Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on some parents who choose the education unit, they are not motivated to entrust their children to public school but choose to leave their children in boarding school. Education is developing the ability in the form of character and civilization of dignified nation in ragka educate the life of the nation. The purpose of this study was to find out how the motivation of parents to choose boarding school as a means of moral coaching in SMA pesantren Babussalam pekanbaru pesantren as well as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research, and the sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This research was conducted by questionnaire to 47 respondents, it is known that the motivation of parents to choose pesantren as a means of moral coaching in SMA Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru is very high with percentage of 77% and 23% with high category. parents motivation to choose pesantren cottage is supported by 2 indicators that is intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. SMA intrinsic motivation parents choose pesantren as a means of moral building in Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru, obtained information that 89% in category is very high, 11% in high category. Then on extrinsic motivation parents choose pesantren as a means of moral coaching in SMA Pondok Pesantren Babussalam Pekanbaru obtained information that 38% in category is very high, 60% in category high, 2% in low category.Keywords: Motivation, Parents, Choosing Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To know and analyze the implementation of of mineral and coal mining policy are not optimal. The The main theory William Dunn policies used as reference the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn examines the six aspects that is standards and policy goals, resources, characteristics of the executing agency, the attitude tendency (disposition), Activities Implementation & Communication across organizational, economic, social, and political. The place of research in Banawa District of Donggala with 7 informant selected by purposive. Data Collection by interview, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Based on the research result that the Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining in the district of Donggala Banawa general management of mining has the potential to serve as the mining areas were comfortable and safe for the community, government and business. However Implementation rock mining in districts of Banawa seen from six aspects everything is not optimal, thath is (1) Standards and targeted policies that appear on the lack of coordination or cooperation between the government and society (2) Resources are inadequate views of human resources and infrastructure ; while the aspect (3) Communication between organizations; which government and society have not been created through technology (4) karkateristik implementing agencies, policy rock mining and pattern of relations with the implementing agency of the other establishments inadequate (5) The conditions of economic, social, and political, informants consider not optimal (6) Disposition, the basically rock mining in the District Banawa not optimal, citizens have not changed and the positive economic developments, since mining of rock began to grow, along with that family life has not improved.

Abstract

Abstract: The library is the heart of the university. Because the library at the college has a very important position. Library services should be more attractive, friendly, fast and accurate on the needs of users or students to anticipate developments in technology and information as well as friendly services in order to motivate student learning as the dominant user. From that sense, the nature of the library is a learning resource center and information source for the wearer. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any significant effects library user services to students learning motivation PPKn FKIP University of Riau force in 2013, 2014 and 2015" ?. This study aims to determine the effect of a library user services to students learning motivation PPKn FKIP University of Riau force in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The research was conducted in PPKn FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru in April 2016. Samples were as many as 46 students with Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques through the inquiry, observation, documentation and literature study. Engineering analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis using simple linear regression equation with the process through the application SPSS version 17.00.Based on the test results Significance performed in this study shows that enough Influence Significance between the Library User Services (X) to the Student Learning Motivation PPKn (Y) indicated by the results of F = 6.369> F table = 4.06 with sig. (0.015) <(0.05) therefore Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Meaning Effect Library User Service Learning Student Motivation PPKn FKIP Riau University Forces in 2013, 2014 and 2015 is significant. Simple linear regression equation obtained in this study, namely Y = 78.124 + 0,384X. It is the Library User Services and Student Motivation PPKn at 78.124. And any increase in the User Library Service for one unit will increase the motivation of Student Learning PPKn of 0,384X. Thus, missed hypothesis that there is sufficient Significant Influence of Service User Library Student Learning Motivation PPKn FKIP Riau University Forces in 2013, 2014 and 2015.Key Word: Library User Services, Student Motivation PPKn

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the importance of the nation character practice for learners. And environment as well as good construction can help learners to have a national character, such as environmental practices and the construction of boarding schools and families. The problem of this study “is there a differences between the practice of national character students living with parents and living in a dorm at SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru. Character education is now considered essential to be applied so that the inclusion in the curriculum in 2013 but through practice in addition to the natio’s character education curriculum implemented. Parties boarding school and parents also play a role in helping students to have a practice of the natio’s character. The population in this study is the students of class X and XI SMK Pertanian Terpadu Provinsion of Riau. The sample of this study in accordance with the determination of the number of samples developed by Roscoe were 60 respondents from a population of 585 students. Document were collected through observation techniques, questionnaires and  studies to library. In analyzing the document using descriptive statistic and quantitative analysis using the formula t_test. From the analysis of the document concluded that : 1) Practice of national character students living with parents and students who live in dormitories SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru aqually as very good, 2) Based on statistical analysis of the data showed no significant difference between the practice of national charcter students living with parents and students who live in dormitories SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru. Keywords : Practice of national character, students who live with parents, students living in dormitories

