Abstract

Moral education must be based on the foundation of faith. Without a foundation of faith, all human behavior will tend to lead only to worldly pleasures without a strong moral basis. Science learning should be a means of cultivating faith values. However, there are still discrepancies between laws and learning practices in the field. The learning objectives contained in the textbook only contain aspects of knowledge and skills, while the inculcation of values ​​is not included in the learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to evaluate Islamic values ​​in science textbooks used in a SMP-IT whether they met the values ​​to be achieved from national learning outcomes. This study uses the library research method which is carried out by scientifically analyzing science learning material in the Natural Sciences Interactive Book for SMP/MTs Class VII Semester 1 which is published by publisher PT. Intan Pariwara. Of the four categories of values ​​to be achieved, the Islamic values ​​in the theme of energy in life systems are: moral values ​​for oneself and others; Pancasila character values; and the value of science and technology. It can be concluded that this book has attempted to instill Islamic values, but there has been no attempt to instill the value of faith in Allah and understanding the teachings of Islam. Abstrak Pendidikan akhlak (karakter) harus berpijak pada landasan keimanan. Tanpa landasan keimanan, semua perilaku manusia akan cenderung mengarah pada kesenangan duniawi semata tanpa basis moral yang kuat. Pembelajaran IPA sepatutnya dapat menjadi sarana penanaman nilai keimanan. Namun pada praktiknya, masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara undang-undang dengan praktik pembelajaran di lapangan. Pada tujuan pembelajaran yang tertuang pada buku teks hanya memuat aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sedangkan penanaman nilai-nilai tidak dicantumkan pada tujuan pembelajaran tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi nilai-nilai Islam pada buku teks ajar IPA yang digunakan pada sebuah SMP-IT apakah sudah memenuhi nilai-nilai yang ingin dicapai dari capaian pembelajaran nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis secara ilmiah materi pembelajaran IPA dalam Buku Interaktif Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam untuk SMP/MTs Kelas VII Semester 1 yang diterbitkan oleh penerbit PT. Intan Pariwara. Dari keempat kategori nilai yang ingin dicapai, nilai-nilai keislaman yang ada dalam tema energi dalam sistem kehidupan adalah: nilai akhlak kepada diri sendiri dan orang; nilai karakter pancasila; dan nilai sains dan teknologi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan buku ini telah berupaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai islam pada teks yang ditampilkan, tetapi belum ada upaya untuk menanamkan nilai keimanan kepada Allah dan memahami ajaran agama Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, perceived price, and location on the decision to stay again. The sample in this study was 96 consumers from the Kyriad Arra Amandaru Cepu Hotel, Central Java, calculated using the Slovin Formula, with the method used being non-probability sampling by distributing questionnaires using the simple random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire given were then processed using SPSS software version 25. The researchers found that the brand image variable partially affected the purchase decision variable, and the price perception and location variables had an effect on the decision variable to stay again.

