The phenomenon that occurs during the pandemic due to work stress presents complex problems in the perspective of interpersonal communication and organizational climate. This study aims to determine the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on the stress of nurses at Tk. IV IM 0701 Hospital Lhokseumawe. The subjects in the study were 148 nurses with total sampling techniques. Nurse stress is measured by a factor scale consisting of 22 valid items, interpersonal communication is measured by the De Vito interpersonal communication aspect scale there are 18 valid items, organizational climate is measured by the organizational climate dimension scale according to Litwin and Stringer there are 18 valid items. Data analysis using multiple regression. The results concluded that there is an influence of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on nurses' work stress Freg coefficient value = 22.171 with p < 0.05, correlation coefficient R = 0.545 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.297, the second hypothesis is the influence of organizational climate on nurse work stress with t value = 2.223 with p <0.05, and the third hypothesis is the influence of interpersonal communication on nurse work stress with t value of 5.394 with p < 0.05. Therefore, research related to work stress, nurses must adopt interpersonal communication well, as well as a pleasant organizational climate.Fenomena yang terjadi di masa pandemi akibat stres kerja maka menghadirkan masalah yang kompleks dalam perspektif komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi terhadap stres perawat Rumah Sakit Tk. IV IM 0701 Lhokseumawe. Subjek dalam penelitian sebanyak148 perawat dengan tekhnik Total Sampling. Stres perawat diukur dengan skala faktor terdiri dari 22 item yang valid, komunikasi interpersonal diukur dengan skala aspek komunikasi interpersonal De Vito ada 18 item yang valid, iklim organisasi diukur dengan skala dimensi iklim organisasi menurut Litwin dan Stringer ada 18 item yang valid. Analisa data menggunakan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja perawat nilai koefisien Freg=22.171 dengan p < 0.05, koefisien korelasi R = 0.545 dengan p<0.05 dan R2 = 0.297, hipotesis kedua adanya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja perawat dengan nilai t = 2.223 dengan p <0.05, dan hipotesis ketiga adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap stres kerja perawat dengan nilai t sebesar 5.394 dengan p < 0.05. Oleh karena itu penelitian yang berkaitan dengan stress kerja perawat harus mengadopsi komunikasi interpersonal dengan baik demikian pula terhadap iklim organisasi yang menyenangkan.

The phenomenon in this study is the deterioration in student morale due to the influence of wrong peer interactions and low self-esteem. Thus, this study aims to reveal the influence of social interaction and self-esteem on the moral intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 13 Medan. The research method uses correlational. A random sample of 121 people. Distribution of questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis with multiple regression techniques. The results of data processing show that there is an influence of peer interaction on moral intelligence. So, the better the interaction with peers, the more it will increase the moral intelligence of students. There is an influence of self-esteem on moral intelligence. Increasing students' self-esteem will also increase their moral intelligence. There is an influence of peer interaction and self-esteem on moral intelligence which means together peer interaction and self-esteem affect students' moral intelligence. The influence of the two variables together raises moral intelligence by 35.6%. It is recommended that students associate with peers who can lead them to the path of goodness and have a steady self-esteem so that students have high moral intelligence for the success of their lives in the future. The implications of this research for students, carrying out peer interaction and having high self-esteem can be used in efforts to increase moral intelligence.Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya kemerosotan pada moral siswa dikarenakan pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya yang salah dan harga diri yang rendah. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh interaksi sosial dan harga diri terhadap kecerdasan moral siswa di SMK Negeri 13 Medan. Metode penelitian menggunakan korelasional. Sampel secara random sebanyak 121 orang. Penyebaran angket dengan skala likert. Analisis data dengan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil olah data menunjukkan ada pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya terhadap kecerdasan moral. Sehingga, semakin baik interaksi dengan teman sebaya maka akan semakin meningkatkan kecerdasan moral siswa. Ada pengaruh harga diri terhadap kecerdasan moral. Meningkatnya harga diri siswa maka akan meningkatkan pula kecerdasan moralnya. Ada pengaruh interaksi teman sebaya dan harga diri terhadap kecerdasan moral yang mengartikan secara bersama-sama interaksi teman sebaya dan harga diri berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan moral siswa. Pengaruh kedua variabel secara bersama-sama memunculkan kecerdasan moral sebesar 35,6%. Disarankan agar siswa bergaul dengan teman sebaya yang dapat membawa mereka ke jalan kebaikan dan mempunyai harga diri yang mantap sehingga para siswa mempunyai kecerdasan moral yang tinggi untuk keberhasilan kehidupannya ke depan kelak. Implikasi penelitian ini bagi siswa, melaksanakan interaksi teman sebaya dan mempunyai harga diri yang tinggi dapat digunakan dalam upaya peningkatan kecerdasan moral.

