Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information, analyze and discuss data on Family Participation In Maintaining Cleanliness Air Camar Village Water Drainage in East Parak Gadang Eastern District of Padang. This type of research was descriptive correlation. The study population was a whole family living in the study area based on data and reports from the village numbered Parak East Tower (1985) KK. Samples were taken in 2 ways, samples taken 3 areas sampled area, the reason for the 3 areas of research have considerable number of households and the state of drainage is also less well preserved, the sample of respondents drawn using random sampling with proportional system the proportion of 10% so that the sample was 105 KK.Based on a simple linear regression analysis, double (multiple) and the correlation it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a family caring relationships with family participation in maintaining the cleanliness of the water drainage  Air Camar Parak Gadang East Village District East Padang accounted for 29.5% of the family participation in maintaining the cleanliness of water drainage Air Camar Parak Gadang East Village District East Padang, (2) There is a relationship with the family of environmental knowledge family participation in maintaining the cleanliness of the water drainage Air Camar Parak Gadang East Village District East Padang, with a large contribution of 7.8%, ( 3) There is a relationship between knowledge family leisure time with family participation in maintaining the cleanliness of the water drainage Air Camar Parak Gadang East Village District East Padang, with a large contribution of 39.8% and (4) There is a significant and positive relationship between knowledge, knowledge of family environment and time free together with the participation of the family in maintaining the cleanliness of water drainage Air Camar Parak Gadang East Village District East Padang, with a large contribution of 46.0%.

Abstract

Communities in the Maek village Bukik Barisan district existing among people who use their home gardens, although there is still a part of the community that the yard was left abandoned and overgrown with weeds that there is no benefit. Enough land that could potentially be exploited for subsistence and to supplement family income. The objective was to obtain and analyze the data or  in-depth information about the courtyard in the form of Regional Land Use in Maek village Bukik Barisan district Lima Puluh Kota region.This research is qualitative . Location of the study villages Maek . Number of informants study of 15 people, which is taken purposive.Teknik data collection are interviews, observations, data validity checking is dokumentasi. Technique of observation Extension, perseverance observation, triangulation and peer examination through discussion. Techniques of data analysis are 1) data reduction, 2) Data Display, 3) Data Interpretation and 4) Conclusion.The results showed : 1) people take advantage of the beauty of the yard for flowers, but not all people can use the yard for beauty due to of animals, (2) The public use the land for agricultural yard to eat everyday such as vegetables and fruits. Utilization is in accordance with the principle of utilizing every inch of land for beneficial plants, (3) The public use the land for a small farm yard like chickens, ducks and forth. Abstract

Waste Management in the  Dadok Tunggul Hitam  Koto Tangah  Padang This study aims to determine the Solid Waste Management in the  Dadok Tunggul Hitam Koto Tangah Padang.This research is descriptive. Population in this research is the a family that is in the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Koto Tangah. Totaling 3262 KK. Samples were taken in two ways, the samples were taken by purposive sampling areas (designation) by taking 3 RW in the Dadok Tunggul Hitam. 1(RW III 492), 2(RW IV 368), 3(RW V 306). The reason this area is the determination of the sample due to the three areas mentioned above is a region that has the highest population in the Dadok Tunggul Hitam, while the proportion of respondents in a sample taken at 10% of total, so the population of 117 families. Techniques of data collection through questionnaires or instrument. Teknik analyzed using percentage formula.The research found that: (1) Awereness of the waste management in the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Koto Tangah Padang on both criteria, with a percentage of 85,52% (2) Public participation on waste management in the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Koto Tangah is at criteria quite well, with a percentage of 73,74%, and (3) the motivation for waste management in urban dadok koto hands of stubble on criteria including good, with a percentage of 68,66%.From the above discussion, it can be concluded that : (1) Public awareness of the average score is 3,421 with 85,52% of respondents rate the performance on both criteria. This shows that waste management including good and this needs to be maintained and preserved. (2) Community participation is the average score of 3,09 with 77,24% respondents level of achievement on the criteria that are pretty good. This shows that community participation in waste management including good enough and it needs to be fixed, and (3) the motivation average score is 2,761 with 69,03% of respondents level of achievement on the criteria that are pretty good. This suggests that the motivation of the community in waste management including good enough and it needs to be improved.

