Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar memiliki kemampuan spiritual, moral, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan berbangsa. Namun, mutu pendidikan Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti rendahnya kualitas lulusan. SMK Mathla’ul Anwar sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan, melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui strategi analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi penerapan strategi SWOT dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMK Mathla’ul Anwar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 siswa kelas X. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, serta untuk memberikan gambaran deskriptif tentang kondisi internal dan eksternal sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah memiliki beberapa kekuatan, seperti dukungan guru yang kuat, fasilitas pendukung yang memadai, dan program kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang bermanfaat. Namun, terdapat kelemahan dalam aspek kenyamanan ruang kelas dan kondisi beberapa fasilitas. Peluang bagi sekolah meliputi citra positif di masyarakat dan kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal, sementara tantangan utamanya adalah daya saing dengan sekolah lain dan pengaruh ekonomi siswa. Kesimpulannya, analisis SWOT dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk memahami kondisi sekolah dan merancang strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara sistematis.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve teachers' capacity in writing scientific articles as part of ongoing professional development. A total of 30 teachers from the Avicena Bengkulu Learning Community participated in a webinar titled "Writing Scientific Articles for Teachers," held online on September 25, 2024, via Google Meet. The activity consisted of delivering materials and facilitating interactive discussions on the structure of scientific articles, adjustments to journal templates, and publication strategies. The activity results showed high enthusiasm among participants, reflected in their active questioning and readiness to prepare the initial draft of the article. This activity increased participants' understanding of the importance of scientific publications and encouraged them to begin writing based on the learning practices they had undertaken. This webinar is a genuine contribution from lecturers to strengthening publication literacy among teachers as part of improving professionalism.

Abstract

Background: English instruction for inclusive students at Sekolah Alam Langit Biru Bengkulu is currently constrained by the absence of structured teaching modules and limited pedagogical training among shadow teachers, resulting in inconsistent instructional practices.Aims: This community service paper aims to describe the design, implementation, and evaluation of an inclusive English teaching module developed specifically for shadow teachers at Sekolah Alam Langit Biru Bengkulu, with a focus on practical capacity building and classroom applicability.Methods: The program involved seven shadow teachers and six inclusive students and was conducted through orientation, workshops, guided mentoring, module development using Canva, classroom try-out, and evaluation. Data were collected using teacher pretest–posttest questionnaires measuring instructional readiness and digital literacy, and student vocabulary assessments. All data were analyzed descriptively.Results: The findings indicate a notable improvement in shadow teachers’ instructional readiness and digital literacy, with average scores increasing by approximately 21% from pretest to posttest. In addition, student vocabulary scores improved in four out of six participants, with gains ranging from 17 to 30 points, particularly among those with lower initial proficiency.Conclusion: The program demonstrates that integrating accessible digital tools and multisensory media within a structured training framework is a feasible and effective approach to supporting inclusive English learning through shadow teachers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The effective and accountable management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOP) is a crucial factor in improving the quality of learning in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Proper utilization of funds not only supports the provision of facilities and infrastructure but also enhances teacher competence and fosters learning innovation in accordance with the developmental needs of young children. However, BOP fund management still faces challenges related to transparency, efficiency, and optimal use of resources. This study aims to analyze the management of BOP funds in improving learning quality at TK Al Hikmah Islamic School. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, treasurer, teachers, and school committee. The findings indicate that BOP fund management has been implemented in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency through participatory planning, STEAM-based implementation, teacher training, and regular evaluation. Overall, BOP fund management contributes significantly to improving learning quality and needs to be strengthened through financial digitalization and monitoring based on the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle. ABSTRAK Pentingnya pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP) yang efektif dan akuntabel merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran pada satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Pemanfaatan dana yang tepat tidak hanya mendukung penyediaan sarana prasarana, tetapi juga meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dan inovasi pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan anak usia dini. Namun, pengelolaan dana BOP masih menghadapi tantangan terkait transparansi, efisiensi, dan optimalisasi penggunaan dana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana BOP dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di TK Al Hikmah Islamic School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, bendahara, guru, dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana BOP telah sesuai prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi melalui perencanaan partisipatif, pelaksanaan berbasis STEAM, pelatihan guru, serta evaluasi berkala. Secara keseluruhan, pengelolaan dana BOP berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dan perlu diperkuat melalui digitalisasi keuangan dan monitoring berbasis PDCA.