Abstract

Abstract : This research is in the background of the problem that arose from the observations made by the researcher is about the meaning of Ulos in the Toba Batak customs in Tambusai sub-district of Rokan Hulu Regency. The problem formulation in this research is (1) how society perception toward ulos meaning from traditional ceremony of birth, marriage, and death (2) what factors influence the meaning of ulos. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of society terhdap meaning ulos in adat batak toba in Tambusai district Rokan Hulu regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Population in research is all Toba Batak society in Tambusai sub-district Rokan Hulu Regency is 12.410 soul to determine the amount of sample then writer use Porpusive Sampling. Porpusive Sampling is a technique of taking or sampling with certain considerations with the number of samples of 30 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research results can be concluded that the meaning of ulos in the event of birth and marriage customs less in maintained high by the Toba Batak community in Tambusai District Rokan Hulu District and has undergone a change. While in the customary event of death batak toba in tambusai subdistrict did not change. Factors that affect the meaning of ulos Toba Batak customary events that exist in Tambusai District Rokan Hulu District is a factor of Knowledge, Technology and Religion. Abstract: This research is based on customary basiacuang in kampar regency as a custom which become the culture of kampar residents especially kumantan village. So the writer take title research "Public Perception About Moral Value In There Basiacuang I n Kumantan Village Bangkinang Sub District Kampar Regency". The formulation of the problem in this research is How Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub District Bangkinang Kampar District? The purpose of this study is to Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub-District Bangkinang Kampar District. The population of this study is the community of kumantan village which amounted to 5,119 people and the sample amounted to 50 people. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire consists of 27 questions. The interview consisted of 8 questions. In analyzing the data using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the Public Perceptions About Moral Value In There Basiacuang In Kumantan Village Sub-District Bangkinang Kampar District seen from the percentage of 50respondents stated 10.07% for the category is not good, 21.93% for the less good category , 55.19% for good category, and 12.81% for very good category.Keywords:Perception, CustomBasiacuang

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine people's perceptions of the habits of theToba Batak tribe consuming Tuak. This research uses a qualitative approach. Theinformants who were examined using a purposive sampling technique were TuakDrinkers, No Drinkers, Mothers, Muslim Communities, Christian ReligiousCommunities, Village Heads, Lumban Pinggol Village Customary Leaders. Datacollection techniques used are Observation, Interview, Data Analysis. Based on theresults of research conducted, it can be concluded that public perception of the habits ofthe Batak tribe to consume tuak is a drink that can be used as medicine if consumed insmall portions, but many people consume in excessive portions, causing the condition ofa person (consuming) drunk. Abstract

UJI PRODUKSI Mo-99 HASIL FISI DENGAN BAHAN SASARAN FOIL LEU BUATAN P2TBDU-BATAN. Selama ini telah dilaksanakan beberapa kali produksi Mo-99 dengan menggunakan bahan sasaran foil LEU buatan Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Dalam produksi Mo-99 dengan proses Cintichem yang dimodifikasibahan sasaran foil LEU sangat menentukan. Telah dilakukan uji produksi Mo-99 hasil fisi dengan bahan sasaran foil LEU (LEU, < 20% U-235) buatan P2TBDU-BATAN dengan proses Cintichem yang dimodifikasi, meliputi pelarutan foil LEU menggunakan HNO3 9,5N, penarikan gas iodium, proses pemisahan dengan pengendapan α-Benzoin Oxime dan pemurnian Mo-99 melalui kolom kromatografi. Foil LEU larut dengan sempurna selama 30 menit dan penarikan gas iodium dilakukan dengan pendinginan nitrogen cair. Setelah melalui tahap pemisahan (pengendapan) dan pemurnian kolom I dan kolom II radionuklida pengotor masih besar dan aktivitas pengotor pemancar α melebihi persyaratan standard internasional yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 7.716E-7 µCi/mCi Mo-99. Kata kunci: produksi Mo-99 HF, Sasaran Foil LEU P2TBDU PRODUCTION TEST OF Mo-99 FISSION PRODUCT USING LEU TARGET FOIL MADE IN P2TBDU – BATAN. Production of Mo-99 fission product using LEU target foil of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) has been performed several times recently in BATAN. In the production of Mo-99 using modified Cinthichem method, the LEU target foil was very critical. This paper reported production test on Mo-99 fission product using LEU target foil ( LEU < 20% U-235) made by P2TBDU – BATAN using modified Cintichem method. The process included dissolving of LEU foil with 9.5 N HNO3, suctioning of iodine gas, separation process using precipitation with α–benzoin oxime, and purification by column chromatography. The LEU foil was completely dissolved after 30 minutes and gas suction was performed by cooling with liquid nitrogen. After separation and two purification steps, the radionuclide impurities were remained high and activity of αimpurities exceeded international standard requirements, i.e. 7.716E-7 µCi/mCi Mo-99. Abstract

