Abstract

Diare merupakan salah satu penyebab mortalitas pada bayi di negara berkembang. Tingginya kejadian diare dipengaruhi berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah tidak dilakukannya pemberian ASI.  Bayi yang diberikan ASI eksklusif sampai usia 6 bulan lebih sedikit mengalami gangguan gastrointestinal dan gangguan pertumbuhan. Kejadian diare pada anak sampai saat ini di Indonesia masih terus terjadi dan berisiko terhadap status kesehatan anak. ASI merupakan makanan pertama kehidupan untuk bayi dan ASI mengandung zat gizi yang dibutuhkan bayi agar tetap sehat, status gizi yang optimal, cerdas, meningkatkan zat kekebalan dan anti bodi yang dapat mencegah dari berbagai penyakit salah satunya memberi perlindungan terhadap diare. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian diare pada balita di BPM D Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini adalah semua balita di BPM D Kota Batam yaitu 30 balita usia >6 bulan – 36 bulan. Sampel 30 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil Distribusi frekuensi responden yang  mengalami diare yaitu sebanyak 16 (53,3%), mendapatkan  ASI eksklusif sebanyak 10 (33.3%). Ada hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian diare pada balita di BPM D kota Batam dengan nilai p value = 0,001.

Abstract

Stres merupakan faktor psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi pola makan seseorang, yang berisiko menyebabkan gangguan makan (eating disorder). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan gangguan makan serta status gizi pada responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat stres, gangguan makan, dan status gizi pada 80 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mengalami stres dengan kategori sedang (88%), diikuti oleh stres ringan (5%) dan stres berat (6,2%). Selain itu, 93,8% responden mengalami gangguan makan, sementara 6,2% lainnya tidak mengalaminya. Dalam hal status gizi, 45% responden memiliki status gizi normal, 45% underweight, 15% overweight, dan 17,5% obesitas. Uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat stres dengan gangguan makan, dengan p-value 0,038 (p < 0,05). Namun, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara gangguan makan dan status gizi dengan p-value 0,313 (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah stres memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan gangguan makan, sementara gangguan makan tidak berhubungan dengan status gizi pada responden.

Abstract

Hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, dengan uji F, dan secara parsial (uji t) untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen varaibel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau α = 0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara motivasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Prudential Life Assurance Rantauprapat dengan hasil regresi Y = 9,978 + 0,093X1 + 1,364X2, yang berarti bahwa tanpa motivasi dan komunikasi, kinerja karyawan tetap dengan nilai 9.978. Sedangkan nilai R² = 67,70% dan variabel lainnya lainnya tidak terpengaruh dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sampling method using saturated sampling (the census) on the performance of the employees on PT Duta Expo Labuhanbatu as much as 40 people. Testing the hypothesis using the double linier regression, with test launches ( test F), and partially (test t) to know the influence of the independent variables against the dependent varaibel on the level of trust 95% or α = 0.05. The results of the analysis showed that the influence of the structure of incentives and competence of employees performance with the results of the regression Y = 7,544 0,050 X1 1,369 X2,which means that without the existence of incentives and competence, the performance of the employees will remain with the value of 7,544. While the value of R² = 60,20% and the rest of the other variables is not influenced involved in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dengan menggunakan metode game’s penulis dadakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan atau action research. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 006 Rambah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes unjuk kerja.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas karakter siswa pada siklus I berada pada kategori cukup dan siklus II berada pada kategori baik. Selanjutnya, hasil belajar siswa dalam keterampilan menulis mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, yaitu prasiklus dengan rata-rata kelas 62,76 , siklus I dengan rata-rata kelas 68,71, dan siklus II  dengan rata-rata kelas 82,14.  Disimpulkan bahwa metode game’s penulis dadakan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dan karakter pada siswa atau peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the two-stay two-stray learning model in Mathematics learning. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo with the research subject of grade IV students totaling 20 students. Each cycle is carried out 2 meetings, where at the end of each learning test is carried out to find out the learning results obtained by students. Data collection techniques are carried out in the form of student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets and question tests. The learning outcomes of students before conducting research on mathematics learning were obtained by students who completed 50% and those who did not complete 50%. After learning mathematics using the two-stay two-stray learning model, the results obtained in cycles I and II increased in students' average scores and learning activities.  Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the learning strategy of the two stay two stray learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 004 Rambah Samo

Abstract

This research is classroom action research (PTK) which aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the reciprocal teaching model in mathematics learning. Data collection techniques are carried out in the form of student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets and test questions. The results of this research show that in cycle I and cycle II there was an increase. The learning outcomes in cycle I, meeting I, had an average score obtained by students, namely 54.12, then in cycle I, meeting II, the average score obtained by students was 65.88. Then in cycle II, at meeting I, the average score obtained by students was 71.18, and at meeting II, the average score for students was 85.88. Besides increasing student learning outcomes, student observation sheets also increased. In cycle I, meeting I, student observations were 50%, then in cycle I, meeting II, it increased to 60%. In cycle II, meeting I, the student's ability still increased to 80%, and in cycle II, meeting II, it increased to 90%. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the reciprocal teaching model can improve student mathematics learning outcomes for class V students at SD Negeri 016 Rambah Samo

Abstract

Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 allows married couples who are already married to enter into nuptial agreement. Previously such can only be carried upon before the marriage occurred. Thus, due to the enactment of this decision, legal problems arise as an impact upon how to provide legal protection for any third parties affected by implementation of court decision regarding the nuptial agreement. Problematical issues emerge against any third parties who hold security(ies), especially creditors as holders of mortgage, are vulnerable to losses possibility should the debtor defaults due to the unclear status of assets, which were previously included as joint assets and afterwards being dispatched after a nuptial agreement was made. This research was conducted in terms of normative juridical manner using a legal theory concept approach. The outcome of this research is to provide clarity on providing legal protection for creditors, as for creditors also need to be ensured that the publicity principle of the nuptial agreement is fulfilled. Notaries as officials who make and ratify nuptial agreements also need to apply the principle of prudence in carrying out their professional duties.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on quality cost efficiency and managerial performance and its implications on company performance. In the research, the researchers involved 100 companies in Indonesia. The analysis used is a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS application. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between total quality management, quality cost efficiency, managerial performance, and total management quality on company performance mediated by managerial performance. The amount of the r square of the company’s performance variable is explained by the total quality management, quality cost efficiency, and managerial performance of 88.9%.

Abstract

BDMN Rantauprapat in achieving its business goals, of course, will depend on wrong only on the performance of its employees. The performance of employee banking will influence to quality of service that is given to customers and finally can influence the success and sustainability of the bank’s business. Workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline are several factors that are believed to have an influence on employee performance. This study aims to describe and test how much influence variables influence workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. BDMN Rantauprapat Good in a manner Partial nor in a manner simultaneous. The number of respondents is 32 people who work in PT. BDMN Rantauprapat. The research results show that partially or simultaneously, variable workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BDMN Rantauprapat.
