting parents (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) with the dependent variable namely learning motivation (Y). The research was conducted at SMPIT Al Hijrah, Transportation Road, Dendang Sea, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The population in this study were all students of SMPIT Al Hijrah Laut Dendang. Deli Serdang totaled 137 students and there were 8 (eight) classes and a sample of 137 students to be used as research subjects. The data collection method in this study was carried out using the measuring scale method. which uses a list of questions or statements that must be answered or a list of fields that must be filled in by a number of subjects in order to express the conditions one wants to know. This study used the statistical program SPSS 25 for windows, data analysis techniques using Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Normality Testing and Linearity Testing. which uses a list of questions or statements that must be answered or a list of fields that must be filled in by a number of subjects in order to express the conditions one wants to know.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan media sosial mendukung perilaku menyimpang yang terjadi di kalangan siswa saat ini, media sosial juga memudahkan siswa untuk berinteraksi tanpa henti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab siswa melakukan perilaku menyimpang, menganalisis upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh guru BK dalam mengatasi perilaku menyimpang serta mengetahui hambatan yang dialami oleh guru BK dalam mengatasi perilaku menyimpang siswa dalam bermedia sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah guru BK yang berjumlah 1 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah ditemukannya perilaku menyimpang di UPT SMP negeri 2 Talawi seperti bolos, berkelahi, bullying, merusak sarana dan prasarana sekolah, merokok dilingkungan sekolah, pacaran yang dilakukan secara langsung maupun melalui media sosial. The development of social media supports deviant behavior that occurs among students today, social media also makes it easier for students to interact without stopping. This study aims to describe the factors that cause students to engage in deviant behavior, analyze the efforts that have been made by the counseling teacher in dealing with deviant behavior and find out the obstacles experienced by the counseling teacher in dealing with students' deviant behavior in using social media. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 1 person of counseling teachers. The results obtained from this study were the discovery of deviant behavior at State Junior High School 2 Talawi such as truancy, fighting, bullying, damaging school facilities and infrastructure, smoking in the school environment, courtship which was carried out directly or through social media. Abstract

Pematang Johar Village is a village in Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency, which has great potential in the social, religious, and economic fields of the community. This study aims to describe the socio-religious conditions and the role of the community in maintaining local religious and cultural values ​​​​amidst the flow of modernization. The research method used is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Where researchers together with the community actively plan and implement the programs carried out. This village is the location of the Community Service Program (KKN) by Uinsu students, who carry out various programs to address social, economic, and educational challenges in the village. The KKN programs implemented include mutual cooperation, religious moderation with socialization of increasing religious values. Empowerment of digital-based MSMEs to increase the marketing of Johar Clean dishwashing soap products. Anti-bullying workshops, legal protection and business in Islam at local elementary schools. In addition, the KKN program also seeks to increase interest in education in the village by holding private tutoring, regular Quranic recitations, and teaching activities at schools.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs during the pandemic due to work stress presents complex problems in the perspective of interpersonal communication and organizational climate. This study aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on the stress of nurses at Tk. IV IM 0701 Hospital Lhokseumawe. The subjects in the study were 148 nurses with total sampling techniques. Nurse stress is measured by a factor scale consisting of 22 valid items, interpersonal communication is measured by the De Vito interpersonal communication aspect scale there are 18 valid items, organizational climate is measured by the organizational climate dimension scale according to Litwin and Stringer there are 18 valid items. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results concluded that there is an influence of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on nurses' work stress Freg coefficient value = 22.171 with p < 0.05, correlation coefficient R = 0.545 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.297, the second hypothesis is the influence of organizational climate on nurse work stress with t value = 2.223 with p <0.05, and the third hypothesis is the influence of interpersonal communication on nurse work stress with t value of 5.394 with p < 0.05. Therefore, research related to work stress, nurses must adopt interpersonal communication well, as well as a pleasant organizational climate.Fenomena yang terjadi di masa pandemi akibat stres kerja maka menghadirkan masalah yang kompleks dalam perspektif komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi terhadap stres perawat Rumah Sakit Tk. IV IM 0701 Lhokseumawe. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak148 perawat dengan tekhnik Total Sampling. Stres perawat diukur dengan skala faktor terdiri dari 22 item yang valid, komunikasi interpersonal diukur dengan skala aspek komunikasi interpersonal De Vito ada 18 item yang valid, iklim organisasi diukur dengan skala dimensi iklim organisasi menurut Litwin dan Stringer ada 18 item yang valid. Analisa data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja perawat nilai koefisien Freg=22.171 dengan p < 0.05, koefisien korelasi R = 0.545 dengan p<0.05 dan R2 = 0.297, hipotesis kedua adanya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja perawat dengan nilai t = 2.223 dengan p <0.05, dan hipotesis ketiga adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap stres kerja perawat dengan nilai t sebesar 5.394 dengan p < 0.05. Oleh karena itu penelitian yang berkaitan dengan stress kerja perawat harus mengadopsi komunikasi interpersonal dengan baik demikian pula terhadap iklim organisasi yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this