Abstract

The study aims to theoretically explain the dynamics of subjective well-being in the early marriage of Madurese women. This study used a qualitative research method with an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. The data collection used the semi-structured interview with the interview guide containing questions that reflect the ephocē. The participants in this study were 9 Madurese women who lived in Bangkalan Regency, Sampang Regency, Pamekasan Regency, and Sumenep Regency. There were important points that became the findings of this study, including (a) Madurese women who married early could achieve subjective well-being proven with statements that indicated life satisfaction in their marriage and could feel positive emotions more often than negative emotions, and (b) The achievement of subjective well-being of Madurese women who married early could not be separated from their husband's acceptance and support.

Abstract

Student integration is a student’s ability to integrate into the social and academic systems of the university. Integration of students has been shown to affect how well they do on campus, which helps them finish higher education. The integration scale (IS) measures integration ability that meets the principle of simplicity. The integration scale is formed of 16 items divided into five aspects and two factors. This study aimed to adapt and validate IS instruments for the Indonesian university student population. The research methods complied with the six-step procedures the International Test Commission set out. A total of 309 participants were undergraduate students. They were between 17 and 23 years old (mean=19.42, SD=1.11 years), with 247 females (79.94%) and 62 males (20.06%). The results of the confirmatory factor analysis revealed that a total of 16 items were valid and reliable. Three models that have acceptable fits were confirmed. The results demonstrate that the Indonesian integration scale measures undergraduate student integration with comparable precision to the original scale. This scale can identify students who require academic and social integration assistance and evaluate the institution’s role in academic development.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis is the Parenting and work can be burdens that cause parenting stress. Parenting stress is a set of processes that lead to aversive psychological and physiological reactions arising from attempts to adapt to the demands of parenthood. (Deater-Deckard, 2004). This literature review aims to determine the sources of parenting stress for working mothers in Asia. The literature review was carried out on the Researchgate and Pubmed databases. Inclusion in journals with non-quantitative research methods, with subjects working mothers and having children, and conducted in the Asian region. The results indicated that parenting stress of working mothers in Asia comes from individual, child and environmental factors. Individual factors include guilt, fatigue, and anxiety and time constraints. The child factor is related to the number of children, the age of the child, and the health problems of the child. Environmental factors include the work environment, relationships with family members, and culture. Thus, strategies need to be given to working mothers to help and support them dealing with and managing their parenting stress. ABSTRACTMengasuh dan bekerja dapat menjadi beban yang menyebabkan stres pengasuhan. Stres pengasuhan merupakan serangkaian proses yang membawa pada kondisi psikologis dan fisiologis yang tidak disukai dan muncul dalam upaya beradaptasi dengan tuntutan peran sebagai orangtua (Deater-Deckard, 2004). Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sumber-sumber stres pengasuhan pada ibu bekerja di Asia. Teknik literatur review dila- kukan pada database Researchgate dan Pubmed. Inklusi pada jurnal dengan metode penelitian non-kuantitatif, subyek ibu bekerja dan memiliki anak, serta dilakukan di wilayah Asia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa stres pengasuhan ibu bekerja di Asia bersumber dari faktor individu, anak dan lingkungan. Faktor individu meliputi rasa bersalah, kele- lahan, serta kecemasan dan keterbatasan waktu. Faktor anak berkaitan dengan jumlah anak, usia anak, dan masalah kesehatan anak. Faktor lingkungan meliputi lingkungan kerja, hubungan dengan anggota keluarga, dan budaya. Dengan demikian, strategi- strategi penanganan perlu diberikan pada ibu bekerja untuk membantu dan mendukung ibu bekerja menghadapi serta mengelola stres pengasuhan yang dialaminya.

Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan inklusi dirumuskan berdasarkan prinsip kesetaraan agar anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat mengakses pendidikan sebagaimana anak normal lainnya di sekolah reguler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas hambatan atau tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi di sekolah serta menjabarkan strategi yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk mengoptimalkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan scoping literature review. Data diperoleh dengan meninjau beberapa situs database yakni Google Scholar, Research Gate, Science Direct, dan ERIC. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan tantangan atau hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi meliputi minimnya sarana penunjang pendidikan inklusi, terbatasnya pemahaman dan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh para guru di sekolah inklusi, sistem kurikulum yang belum mengakomodasi kebutuhan ABK, stigma negatif dari masyarakat, manajemen dan sumber daya sekolah yang kurang memadai, dan lain sebagainya. Sementara itu, strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi hambatan implementasi pendidikan inklusi di sekolah antara lain dengan meningkatkan kualitas in-service training (INSET) kepada guru, menyediakan kurikulum inklusi, menyelenggarakan program awareness, school-based professional development programmes, family support, kontekstualisasi proses pembelajaran, keterlibatan pemerintah dalam penyediaan layanan dan fasilitas umum yang ramah bagi ABK, hingga kerjasama dan kolaborasi dengan stakeholders baik secara regional, nasional, maupun internasional. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya psikologi pendidikan dengan menjabarkan apa saja kendala yang masih menjadi permasalahan dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusi di tingkat sekolah. Selain itu, berbagai strategi yang telah diuraikan dapat memperkuat konsep dan temuan dari penelitian sebelumnya, serta digunakan sebagai referensi atau bahan pertimbangan dalam membuat langkah intervensi yang tepat sesuai dengan karakteristik permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Eksistensi manusia sebagai makhluk sosial tidak terlepas dari perasaan dan emosi yang tidak menyenangkan, sehingga dibutuhkan upaya dalam meregulasi emosi untuk mengubah pengalaman emosional tersebut. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meninjau hasil-hasil penelitian yang mengkaji efektivitas strategi regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal dan expressive suppression dari perbedaan gender. Adapun metode dalam peninjauan jurnal ini menggunakan database jurnal dari ScienceDirect, ProQuest dan Google Scholar yang terbit dalam 5 (lima) tahun terakhir atau berkisar antara 2017 hingga 2022. Jurnal tersebut didapatkan dengan kata kunci ““Gender Differences”, “Cognitive Reappraisal”, “Expressive Suppression” dan “Emotion Regulation”, dalam kolom pencarian, kata kunci digabungkan dengan menggunakan kata “AND”. Jurnal yang digunakan dalam tinjauan literatur ini berjumlah 7 (tujuh) jurnal. Hasil-hasil dalam tinjauan literatur ini banyak yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan efektivitas dan penggunaan strategi regulasi emosi antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil tinjauan literatur ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan referensi untuk mengembangkan diagnostik dan intervensi klinis yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