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-concept and social interactions with employee performance at the culinary center siantar square pematang siantar city. This type of research is quantitative research that uses a data analysis approach based on multiple regression analysis. The measuring instrument used is a Likert scale. The population is total sampling of 96 people. The research subjects were employees. The results showed that: (1) self-concept is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (2) social interaction is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (3) Self-concept and social interaction are positively and significantly related to employee performance at the Siantar Square culinary center, Pematang Siantar City. It is recommended for all employees to be more positive about the existing self-concept by thinking positively about the state of self-appearance because basically all humans have their own strengths and weaknesses. For social interaction, it is suggested that all employees want and have an interest in interacting and sharing knowledge between employees.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dan interaksi sosial dengan kinerja karyawan di pusat kuliner siantar square kota pematang siantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan analisis data berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Populasi adalah total sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) konsep diri berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. (2) interaksi sosial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan dengan kinerja karyawan. (3) Konsep diri dan interaksi sosial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan di pusat kuliner Siantar Square Kota Pematang Siantar. Disarankan bagi seluruh karyawan agar lebih mempositifkan konsep diri yang ada dengan cara berpikir positif tentang keadaan penampilan diri karan pada dasarnya semua manusia memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing. Untuk interaksi sosialnya disaran agar seluruh karyawan mau dan memiliki minat untuk berinteraksi dan berbagi ilmu antara karyawan dan selalu menjaga hubungan baik dengan para konsumen.

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Generational Groups on Employee Engagement using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) intervention method on the POS variable. This research was conducted at a government agency in Aceh. The population is 126 people. For research subjects or FGD participants, there are seven people. The research method used a quasi-experimental with one treatment and a post-treatment group. The hypothesis is designed based on the theoretical framework and research concept. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence of POS on employee engagement, referring to the results of the Wilcoxon test with a coefficient of Z: -2.371 and p <0.05 or an Asymp Sig value of 0.018 <0.05. This is consistent with the existing theory that POS affects employee engagement. However, employee engagement is more to the job than to the organization, which is still relatively low. The group dynamics during the FGD were quite visible; participants exchanged different opinions and perceptions about POS to provide new insights leading to changes in views and perceptions about POS, which would affect employee engagement. Meanwhile, the generation found no effect on employee engagement based on the Chi-Square statistical test with an Asymp Sig value of 0.292 > 0.05. This may be due to the limitations of the research subjects. During the FGD process, the participants provided positive input for increasing organizational support for employees, which they believed would later impact increasing employee engagement

This study aims to examine the effect of learning motivation and peer social support on self-regulated learning in high school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. Using 40 students for scale trials and sampling techniques with cluster random sampling obtained as many as 112 students. Data collection techniques used three scales, namely the scale of learning motivation, peer social support, and independent learning. The results are (1) there is a significant positive effect between learning motivation and self-regulated learning where the correlation rx1y = 0.621 with p <0.05, the value of the predictor determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.386 which means learning motivation contributes to influencing oneself. organize learning by 38.6%. (2) There is a significant positive influence between peer social support and self-regulated learning where the correlation rx1y = 0.329 with p <0.05, the value of the predictor determinant coefficient (R2) is 0.257 which means learning motivation contributes to influencing independent learning by 25.7 %. (3) There is a significant influence of learning motivation and peer social support on self-regulated learning, based on the coefficient F reg = 38.550 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.644 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.414, which means meaning that the contribution of both affects self-regulated learning by 41.4%.