Abstract

Silaut Nagari is one of the transmigration areas in West Sumatera that were previously identified by a wilderness area that has a population of relatively small, so that the mixture of the Minang people and Javanese. At the present time the villages Silaut livelihood besides there is also a garden of palm plantation livelihoods barking. In general, people gardening bark is derived from the Javanese transmigration undertaken by the former government. This study aimed to obtain the data, process, analyze and discuss the study of crop enterprises in Nagari Pasir Binjai Kecamatant Silaut Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan in view of: 1) Plant nurseries Pondoh 2) Preparation of planting Pondoh 3) Treatment plants Pondoh 4) Fertilizing plants Pondoh 5) Harvest time Pondoh 6) Labor 7) Sources of capital plant Pondoh 8) The level of production of the crop Pondoh 9) Marketing efforts Pondoh plants.This study classified as descriptive research, the population in this study were all families (KK) pondoh salak farmers in Nagari Pasir Binjai Kecamatan Silaut Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The samples were taken with a total sampling technique, the sample numbered 56 families (KK). Collecting data using an open questionnaire, an analysis that is in use is descriptive statistics using the percentage formula.The results showed: 1) Plant nurseries Pondoh done in vegetative and generative (55.4%), the type of plants used are bark barking pondoh (100%). 2) Preparation penanamna using water pool but only partially (32.1%) and farmers generally use drainage (94.6%). 3) Treatment, farmers generally do cluster thinning (96.4%), weeding bunches (91.0%), pengemburan land (89.3%). 4) fertilization, the type of fertilizer used is usually organic and inorganic fertilizers (85.7%). Way is to sprinkle fertilizer fertilizer around the plants (92.8%). 5) harvest, yields 2-4 times a month (78.6%), how to select a crop that is picked (87.5%). 6) labor, generally numbered 2-5 people (75%). Age farmers generally >45 years (42.9%). 7) used the equity capital of Rp. >5 million to 10 million (51.8%), 8) production, the average number of production 1 acre 1 year ie >5-8 tonnes (62.5%), and the average number of production acres 1 ½ years ie 2-5 tonnes (64.3%). 9) the average marketing price offered 1 kg Rp. 9000-12000 (89.3%), retail marketing system done and the bulk (84.0%).

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain information about Community Studies Along the Sandstone Quarry Hills area in Solok Kanagarian Aie Dingin: Tools used excavator sandstone, sandstone quarrying process, incomes sandstone diggers, diggers cause of the persistence of the community as sandstone.Type of research is qualitative. Information in the research is the sandstone diggers. Determining the techniques of information by researchers is the purposive sampling where subjects are taken at the community based informant who worked as an excavator along sandstone hills area in Solok district kanagarian Aie Dingin.Results of research in the field as follows: a) Equipment used in the extracting digger sandstone sandstone: eksafator, snails machines, pipes, filters, hoes, skap, blades, hoses, and conveyance ( wagon ), diesel. b ) The process of quarrying sandstone: Land excavated using eksafator, after which the water is raised up with the aid of a machine to wash new sandstone and later filtered to separate the rock with sand after it had washed away through the pipeline relocation of sand. c ) excavating the sandstone income: monthly income as diggers sandstone around Rp 1500000-2000000 and needs within one month approximately 3,000,000 Rp.1.500.000 - even more than specified . d ) The cause of the survival of the community as a digger sandstone: Due to low education , employment difficulties and just work as a digger sandstone that is before them at the present time

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the data, process, analyze and discuss the study in achieving PUS Tandikek NKKBS in Nagari Padang Pariaman District Sub Patamuan views of: 1) Knowledge, 2) participation, 3) family planning counseling. This study considered the descriptive research. The study population was all the PUSs in Nagari Tandikek Patamuan Pariaman District district. Samples were taken with a proportional random sampling technique with the proportion of 10% of the population in the study area, the study sample, 92 members of PUS. Guided data collection using questionnaires, statistical analysis used is descriptive by using a percentage formula. The results showed: 1) Lack of knowledge in achieving PUS to NKKBS NKKBS, only 33.69% who knew about Tandikek NKKBS in Nagari Padang Pariaman District Patamuan District, 2) participation in the realization of PUS NKKBS very less only 33.69%, although Participation KB is a good range to 79.35% in Tandikek Nagari Padang Pariaman District Patamuan District, PUS implement family planning programs just for kids imprison not to realize NKKBS, 3) lack of participation in the PUS to realize NKKBS family planning counseling, only 33.69% in Tandikek Nagari Padang Pariaman District Patamuan district.

