Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance Ministry of Labor and Transmigration The City of South Jakarta. Population in this research is the employees Ministry of Labor and Transmigration The City of South Jakarta. Sampling was done by totaling 77 sampling techniques populations. This research is a form of verification. Collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. Test instrument is done with validity and reliability. Analysis of study data include multiple regression analysis, correlation and significance tests simultaneously and partially. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis of job stress and work environment has a positive influence on the performance and results of the F test simultaneously stating that Work Stress and Work Environment influence on employee performance Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Jakarta. While the results of the t test stating that the Work Stress and Work Environment partially significant effect on employee performance Labor and Transmigration The City of South Jakarta.Keywords: Job Stress, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline of work on employee performance in PT. Dwi Cipta Usaha Jakarta. Data analysis method used is the product moment coefficient analysis to measure whether there is any relationship between variables and determination analysis to determine the percentage contribution of each variable were further tested through together and partially. Fourteen employees were taken as samples, and the results prove the supervision and discipline partial and simultaneous significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that more supervision than the effect on employee performance employee discipline.Keywords: Monitoring, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the condition of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial mental to entrepreneurial spirit in Vocational High School students at Bogor city and its influence. The population research is the eleventh grade students fromVocational High School (SMK) in Bogor city and it uses quantitative descriptive method. 100 samples are taken from 17,908 populations. The samplings use purposive and probability stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the condition entrepreneurial motivation of students is high enough, the mental condition of the student is strong enough and they have good condition in entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial mental variabel have a positive effect to the entrepreneurial spirit variabel partially with t-count equal to 6.335 for entrepreneurial motivation variable and 2.711 for the entrepreneurial mental variabel, with a t-table 1.661 and simultaneously with the F-count 116.077 and F-table 3.09. For the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.840 which means it has a very strong relationship. While the results of the coefficient correlation analysis are obtained a value of 0.705 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 70.5% and 29.5% remain is influenced by other factors outside the research. Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to influence health and safety (K3) to the number of occupational diseases and accidents the number of employees at PT. Hanei Indonesia. The data used for the study is a document of the company. Analysis of the data is processed using simple regression methods to determine the effect of health and safety on the number of occupational diseases and the number of work accidents, the correlation coefficient to determine the relationship, the coefficient of determination to find out the percentage and hypothesis analysis (t-test) to determine the significance of the cost of K3 to the number of disease employment and the number of work accidents. The results showed that the cost of K3 affect the number of ccupational diseases as well as the cost of K3 on the number of workplace accidents.Keywords: Cost K3, Work Diseases and Accidents

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) ialah aset yang sangat penting, terutama bagi organisasi maupun perusahaan. Mengingat besarnya peran dari Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam suatu organisasi maupun perusahaan, sudah sepantasnya apabila suatu organisasi atau perusahaan memperhatikan semua aspek-aspek mengenai Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja berbagai cara dapat dilakukan misalnya, dengan pemberian kompensasi dan promosi jabatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Perwita Margasakti. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi yang digunakan adalah  karyawan perusahaan yang secara keseluruhan berjumlah 79 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi jabatan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kompensasi juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci : Promosi Jabatan, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

The aims of this research is to identify the individual’s characteristics, the leadership style and the culture of organization effect on organization commitment at Secretariat DPRD regency Bogor. There are 69 respondents as the sample that were taken. The methods that used in this research are survey method, the form of description and quantitative. Observation, interview and questionnaire are used to collect the data of this research. The test of this research that used are the validity test, reliability test and assumption classic test with likert scale for the double linear regressio and the hypotheses test. The result of this research is all the indicators had valid and reliable as well as fulfill rules and regulations on the assumption classic is simultaneously the individual’s characteristic (X1), the leadership style (X2), and the culture of organization (X3) influential in positive and significant toward organization commitment (Y). In the partial the individual’s characteristic (X1), the leadership style (X2) and the culture of organization (X3) influential in positive and significant toward organization commitment (Y), while leadership style (X3) has not influential in positive and significant toward organization commitment (Y).Keywords: : the individual’s Characteristic, the leadership style, the culture of organization, organization commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety and Compensation on Job Satisfaction with Motivation as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bojong Gede with a scope of partner employees working in the field with a total of 87 employees. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and then data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS. The results of the study are that Occupational Health and Safety have no effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Health and Safety have an effect on Work Motivation, Work compensation has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Work compensation has an effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has no effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Health and Safety have no effect on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation, Work compensation has no effect on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bojong Gede dengan ruang lingkup karyawan mitra yang bekerja di lapangan dengan jumlah 87 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian adalah Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan dengan mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi dan K3 terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada unit kerja PT PLN (Persero) ULP Bojonggede. Belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang secara khusus meneliti keterkaitan ketiga variabel ini dalam konteks kerja teknis berisiko tinggi di lingkungan PLN. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengelolaan SDM sektor kelistrikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine employee responses and analyze the direct and indirect influence of workload, competence on performance through work morale as an intervening variable in the production division of PT. Tirta Fresindo Jaya Bogor. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive and verification research design. The data collection procedure in this study uses literature studies and field studies. In this study the author uses path analysis data analysis techniques, data testing using the SPSS version 31 program. The results of the study indicate that employee responses to workload, competence, work morale and performance are in the high category. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test prove that workload and competence have a direct positive and significant effect on work morale; workload and competence have a direct positive and significant effect on performance; work morale has a direct positive and significant effect on performance and; work morale is able to mediate workload and competence on performance.