Disiplin belajar adalah sebagai suatu jenis pengendalian diri siswa mentaati peraturan dan ketentuan sekolah untuk mencapai kondisi yang lebih baik. Salah satu upaya Guru BK di sekolah yakni melalui penerapan teknik self management. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji efektifnya teknik self management untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni literature review dengan menggunakan 1464 artikel kemudian diseleksi menjadi 10 artikel menggunakan Google Scholar dengan kriteria terbit minimal 10 tahun terakhir, mulai dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2024, dengan kata kunci teknik self management, kedisiplinan belajar, dan siswa SMA. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan teknik self management sangat efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah teknik self management membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan untuk lebih disiplin melalui cara mengubah perilaku yang dipengaruhi oleh pikiran, perasaan dan mengurangi perilaku yang tidak pantas dan mengganggu. Rasa jenuh dan bosan dalam belajar yang dirasakan siswa, seharusnya menjadi perhatian sebagai solusi terbaik guna terselenggaranya pembelajaran yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis metode ice breaking khususnya dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok guna mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari artikel yang dimulai dari tahun 2019-2023. Sebanyak 26 artikel dilakukan skrinning, 6 artikel dieksklusi. Assesment kelayakan sebanyak 20 artikel full text, dan tidak memenuhi 14 artikel penelitian, sehingga hanya 6 artikel full text yang dilakukan review. Hasil kajian menemukan bahwa metode ice breaking efektif dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar siswa namun beberapa sekolah juga belum melakukan metode ice breaking dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok secara efektif pula. Hal yang menyebabkan rendahnya pengimplementasian metode ice breaking dalam layanan bimbingan kelompok karena sekolah belum maksimal menerapkan layanan ini ditambah lagi belum ada guru profesional di bidang bimbingan dan konseling. This study aimed to investigate teacher career development, workplace motivation, teacher competencies, and job satisfaction. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach, the study included 306 teachers selected through a cluster random sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was employed with the assistance of Smart-PLS software. The findings indicate a significant impact of work motivation on career development among teachers in the South Nias Regency area. Furthermore, teacher competencies were found to influence career development in the same region. Additionally, work motivation exerted a noteworthy effect on job satisfaction among teachers, while competencies also played a role in influencing job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction was identified as a contributing factor to career development. Finally, the study revealed that work motivation and competencies affect career development through the mediation of job satisfaction among teachers in the South Nias Regency area.

Delays in completing final assignments are common among final-year students. This research aims to examine the influence of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination through the mediator of self-regulated learning. The study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection methods involving academic procrastination scales, smartphone addiction, and self-regulated learning. The respondents in this study consisted of 304 students, selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos version 26. The research findings indicate that (1) there is a positive effect of smartphone addiction on academic procrastination, (2) there is a negative effect of smartphone addiction on self-regulated learning, (3) there is a negative effect of self-regulated learning on academic procrastination through the mediator of self-regulated learning, and (4) smartphone addiction influences academic procrastination through the mediator of self-regulated learning.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik berfokus pada solusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di MTs Al-Uswah Kuala. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-4 MTs Al-Uswah Kuala yang berjumlah 8 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan Konseling (PTBK) dengan dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tentang motivasi belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi tes, dan observasi. Hasil instrumen angket yang diberikan sebelum dilakukan tindakan sebesar 13% dengan kategori motivasi belajar masih rendah setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I hasil yang diperoleh yaitu 63% dan pada siklus ke II terjadi peningkatan menjadi 88%. Jadi hasil peningkatan yang dilakukan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 25%, dengan kriteria berhasil dan sudah mencapai dari target yang teleh ditetapkan yaitu 75%. Artinya bahwa siswa yang diberikan layanan konseling kelompok berfokus solusi mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar.