Abstract

The planning preparation of an activity is highly recommended in Islamic perspective. The completion of university's study program does not make the university complete its planning task. The existence of alumni as a necessity of the educational process has an important position and role in Islamic civilization and requires seriousness in planning its development. Currently, exploring concepts from an Islamic perspective is still limited, especially in terms of alumni development. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of alumni in an Islamic perspective and to explain the planning of alumni development in the university. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research. The results of this study are (1) the term ‘alumni' in the Islamic perspective refers to a monumental event and (2) alumni development planning can use the POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) concept by George Robert Terry where the stages of the flow start from planning, then organizing, then mobilizing and finally monitoring. After knowing the role of alumni is very strategic, it is hoped that alumni development planning in the future will be managed properly and seriously.AbstrakPenyusunan suatu perencanaan kegiatan sangatlah dianjurkan dalam perspektif Islam. Selesainya program pendidikan tinggi tidaklah menjadikan perguruan tinggi tersebut selesai dalam tugas perencanaannya. Keberadaan alumni sebagai satu keniscayaan dari adanya proses pendidikan mempunyai posisi dan peran penting terhadap peradaban Islam dan perlu keseriusan dalam perencanaan pengembangannya. Saat ini, penggalian konsep dari perspektif Islam masih terbatas khususnya dalam hal pengembangan alumni. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan konsep alumni dalam perspektif Islam dan menjelaskan perencanaan pengembangan alumni di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) istilah ‘alumni' dalam perspektif Islam merujuk kepada kejadian yang monumental dan (2) perencanaan pengembangan alumni dapat menggunakan konsep POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) oleh George Robert Terry yang mana tahapan alurnya dimulai dari perencanaan, lalu pengorganisasian, kemudian penggerakan dan terakhir pengawasan. Setelah mengetahui peran alumni sangat strategis, maka diharapkan perencanaan pengembangan alumni kedepannya dikelola dengan baik dan serius.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the differences in the ability to read the Koran between the al-Haya method and the Iqro method based on the level of adolescent confidence. The research method used was experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design. Data collection using instruments measuring adolescent self-confidence and test instruments to read the Qur'an. Data analysis techniques used were the Two-Way ANOVA technique, the N-Gain Score test, and the Independent Sample t-Test. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant difference between the ability to read the Qur'an of adolescents who used the independent method and those who used the Iqro method. The effectiveness of the al-Haya method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in adolescents is in the medium category, while the Iqro method is in the low category; 2) there is an interaction between the learning method of reading the Qur'an and adolescent confidence, with an estimated average margin of 60–70; and 3) there is no significant difference in the ability to read the Qur'an between adolescents with high self-confidence who use the al-Haya method and those who use the Iqro method. The effectiveness of the al-Haya method and the Iqro method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in adolescents with high confidence is in the medium category. 3). There is a significant difference in the ability to read the Qur'an between low-confidence teenagers who use the al-Haya method and those who use the Iqro method with moderate and low levels of effectiveness. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran antara metode al-Haya dan metode Iqro berdasar pada tingkat kepercayaan diri remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain 2x2 faktorial. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen pengukuran kepercayaan diri remaja dan instrumen tes kemampuan membaca Alquran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Two Way Anova, uji N-Gain Score dan uji Independent Sample t Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan membaca Alquran remaja yang menggunakan metode al-Haya dengan yang menggunakan metode Iqro. Efektivitas metode al-Haya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Alquran pada remaja berada pada kategori sedang, sementara metode Iqro pada kategori rendah; 2) terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran membaca Alquran dengan kepercayaan diri remaja, dengan estimasi margin rata-rata pada angka 60-70; 3) terdapat perbedaan kemampuan membaca Alquran yang tidak signifikan antara remaja kepercayaan diri tinggi yang menggunakan metode al-Haya dengan yang menggunakan metode Iqro. Efektivitas metode al-Haya dan metode Iqro dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Alquran pada remaja dengan kepercayaan diri tinggi berada pada kategori sedang. 3). Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan membaca Alquran yang signifikan antara remaja berkepercayaan diri rendah yang menggunakan metode al-Haya dengan yang menggunakan metode Iqro dengan tingkat efektivitas sedang dan rendah.

Abstract

Family as the main basis for children's education that will give birth to children expected by parents and become the successors of their parents' goodness. In reality, there are still many family problems that are seen in society, one of which is divorce. On average, it reaches a quarter of the two million marriage events in a year. Family education, which includes talking about mothers, is clearly described in the Qur'an. The approach in this study is qualitative research using a literature study method by referring to classical books and classical and contemporary interpretations. This research literature study also includes a field study by visiting one of the religious affairs offices. The purpose of this study is to overcome these obstacles. The government should pay attention to the budget so that education providers can provide the facilities needed for coaching.

Abstract

Student Islamic boarding schools have a crucial role in shaping the character and national identity of the younger generation. One of the programs implemented in student Islamic boarding schools is the national insight program. This research aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the national insight education program at the Ummul Quro Al-Islami Institute (IUQI) Bogor student Islamic boarding school. This research uses descriptive-qualitative methodology. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation, observation, and interviews. The national insight education program at the Bogor Ummul Quro Al-Islami Institute (IUQI) student Islamic boarding school is implemented in the study of religious moderation, field practice, community service and arts and culture activities.

