Abstract

Akulturasi merupakan representasi dari proses perpaduan budaya tanpa menghilangkan budaya asli. Kebudayaan Islam yang berkembang dalam kehidupan masyarakat saat ini merupakan bagian dari akulturasi budaya dengan budaya-budaya sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui terkait jejak akulturasi kebudayaan Islam di sekitar kompleks makam Sunan Giri yang hingga saat ini masih tetap eksis dan memiliki bentuk akulturasi khas dengan budaya-budaya lokal masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dengan lima tahapan penelitian yaitu pemilihan topik, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masuknya agama Islam melalui berbagai proses salah satunya melalui akulturasi budaya. Dengan adanya akulturasi budaya agama Islam mudah diterima oleh kalangan masyarakat sehingga hal ini membentuk masyarakat yang beragam. Akulturasi budaya memberikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan nilai toleransi yang tinggi di kalangan masyarakat sehingga jejak akulturasi kebudayaan Islam sebagai simbol dari perjalanan dan kejayaan Islam di masa silam.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease with a growing global burden and specific challenges for early management, particularly in regions with limited access to healthcare. This study develops a web-based system to classify diabetes risk from medical history using extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), an ensemble model of decision trees. The dataset comprised 520 respondents (320 DM, 200 non-DM) and underwent labeling, standardization, and an 80:20 train–test split, followed by hyperparameter selection via grid search and 5-fold cross-validation (CV). On the test set, the model achieved an accuracy of 0.9888, precision of 1.0000, recall of 0.9718, and an F1-score of 0.9857; discriminative performance was also strong with an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC ROC) of 0.839. These findings confirm that XGBoost effectively handles complex or imbalanced medical data while providing probabilistic outputs that are clinically meaningful. Deployed as a web application, the system can support early screening, triage, and clinical decision-making, thereby expediting referrals and personalizing interventions in primary care and hospital settings, especially in resource-constrained environments. This work lays the groundwork for further development, including the integration of explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) techniques to enhance clinical transparency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul berbasis Individual Education Program (IEP) sebagai intervensi psikologis promotif–preventif bagi siswa SMP dengan hambatan sosial-emosional yang terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran reguler. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek pengembangan modul adalah seorang siswa SMP berinisial NG yang mengalami kecemasan sosial, perasaan inferioritas, serta hambatan ekspresi verbal, dengan identitas subjek dan sekolah dilindungi sesuai kode etik profesi psikologi. Tahap analisis dilakukan melalui asesmen psikologis multimethod dan multi-informant, meliputi wawancara, observasi, tes intelegensi WISC, tes grafis, FSCT, serta asesmen terapeutik berbasis pendekatan REBT dan CBT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan siswa bersifat sosial-emosional dan tidak berkaitan dengan keterbatasan intelektual. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dirancang modul berbasis IEP yang diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia sebagai embedded psychological intervention untuk mendukung regulasi emosi, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan ekspresi diri siswa. Modul (DOI: 10.13140/RG.2.2.32707.67365) dikembangkan melalui kolaborasi psikolog dan guru, divalidasi oleh ahli, serta diimplementasikan secara terbatas dalam pembelajaran reguler tanpa memberikan perlakuan khusus yang menstigmatisasi. Hasil implementasi dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa modul dapat diterapkan secara realistis, diterima dengan baik oleh siswa dan guru, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterlibatan belajar dan stabilitas emosional siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa modul berbasis IEP yang terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran reguler berpotensi menjadi alternatif intervensi psikologis berbasis sekolah yang aplikatif, non-stigmatis, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the components of economic growth in Probolinggo Regency in order to support agricultural development and the rural economy. The study uses a quantitative descriptive method with secondary data from the Probolinggo Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and local government documents for the 2022–2025 period. The analysis focuses on the development of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), the regional economic structure, the contribution of the agricultural sector to the GRDP and employment, as well as the dynamics of livelihood diversification in rural areas. The results show that the economy of Probolinggo Regency is still dominated by the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, which contribute the most to GRDP and employment, with a positive but vulnerable economic growth trend due to dependence on primary commodities and infrastructure limitations. Agricultural productivity has increased for several horticultural and food commodities, but challenges such as price fluctuations, climate change, and limitations in irrigation and market access still hinder the optimization of economic benefits. The findings also emphasize the strategic role of strengthening local institutions such as BUMDes and developing MSMEs in increasing the added value of agricultural products. Policy recommendations emphasize the need for investment in agricultural infrastructure, strengthening technical and marketing services, and economic diversification strategies to create inclusive and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses proses pemodelan matematis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui soal cerita. Soal cerita mengharuskan siswa menerjemahkan informasi verbal ke model matematika seperti persamaan atau fungsi, yang merupakan keterampilan dasar pemodelan matematis. Pemodelan matematis sendiri adalah proses menggunakan matematika untuk merepresentasikan dan menganalisis fenomena nyata secara sederhana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar siswa belum mampu menjalankan tahapan pemodelan secara utuh dan sistematis. Permasalahan utama terletak pada kurangnya pemahaman konsep matematika dan rendahnya literasi matematika, khususnya dalam memahami soal cerita dan mengidentifikasi informasi penting untuk dirumuskan secara matematis. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa meskipun siswa dapat mengidentifikasi variabel dan membuat model, banyak yang belum mampu menjalankan seluruh langkah pemodelan dengan tepat. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan konsep dan literasi matematis dalam pembelajaran pemodelan.