Honorary teachers are professionals who also support in the learning process atschool. The phenomenon that related to honorary teachers only occurs in Indonesia, wherein their duties honorary teachers have the same tasks as teachers with governmentemployees status, but the income earned by honorary teachers is far lower than teachers withgovernment employees status. This is one of the causes of honorary teachers' dissatisfactionwith their work. This study aims to determine the description of job satisfaction in honoraryteachers in Indonesia by using the literature review method based on three journals thattaken from one database, namely the Garuda Portal or the Indonesian Publication Index(IPI). Based on the three studies reviewed it can be concluded that job satisfaction withhonorary teachers has a positive relationship with other variables, namely work motivationand organizational culture. Job satisfaction can affect the performance and commitment ofhonorary teachers at their jobs. So in practice, the institution should prevent dissatisfactionwith honorary teachers from all aspects.

Abstract

Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka merupakan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk melakukan pertukaran pelajar di perguruan tinggi lain di Indonesia. Ketika mengikuti PMM, mahasiswa perlu beradaptasi secara psikologis dan sosio-kultural terhadap lingkungan barunya. Namun, penelitian mengenai adaptasi akademik masih cukup terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari gambaran adaptasi akademik yang dilalui oleh mahasiswa PMM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan mahasiswa melaporkan dapat beradaptasi dengan baik terhadap lingkungan akademik barunya. Meskipun begitu, ditemukan juga permasalahan-permasalahan yang datang dari perbedaan sistem perkuliahan di PT tujuan.  Permasalahan adaptasi akademik yang ditemukan di penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan acuan untuk perguruan tinggi dalam mengakomodir kelancaran adaptasi mahasiswa PMM terhadap lingkungan akademik baru mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi dalam mengoptimalkan peer tutor. Metode penelitian yaitu literature review dari berbagai database seperti google sholar, sage publisher. terdapat 5 model dalampeer tutor yaitu Classswide Peer Tutoring (CWPT), Cross age Peer Tutoring, Peer Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS), Reciprocal Peer Tutoring (RPT) , dan Same age Peer Tutoring. Selain itu juag berdasarkan literature yang sudah di kaji di ketahui peer tutor efektif dalam membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus baik kemmapuan akademik maupun interaksi sosialnya. Sedangkan kendala dalam mengoptimalkan yaitu kurangnya pelatihan pada peer tutor. Sehingga dalam hal ini perlu adanaya suatu strategi dalam mengoptimalkan peer tutor.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to explore the life experiences of Madurese women who entered into early marriages. Employing a qualitative research methodology with a phenomenological approach, the study encompassed nine Madurese women residing in Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep districts as participants. Semi-structured interviews were conducted for data collection. Additionally, in this phenomenological study, Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) was employed for analysis. Through the data examination, eleven superordinate themes emerged, coalescing into four main themes. The findings of the study illuminated that the experience of early marriage among Madurese women was a dynamic process shaped by various facets of their lives. This encompassed deeply ingrained cultural beliefs, perspectives on marriage, the presence of arranged matches, and strategies for managing conflicts within their marital unions.

Abstract

Dyslexic children of primary school age feel unable to keep up with learning, because they have different ways to learn. Teachers in school need to strategize a method for dyslexic children can follow the lesson well. This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in dealing the dyslexic children with multisensory methods in elementary school. The research method used is integrative literature review with a five-stage framework, namely problem identification, literature search, data evaluation, data analysis, and presentation of findings. The electronic databases used are Sinta, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, Garuda, and Rama Repository, producing amount 38,649 articles over the past 10 years. Using search keywords, 7 journals were identified as meeting the inclusion criteria using the CASP (Critical Appraisal Skill Program) instrument. The result of this literature review is that multisensory methods are proven to improve the reading ability and learning quality of dyslexic children. Children experience an improvement in their ability to recognize words accurately although not significantly. Teachers need to provide remedial to overcome the difficulties and learning barriers they experience at school, and discuss with parents in order to children get a balanced teaching method between home and school.