ABSTRAKMODIFIKASI SINTESIS NUKLEOTIDA BERTANDA [Y-32P]ATP.Dalam perkembangan biologimolekul, radionuklida dalam bentuk senyawa bertanda telah digunakan sebagai perunut deoxyribonucleicacid (DNA)/ribonucleic acid (RNA) untuk mendalami berbagai macam proses fisiologi dan patologi. Salahsatu senyawa tersebut adalah nukleotida bertanda fosfor-32 (32P) [γ-32P]-adenosine triphosphate {[γ-32P]-ATP} yang banyak digunakan dalam penelitian biologi molekul. Untuk dapat menunjang penelitian biologimolekul di Indonesia, pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan pembuatan senyawa nukleotida bertanda [γ-32P]-ATP melalui reaksi enzimatis dengan melakukan modifikasi pada metoda sintesisnya menggunakanprekursor DL-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate, nukleotida adenosine di-phosphate (ADP) dan H332PO4, sertaenzim gliseraldehid 3-phosphat dehidrogense, 3-phosphogliserat-kinase dan laktat dehidrogenase. Pemurnian[γ-32P]-ATP hasil sintesis dengan menggunakan kolom kromatografi DEAE-Sephadex. Dari proses sintesisdan pemurnian yang telah dilakukan berhasil diperoleh [γ-32P]-ATP dengan aktifitas 1,175 mCi dankemurnian radiokimia 99,49%. Dengan berhasilnya dilakukan sintesis dan pemurnian [γ-32P]-ATP, makaPusat Radiosiotop dan Radiofarmaka akan dapat menyediakan nukleotida bertanda dimaksud di atas untukmenunjang penelitian biologi molekul di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: nukleotida bertanda [γ-32P]ATP, sintesis, reaksi enzimatis, pemurnianABSTRACTMODIFICATION OF SYNTHESIS NUCLEOTIDES [Y-32P] ATP.In molecular biology, radionuclidesin the form of radiolabeled compounds have been widely used as deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) / ribonucleicacid (RNA) tracer in order to explore a wide range of physiological and pathological processes. One of suchcompounds is [γ-32P]-adenosine triphosphate {[γ-32P]-ATP} [γ-32P]-ATP which has been widely used in thebiotechnology research. In order to support the biotechnology research in Indonesia in this project, [γ-32P]-ATP had been synthesized by enzymatic reactions with modifying the method of synthesis using theprecursor DL-glyceraldehydde 3-phosphate, nucleotides Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) and H332PO4 andenzymes glyceraldehid 3-phosphate dehydrogenase, 3-phosphoglyceryc phosphokinase and lactatedehydrogenase. The purification of the synthesized [γ-32P]-ATP, by using DEAE Sephadex columnchromatography.  The synthesis and purification process that had been performed were able in producing of[γ-32P]-ATP with radioactivity of 1,175 mCi and  radiochemical purity of 99,49%.. Having successfullyprepared the [γ-32P]-ATP and application, in the near future the Radioiotopes and RadiopharmaceuticalsCentre is expected to be able in providing the above-mentioned radiolabeled nucleotide for biotechnologyresearch in Indonesia.Key words : labeled nucleotide [γ-32P]-ATP, synthesis, enzimatic reaction, purification

SINTESA ATP BERTANDA P-32 SEBAGAI PERUNUT BIOLOGI MOLEKUL. Kebutuhan perunut DNAIRNA dalam perkembangan biolologi molekul di Indonesia saat ini sangat dirasakan. Salah satunya adalah nukleotida bertanda [?32p]_ATP yang banyak digunakan dalam penelitian bioteknologi. Penguasaan teknik sintesa nukleotida bertanda ini akan sangat mendukung penelitian dalam bidang biologi molekul. Sintesa ini dilakukan dengan reaksi enzimatis yang merupakan bagian dan proses glikolisis, dimulai dari fruktosa 1,6-diphosphat, nukleotida ADP dan radioisotop P-32 dengan menggunakan enzim aldolase, gliseraldehid 3-fosfat, 3-fosfogliseratkinase dan laktat dehidrogenase. Pemumiannya dengan menggunakan kolom kromatografi DEAE Sephadex. ATP bertanda yang dihasilkan berada pada Rf 0, dan P32 pada Rf 0,6. Diharapkan bahwa kebutuhan nukleotida bertanda di Indonesia dapat terpenuhi dengan dihasilkannya nukleotida bertanda [?32p]_ATP ini, yang juga merupakan dasar untuk sintesa nukleotida bertanda lainnya. DNA /RNA tracer demmand in the development of molecular biology in Indonesia is currently strongly felt. One of them is labeled nucleotide [?32p]_ATP which is widely used in biotechnology research. Capability of nucleotide synthesis techniques will support research in the field of molecular biology. This synthesis was done by enzymatic reactions which is a part of the glycolysis process, starting from fructose 1,6-diphosphat, ADP nucleotide and P-32 radioisotope by using aldolase enzyme, glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate, 3phosphoglycerate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase. Purification was perf0D11ed by using DEAE Sephadex column chromatography. The labeled ATP and P-32 were observed at Rf 0 and Rf 0.6. It is expected that the demand of labeled nucleotide in Indonesia can be fulfilled by the synthesized labeled nucleotide [?32p]_ATP that is the base for synthesis of other labeled nucleotide.