Abstract

This article presents a psychological review of Sharia economic imagology in the narratives of ulama figures in children’s stories. The study aims to examine how children’s stories centered on ulama figures are constructed as media for Sharia economic education that align with the characteristics of early childhood psychological development. Employing a qualitative approach, this study applies content analysis to three illustrated children’s storybooks containing Sharia economic values. The analysis focuses on character representation, narrative structure, symbolic elements, and psychological mechanisms that support knowledge construction and the presentation of behavioral exemplars for children. The findings indicate that Sharia economic values in the stories are conveyed in concrete, contextual, and narrative forms through emotionally safe ulama figures. Children’s economic understanding is built through psychological mechanisms such as observational learning, positive emotional reinforcement, simple narrative cause–effect patterns, and behavioral habituation through repeated routines. Furthermore, the study identifies variations in psychological approaches, including reflective emotional experiences, social and relational awareness, and consistent role modeling. These findings confirm that ulama-centered narratives function as effective psychological media for Sharia economic education in children’s literature.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, brand ambassador, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scora di Sidoarjo. Metodologi penelitian ini didasari oleh pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, untuk populasinya meliputi semua pembeli produk Scora di Sidoarjo, dan sampel yang diambil 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur jawaban. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 5.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel digital marketing berpengaruh terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian dengan koefisien parameter sebesar 0.391, T statistic (3.645) > T tabel (1.96) dan P value < 0,5 sebesar 0.000. Variabel brand ambassador terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.264, nilai T statistic mencapai (2.702), melebihi T tabel (1.96) serta P value < 0,5 yaitu 0.007. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian dengan menghasilkan nilai koefisien parameter sebesar (0.287), nilai T statistic (3.273) > nilai T tabel (1.96) serta untuk P value < 0.5 yaitu sebesar 0.001. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Scora di Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Special needs school environments represent communities with complex psychosocial dynamics, involving intensive and continuous interactions among children, parents, therapists, and educators. The complexity of children’s needs, parental expectations regarding developmental outcomes, and professional demands placed on therapists may contribute to emotional strain and disrupt the psychological well-being of the community. This Community Service program aimed to foster a more supportive psychological climate through a promotive intervention using psychoeducational posters. The program employed a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach, beginning with a situational analysis conducted through individual and group interviews with parents and therapists to identify core community issues. The findings revealed difficulties in understanding children’s behavior as a form of needs communication, emotional strain experienced by therapists, and the lack of consistent psychoeducational media within the school environment. Based on these findings, psychoeducational posters were developed containing messages related to positive parenting, understanding children’s behavior, strengthening self-confidence, and self-care for caregivers. The posters were displayed in strategic shared spaces within the school community. This intervention functioned as a silent educator that encouraged reflection, enhanced psychological awareness, and strengthened shared understanding among community members. The findings suggest that promotive interventions using visual media can serve as an effective initial strategy for strengthening a supportive psychological climate in special needs school communities on a sustainable basis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training and development programs on employee productivity at the Ronggo Mukti Batik Company. In an increasingly competitive business environment, improving the quality of human resources is a crucial element in enhancing a company's competitiveness. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Information was collected through intensive interviews and direct observation of employees to understand their personal experiences, perspectives, and behavioral transformations following the training and development program. The findings revealed that training and development positively impacted employee productivity, reflected in improved skills, job insight, and increased motivation to carry out responsibilities. Structured training initiatives and ongoing development activities have proven effective in enhancing employee capabilities and work enthusiasm, thus supporting improvements in individual and overall organizational performance. These results emphasize the urgency of a company's commitment to human resource management as a strategy for achieving long-term goals.

Abstract

Online learning is an alternative to continue the education process during the pandemic. The declinein the quality of learning is caused by the delivery of material that only relies on applicationsonlinemeeting combined with presenting material through presentation slides. This method places studentsas listeners who tend to be passive because learning is less interactive. Therefore, by using theliterature study research method (library research), in this article we will explain how educators canutilize interactive multimedia to improve the quality of online learning. From the results of thisresearch, it was concluded that there are several interactive media models that can be utilized, suchas; 1) Tutorial Model; 2) Model Drills; 3) Simulation Model; and 4) Instructional Games Model. Ofthe four models, the instructional games model is likeKahoot, Educandy, Wordwall, become a modelthat is more popular with students. Thus, the recommendation to educators is that further efforts areneeded to improve the way material is delivered in online learning, taking into account students' needsand learning styles and practicing digital skills to be able to utilize multimedia so that the learningprocess can run more effectively and interactively.