Abstract

The degeneration of manners, the first to be highlighted are junior high school students because it is concerning. In an effort to increase understanding of the importance of adab. Some schools have already instilled the material of adab children to parents. However, not explicitly. The adab shown by children to their parents is not significant. The formulation of the problems in this study are 1. how is the learning of manners in Islamic religious education in the first high school of State 18 Bogor? How is the concept of children's manners to parents ideal for the junior high school level? While the objectives are 1. want to analyze how the learning of manners in Islamic religious education in junior high school Negeri 18 Bogor. 3. want to formulate the concept of children's manners to parents who are ideal for junior high school level. This research approach is qualitative with the type of field study. Data sources are taken from; a. primary, namely; primary data sources in the field study through structured interviews with Islamic Religious Education teachers at State Junior High School 18 Bogor. b. secondary, namely; field study data looking at the 2013 curriculum Islamic Religious Education material. The results of Islamic Religious Education Learning at the State Junior High School 18 Bogor refer to lesson plans and habituation through motivation about children's manners to parents, teachers and friends, reading the Qur'an, praying dhuha before teaching and learning activities begin and at the end of each year students are asked to write and reflect on the goodness of their respective parents. In terms of material, the adab of children to parents needs improvement. The ideal concept of children's manners to parents in junior high school is to have a goal of graduating with good Islamic character, morals and spirituality. The content of the program is more practical. The method is more practical, in terms of evaluation making adab as a graduation requirement at the junior high school level.

Abstract

This research is driven by the quality of education phenomenon, which continues to move and change, and its specifications and qualifications will continue to increase with the times. This study aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted at SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City. The approach taken is qualitative. The method used is the interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the strategic management at SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City had been implemented and was oriented towards improving the quality of education. The conclusions of this research are (1) the strategic management of SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City begins with formulating a vision and mission that involves internal parties by involving all elements in the school; (2) SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City has good quality education services, and this is stated in the concept of child-friendly education; (3) SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City has a good quality educational environment and reflects an Islamic school; (4) SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City implements the 2013 curriculum by integrating Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI (Islamic) subjects into each of its subjects; (5) SMA Islam PB Soedirman Bekasi City enroots principles in teachers to become individuals who have the potential to find solutions to every problem.   Keywords: Implementation; Strategy management; quality of education

Abstract

The importance of adab in education is increasingly recognized amidst the moral and ethical challenges faced by today's young generation. Adab serves not only as a social norm but also as a foundation that bridges knowledge and deeds in shaping students' character. This article examines the role of adab in shaping students' character by integrating knowledge and actions through a literature review and qualitative analysis of relevant studies. Findings show that adab plays a crucial role in facilitating a deeper understanding of knowledge and the effective application of good deeds. Adab helps students appreciate knowledge and encourages them to apply it in beneficial actions for themselves and their surroundings. The conclusion of this study is that integrating adab into education can strengthen the relationship between knowledge and deeds, resulting in students with good character, broad knowledge, and righteous actions. The implications of these findings are the need for a more holistic educational approach, focusing on both knowledge transfer and the development of adab and character, to produce excellent and virtuous future generations.

Abstract

Pesantren tahfizh memainkan peran penting dalam membimbing santri tidak hanya dalam menghafal, tetapi juga dalam memahami isi al-Qur'an dan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral. Akan tetapi lembaga pendidikan pesantren khususnya pesantren tahfzih masih belum mampu mewujudkan hal di atas, padahal santri yang berada di usia SMP sedang berada di masa mencari jati diri, berkembangnya aspek kognitif, kurangnya kecerdasan emosional, dan ingin memiliki peran sosial di masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadi banyak masalah-masalah yang terkait aspek personal, berpikir rasional, sosial, dan vokasional pada santri tahfizh. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan solusi yaitu dengan modul pendidikan life skill. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pendidikan life skill untuk santri tahfizh tingkat SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dan menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul ini dinilai "sangat layak" oleh berbagai pihak. Ahli materi memberikan skor rata-rata 3,60 (90,21%), ahli bahasa 3,66 (91,66%), ahli media dan psikologi masing-masing 3,50 (87,50%), praktisi 3,65 (91,41%). Penilaian dari 12 santri tahfizh mendapatkan skor 3,33 (83,49%). Semua hasil menunjukkan bahwa modul ini sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan.
