Abstract

The present study attempts to determine the role of organizational commitment mediating organizational climate with turnover intention in Pizza Hut Denpasar, Bali. A company has to concern about turnover intention because it can create instability and uncertainty about employee conditions, as well as increased recruitment cost. Therefore a company is required to be able to retain employees by understanding things that are able to make employees loyal to the company. This study was conducted with a sample of 55 employees in Pizza Hut Denpasar Bali using the questionnaires with Likert Scale to conclude result that found. This study found that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially mediating organizational climate on turnover intention. Employees will have a high commitment to the company if a good organizational climate is created. A high commitment can reduce intention to leave. Future studies might be more do research about turnover intention from different antecedents. Managers need to develop strategic human resources practice to recruit some potential employees and keep spirit for decresing turnover rate.

Abstract

Tujuan. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, self efficacy dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Central Laundry Service Kerobokan Badung. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 52 karyawan dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas). Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi (R²), Uji F (simultan), Uji t (parsial) melalui program SPSS versi 25. Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Central Laundry Service Kerobokan Badung, hal ini berarti bahwa apabila kepuasan meningkat maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Central Laundry Service Kerobokan Badung, hal ini berarti seorang karyawan yang memiliki kepercayaan diri tinggi akan meningkatkan kinerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Central Laundry Service Kerobokan Badung, artinya ketika budaya organisasi mendukung maka meningkat pula kinerja karyawan. Implikasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antar rekan kerja dan self efficacy karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu menerapkan program untuk memperkuat komunikasi dan kerjasama tim, serta pelatihan keterampilan. Penguatan budaya organisasi yang mendukung akan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan mendorong karyawan mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The essence of leadership in any organization is to carefully design work structures and systems. Leadership not only guides the company's vision and goals, but also plays an important role in shaping corporate culture, motivating employees, and influencing overall morale. In fact, the phenomenon of research results in the field still shows contradictions and gaps in research results between leadership, work motivation and morale. To overcome these problems, the authors conducted quantitative research using path analysis techniques and SmartPLS software version 4.0.8.8 and used purposive sampling to select samples. The results showed that leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, as well as leadership has a positive effect on morale. Furthermore, work motivation has no effect on work enthusiasm and has no mediating role on leadership with work enthusiasm. Researchers recognize the limitations in this study, which are limited to leadership, work motivation and morale in one company only. For future research, it is recommended to consider adding additional variables or modifying the research model through a moderation approach. In addition, it is recommended to conduct research involving more than one sector to increase the generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima is a private university in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara which has a vision, namely to make the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima (STIE) an educational institution that produces superior, professional and enthusiastic human resources.Entrepreneurship. This research is about higher education strategies for developing entrepreneurship, especially management study program students with a focus on the main problems discussed, namely (1) The concept of entrepreneurship, (2) Factors that cause entrepreneurial success and failure, (3)Digital Preneur of students and (4) Strategies to foster entrepreneurship among students. This research uses the methodliterature review.The research sample read various references quoted from various books, journals and other publications that were relevant to the research content. Data was collected using library research data collection techniquessearching keyword article to be inreview with secondary data sources from google scholar and various published journal links according to the research referred to. The strategy of the College of Economics in developing entrepreneurship among students is through a) entrepreneurship supporting courses in the curriculum such as Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship I, Entrepreneurship II,Digital Marketing, Cooperative & MSME Management, Creative Business Planning, Business Ethics and Event Management, (b) Establishing cooperation with domestic and foreign universities, provincial governments, city/district governments, banking, BUMN, and MSMEs as well as KKNT-MBKM ( c) Establishment of a Business Incubator and (d) Implementation of Entrepreneurial Fair Entrepreneurship Bazaar activities.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha pada saat ini sedang bertambah pesat, sehingga perusahaan di dalam mengelola usahanya diharuskan dan diharapkan mampu menggunakan sumber daya manusia dengan baik dan benar. Sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian yang cukup penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan juga sebagai penggerak utama seluruh kegiatan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengaruh Reward, Punishment Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT BPR Artha Sinar Raharja Indonesia Kabupaten Badung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 35 orang karyawan pada PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja, Punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR Artha Sinar Raharja.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in the socio-cultural, economic and educational fields. This event is an important concern in maintaining the performance and condition of lecturers when all activities carried out must use online media. Work enthusiasm is the key to maintaining the desire to work without coercion. This can be achieved if lecturers remain engaged through self-paced online training and self-efficacy. The specific objective of this study is to determine the effect of self-paced online training on self-efficacy and work engagement in Private Universities, Bali, Indonesia. The population is all lecturers at private universities in Bali. The sample in this study were 100 people. The sampling technique used snowball sampling. Data collected through questionnaires followed by validity and reliability tests. Data were analysed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that (1) self-paced online training had a positive and significant effect on work engagement, (2) self-paced online training had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, (3) self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on work engagement. This has the implication that through online training activities can increase confidence in the abilities possessed by lecturers so as to make them more attached to their work. Abstract

Pengetatan persaingan bisnis menuntut pengelolaan SDM yang efektif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh stres kerja, kemajuan karier, dan iklim organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan Divisi Food & Beverage The Legian Seminyak. Seluruh populasi sebanyak 97 karyawan dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS v25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, menandakan semakin tinggi tingkat stres, semakin besar kecenderungan karyawan untuk keluar; (2) kemajuan karier berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sehingga peluang promosi dan kejelasan jalur karier menurunkan niat berpindah; dan (3) iklim organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sehingga suasana kerja yang kondusif menekan keinginan meninggalkan organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan faktor psikososial dan struktural di tempat kerja terutama pengendalian sumber stres, penataan jalur karier, serta penguatan iklim organisasi untuk mempertahankan karyawan pada unit operasional layanan seperti divisi makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important component in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction, self-efficacy, and organizational culture on employee performance. This study was conducted at Central Laundry Service Kerobokan Badung, a hotel laundry service company. The research method used was quantitative with a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population of 52 employees was used as the sample. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The findings of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Ketidakmampuan perusahaan untuk mencapai target penjualan secara konsisten pada CV Kresna Jaya Abadi tahun 2023, yang menunjukkan adanya masalah dalam kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Kresna Jaya Abadi. Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan CV Kresna Jaya Abadi dan sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