Abstract

This Research aim to to get information and data about Effort Recycle Waste Plastic In District Of Great Tenayan of Pekanbaru. got Data use the following indicator ; (1) Processing of plastic waste, (2) Area product marketing of recycle, (3) Amount of managed plastic waste, (4) Earnings of labour, (5) yielded Type product.Research type the used is descriptive, meaning research method or resolving procedure investigated depicting and defining objective situation of research at the time of now pursuant to visible facts or as it is, Arikunto ( 2006). Research Subjek is entrepreneur recycle plastic waste as especial informan and labour as additional informan.Technique data collecting pass/through observation, filling photograph and enquette. Technique analyse data which is used in research is by data discount, displayed by data, data interpretation and decision making.Result of research show processing of plastic waste done/conducted in 5 phase that is election, wash, draining, stitching and clip or matting. This matter is done/conducted product to which in recycle with quality. Marketing done/conducted directly sell goods result of recycle to society, advertisement of diinternet, and exhibition. Target of marketing area among others Pekanbaru and have to Java. Amount of waste the managed is 300 singk / month;moon. Amount of the managed waste yielded from household plastic waste. Earnings of month;moon labour at effort mean recycle of Rp. 500.000 / months.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of socio-economic development of the community roads in the Village Saureinu Sipora Selatan District Mentawai Islands Region, seen from: 1) education, 2) the level of health, 3) livelihood and 4) income.This research is descriptive. The population in this study are all the people in the Saureinu village of 343 families (KK). Sample area is Sawahan hamlet, hamlet Kaliou, Sikirene hamlet. Sampling is important in the study because of the large number of population in the study. Samples were taken with a random sampling method proportional to the proportion of 50% so that the sample was 87 families.The research found that: 1) the level of public education before the new way in the Village Saureinu Sipora Selatan District Mentawai Islands Region, better educational facilities as no new roads, (2) public health in the Village Saureinu Sipora Selatan District Mentawai Islands Region before and after the new road, (3) The occupation of the people in the Village Saureinu Sipora Selatan District Mentawai Islands Region before and after the new road is generally no different, as the most basic type of business are farmers and do not have a side business, and (4) Income before society presence in the Village Saureinu Sipora Selatan District Mentawai Islands Region is lower than the income of the people in the village after the district Saureinu South Sipora Mentawai Islands

Abstract

Family planning or family planning program is a program intended to help couples and individuals to achieve their reproductive goals , prevent unwanted pregnancies and reduce the incidence of high-risk pregnancies , but contraceptive use still achieving the lowest compared to other health centers in the city of Padang , where population in the working area Kuranji Health Center in 2009 were 23 595 people spread in 6 village consisting of 14 247 men and women 9,348 people by the number of Eligible Couples (EFA) as many as 3,258 people , so it still takes an effort to increase the knowledge of the acceptor . This study aims to Mendeksripsikan knowledge , attitudes , and participation husband about the use of contraceptives in the Padang region Kuranji Occupational Health Center in 2013.This research is a qualitative research approach is fenomenologys phenomenological approach is rooted in philosophy and psychology , and focuses on the human experience (sociology), the study site clinic Kuranji Padang. Informants of this study is the husband who use contraceptives and health personnel.Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. Analysis using theory Huberman.The results illustrate that the perception of the husband in the use of tools in the District Kuranji Padang kotrasepsi envisaged that the husbands knowledge in the use of contraceptives , especially MOP / vasectomy or condoms are generally pretty good knowledge of the respondent , husbands attitude in the use of contraceptives is quite good , with a positive attitude among husband and wife so many husbands are involved in the use of contraceptives , before use of contraceptives among married terlabih first discuss which one is easier and provide comfort to their husbands in using condoms and contraceptives MOP , sometimes husbands who are proactive in the use of tools kontrasepsi.Partisipasi husband in the use of contraceptives is quite good , because the husband can replace their wives if there are no matches in the use of contraceptives .

Abstract

The trends of population growth at the village of Aua Kuniang fall to speed category; it can be seen in 2012 where this village has the population about 22.429 people. However by having a quickly population growth was not followed with enlarging of job opportunity and the farming land was still more restricted. Seeing from their income, there is unbalance with their essential needs. The lower income household, of course will be difficult to fulfill their essential needs for example food, dress, resident, health and education. For that reason, the unbalance triggers the occurrence of poverty at the village of Aua Kuniang Pasaman District of West Pasaman Regency. The type of this research was descriptive. The population of this research was all poor household leaders lived at the village of Aua Kuniang Pasaman District of West Pasaman Regency totally 1.731 of household leaders. Technique of taking sample used proportional random sampling by the proportion about 10% from all existing samples with total of them about 173 of household leaders. Technique of data collection was done by the observation or distribution the questionnaire to respondent. Technique of data analysis in this research used percentage analysis toward the profile of poor household. The result of research showed that 1) the condition of dress was not fulfilled well, the poor household have just two kinds of dress with total respondents 42,8%, 2) the condition of their food was not fulfilled well, because they have never consumed some fruits with total respondents about 61,3%. 3) the resident condition was lower, where the wall of their house made from wood    construction irregularly with total respondents 67,1% and small size (+ 4 x 6 meter) with total respondent about 41,1%. 4) The health condition was well enough, but the cost of medical need was still supported by Jamkesmas (society health guarantee) with total respondents about 90,2%. 5) The education condition, where almost part of respondents was under of elementary school up to elementary school level about 42,2%. And the household leader who have never the informal education about 100%.