study is the deterioration in student morale due to the influence of wrong peer interactions and low self-esteem. Thus, this study aims to reveal the influence of social interaction and self-esteem on the moral intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 13 Medan. The research method uses correlational. A random sample of 121 people. Distribution of questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis with multiple regression techniques. The results of data processing show that there is an influence of peer interaction on moral intelligence. So, the better the interaction with peers, the more it will increase the moral intelligence of students. There is an influence of self-esteem on moral intelligence. Increasing students' self-esteem will also increase their moral intelligence. There is an influence of peer interaction and self-esteem on moral intelligence which means together peer interaction and self-esteem affect students' moral intelligence. The influence of the two variables together raises moral intelligence by 35.6%. It is recommended that students associate with peers who can lead them to the path of goodness and have a steady self-esteem so that students have high moral intelligence for the success of their lives in the future. The implications of this research for students, carrying out peer interaction and having high self-esteem can be used in efforts to increase moral intelligence.Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kemerosotan pada moral siswa dikarenakan pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya yang salah dan harga diri yang rendah. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh interaksi sosial dan harga diri terhadap kecerdasan moral siswa di SMK Negeri 13 Medan. Metode penelitian menggunakan korelasional. Sampel secara random sebanyak 121 orang. Penyebaran angket dengan skala likert. Analisis data dengan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil olah data menunjukkan ada pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya terhadap kecerdasan moral. Sehingga, semakin baik interaksi dengan teman sebaya maka akan semakin meningkatkan kecerdasan moral siswa. Ada pengaruh harga diri terhadap kecerdasan moral. Meningkatnya harga diri siswa maka akan meningkatkan pula kecerdasan moralnya. Ada pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya dan harga diri terhadap kecerdasan moral yang mengartikan secara bersama-sama interaksi teman sebaya dan harga diri berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan moral siswa. Pengaruh kedua variabel secara bersama-sama memunculkan kecerdasan moral sebesar 35,6%. Disarankan agar siswa bergaul dengan teman sebaya yang dapat membawa mereka ke jalan kebaikan dan mempunyai harga diri yang mantap sehingga para siswa mempunyai kecerdasan moral yang tinggi untuk keberhasilan kehidupannya ke depan kelak. Implikasi penelitian ini bagi siswa, melaksanakan interaksi teman sebaya dan mempunyai harga diri yang tinggi dapat digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan kecerdasan moral.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-concept and social interactions with employee performance at the culinary center siantar square pematang siantar city. This type of research is quantitative research that uses a data analysis approach based on multiple regression analysis. The measuring instrument used is a Likert scale. The population is total sampling of 96 people. The research subjects were employees. The results showed that: (1) self-concept is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (2) social interaction is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (3) Self-concept and social interaction are positively and significantly related to employee performance at the Siantar Square culinary center, Pematang Siantar City. It is recommended for all employees to be more positive about the existing self-concept by thinking positively about the state of self-appearance because basically all humans have their own strengths and weaknesses. For social interaction, it is suggested that all employees want and have an interest in interacting and sharing knowledge between employees.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dan interaksi sosial dengan kinerja karyawan di pusat kuliner siantar square kota pematang siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan analisis data berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Populasi adalah total sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) konsep diri berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. (2) interaksi sosial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan dengan kinerja karyawan. (3) Konsep diri dan interaksi sosial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan di pusat kuliner Siantar Square Kota Pematang Siantar. Disarankan bagi seluruh karyawan agar lebih mempositifkan konsep diri yang ada dengan cara berpikir positif tentang keadaan penampilan diri karan pada dasarnya semua manusia memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing. Untuk interaksi sosialnya disaran agar seluruh karyawan mau dan memiliki minat untuk berinteraksi dan berbagi ilmu antara karyawan dan selalu menjaga hubungan baik dengan para konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Generational Groups on Employee Engagement using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) intervention method on the POS variable. This research was conducted at a government agency in Aceh. The population is 126 people. For research subjects or FGD participants, there are seven people. The research method used a quasi-experimental with one treatment and a post-treatment group. The hypothesis is designed based on the theoretical framework and research concept. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence of POS on employee engagement, referring to the results of the Wilcoxon test with a coefficient of Z: -2.371 and p <0.05 or an Asymp Sig value of 0.018 <0.05. This is consistent with the existing theory that POS affects employee engagement. However, employee engagement is more to the job than to the organization, which is still relatively low. The group dynamics during the FGD were quite visible; participants exchanged different opinions and perceptions about POS to provide new insights leading to changes in views and perceptions about POS, which would affect employee engagement. Meanwhile, the generation found no effect on employee engagement based on the Chi-Square statistical test with an Asymp Sig value of 0.292 > 0.05. This may be due to the limitations of the research subjects. During the FGD process, the participants provided positive input for increasing organizational support for employees, which they believed would later impact increasing employee engagement
